Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the leading cause of death from cancer worldwide. Despite the success over recent years in the treatment of NSCLC it has not yet been able to achieve good long-term survival. The development of immune checkpoint inhibitors has altered the landscape of treatment of advanced cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Nivolumab is the PD-1 inhibitor approved for the treatment of NSCLC to show a survival benefit in a randomised phase III trials. The experience of physicians in routine clinical practice is often different from those in a controlled clinical trial setting. The purpose of this analysis is to evaluate nivolumab use in real world setting. Results: The general survival at 76 patients by metastatic NSLC receiving an immunotherapy nivolumab during the period from 2015 to 2019 is analysed. The minimum time of observation was 1.6 months. The median of the general survival made 7.6 months (5.92-9.41. DI 95%). The one-year survival - 35%, at the same time 3-year survival was 25%. At patients with the objective answer the median of the general survival was not reached. Immunomediated adverse events developed in 42% of patients, but only 6.6% showed the development of adverse events of 3-4 degrees, which indicates a favorable toxicity profile. Conclusion: the results received by us correlate with data of clinical trials.

In the open prospective non-randomized single-center study we recruited patients with advanced NSCLC harboring EGFR mutations. Initially there were two months of treatment by gefitinib 250 mg daily. Then, after a 2-week drug-free period, 3 cycles of paclitaxel 175 mg / m2 and carboplatin AUC5 were administrated at days 71-113. Thereafter, gefitinib was re-started on day 135 and continued until disease progression. The primary endpoint was progressive free survival (PFS) time. One-year PFS in all patients group included in the study at the time of the preliminary analysis was 79.8%, median PFS was 17 months (13.5–23, CI 95%). In the group of integrated chemotherapy one-year PFS was 89.3%, median PFS was 19 months (14–23.5, CI 95%).

At the present time, a small group of patients with oligometastases (who have a solitary metastatic lesion in another organ along with the primary tumour of the lung) is differentiated among the patients with metastatic lung cancer. A total of 14 patients of the study citied in this article underwent a comprehensive treatment of oligometastatic non-small cell lung cancer (ONSCLC), which included systemic therapy and local influence on solitary metastasis. The median overall survival for this group was 20 months (16.0–32.6, CI 95%). The 1-year and 2-year overall survival rates accounted for 84.5 and 65.7%, respectively. The findings of the study demonstrate the possibilities of an aggressive approach to the treatment of patients with ONLDLC.

Background: The insulin-like growth factor (IGF) signaling system plays a major role in development and progression of various malignancies including ovarian cancer, and its components are considered as potential diagnostic and prognostic markers and the objects of molecular targeted therapy.Aim: Comparative evaluation of IGF-I and IGF-II, and IGF-binding proteins (IGFBP)-1, 2 and 3 content in blood serum and tumors of ovarian tumor patients, analysis of their associations with key clinical pathologic characteristics of ovarian cancer and evaluation of clinical value of these markers for disease diagnostics and prognosis.Materials and methods: IGF-I, II, IGFBP-1, 2 and 3 levels were measured with standard ELISA kits (Mediagnost, Germany) in blood serum and tumor extracts of 74 patients with ovarian cancer, 16 patients with benign and 14 with borderline ovarian tumors. The control group comprised 77 healthy women. Results: Three potential serological markers of ovarian cancer, namely IGF-I, IGFBP-1, and IGFBP-2 were revealed. The best sensitivity to specificity ratio was demonstrated for IGFBP-2: at a 370 ng/ml cut-off level, these indices were 87 and 79%, respectively. The diagnostic markers found in our study were also associated with the prognosis of overall survival in ovarian cancer. In the multivariate analysis, low IGF-I serum levels retained its independent unfavorable prognostic value. The disease prognosis is influenced also by IGF-II and IGFBP-1 content in the tumor tissue.Conclusion: In ovarian cancer patients, there is a disbalance of IGFs/IGFBPs. Some components of this system could be potentially used as diagnostic and prognostic markers of the disease.

Every year more than 1 million new cases of breast cancer are being recorded worldwide. Choice of appropriate tactics of treatment depends on the timely diagnosis and correct assessment of the prevalence of cancer.The algorithm of patient»s examination includes clinical examination, X-ray mammography and ultrasonic diagnosis of breast. However, this is not sufficient for a complete interpretation of the patient»s condition in case of non-palpable breast formations, ambiguous interpretation of imaging under structural changes, increased density of breast tissue, etc.In this regard, the introduction of new technologies and their evaluation in terms of practicality is a logical and developing method of early diagnosis of breast pathology.One of the methods that enables enhancing the information capability of ultrasonic diagnosis of breast is elastography. It allows for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant changes not only in the breast tissue, but also in the areas of regional lymph drainage.Promising method of modern diagnostic breast care is digital mammography tomosynthesis. However, in spite of the first and very optimisticdata, this technique is still far from standard.Complex diagnostics of breast pathology, in addition to clinical data and imaging results, are based on information obtained from biopsies. At the present stage core-biopsy is considered as the best way of verification, where the resulting material is subjected to immunohistochemical studies.Thus, the spectrum of diagnostic capabilities is constantly expanding. Highly informative techniques included in the daily practice today enable clinicians to achieve optimal results in curing even greater number of patients.

Breast cancer (BC) heads a list of diseases of women in Russia, almost one fourth of all patients are in reproductive age. In 2009 BC was diagnosed in 23 % of all women younger than 45 y. o., who were diagnosed the malignant neoplasm for the first time. Polychemotherapy has a gonadotoxic effect, when the disturbance of ovarian function may vary from transient amenorrhea to development of premature menopause. The article considers the condition of reproductive function in women with BC: possibility of pregnancy during and after chemotherapy at the background of hormonotherapy and intervals safe for pregnancy. It sets out the results of research of pregnancy and birth in the BC patients. Operative treatment of phase I and phase II of BC may be carried out during any trimester of pregnancy. Modified radical mastectomy is more preferable. It is advisable to refrain from organ-preserving surgical interventions as the radiotherapy of pregnant women shall be suspended till the end of pregnancy. In case of relevant indications, the polychemotherapy may be carried out beginning from trimester II of the pregnancy. The last course of chemotherapy shall be completed at least 4 weeks before the delivery. The chemotherapy is contraindicative during trimester I of the pregnancy, as the teratogenic effect of antineoplastic drugs is very high especially during this period. Hormonotherapy is not recommended today for BC treatment in pregnant women. Tamoxifen exerts strong teratogenic effect and in 20 % of cases leads to impaired development of facial bones and genitourinary system. The article sets out the results of observations children of patients treated by chemotherapy during the pregnancy. Using of assisted reproduction helps to preserve the genetic material in BC patients. Multifollicular ovarian stimulation in patients with hormone-dependent breast cancer, which may entail the potential risk of recurrence, is still quite controversial matter.

Immunotherapy presents a new promising approach to the treatment of disseminated lung cancer. Pemriblisumab (Kitruda®) is one of the antiPD-1 drugs registered in Russia, which is used in both the secondand, in the event of high-level PD-L1 expression (≥50%), the first-line therapy. This paper presents a clinical observation of a highly efficient pemribrolizumab treatment of a patient with metastatic adenocarcinoma.

Identification of markers that will identify the disease at an early preclinical stage, is the main goal of our research. Diagnostic marker should have the following characteristics: high sensitivity and specificity, be readily accessible for the analysis of tissues and body fluids, and above all, be determined in blood plasma. Early detection of breast cancer markers in the blood – a promising trend in science, however, is technically challenging because of the heterogeneity of the disease and the variability of blood plasma proteins. Our review is devoted to theoretical assumptions and practical results of the search of new proteomic markers of breast cancer.

The investigation enrolled 31 patients with inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) treated at the N. N. Blokhin Cancer Research Center from 2006 to 2008. IBC is diagnosed on the basis of signs of rapid progression, such as localized or generalized breast induration, red- ness and edema. IBC accounts for less than 5% of all diagnosed breast cancers and is the most lethal form of primary breast cancer. We studied tumor markers of the immunophenotype of IBC and levels and subpopulations of immunocompetent tumor-infiltrating cells. We found that expression of HLA-DR is in negative correlation with MUC-1 expression and lymphoid cells tumor infiltration is asso- ciated with the increase in T-cell subpopulations.

This review of literature is devoted to rare forms of uterine cancer. Comparative characteristics of each histological type are given. Clinical-morphologic and molecular-biologic prognostic factors are analyzed in details.

The investigation included 39 female patients with different forms of trophoblastic disease whose immunity was studied by the cur- rently available procedures. The patients were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 comprised 29 patients with a history of hydatidiform mole, who received no chemotherapy (CT) since an analysis of the data did not show the presence of a trophoblastic tumor. Group 2 consisted of 10 patients with a verified trophoblastic tumor who received CT with various drugs. The patients with trophoblastic disease were found to have some abnormal immunological parameters; however, they differ little in patients with the malignant and benign course of the disease and cannot serve as a prognostic factor. Activated lymphocytes were substantially increased in both groups, suggesting an active immune response to antigen-foreign cells expressing along with parenteral antigens. The patients with hydatidiform mole have the sign to be further studied, that is a reduction in the count of СD25-positive Т lymphocytes, pos- sibly, suppressor cells.

Contemporary principles of treatment ofchronicpainsyndromeinpatientswithbreastcancer

The appropriate management of early-stage ovarian carcinoma is controversial. The literature has been analyzed to find answers to the following questions: how to make an early diagnosis of ovarian cancer and to minimize the treatment in order to avoid complica- tions and toxicity without any harm to health and to increase therapeutic effectiveness. The use of the current noninvasive techniques (positron emission tomography, magnetic resonance imaging) is shown to considerably improve the diagnostic estimation of the extent of a tumor. This fact and deeper knowledge of prognostic factors will allow us to optimize and individualize treatment.

Ovarian steroid cell tumors are rare, unusual neoplasms. There is now no unified management tactics for patients with this pathology. The paper reviews the literature on the clinical and morphological characteristics, prognostic factors, diagnosis, and treatme nt in patients with ovarian steroid cell tumors.

The results of observation of 22 patients with refractory ovarian cancer were analyzed. The usefulness of chemotherapy the second and subsequent lines of treatment is shown. Sequential treatment by not cross-resistant chemotherapy allows increase median survival up to 12.5 months in general group. In 36 % of patients with good performance status prolonged stabilization of disease with median overall survival of 22.3 months was achieved.

The paper describes a case of mixed (clear cell and endometrioid) peritoneal adenocarcinoma developing in a patient 12 years after surgical treatment for genital endometriosis.

The paper presents data on the clinical and morphological characteristics, clinical presentation, and treatment of clear cell carcinoma, as well as survival rates in patients with this condition. It shows an association of the expression of the intercellular adhesion molecules E-cadhedrin, α- and β-catenins, the molecule of Her-2/neu with the clinical and morphological pattern of the disease, which has been determined by an immunohisto- chemical assay.

Ovarian Sertoli-Leydig cell tumors are rare, unusual neoplasms that generally occur in young women. There is currently no unified tactic for managing patients with this pathology. The paper presents a review of literature on clinical and morphological characteristics, prognostic factors, diagnosis, and specific features of treatment in patients with Sertoli-Leydig cell tumors.

This article is review of literature on role of surgery in the initial management of advanced stage ovarian cancer, focusing on the definition of optimum surgical cytoreduction, assessment of resectability, estimation of the risk of postoperative complications. Analyze of published scien- tific data suggest that removal of all evidence of macroscopic disease should be the goal of primary or interval cytoreductive surgery.

In the cell there is a large class of regulatory molecules referred to as microRNA. Many investigators regard microRNA Mir and Mir-155 as new potential prognostic markers and targets for goal-oriented therapy for breast cancer (BC) these days. MiR-21 and MiR-155 have been found to regulate the metastatic potential of tumor cells and to be differentially expressed in the BC cells. Our review deals with the theoretical prerequisites for and practical results of studying MiR-21 and MiR-155 as potential molecular markers for BC.

The paper evaluates the role and place of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of patients with endometrial cancer and obesity. It describes the types of similar operations: laparoscopic hysterectomy ± pelvic lymphadenectomy. Overall and disease-free survival is reported to be the same with both laparoscopy and open surgery.

Current therapeutic approaches based on a study of the genetic portrait of a tumor individualize treatment policy to a greater extent, which cre- ates real prospects for the increasing number of patients to recover. Experimental and clinical evidence suggest that the increased expression of the COX-2 gene increases the risk for breast cancer (BC) cell dissemination into distant organs. A number of recent studies have revealed that selec- tive COX-2 inhibitors are able to suppress proliferation, to induce apoptosis in the BC cells, and to inhibit tumor neoangiogenesis. However, this area contains many unclear and disputable problems to be still experimentally solved. Our review deals with the theoretical prerequisites for and the analysis of a role of COX-2 in BC cell dissemination.

One hundred and one patients with disseminated ovarian cancer (OC) treated at Surgery Department Eight, Research Institute of Clinical Oncology, N.N. Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, in 1998–2007 and continued to be followed up and treated till March 2012 were examined to make a clinical analysis of the course of the disease. Median follow-up was 32 months. The proportion of patients with Stages III–IV OC was 87 %. Optimal cytoreductive surgery was shown to be possible in 21 (20.8 %) patients dur- ing Stage 1 combination therapy and in 20 (19.8 %) patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (CT). The maximum survival rates (with a median of 87.7 months) were achieved in 21 patients who had undergone optimal surgery and had a tumor that is highly susceptible to CT with platinum derivatives. It is concluded that it is necessary to improve the diagnosis of the disease for increasing treatment results.

The development of genetics in the study of predisposition to malignancies, to ovarian and breast cancers in particular, as well as the experi- ence of prophylactic surgery to reduce the risks of these diseases have permitted prophylactic bilateral tube ovariectomy to be used as a main technique in BRCA1 and BRCА2 gene mutation carriers. The purpose of this investigation is to demonstrate key studies in this area.

Currently, basic research in oncology focused on finding new potential markers of metastatic activity of tumor cells and rational approaches to cancer therapy. Constant search for biomarkers of endometrial cancer with high sensitivity and specificity, is a promising direction in medicine. Identification of new markers will identify the disease at an early stage and start early treatment.

The paper presents the clinical, morphological, and immunohistochemical characteristics of virilizing ovarian tumors in 53 patients treated at the N.N. Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, from 1967 to 2010. The impact of the immu- nophenotype of virilizing ovarian tumor cells, clinical and morphological parameters, and performed treatment on the risk of recurrence has been studied in patients with virilizing ovarian tumors.

The paper gives the long-term results of organ-saving surgery in 141 patients with stage Ia–IIIc breast cancer. Emergent histological examina- tion of a breast tissue sector was made during the surgery. Due to intraoperative morphological findings, the surgical volume was extended to gland reresection or mastectomy in 34 % of cases. There were low rates of local recurrences (0.6 % per year) and delayed operations.

The paper shows the prevalence and association of reproductive organ cancers with metabolic syndrome. The latter has been found to increase a risk for cancer of the endometrium, breast, and prostate.

Transitional cell tumors of the ovary are rare, unusual neoplasms. There is currently no unified tactic for managing patients with this pathology. The paper presents a review of literature on clinical and morphological characteristics, diagnosis, and specific features of the treatment of patients with transitional cell tumors of the ovary.

Background. The use of the modern targeted drugs in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with certain somatic alterations (genetic alterations in EGFR, ALK, ROS1, BRAF, RET genes, etc.) provides a significant increase in overall and disease-free survival with an acceptable toxicity profile. The use of RET inhibitors, such as selpercatinib, has significantly improved prognosis in NSCLC patients with RET gene translocation, since chemotherapy and immunotherapy in this cohort of patients are ineffective options. The RET gene translocation occurs rarely (2–3 % of cases among lung adenocarcinoma), but detection of this genetic alteration with subsequent administration of targeted therapy significantly improves the prognosis of the disease. Case report. We present a clinical case of the efficacy of targeted therapy with selpercatinib in a 60-year-old patient with RET-positive NSCLC. Methods to eliminate toxicity after selpercatinib therapy and therapy response are described. Results. Second-line selpercatinib therapy resulted in partial response in our patient with lung adenocarcinoma and the presence of translocation in RET gene. Adverse effects from targeted therapy were minimized or eliminated by the use of concomitant therapy, temporary cancellation of targeted therapy with subsequent dose reduction and gradual return to full therapeutic doses. Conclusion. This case demonstrates the high significance and importance of genetic testing in patients with lung adenocarcinoma not only for the most common mutations, but also for rarer somatic alterations, such as translocation in the RET gene. Detection of this translocation and subsequent administration of appropriate targeted therapy significantly improves the prognosis of patients.

Lung cancer remains one of the most dangerous and most common cancers, requiring constant improvement of diagnostic and treatment methods. The genetic heterogeneity of lung cancer forces us to search for new therapeutic targets in an attempt to achieve greater effectiveness for certain groups of patients. The purpose of the study was to update current knowledge about lung adenocarcinoma with a mutation in the KRAS gene, to consider new opportunities for personalized treatment of KRAS-mutated NSCLC and to form an image of a Russian patient who is potentially indicated for targeted therapy. Material and methods. A search of available literature sources published in the Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Elibrary database was carried out, publications covering the period from 2008 to 2023 were included. Results. The article discussed molecular genetic testing, including NGS next generation sequencing, and its role in determining the presence of KRAS gene mutations in patients with lung cancer. the effectiveness of targeted drugs, such as Sotorasib and Adagrasib was also discussed. The mechanism of action is aimed at suppressing the activity of the mutant KRAS G12C protein, which can significantly improve patient survival prognosis. We obtained data on the results of testing 935 patients with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer from various medical centers in Russia. The KRAS gene mutation was identified in 160 (17.1 %) patients, of whom 96 (10.3 %) had KRAS G12C variant. The KRAS mutation was determined by PCR in 44 patients and by NGS (including on the FoundationOne platform) in 111 patients. Clinical characteristics, such as gender, age, smoking status, PD-L1 expression level, presence of co-mutations (TP53, STK11, KEAP1, were largely similar between patients from real-world clinical practice and patients included in the CodeBreak100 study. Conclusion. The research results confirm the high effectiveness of Sotorasib and Adagrasib for patients with the KRAS G12C mutation and open up new prospects in the treatment of lung cancer. The clinical data obtained from Russian patients demonstrate consistency with the patient profile from registration studies of these drugs. This once again demonstrates the need to expand the range of molecular genetic testing for timely identification of this group of patients and prescribing the most effective treatment for them.

Aim of the study: to evaluate prognostic value of baseline lung immune prognostic index (LIPI) and its modification (mLIPI) for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (mNSCLC) patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI).Material and methods. Baseline neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, lactate dehydrogenase, hemoglobin, platelets, and fibrinogen level were collected from 133 patients treated with ICI in monotherapy or combination between July 2015 and July 2022 in N.N. Blokhin NMRCO. According to evaluating factors patients were divided into three groups of “good” (LIPI 0/mLIPI 0–1), “intermediate” (LIPI 1/mLIPI 2–3) and “poor” prognosis (LIPI 2/mLIPI 4–5). The primary endpoint was progression free survival (PFS).Results. The median PFS for the LIPI groups were 9.7 months (1.4–17.9; 95 % CI), 7.9 months (5.9–9.9; CI 95 %) and 6.0 months (4.07–7.93; 95 % CI) in the “good”, “intermediate” and “poor” prognosis groups, respectively; the hazard ratio (HR) for patients in the “poor” prognosis group (17 patients) was 2.02 (1.06–3.84; 95 % CI) compared with the “good” LIPI group (p=0.03). The median PFS for mLIPI groups were 9.0 months (4.53–13.47; 95 % CI), 8.0 months (5.4–10.6; CI 95 %) and 2.0 months. (1.33–2.67; 95 % CI) in the “good”, “intermediate” and “poor” prognosis groups, respectively. The HR for patients in the “poor” prognosis group (n=12) was 3.12 (1.51–6.46; 95 % CI) compared with the “good” mLIPI group (p=0.002).Conclusion. Baseline LIPI and mLIPI predicts potential resistance to ICI treatment in mNSCLC patients.

Introduction. Patients with advanced small cell lung cancer (SCLC) have an extremely poor prognosis on the background of standard chemotherapy combination of etoposide and platinum-based drugs. In a randomized, double-blind of СА184-156 phase III study, the efficacy and safety of ipilimumab (immune checkpoint inhibitor) or placebo in combination with etoposide and platinum drugs were evaluated as the first-line therapy of disseminated SCLC. The article deals with the results of treatment of patients with advanced SCLC, who participated in the international multicenter phase III study CA184-156 in two Russian Research Centers: the Department of chemotherapy (33 patients) and the Department of diagnostic (23 patients) N.N.Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Materials and methods. Randomization of patients was carried out in a ratio of 1:1 in the group of therapy: etoposide + platinum drug (carboplatin or cisplatin) + ipilimumab and etoposide + platinum drug + placebo. Ipilimumab/placebo was administered at a dose of 10 mg/kg every 3 weeks in parallel with the third and fourth cycles of chemotherapy, further two administrations of ipilimumaba/placebo were performed at intervals of 3 weeks. Further, in the absence of progression, the maintenance therapy with ipilimumab/placebo was performed every 12 weeks. The main endpoints of the study were the assessment of progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Results. In the study CA184-156, the median PFS was 4.6 months in the chemotherapy group with ipilimumab (95% CI 4.5-5.0) and 4.4 months in the chemotherapy group with placebo (95% CI 4.4-4.6). There were no statistically significant differences. The analysis of 56 patients in the subgroup in our centers showed similar findings of median PFS: 4.4 and 4.3 months, respectivelyIn the study CA184-156, the median OS was 11 months in the chemotherapy group with ipilimumab (95% CI 10.5-11.3) and 10.9 months in the chemotherapy group with placebo (95% CI 10-11.5). There were no statistically significant differences. The analysis of 56 patients in the subgroup in our centers showed the following results: median OS was 9.7 months (95% CI 7.8-14) and 10.7 months (95% CI 6.5-20.1), respectively. The multifactorial analysis confirmed the significant effect of such factors as: ECOG 1/2 performance status and age on PFS, and ECOG 1/2 performance status and scheme of chemotherapy (etoposide + cisplatin/etoposide + carboplatin) on OS. Unexpected adverse events in the group of chemotherapy with ipilimumab were not noted. Conclusion. The addition of ipilimumab to chemotherapy did not contribute to an increase either in PFS or in OS in comparison with chemotherapy alone for advanced SCLC patients. Unexpected adverse events in the group of chemotherapy with ipilimumab were not noted. The study of the efficacy of ipilimumab in patients with disseminated SCLC in combination with PD1 inhibitors (nivolumab) is ongoing. The results obtained in the analysis of the data in the subgroups of patients, who participated in the study on the basis of the Department of chemotherapy (33 patients) and Department of diagnostic (23 patients) of N.N.Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation corresponded to the data received in the entire multicenter study CA184-156.

Targeted therapy has opened a new era in treatment of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer associated with mutations of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene. However, most patients after starting targeted therapy develop progression within 10-12 months. The basic mechanisms of acquired resistance are known, the secondary mutation in exon 20 of EGFR gene is the leading cause in more than a half of the cases. To detect this mutation is important to repeat molecular testing, that, consequently, requiring re-biopsy. Liquid biopsy is considered as an alternative to re-biopsy. Osimertinib is a third generation EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor, possessing antitumor activity, both, in respect of T790M-positive tumors and of tumors with mutations in exons 18, 19 and 21. In the randomized AURA3 trial, the use of osimertinib was effective in 71% of patients, the median progression free survival was 11 months after the progression on1st-line targeted therapy and was statistically significant than in case of chemotherapy application. Patients with brain metastases also show response to osimertinib treatment. In our study, 29 patients received osimertinib after the progression on targeted therapy of the 1st and 2nd generation tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Objective response was reported in 44.8% (complete response - 3.4%), stabilization - 51.7% and progression - 3.5%. We will show the results concerning the time without progression in the near future. The tolerance of treatment is good. Osimertinib has been approved for 1st-line targeted therapy treatment of patients with the T790M mutation upon progression in Russian Federation, thus we have new opportunities to improve the results of the treatment in this group of patients.
