Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Bu çalışmada besinsel zenginleştirme amacıyla menengiç (Pistacia terebinthus), susam (Sesamum indicum) ve keten tohumu (Linum usitatissimum) gibi yağlı tohumlar bisküvi formülasyonuna % 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 ve 25 oranlarında un yerine ikame edilmiş, üretilen bisküvilerin teknolojik, besinsel ve duyusal özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Bisküvi örneklerinde en yüksek parlaklık değerleri kontrol örneğinden elde edilmiş, parlaklık değerleri yağlı tohum ilavesiyle azalırken, a* değerlerinde artış gözlenmiştir. Bisküvilere ikame edilen menengiç, susam ve keten tohumunun artan ikame oranı ile bisküvi örneklerinin çap değerinde artış, kalınlık değerinde azalma tespit edilmiştir. Menengiç ve susam ilavesi keten tohumuna kıyasla yayılma oranını daha fazla artırmıştır. İlave edilen yağlı tohumlar sertlik ve kırılganlık değerlerinin de azalmasına sebep olmuş, keten tohumu diğer yağlı tohumlara göre daha yüksek sertlik ve kırılganlık değerleri vermiştir. Yağlı tohumların ilavesi kül, protein, yağ ve enerji değerlerinde artışa neden olurken, karbonhidrat değerlerinde azalma gözlenmiştir. Susam ilaveli bisküvi örneklerinde en yüksek protein değeri (% 9.55) tespit edilmiş, bunu sırasıyla keten tohumu (% 8.54) ve menengiç (% 7.94) ilaveli bisküviler takip etmiştir. Bisküvi örnekleri 6 ay boyunca depolanarak 2 aylık periyotlarla nem, pH ve peroksit değerleri belirlenmiştir. Depolama süresince en yüksek nem içeriği keten tohumu ilave edilmiş bisküvilerde tespit edilmiştir. Bisküvilerin pH değeri depolama süresince azalmıştır. Bisküvi örneklerine ait en yüksek peroksit değeri keten tohumu ilaveli bisküvilerde bulunurken; en düşük peroksit değeri 0. ve 2. aylarda menengiç ilaveli bisküvilerde; 4. ve 6. aylarda susam ilaveli bisküvilerde bulunmuştur. İndüksiyon süresi açısından en yüksek değerler menengiç ilaveli bisküvilerde bulunurken, keten tohumu ilaveli bisküviler en düşük değerler vermiştir. Menengiç, susam ve keten tohumu ilavesi ile bisküvilerin toplam fenolik madde ve fitik asit içeriğinde artış gözlenmiştir. Bisküvilere menengiç, susam ve keten tohumu ilavesi bisküvi örneklerinin kalsiyum, magnezyum, demir, potasyum, fosfor ve çinko seviyelerinde artışa sebep olmuştur. Genel beğeni bakımından değerlendirildiğinde menengiçin % 25 seviyesine ve susamın % 10 seviyesine kadar ikame edilmesi panelistler tarafından kabul edilebilir bulunmuştur., In this study, the possibilities of using terebinth (Pistacia terebinthus), sesame (Sesamum indicum), and flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) as oily seeds were substituted in certain proportions (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25%) for flour in biscuit formulation for nutritional enrichment and the technological, nutritional, and sensory properties of biscuits were investigated. In the biscuit samples, the highest lightness value was obtained with control sample, while the lightness values decreased with oily seeds addition, an increase in a* values were observed. With the increasing substitution ratio of terebinth, sesame, and flaxseed, an increase in the diameter value of the biscuit samples and a decrease in the thickness value were detected. The addition of terebinth and sesame increased the spread ratio values more than flaxseed. The oily seeds addition caused a decrease in the hardness and fragility values, and flaxseed addition showed higher hardness and fragility values compared to other oily seeds. The addition of oily seeds caused an increase in ash, protein, fat, and energy values, while carbohydrate values decreased. The highest protein value (9.55%) was found in the sesame added biscuit samples and this was followed by biscuits with added flaxseed (8.54%) and terebinth (7.94%), respectively. Biscuit samples were stored for 6 months and moisture, pH, and peroxide values were determined in 2-month periods. The highest moisture content was detected in biscuits produced with flaxseed during storage. The pH value of the biscuits decreased during the storage. While the highest peroxide value of biscuit samples was found in biscuits produced with flaxseed; the lowest peroxide value was found in biscuits produced with terebinth at 0 and 2 months; and in biscuits produced with sesame seeds in the 4th and 6th months. While the induction time of the terebinth added biscuits was found to be high, the flaxseed added biscuits were found to be the lowest. With the addition of terebinth, sesame, and flaxseed, an increase was observed in the total phenolic content and phytic acid content of the biscuits. The addition of terebinth, sesame, and flaxseed to the biscuits caused an increase in the calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and zinc levels of the biscuit samples. When evaluated in terms of general acceptability, biscuits were found acceptable by substituting terebinth at the level of 25% and sesame up to 10% by the panelists.

This paper deals with a nonautonomous Nicholson's blowflies model with impulses. It is shown that under the proper conditions every positive solution of the model approaches to a constant as t tends to infinity.

Deney ve üretimlerden yola çıkarak geçirdiği aşamalar, getirdiği yenilikler, oyuncu eğitimleri, tiyatroda mekânın kullanımı, metne yaklaşım ve seyirci dramaturjisi üzerine yaptığı çalışmalar irdelenmektedir. Algan'ın TAL (Tiyatro Araştırma Laboratuarı) sürecinde tiyatronun değişik öğeleri arasındaki yaratıcı ilişkiler üzerine katkıları incelenmektedir. In this thesis, Beklan Algan, one of the most important directors of Turkish theater examined for his research on the theater, his experiments and original works. In the light of Algan's life and education, his contributions to drama, his pioneering works on modern theater in Turkey, his contemporary theater productions, training and acting workshops are being investigated. His achievements, innovations he brought, actor training, use of space in the theater, his works on the text and the audience dramaturgy are discussed based on the experiments and productions he made. Contribution of Algan on TAL (Theater Research Laboratory) process on the creative relationship between different elements of theater is examined. 123

Bu çalışmada Antalya Konyaaltı ve Kepez ilçelerinde aile hekimliği çerçevesinde sunulan, birinci basamak sağlık hizmetlerinin ilk başvuru, erişebilirlik, süreklilik, kapsayıcılık ve koordinasyon özelliklerini yerine getirebilme düzeyinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, Ocak-Mart 2013 tarihlerinde, bölgedeki aile hekimlerine ve tabakalı ağırlıklandırılmış küme örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 15 yaş ve üzeri kadınlara anket yöntemiyle yapılan kesitsel analitik tipte bir çalışmadır. Sağlık hizmet kullanıcıları, herhangi bir sağlık hizmeti ihtiyacında %39,0 ile ilk sırada aile hekimini tercih etmektedir. Katılımcıların aile hekimine başvuru sürekliliği %17,6'dır. Sağlık hizmetine erişimde, son bir yılda %21,0 oranında finansal engelle karşılaşıldığı ve sağlık hizmeti kullanmaktan vazgeçildiği anlaşılmaktadır. Aile hekimine en sık başvuru nedenleri muayene, tetkik, ilaç yazdırmak (%78,2) olarak saptanmıştır. Aile hekimleri, tedavi edici hizmetlere ağırlık vermeye mecbur kalmak ve ev ziyaretlerine vakit kalmaması gibi nedenlerle yeterli koruyucu sağlık veremediğini (%45,0) ve önemli bir bölümü de (%75,0) nüfusuna kayıtlı kişilere ait başka kurumda yapılan gebe-bebek-çocuk tespit/izlemlerinin kendisine bildirilmediğini düşünmektedir. Uygulanmakta olan aile hekimliği modelinde, kişilerin kendisinde ya da aile bireylerinde bir sorun olduğunda aile hekimini tercih etme ve kullanma oranı istenen düzeyde değildir. Birinci basamakta katılım payı uygulaması, finansal erişim problemi doğurmakta, sağlık hizmeti kullanmaktan vazgeçmekle sonuçlanmaktadır. Uygulamanın bölge temelli olmaması, ev ziyaretlerinin sınırlı yapılabilmesi, birinci basamak hizmet sunumunun tedavi ağırlıklı algılanması ve hekimlerin kayıtlı nüfusa ulaşım problemleri gibi nedenler, birinci basamak sağlık hizmet sunumunun büyük oranda sadece başvuranlarla sınırlı kalmasına ve kapsayıcılığın yetersiz kalmasına yol açmaktadır. Hekimlerin kayıtlı nüfuslarına ait sağlık bilgilerine erişiminde koordinasyon problemleri yaşanmaktadır This study aimed to investigate the level of primary health care ability to perform the characteristics: first contact, accessibility, longitidunality, comprehensiveness and coordination in Antalya, Konyaaltı and Kepez.This research is a cross-sectional study that hold through survey method covers family physicians in the region, and women above 15 chosen by stratified weighted cluster sampling between Jan-March 2013.Health service users prefer their family physicians first in the need of any health services by 39%. Longitidunality of the family physicians of the participants is 17,6%. It is understood that since last year people have faced with financial barriers and given up to benefit from health services by 21%. The most common reasons of admissions to family physicians are examination, observation and medication to print (78,2%). Family physicians consider that they do not provide sufficient preventive health care service because they have to give more importance on curative health services and no time home visits (45,0%). 75% of the family physicians think that the detection and monitoring findings in other institutions about the people in their responsibility are not reported to themselves. In the implemented family medicine model, the level of using and preferring family physicians in a case needed is not at the desired level. Co-payment practise in primary care leads financial accessibility issues and results in giving up to use health services. The problems like the model's not being region-based, limited time for home visits, primary care sensed as treatment and not being able to access to the registered population result in giving services just for the applicants and comprehensiveness deficiency. In this study, 24 samples of smoked fish products were analysed in order to investigate the levels of the potently carcinogenic PAHs. Salmon and rainbow trout samples were tested with a liquid choromatographic (HPLC) method. In none of the smoked fish products benzo(a)pyrene, one of the potential carcinogenic PAH compounds limited in food codex alimentarious was detected. However, benzo(a)antrecene, benzo(b)fluoranthene, benzo(k)fluoranthene, benzo(g,h,i)perylene, compounds which could be carcinogenic for humans, were detected in the smoked samples. There is a significant correlation between the fish fat and the total PAHs level. Consequently the average fat contents of the smoked salmon were significantly higher than that of the smoked rainbow trout. It was also detected that the total PAH amount variations of the smoked fish samples were due to the non-homogenous smoke dispersion in the traditional ovens and it was difficult to obtain homogenous smoked fish products from traditional ovens.êê

Ayrıca bu sabit vektör, başlangıç fonksiyonu ve bir integral denklemin matris çözümü yardımı ile formüle edilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde aynı problemler, bu defa impulse koşullarının gecikmeler içermesi halinde incelenmiştir. This thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter is devoted to the introduction.In the second chapter, the basic concepts and results of delay differential equations, impulsive differential equations and impulsive delay differential equations are stated.Original results are contained in the third and fourth chapters.In the third chapter, a first order linear nonhomogeneous impulsive delay differential equations system with an initial function is considered and it is shown that the solution tends to a constant vector as t??. Moreover this constant vector is formulated in terms of the initial function and the matrix solution of an integral equation.In the fourth chapter, the same problems are studied when the impulse conditions include delays. 56
