In this study, the mechanical properties of Al-Si alloys was improved by selecting higher Si content and avoiding distortion in Al-Si matrix by adding an extrusion process such that the fabrication processes casting and extrusion were in sequence. Cast billets were extruded at ratios 4:1 and 10:1 to obtained two extruded bars with different processing parameters. The as-extruded samples were characterized and investigated for microstructure and mechanical properties. Optical Microscope was used to examined phase morphologies and microstructures of the extruded Al-Si bars. Mechanical properties were conducted on each sample to study the effectiveness of the additional extrusion process in high Si content Al-Si alloys. The result shows that by increasing the extrusion ratio, the size of the primary Si particle reduces leading to a higher density, better tensile and yield strength compared to the cast billet.

This study aimed to identify the chromosomal anomalies and copy number variations (CNVs) in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and to provide genotype/phenotype correlations. Fifty-four patients diagnosed with ASD between March 2021 and June 2022 were included in the study. Patients were evaluated by cytogenetic analysis and array comparative genomic hybridisation analysis (aCGH). The structural and numerical chromosomal anomaly was detected in 3.7%, and the CNVs were identified in 18.52% of patients. Of the CNVs detected, 27.3% were identified as pathogenic, 18.2% as likely pathogenic and 54.5% as VUS. The copy number gain rate of the detected CNVs was higher than the copy number losses rate, 70% and 30% respectively. As an important finding in the study, a new pathogenic CNV with a 6.3-mb copy number gain in the 3p22.3p22.2 region, whose gene region had not been previously defined in OMIM, was detected. Introduction: Conflicting findings exist regarding the link between attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and cardiovascular diseases. This study aimed to evaluate the frontal QRS-T (fQRS-T) angle and its correlation with symptom severity in children diagnosed with ADHD., Methods: The study population consisted of 172 patients diagnosed with ADHD (120 drug naive and 52 drug positive) and 82 healthy controls. ADHD symptoms were assessed using the Atilla Turgay DSM-IV-Based Screening and Assessment Scale for Disruptive Conduct Disorders (T-DSM-IV-Scale). The fQRS-T angle and corrected QT (QTc) interval were obtained from the automated reports of 12-lead electrocardiography device for each patient., Results: QTc interval and fQRS-T angle were significantly different among the groups. Post hoc analyses showed that QTc interval and fQRS-T angle of ADHD drug naive and ADHD drug positive patients were significantly higher than the healthy control groups. However, there was no significant difference between drug naive and drug positive patients regarding QTc interval and fQRS-T angle. Both QTc interval and fQRS-T angle showed positive correlations with the severity of ADHD symptoms (r = 0.263, p  = .001 and r = 0.175, p  = .023 respectively)., Conclusion: We found that fQRS-T angle was significantly wider in children with ADHD. Purpose: The purpose of the research study is to examine the knowledge levels of nurses working in pediatric clinics about childhood autism, the influencing factors, and the difficulties they experience while caring for these children., Design: This study was conducted as descriptive and cross-sectional., Methods: The sample of this cross-sectional study comprised 195 nurses working in pediatric clinics. The research data were collected using the "Descriptive Characteristics Questionnaire" and the "Knowledge About Childhood Autism Among Health Workers (KCAHW) Questionnaire." The data were analyzed with a linear regression model in the IBM SPSS v23 program., Findings: The average knowledge score of nurses about childhood autism was 11.49 ± 4.26 (out of 19). Gender and previous exposure to a child suspected of having autism significantly affected the KCAHW score (P < .001). The rate of nurses who experienced difficulties while caring for children with autism was 30.8%. Of the nurses who experienced difficulties while caring for children with autism, 35.9% experienced difficulties in invasive procedures, 32.8% in communicating with the child, 26.7% in taking samples from the child, and 22.1% in drug administration. Aim: The aim of this study was to compare the clinical characteristics of childhood-onset schizophrenia (COS) and early-onset schizophrenia (EOS) during the first- episode psychosis and the stable period, to examine psychopharmacological treatment approaches, and to investigate potential predictive factors for prognosis., Methods: Demographic, clinical, and psychopharmacological therapy data for 31 patients diagnosed with COS and 66 with EOS were retrieved from the file records in this multicenter study. Symptom distribution and disease severity and course were evaluated twice, in the acute psychotic stage and in the latest stable phase, during follow-up using the positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) and clinical global impression (CGI) scales., Results: A statistically significant difference was observed between the groups' CGI improvement rates and median last stable stage PANSS positive, negative, and general psychopathology symptom scores (p = .005, p = .031, p = .005, and p = .012, respectively). Premorbid neurodevelopmental disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder and comorbidities were more common in the COS group (p = .025 and p = .030, respectively), and treatment required greater multiple antipsychotic use in that group (p = .013). When the independent variables affecting the difference between pre- and post-treatment PANSS scores were examined using linear regression analysis, the model established was found to be statistically significant (F = 5.393; p = .001), and the group variable (p = .024), initial disease severity (p = .001), and socioeconomic level (p = .022; p = .007) emerged as predictive factors for the disease course., Conclusion: Although early diagnosis and treatment is an important factor in improving prognosis in schizophrenia, more specific predictors for schizophrenia need to be identified. Objective: The impacts of earthquakes on the mental health of individuals have been well-documented. Additionally, individuals frequently report experiencing dizziness akin to seasickness or carsickness. This phenomenon, termed "post-earthquake dizziness syndrome" (PEDS), has garnered increasing attention due to its unclear etiology. This study investigates the prevalence and predictors of ongoing PEDS within an adolescent population more than one year after the 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquakes., Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted between April 2024 and June 2024 across five cities officially designated as an "earthquake zone" by relevant authorities. The sample comprised 551 adolescents aged 11 to 18 years who were recruited from child psychiatry outpatient clinics within these cities., Results: 402 participants (73.0 %) reported experiencing PEDS following the earthquake, while 105 (19.1 %) reported ongoing PEDS. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that higher trait anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms, as well as being located on a higher floor during the earthquake, were positively correlated with the persistence of PEDS symptoms., Conclusions: The findings underscore the potential association between PEDS and psychiatric disorders, such as anxiety and PTSD. DNA methylation is the epigenetic pathway controlling cellular gene expression. Methylation is a natural and cellular epigenetic mechanism for gene silencing. The fact that the genes that the cell decides to be silent do not speak or begin to speak may coincide with diseases. For explanatory evidence, changes at the DNA level can provide realistic information. Wnt/β-catenin signaling has an important role in the pain process. For this purpose, we investigated the relationship between clinical data, wingless-type MMTV integration site family, member 5A ( WNT5A ), and Frizzled Class Receptor 3 ( FZD3 ) gene methylation and expression in a cohort of tension-type headache (TTH) patients (N = 130) and healthy control (N = 117) individuals. Comorbidities were evaluated. Methylation profiling was performed using Real-Time PCR with a TaqMan primer-probe. The diagnostic power (receiver operating characteristic-ROC) was determined according to the expression and methylation status. Ultimately, WNT5A was found to be upregulated and hypermethylated, and FZD3 was found to be upregulated and hypomethylated. Finally, the area under the curve (AUC) data for FZD3 upregulation (0.983) and hypomethylation (0.866) showed diagnostic values. WNT5A and FZD3 may contribute to the pathogenesis of the disease depending on their expression and methylation profile during the TTH process. At the same time, diagnostic powers have the potential to be a resource for early treatment and new therapeutic approaches.

The intrauterine period is a time of high sensitivity in the development of the embryo and the fetus. Therefore, low levels of maternal stress are closely associated with healthy brain development in the neonatal and early childhood periods. There is increasing evidence linking natural disasters as prenatal maternal stress (PNMS) to neurodevelopmental disorders (including subclinical manifestations). Natural disasters involve many factors in addition to the trauma they cause, including loss and the physical and psychosocial difficulties that result from that trauma. This review article aims to bring together research findings on the neurodevelopmental effects of natural disasters on children as PNMS. It also looks at how factors such as gestational age and gender contribute to these effects. We conducted a systematic review on PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus, with 30 studies meting the inclusion criteria. This systematic review was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines. A total of 1,327,886 mother-child dyads participated in the included studies. The results of the studies indicate that natural disasters have a negative impact on children's outcomes in terms of cognitive development, language development, autism/autism-like features, motor skills, performance in mathematics, mental development, sleep, attention, behavioral and emotional problems, and various psychiatric comorbidities.

Background: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common arrhythmia in patients with atrial septal defect (ASD). Cryoballoon ablation (CA) is a safe and efficient method for pulmonary vein (PV) isolation in the treatment of AF. Achieving left atrial access may be difficult in patients with atrial septal occluders (ASO) or surgical repair of ASD. The aim of this study was to present our experience with the efficacy and safety of transseptal puncture and AF ablation in CA in this subset of patients., Methods: We retrieved our data about patients with ASO or surgical repair of ASD undergoing cryoballoon AF ablation procedures at our center between August 2019 and January 2022., Results: Nine patients (age 43.88 ± 9.73 years) with AF (5 paroxysmal and 4 persistent) and ASO or surgical repair of ASD were enrolled. All three patients had a 28 mm Amplatzer ASO device which occupied the whole septum, and direct puncture through the ASO was performed. Sequential balloon dilatation was performed in 2 patients with surgical ASD repair and all 3 patients with ASO. Four of 6 patients (66.7%) in the surgical repair group required transesophageal echocardiography during transseptal puncture. The endpoint of the procedure, isolation of all PVs, was achieved in all 9 patients. None of the patients had evidence of an interatrial shunt or pericardial effusion at the end of the procedure. Total procedural time (123 ± 28 minutes vs. 63 ± 21 minutes, P = .024) and total fluoroscopy time (41 ± 5 minutes vs. 23 ± 8 minutes, P = .024) were significantly higher in the percutaneous closure group., Conclusions: In patients with ASO or surgical repair of ASD, CA of AF might be feasible, safe, and effective. The balloon dilatation of the interatrial septum (IAS) might assist transseptal access through the ASO or a surgically repaired thickened IAS.

Background : The causes of mental health problems among mothers of children with chronic kidney diseases (CKD) associated with childcare are still not fully understood. This study, thus, has aim to assess the intensity of caregiver burden, depression and quality of life levels in mothers of children with CKD compared to a control group. It also aims to identify determinants associated with mental health outcomes. Methods: Mothers of children diagnosed with CKD who were followed up in Pediatric Nephrology outpatient clinics were included as the case group. Mothers with similar demographic characteristics were taken as the control group. During the study, 72 children with CKD, 78 control children and their mothers were enrolled. The study data was obtained using the Sociodemographic Data Form (SDF) developed by the researchers, the Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and The World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL-Bref). Results: The groups did differ significantly in terms of maternal psychopathology ( p  = .024). The most common maternal psychopathology among mothers was Major Depressive Disorder. Mothers of children with CKD had significantly higher level of caregiver burden and depression levels. Quality of life levels among mothers of children with CKD were significantly decreased compared to controls. Caregiver burden was found to predict quality of life in mothers of children with CKD (β = -0.539; p  < .050). Conclusion: Caregiving burden, depression, and poor quality of life are common among mothers of children with CKD. Addressing caregiver burden may be beneficial for quality life of mothers.

A 45-year-old female patient was admitted to the emergency department with syncope. Her medical history revealed a diagnosis of Familial Partial Lipodystrophy 2 (FPLD2). The patient's electrocardiogram showed a complete atrioventricular (A-V) block, and she had a history of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and coronary artery bypass surgery. A severe stenosis was observed in the aortic right coronary artery saphenous vein graft during coronary angiography, which was successfully revascularized. Subsequently, due to persistant syncope attacks, a permanent pacemaker was implanted after an electrophysiological study. This case highlights that serious cardiac conduction defects in patients with FPLD2 may not only be related to coronary artery disease but can also present as direct conduction defects.

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to compare the peer bullying of refugee and non-refugee adolescents, and to explore the association between bullying victimization and psychiatric symptoms among Syrian adolescent refugees in the Southeast Anatolia region of Turkey. Methods: The sample of the study consists of 217 adolescents in the 13-17 age group who are school-going, 102 refugee adolescents, and 115 non-refugee adolescents. The study data was obtained using the Sociodemographic Characteristics Questionnaire developed by the researchers, Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ) and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS-42). A structural equation model was used to assess the association between bullying victimization and depressive symptoms, while also considering mediation by stress and anxiety. Results: In this study, 44.1% of refugee adolescents reported experiencing at least one bullying victimization, while this rate was 27.8% in the non-refugee group, and this difference was found statistically significant. The logistic regression analysis revealed that poor school performance was a risk factor for bullying victimization in refugee adolescent. Moreover, the structural equation model analysis revealed that bullying victimization significantly increased the stress level in refugee adolescents, and depressive symptoms were significantly affected by stress and anxiety levels. Conclusion: Taking into consideration that bullying victimization is a significant problem among Syrian refugee adolescents; anti-bullying programmes should be implemented as this may improve the mental health of Syrian refugee adolescents.

Objective : Mothers of infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) are at high risk for depressive symptoms. This study investigated whether anxiety symptoms mediate the relationships between hopelessness and depressive symptoms in mothers with newborn infants admitted to the NICU. Methods : This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in the NICU of a university hospital in Turkey between October 2021 and March 2022. A total of 100 mothers whose infants were hospitalized in the NICU participated in the study. The data were collected using the Sociodemographic Data Form, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS). Linear regression analysis was used to examine the effect of demographic characteristics on scale scores. In order to test whether the anxiety score has a mediating role in the relationship between hopelessness and depression, the analysis was made based on the bootstrap method and the Maximum Likelihood method. Results : Levels of the depression, anxiety and hopelessness levels of the NICU mothers were not affected by the demographic variables of the parent and the infant. Hopelessness was found to predict depressive symptoms (β = 0.476; p  < .050). In addition, according to the mediator variable analysis results, it was found that anxiety had a mediating role between the level of hopelessness and depressive symptoms (β = 0.596; p  < .050). Accordingly, hopelessness explains 52.5% of the change in depression along with anxiety. Conclusion : Our study detailed the specific process of depressive symptoms caused by hopelessness in NICU mothers.

Objective: To compare psychiatric emergencies and self-harm at emergency departments (EDs) 1 year into the pandemic, to early pandemic and pre-pandemic, and to examine the changes in the characteristics of self-harm presentations., Method: This retrospective cohort study expanded on the Pandemic-Related Emergency Psychiatric Presentations (PREP-kids) study. Routine record data in March to April of 2019, 2020, and 2021 from 62 EDs in 25 countries were included. ED presentations made by children and adolescents for any mental health reasons were analyzed., Results: Altogether, 8,174 psychiatric presentations were recorded (63.5% female; mean [SD] age, 14.3 [2.6] years), 3,742 of which were self-harm presentations. Rate of psychiatric ED presentations in March to April 2021 was twice as high as in March to April 2020 (incidence rate ratio [IRR], 1.93; 95% CI, 1.60-2.33), and 50% higher than in March to April 2019 (IRR, 1.51; 95% CI, 1.25-1.81). Rate of self-harm presentations doubled between March to April 2020 and March to April 2021 (IRR, 1.98; 95% CI, 1.68-2.34), and was overall 1.7 times higher than in March to April 2019 (IRR, 1.70; 95% CI, 1.44-2.00). Comparing self-harm characteristics in March to April 2021 with March to April 2019, self-harm contributed to a higher proportion of all psychiatric presentations (odds ratio [OR], 1.30; 95% CI, 1.05-1.62), whereas female representation in self-harm presentations doubled (OR, 1.98; 95% CI, 1.45-2.72) and follow-up appointments were offered 4 times as often (OR, 4.46; 95% CI, 2.32-8.58)., Conclusion: Increased pediatric ED visits for both self-harm and psychiatric reasons were observed, suggesting potential deterioration in child mental health. Self-harm in girls possibly increased and needs to be prioritized. The diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a child affects family processes, increases parenting stress and marital conflicts, and may lead to parental psychopathology. It may also affect the prognosis for their children. The aim of this study is to determine depression and burnout levels as well as their predictors among parents of children with ASD compared with those of healthy children. We also sought to evaluate rate of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) interventions among parents and explore the associations of this phenomenon in an exploratory fashion. 145 children with ASD and 127 control children were enrolled along with their mothers and fathers. Beck Depression Inventory and Maslach Burnout Inventory were used to evaluate parents' depression symptoms and burnout levels. Symptoms of children with ASDs were evaluated according to the Childhood Autism Rating Scale by the clinicians. Family, child and CAM variables were screened by means of a sociodemographic data form. Descriptive, bivariate and correlation analyses were used in statistical evaluations. Predictors of burnout were evaluated with multiple regression analysis. Burnout and depression levels among parents of children with ASD were significantly elevated compared to controls. Burnout levels of mothers were significantly elevated compared to fathers while depression scores of fathers were significantly elevated compared to mothers. Maternal burnout was significantly predicted by presence of functional speech in child while paternal burnout was significantly predicted by paternal vocation. Maternal depression was associated with paternal depression, lack of speech in child and attendance of child to special education services. Paternal depression was associated with autistic symptom severity and maternal depression. More than half the parents sought CAM interventions. Education level did not affect search for CAM interventions while both maternal and paternal psychopathology and presence of epilepsy among children increased use of CAM methods. Psychological support should be provided to both mothers and fathers of a child receiving a diagnosis of ASD. Addressing parents' burnout and stress levels and facilitating their negotiation of knowledge on etiology and treatments for ASD may be beneficial for the family unit as a whole., (© 2021. Objective: Heart failure (HF) is a growing public health problem with high morbidity and mortality. Recently, angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor (ARNi) has emerged as a promising treatment for HF with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). Here, we shared our experience with the use of ARNi in HFrEF from multiple centers in Turkey., Methods: The ARNi-TR is a multicenter, noninterventional, retrospective, observational study. Overall, 779 patients with HF from 22 centers in Turkey who were prescribed sacubitril/valsartan were examined. Initial clinical status, biochemical and echocardiographic parameters, and New York Heart Association functional class (NYHA-FC) values were compared with follow-up values after 1 year of ARNi use. In addition, the effect of ARNi on number of annual hospitalizations was investigated, and the patients were divided into 2 groups, depending on whether ARNi was initiated at hospitalization or under outpatient clinic control., Results: N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), left-ventricle ejection fraction (LV-EF), and NYHA-FC values improved significantly in both groups (all parameters, p<0.001) within 1-year follow-up. In both groups, a decrease in hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) values was observed in ARNi use (p<0.001), and a decrease in daily diuretic doses and hospitalizations owing to HF were observed after ARNi use (all comparisons, p<0.001). Hypotension (16.9%) was the most common side effect in patients using ARN., Conclusion: The ARNi-TR study offers comprehensive real-life data for patients using ARNi in Turkey. The use of ARNi has shown significant improvements in FC, NT-proBNP, HbA1c levels, and LV-EF. Likewise, reductions in the number of annual hospitalizations and daily furosemide doses for HF were seen in this study.

Although genetic factors occupy an important place in the development of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), oxidative stress and exposure to environmental toxicants have also been linked to the condition. The aim of this study was to examine dynamic thiol/disulfide homeostasis in children diagnosed with ASD. Forty-eight children aged 3-12 years diagnosed with ASD and 40 age- and sex-matched healthy children were included in the study. A sociodemographic data form was completed for all the cases, and the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) was applied to the patients. Thiol/disulfide parameters in serum were measured in all cases and compared between the two groups. Mean native thiol, total thiol concentrations (μmol/L), and median reduced thiol ratios were significantly lower in the ASD group than in the control group (p = 0.001 for all). Median disulfide concentrations (μmol/L), redox potential, and median oxidized thiol ratios were significantly higher in the ASD group than in the control group (p = 0.001, p = 0.001, and p = 0.001, respectively). ROC analysis revealed that area under the curve (AUC) values with "excellent discriminatory potential," for native thiol, total thiol, the reduced thiol ration, the oxidized thiol ratio, and redox potential and with "acceptable discriminatory potential" for disulfide were significantly capable of differentiating individuals with ASD from healthy individuals. No correlation was determined between the severity of autism and laboratory parameters. Impaired dynamic thiol/disulfide homeostasis was observed in children with ASD, suggesting that dynamic thiol/disulfide homeostasis in serum may be of diagnostic value in autism.

Introduction: Catheter ablation (CA) for atrial fibrillation (AF) has been a major cornerstone in the management of AF. Despite promising advances in CA techniques, long-term results reveal a high rate of recurrence after the procedure. Left atrial diverticulum (LAD), a common anatomic variant of the left atrium, was previously shown to be associated with increased risk of thrombus formation, cardiac perforation and arrhythmia. In this study we aimed to investigate the relationship between LAD and recurrence in patients undergoing CA for AF., Material and Methods: A total of 100 consecutive patients with a mean age of 53 ±12.1 years (53% male) underwent radiofrequency (RF) (46, 46%) or cryoballoon (54, 54%) catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation preceded by cardiac computed tomography (CT) imaging. Clinical and procedural characteristics of the patients with and without AF recurrence were compared., Results: Twenty-three (23%) patients had AF recurrence and 77 (77%) patients had no recurrence. The clinical parameters such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease and stroke did not differ between the groups. Left atrium diameter was significantly different between the two groups (4.1 ±0.5 vs. 3.9 ±0.5, p = 0.042). Presence of LAD was not different between the two groups (7 (31.8) vs. 21 (28.8); p = 0.794). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed RF ablation as the most important independent variable for AF recurrence (β = 3.115, p < 0.001, OR = 22.526, 95% CI: 4.287-118.351)., Conclusions: The presence of left atrial diverticulum is not associated with recurrence in patients undergoing RF and cryoballoon CA for atrial fibrillation., Competing Interests: The authors declare no conflict of interest.

Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of childhood psychopathologies in Turkey., Method: A nation-wide, randomly selected, representative population of 5830 children (6-13 years-old) enrolled as a 2nd,3rd or 4th grade student in 30 cities were evaluated for presence of a psychiatric or mental disorder by a Sociodemographic Form, Kiddie Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia for School Age Children-Present and Lifetime Version (K-SADS-PL), and DSM-IV-Based Screening Scale for Disruptive Behavior Disorders in Children and Adolescents scales. Impairment criterion was assessed via a 3 point-Likert scale by the parent and the teacher independently., Results: Overall prevalence of any psychopathology was 37.6% without impairment criterion, and 17.1% with impairment criterion. Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder was the most frequent diagnosis, followed by anxiety (19.5% and 16.7% without impairment, 12.4% and 5.3% with impairment, respectively). Lower education level and presence of a physical or psychiatric problem of the parents were independent predictors of any psychopathology of the offspring., Conclusion: This is the largest and most comprehensive epidemiological study to determine the prevalence of psychopathologies in children and adolescents in Turkey. Our results partly higher than, and partly comparable to previous national and international studies. It also contributes to the literature by determining the independent predictors of psychopathologies in this age group.

Background: Radiofrequency catheter ablation (CA) is a common non-pharmacological treatment option for ventricular premature contractions (PVCs) originating from right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT). In this study, we aimed to investigate the relationship between recurrence after CA for RVOT-PVC and S-wave in lead 1 that was shown to be associated with RVOT depolarization., Methodology: A total of 104 patients who were referred to our clinic for CA for idiopathic RVOT-PVC between 2012 and 2015years were enrolled. All ECG parameters were measured before and after the ablation procedure., Results: Ablation was successful in 100 patients (96,1%). These patients with successful ablation were followed for a mean duration of 1078days. 13 patients (13%) had recurrence. Univariate logistic regression analysis revealed age (odds ratio: 1.916, p:0,012), presence of post-procedural S1 (odds ratio:1.040 p:0,028), post-procedural S1 area (oddsratio:1.023 p:0,041), ΔS1 area (odds ratio:1.242 p:0,004) as predictors for recurrence. Multivariate logistic regression analysis detected age (odds ratio:1.053 p:0,032) and ΔS1 area (odds ratio:0.701 p:0,009) as predictors for recurrence., Conclusion: Radiofrequency CA for RVOT-PVC can be performed with high procedural success and low complication rates.
