Fifteen lactating Zaraibi does were assigned to study the effect of EM ability to prevent the probably toxicology effect of the residues of pesticides remained in tomato haulms (TH). Animals were fed ad libitum fresh TH (T1), TH silage (T2) and TH silage treated with EM (T3) and concentrate feed mixture (CFM). Treatment with EM (T3) was resulted in less concentrations of pesticides residues compared to T1 and T2. Higher milk yield, milk composition and 4% FCM were followed EM treatment; T1 had less milk fat content than T2 and T3. All pesticides concentrations residues in milk were higher in T1, but it had less degree in T2 and not detected for T3 Treatment TH with EM (T3) had higher concentrations of TVFA's, acetate, gas production, total count of cellulosic bacteria and less protozoa. T1 had higher concentrations of cholesterol, triglyceride, urea, creatinine, AST, ALT and less glucose, albumin and globulin than those for T2 and T3. This study was investigate the effect of untreated or biological treated with fungus (Trichoderma reesie) watermelon vine as a replace of berseem hay in ration of lactating goats on their performance and rumen fermentation. Twenty-five lactating goats 2-4 years old were assigned randomly to five groups (five goats in each) using a randomized complete block design. Animals fed ration contained BH plus CFM (1:1) and served as control R1, while groups R2, R3, R4 and R5 fed two levels of sun-dry watermelon vine (WMVH) or biological treated watermelon vine with fungus Trichoderma reesie (WMVF) (25 and 50 %), respectively by replacing BH in the ration. Results showed the goats fed R1 and R4 had significant (P<0.05) improved have been observed in milk production milk fat, protein yield, fat corrected milk (FCM) and feed conversion compared with R2, R3 and R5. The animals fed R1 and R4 were significantly (P<0.05) higher in NH3-N, TVFA's concentrations and propionate than compared the other experimental ration. The animals fed R1, R4 and R5 had significantly (P<0.05) lower values for CO2 and CH4 than R2 and R3. This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of daily supplementation of carob Pods (Ceratonia Siliqua L.) at the rate of 0, 25, 50 and 100 gm on digestibility coefficients, rumen fermentation, degradation kinetics, microbial protein synthesis, some blood parameters, antioxidant activity and lambs growth performances. Three rams were consigned for the digestibility trials, while other three females with rumen fistula were used for the in situ trials. Fourty lambs (6-8 months) were used for feeding trials (90 days). Data showed that daily supplement with 50gm carob pods had higher digestion coefficients, lower rumen NH3-N, but higher TVFA's concentration, and microbial- N synthesis compared with other supplementation rats. In addition to more effective degradability of DM and CP, feed and economic efficiencies and daily weight gain. Supplementation with 100 g carob pods was the worst one. Insignificant differences were found for almost blood constitutes among the experimental diets, they were in the normal ranges. So, it could be concluded to daily supplement sheep with 50gm of carob pods in order to achieve good productive performance of lambs.
