The study's goal is to investigate the moderating effect of the workplace spirituality of employee on the relationship between their organization's justice perception and job satisfaction. The study included a sample of 360 employees from two Turkish airline companies. The findings show a relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. The study also finds that workplace spirituality moderates the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction. Employees with high workplace spirituality are more satisfied than those with low workplace spirituality. The study is important, especially in examining the moderator role of workplace spirituality between these two variables, and fills a gap in the literature. Empirical data of Turkiye's two largest airline companies, which aim to become and remain competitive in the aviation industry, were shared. This research-based approach provides guidelines for this industry on the effects of workplace spirituality on job satisfaction and organizational justice. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

5. The mediation role of work-family conflict in the effect of workplace violence on job satisfaction and intention to leave: a study on health care workers in Turkey.

Background: This study aims to determine how workplace violence experienced by healthcare workers in Turkey affects their job satisfaction and intention to leave. It also examines the mediating role of employees' work-family conflict between these effects. Methods: The PROCESS method was used in the study. The research was conducted on 595 health workers in three public hospital affiliated with the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate. The convenience sampling method was used in the selection of the participants. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there is a positive, significant, moderate (R = 0.35, p < 0.01) relationship between workplace violence and work-family conflict, and a negative, significant and weak relationship between workplace violence and job satisfaction (R = -0.27, p < 0.01), there is a positive, significant, and weak (R = 0.26, p < 0.01) relationship between workplace violence and intention to leave. In addition, there is a negative, significant, and weak (R = -0.27, p < 0.01) relationship between workfamily conflict and job satisfaction, and a positive, significant, and weak (R = 0.28, p < 0.01) relationship between work-family conflict and intention to leave. Workplace violence had significant and negative effects on the employees' job satisfaction and significant and positive effects on the intention to leave and work-family conflicts. Discussion: As a result of the mediating variable analysis, it was determined that work-family conflict has a partial mediator role in the relationship between workplace violence, job satisfaction, and intention to leave. The results are very important, especially for managers working in the healthcare sector. Reducing workplace violence against healthcare personnel will contribute to increasing productivity in the sector and providing better quality service to the healthcare sector. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background and objectives: The adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic both necessitate and obstruct emotional regulation and coping mechanisms. Despite growing interest in the connection between stress and spirituality, multilevel studies addressing day-level variance to understand how spiritual experiences and emotional regulation are linked with stress during this unique situation are scarce. This study aims to analyze how daily spiritual experiences (DSE) and daily emotional labor (EL) connect with the daily stress levels of employees during the pandemic. Design and method: Data collected from 132 employees for five consecutive workdays (660 d-level, 132 person-level responses) were analyzed via Hierarchical Linear Modeling. Although its buffering role on the adverse effects of EL is not significant, DSE directly relates to lower stress levels.

- Abstract
This study aims to investigate how the violence that private security professionals in Turkey are exposed to at work affects their level of job stress and job retention. In addition, it aims to determine whether the retention levels of employees in this profession can play a regulatory role on both workplace violence and work stress. The study was carried out on 2747 private security guards working within the borders of Istanbul province. Data was collected at three different time points over a period of seven months to reduce common method variance. Within the scope of the research, SPSS 25, a statistical software program, was used to analyze the data set. The analysis results revealed that workplace violence had a negative and significant relationship with job engagement, and a positive and significant relationship with job stress. Furthermore, it was observed that job engagement moderated the impact of workplace violence and job stress. It has been observed that employees with high job engagement levels are less exposed to job stress resulting from workplace violence compared to employees with low job retention levels. - Abstract
Today, businesses have to develop many strategies such as downsizing or merging under increasing competitive conditions. These strategies can reduce the job insecurity of employees. The attitudes of employees who feel insecure about the continuation and future of their jobs and their intention to leave may also be negatively affected. In this study, it was aimed to determine the mediating effect of job insecurity on the effect of job engagement of employees on their intention to leave. As a result of the analysis, the job engagament of employees negatively affects their intention to leave and job insecurity. It has been determined that job insecurity of employees positively affects their intention to leave. In addition, it is seen that job insecurity of employees has a partial mediating effect in the interaction between their job engagement and intention to quit. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This research aimed to examine the effects of daily work–family conflict and work–family enrichment on daily positive and negative affect levels of employees during the first phases of the COVID-19 pandemic in Turkey. The multilevel structure of the research design makes this study original. 730 day-level data were collected from 146 respondents during five consecutive workdays. One week later, a larger survey was delivered for assessing the person-level variables. The results indicated that both forms of work–family conflict significantly decreased positive affect and increased negative affect. Both types of work–family enrichment significantly increased positive affect; but only daily work to family enrichment significantly decreased daily negative affect. Findings also revealed that positive affect levels of respondents increase while negative affect levels decrease with time. On the days employees worked from distance, lower levels of positive and negative affect were experienced. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

El estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los efectos de las actividades en interiores tales como el ejercicio físico, la socialización digital y los juegos digitales, en los niveles de bienestar subjetivo de las personas. Dada la naturaleza dinámica de la pandemia para capturar el nivel diario dentro de la varianza individual, el estudio adapta un enfoque multinivel donde los días se anidan en personas. Se recopilan 1950 datos diarios a partir de 390 encuestados durante 5 días consecutivos durante la primera fase de la pandemia (cuando había políticas estrictas de aislamiento social) en Turquía. Los resultados de la partición de los componentes de la varianza respaldaron la necesidad de utilizar un enfoque multinivel. Los resultados del análisis realizado a través de modelos lineales jerárquicos demostraron que la actividad física a nivel diurno en el hogar y la socialización digital alivian significativamente el afecto negativo diario y se asocia positivamente con el nivel diario de afecto positivo y los niveles de felicidad de los encuestados. Estos resultados fueron controlados por variables demográficas, extraversión y resiliencia psicológica. La extraversión fue negativa y la resiliencia psicológica se relacionó positivamente con el nivel diario de afecto negativo. Study aims to analyze the effects of indoor activities such as physical exercise, digital socializing and digital gaming on subjective wellbeing levels of individuals. Given the dynamic nature of the pandemic in order to catch the day level within individual variance (along with between individuals variance) study adapts a multilevel approach where days are nested in people. 1950 day level data are collected from 390 respondent for 5 consecutive days during the first phase of pandemic (when there were strict social isolation policies) in Turkey. Results for partitioning variance components supported the necessity for using a multilevel approach. Findings of analysis conducted though hierarchical linear modeling demonstrated that day level physical activity at home and digital socializing significantly alleviate daily negative affect and positively associates with day level positive affect and happiness levels of respondents. These results were controlled for demographic variables, extraversion and psychological resiliency. Extraversion was negatively and psychological resiliency was positively related to day level negative affect.

Bu çalışma İstanbul Sabahattin Zaim Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü İşletme Anabilim Dalı İşletme Yönetimi Yüksek Lisans Programı kapsamında “Örgütsel Sinizm Algısının Üretkenlik Karşıtı İş Davranışları ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Üzerindeki Etkisi: Bir Kamu Örneği” adı ile sunulan yüksek lisans tezinden türetilmiştir. This paper provides a bibliometric analysis of the articles in the field of Operations Research - Management Science (OR / MS) published between the years 1980- 2017 by researchers from Turkey. The main objective of the analysis is to identify and examine the current state of OR / MS studies in Turkey. The analysis is conducted based on the data from the Web of Science (WoS) databases: Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-Expanded), Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI), Science Citation Index (SCI), and Emerging Science Citation Index (ESCI). We found a total of 3,433 papers in 101 different journals in field of OR / MS by researchers from Turkey. The results provide a general picture of the studies classified by the most influential authors, institutions, papers, and journals. The analysis also provided citation statistics of the OR / MS articles in Turkey. The current research trends are identified through an analysis of keywords through years. In the paper the collaboration with foreign countries and institutions are also identified through a collaboration analysis.

Bu araştırmada öğrenci yurtları birer hizmet işletmesi, öğrencileri ise müşteri olarak ele alınarak, İstanbul'da devlet ya da özel/vakıf öğrenci yurtlarında barınan öğrencilerin barındıkları yurtlardaki barınma hizmet kalitesi beklentileri ile hizmet memnuniyetini karşılaştırmayı amaçlanmıştır. Makalede ayrıca Türk ve yabancı öğrenciler açısından öğrenci yurtlarının hizmet kalite düzeylerinin ve hizmet kalitesinde var olan eksiklerin belirlenerek bu eksikleri giderecek önerilerinin sunulması amaçlanmaktadır. Türkiye'de öğrenci yurtlarının hizmet kalitesini belirleyen araştırmalar mevcuttur. Fakat bu çalışmaların hiçbirisi öğrenci yurtlarının hizmet kalitesini Türk ve yabancı öğrenci perspektifinden ele almamıştır. Bu nedenle bu çalışma özgün ve değerlidir. Araştırma da nicel veri analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bir olasılıksal olmayan örnekleme yöntemi olan kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile 394 öğrenci üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hizmet kalitesi ölçümünde sıklıkla kullanılan SERVQUAL ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Yapılan araştırma sonuçlarına göre hem devlet hem de özel/vakıf yurtları öğrencilerin bekledikleri hizmet kalitesini karşılayamamaktadır. Özellikle devlet yurtlarının bu konuda daha başarısız olduğu görülmektedir. Ayrıca, yabancı öğrencilerin yurtlarla ilgili servis kalitesi beklentilerinin Türk öğrencilerden daha az olduğu, fakat mevcut memnuniyet düzeylerinin düşük ve benzer olduğu saptanmıştır., The main aim of this study is to determine the service quality of dormitories based on service quality perceptions and expectations of students. In this article, it is also aimed to reveal the shortcomings of student dormitories in terms of service quality levels, and to present Turkish and foreign students' suggestions to address these shortcomings. There are many studies on the service quality of student dormitories in Turkey. However, none of these studies have addressed the service quality of student dormitories from the perspective of Turkish and foreign students. Therefore, this study is original and valuable. The study was carried out through quantitative data analysis. It was carried out with 394 students selected through the convenience sampling method. The SERVQUAL scale, which is frequently used in the measurement of service quality, was used. According to the research results, both the state and private/foundation university dormitories fail to meet the quality of service expected by the students. In particular, it seems that state dormitories perform worse in this regard. In addition, it was determined that the foreign students' service quality expectation about the dormitories was lower than that of the Turkish students, but their satisfaction levels were low and similar to theirs.

Bu çalışmada, işyeri maneviyatının, örgütsel güven ve işe karşı yabancılaşma üzerindeki etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla ilk olarak çalışmada yer alan üç temel kavram olan işyeri maneviyatı, örgütsel güven ve işe karşı yabancılaşma kavramları açıklanmış ve bu üç temel kavramın birbiri ile olan ilişkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Uygulama bölümünde ise Türkiye"de faaliyet gösteren katılım ve konvansiyonel bankalardan çalışan 217 katılımcıya işyeri maneviyatı, örgütsel güven ve işe karşı yabancılaşma ölçeklerinden oluşan anket dağıtılmış, elde edilen datalar bir istatistiki analiz yöntemi olan yapısal eşitlik modeli (YEM) ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, işyeri maneviyatının, işin çekiciliği, mistik deneyim, topluluk duygusu / hissi ve ruhsal/ manevi bağ olarak dört boyutunun, örgütsel güveni pozitif etkilerken; işe karşı yabancılaşma üzerinde anlamlı bir etki yaratmadığı saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci hipotezi olan işyeri maneviyatının örgütsel güven üzerinde pozitif bir etki varsayımı doğrulanırken, ikici hipotezi olan işyeri maneviyatının işe karşı yabancılaşması üzerinde negatif etki varsayımı doğrulanmamıştır. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of workplace spirituality on organizational trust and work alienation. For this aim firstly, the basic three concepts called as workplace spirituality, organizational trust and work alienation are explained and the relationships among these three concepts are discussed. In the application part, a questionnaire including the measures of workplace spirituality, organizational trust and work alienation is distributed to 217 employees working in participation (Islamic) and conventional bank in Turkey and the data is analyzed by structural equation modelling (SEM). Finally, it was proved that three dimensions called as engaging work, sense of community, spiritual connection, and mystical experience of workplace spirituality positively affect the organizational trust. It is also proved that workplace spirituality dimensions do not affect work alienation. While the first hypothesis of this study is accepted, the second hypothesis is rejected.

Using convenience sampling method, a questionnaire was conducted on 582 employees working in İstanbul and Afyonkarahisar. Results were analyzed and interpreted using descriptive analysis and regression analysis. According to the results of the analyzes, it was determined that the job satisfaction levels of the employees negatively affect their burnout levels and positively affect their positive psychological capital levels. Survey method was used to collect the data. The survey was carried out on 304 people working in the public sector. The surveys were conducted by conveince sampling method. The data was analyzed by using AMOS 23 and SPSS 23 software programmes. "Descriptive Statistics", "Confirmatory Factor Analysis" and "Correlation Analysis" were used to analyze the data. According to the results, it has been determined that there is a significant and positive relationship between the organizational cynicism perceptions and counterproductive work behaviors and turnover intention. 35. Passenger Satisfaction Scale for Public Transportation

- Abstract
The purpose of the study was to develop a scale to determine the level of passenger satisfaction in relation to public transportation. In the process of developing the scale, the draft scale was initially sent to field experts to gain their feedback. Based on this feedback, the content validity ratio for each item was calculated. The minimum value for the content validity ratio was set as 0.80 and any items with a ratio under 0.80 were deleted. A 27-item prototype form was sent to 400 participants through Google Form, and data were obtained from 315 participants who filled out the prototype form. Using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) a construct was obtained with 22 items and four factors: “Technical Satisfaction,”“Service Satisfaction,”“Comfort Satisfaction,” and “Cleanliness Satisfaction.” The relationships among the four sub-dimensions were tested and significant positive relationships were found. The EFA results were confirmed via confirmatory factor analysis. The Cronbach’s alpha value of the scale was found to be 0.88. As a result, the passenger satisfaction scale for public transportation was demonstrated to be ready for use.

Increasing the effectiveness of women in the work is seen as crucial to both society and women . Although women’s labor force participation is not at the desired level, they are becoming more active in economic life every day. Many studies are made in order to increase women entrepreneurs in the EU. In this study, it is intended to establish the determinants of women entrepreneurs among the EU countries according to economic and cultural indicators. The economic indicators are the unemployment rates, the welfare (GDP per capita), foreign direct investment and government expenditure; the cultural indicators are power distance, individualism, masculinity, uncertainty avoidance, long term orientation and indulgance. In order to make cross-country comparisons, research was performed by multivariate statistical analysis of the clustering. By analyzing EU countries with each other, it is intended to put forward how similar or differentiated these countries are in terms of women entrepreneurship.

This paper provides a bibliometric analysis of the articles in the field of Operations Research-Management Science (OR/MS) published between the years 1980-2017 by researchers from Turkey. The main objective of the analysis is to identify and examine the current state of OR / MS studies in Turkey. The analysis is conducted based on the data from the Web of Science (WoS) databases: Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-Expanded), Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI), Science Citation Index (SCI), and Emerging Science Citation Index (ESCI). We found a total of 3,433 papers in 101 different journals in field of OR / MS by researchers from Turkey. The results provide a general picture of the studies classified by the most influential authors, institutions, papers, and journals. The analysis also provided citation statistics of the OR / MS articles in Turkey. The current research trends are identified through an analysis of keywords through years. 40. The effects of perceived organisational justice and ethical climate on job satisfaction, turnover intention and job performance

- Abstract
This study aims to determine the moderator role of the organisational justice and the ethical climate perceived by employees on job satisfaction, intention on ceasing the employment, and performance levels. In the light of this aim, questionnaires were used by using the convenience sampling method with 347 employees in İstanbul and Afyonkarahisar. The performance levels of 347 employees were evaluated by their administrators. The results of the questionnaires and the performance evaluation were analysed and interpreted by using descriptive analyses and regression analyses. According to the results obtained in the analyses, the perceived organisational justice was high when the job satisfaction, and performance levels were high when the perceived ethical climate was high; however, there were no significant relations between the turnover intention. It was determined that the perceived ethical climate had a moderator effect only in the relation between the perceived organisational justice, job satisfaction and performance.

Drama eğitiminin yöneticinin beşeri ilişkiler yeteneği ve kavramsal ilişikler üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi bu araştırmanın temel amacını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada deney kontrol grubu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada 10'lu deney grubuna , 10'u kontrol grubuna dahil olan toplam 20 denek örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Deney grubuna dahil olan katılımcılara uzman bir eğitmenle drama eğitimi verilmiş ve daha sonra eğitimin etkileri hem nicel hem de nitel yollarla değerlendirilmiştir. Nitel araştırma kapsamında deney grubu katılımcılarla eğitimin öncesinde ve sonrasında mülakatlar yapılmış, elde elde edilen veriler ?Gömülü Teori? kamsamında bir nitel yazılım programı olan ?QDA Miner? analiz edilmiştir. Nicel araştırma kapsamında hem deney hem de kontrol grubuna dahil olan katılımcılara eğitiminin öncesinde ?beşeri ilişkiler yeteneğini?, ?karar verme tipini?, ?problem çözme yeteneksini? ve ?öğrenme stilini? belirlemek için çeşitli ölçek uygulanmıştır. Aynı ölçekler eğitimin sonrasında katılımcılara bir kere daha uygulanmış ve eğitimin deney grubuna dahil olan katılımcılar üzerindeki etkileri bir nitel yazılım programı olan ?SPSS 17.0? ile tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan nitel araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre drama eğitiminin katılımcıların beşeri ilişikiler yeteneğini arttıdığı, eğitimi alan kişileri daha yaratıcı ve olaylara daha bütünsel bakabilme yeteneği kazandırdığı kanıtlanmıştır. Yapılan nicel araştırmaların sonucunda eğitimi alan katılımcıların beşeri ilişkiler yeteneğinin ve problem çözme yeteneksinin arttığı, karar verme tipinin ve öğrenme stilinin büyük ölçüde değişmediği saptanmıştır. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of educational drama on manager? interpersonal relationship skill and conceptual skill. The experimental study was conducted in this research. The participants of the study were 20 students divided into 10 as an experimental group and 10 as a control group. The education was given to participants of the experimental group by an expert coach and then the effects of this education were analyzed with both qualitative and quantitive research methods. In qualitative research, the interviews were conducted to the experimental group?s participants before and after the education and the data taken from these interviews were analyzed in the framework of ?Grouded Theory? by a qualitative software program called as ?QDA Miner?. In the quantitave researh, several questionnaires that were used to determine ?the interpersonal relationship skill?, ?decision making styles?, ?problem solving skills?, and ? learning styles? of all participants were conducted before the education. In order to determine the effects of drama education the same quantionnaires were again conducted to all participants after the education and the data taken from these questionnaires were analyzed by a quantitative software program called as ?SPSS 17.0?. Based on the qualitative research results, it was proved that interpersonal relationship skill of participants were developed because of drama education. Based on the quantitave research results, it was proved that the interpersonal relationship skills and problem solving skills of participants were developed because of education. It is also proved that there were no effects of drama education on decison making style and learning style of participants. 338

In the research, questionnarie that is frequently used is administrated to the respondents. All data taken from questionnaries are analyzed by one of the statistical programs called SPSS, In the first step of research, dominant corporate personalities of four firms selected for this research are determined, and then it is analyzed that is there any changes in perception of these corporate personalities according to the demographic and socio economic status' characteristics of the respondents. In the second step of research, physical attractiveness of salesperson are determined. In the final step of research, expectations of repondents for salesperson are determined, and matched these expectations with characteristics of salesperson working in these four firms. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational cynicism on the work alienation. 284 personnel (academic and administrative) of 7 foundation universities in Istanbul constitute the sample of this study. Brandes, Dharwadkar ve Dean's (1999) 'Organizational Cynicism Scale' and Korman's self-alienation scale and Hirschfeld and Feild (2000)'s alienation scale were used on the personnel that make up the study sample. Analysis of the data was processed on SPSS.23 package programs. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of research, It is found that There are significant positive moderate relationships between Work aliemation and organizational cynicism and its dimensions. It is also found organizational cynicism and its dimensions significantly affect work alienation. Employee who has high level of cynicism has higher levels of alienation against his / her work. Uygulama bölümünde ise Türkiye‟de faaliyet gösteren katılım ve konvansiyonel bankalardan çalışan 217 katılımcıya işyeri maneviyatı, örgütsel güven ve işe karşı yabancılaşma ölçeklerinden oluşan anket dağıtılmış, elde edilen datalar bir istatistiki analiz yöntemi olan yapısal eşitlik modeli YEM ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, işyeri maneviyatının, işin çekiciliği, mistik deneyim, topluluk duygusu / hissi ve ruhsal/ manevi bağ olarak dört boyutunun, örgütsel güveni pozitif etkilerken; işe karşı yabancılaşma üzerinde anlamlı bir etki yaratmadığı saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci hipotezi olan işyeri maneviyatının örgütsel güven üzerinde pozitif bir etki varsayımı doğrulanırken, ikici hipotezi olan işyeri maneviyatının işe karşı yabancılaşması üzerinde negatif etki varsayımı doğrulanmamıştır, The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of workplace spirituality on organizational trust and work alienation. For this aim firstly, the basic three concepts called as workplace spirituality, organizational trust and work alienation are explained and the relationships among these three concepts are discussed. In the application part, a questionnaire including the measures of workplace spirituality, organizational trust and work alienation is distributed to 217 employees working in participation Islamic and conventional bank in Turkey and the data is analyzed by structural equation modelling SEM . Finally, it was proved that three dimensions called as engaging work, sense of community, spiritual connection, and mystical experience of workplace spirituality positively affect the organizational trust. It is also proved that workplace spirituality dimensions do not affect work alienation. While the first hypothesis of this study is accepted, the second hypothesis is rejected

Zaman algısı, kişinin bilişsel becerileri ve maruz kaldığı sosyokültürel etkilerin sonucu şekillenerek bir kişilik özelliğine haline gelir ve geçmiş, gelecek ve şimdiki zaman ile ilgili tutum ve davranışları etkiler. Bilinçdışı süreçler kişinin geçmiş, şimdiki zaman ya da gelecek zamandan hangisine odaklı olduğunu, yani baskın zaman yönelimini belirler. Temel zaman yönelimi boyutları geçmiş olumlu, geçmiş olumsuz, şimdi hazcı, şimdi kaderci ve gelecek olarak belirlenmiştir. 1950'lerden itibaren araştırılmakta olan liderlik tarzı ve etkileri meselesi günümüzde gelinen noktada liderin kişisel özellikleri ya da herkese karşı kullandığı davranış kalıplarının ötesine geçerek lider ile çalışan arasındaki ikili ilişkilerin analizi ve bu ilişkilerin niteliğine dair nedensel açıklama arayışına ulaşmıştır. Verimlilik artırma hedefi ile üzerinde çalışılmaya başlanan iş tatmini, çalışanların yaptıkları iş ile ilgili çalışma koşulları, kontrol sistemleri, ilerleme olanakları, sosyal ilişkiler ve çevre gibi muhtelif boyutları değerlendirerek hissettikleri memnuniyeti ifade eder. Proaktif kişilik ve davranışın örgüt içi uyum unsuru olarak yansıması proaktif çalışma davranışı olarak tanımlanır. Proaktif çalışma davranışı, mevcut koşulları iyileştirmek veya yenilerini yaratmak için inisiyatif alma becerisi ve eğilimini ile ifade bulur. Bireysel olarak iş hayatındaki mutluluk işten sonuçların beklentileri ne kadar karşıladığı ile bağlantılıdır. Kurumsal olarak ise karlılık, verimlilik, gelişme ve süreklilik göz ardı edilemez ölçüde çalışan mutluluğuna bağlıdır. Örgüt içinde bir araya gelen kişilerin kaçınılmaz olan bireysel farklılıklarında sağlanabilecek uyumun iş tatmini ve lider- üye etkileşimi ile ilişkisinin araştırıldığı bu çalışmada yönetici- çalışan zaman yönelimi uyumu bir değişken olarak belirlenmiş ve anket yöntemi ile toplanan verilerden her bir çalışanın bağlı olduğu yöneticisinin baskın zaman yönelimi boyutuna olan uzaklığı hesaplanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda yönetici- çalışan zaman yönelimi uyumu ile hem yönetici hem de çalışanlarda iş tatmini arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Zaman yönelimi uyumu; lider üye etkileşimi birlikte ele alındığında çalışan iş tatminini %17,9 oranında; proaktif çalışma davranışı ile birlikte ele alındığında yönetici iş tatminin %8,1 oranında açıklamaktadır. Yönetici-çalışan zaman yönelimi uyumunun lider- üye etkileşimi ile ilişkisinin zayıf olduğu tespit edilse de lider-üye etkileşimi zaman yönelimi uyumu ile iş tatmini arasında kısmi aracılık rolü oynamaktadır. The perception of time becomes a personality trait by being shaped as a result of the cognitive skills of the person and the sociocultural influences experienced. This perception affects attitudes and behaviours related to the past, future and present. Dominating time perspective, which means whether the person is focused on past, present or future time, is determined by unconscious processes. The main time perspective dimensions are past positive, past negative, present hedonistic, present fatalistic, and future. The issue of leadership style and its effects, which has been investigated since the 1950s, has gone beyond the personal characteristics of the leader or the behaviour patterns he uses towards everyone, and has reached to the point that we search for a causal explanation for the characteristics and the quality of the bilateral relations between the leader and the employee. Job satisfaction, expresses the contentedness that employees feel by evaluating various dimensions related to the work, such as working conditions, control systems, advancement opportunities, social relations and environment. The reflection of proactive personality and behaviour, as an element of harmony within the organization, is defined as proactive work behaviour. Proactive work behaviour is expressed in the ability and disposition to take initiative to improve existing conditions or create new ones. Individually, happiness in business life is related to how well the results from the work meet the expectations. On the other hand, corporately, it is possible to say that profitability, productivity, development and continuity depend on employee happiness to an undeniable extent. In this study, manager-employee time perspective congruence is defined as a variable and calculated for each manager- employee pair from the data collected by the survey prepared. As a result of the study, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between manager-employee time perspective congruence and job satisfaction for both managers and employees. Together with leader-member exchange, time perspective congruence can explain 17.9% of employee job satisfaction. And together with proactive work behaviour, it can explain 8.1% of manager job satisfaction. Although it has been determined that the relationship between manager-employee time perspective congruence and leader-member exchange is weak, it is confirmed that leader-member Exchange still plays a partial mediating role between time perspective congruence and job satisfaction.

Bilim insanları örgüt teorilerinde neoklasik ya da post-pozitivist bir bakış açısı geliştirerek insan faktörünü önceleyen teorileri sonraki çalışmalarla ortaya koymuş olsalar da insani ve manevi değerlere gereken önemin çalışma hayatında yeterince yer verilmemesi işletmelerde halen büyük bir sorun olarak devam etmektedir. Aslında bu sorun, üretimin en önemli unsuru olan emek hakkının hem işgören hem de işveren olarak farkına varılması ve mükâfatını görmesiyle çözülecektir. "Emek" başlı başına bir değerdir, çalışanın alın teri işletmenin bel kemiğidir. Çalışan bir insan hayatına bakıldığında neredeyse bir günün yarısını işyerinde geçirmektedir. Bu durumda sosyal ilişkilerimiz de dâhil yaşantımızı çok yönlü etkileyen iş yaşamımız için hayatımızın merkezinde olduğu söylenebilir. İşimizi yaşamımızın kalan diğer alanlarından ayrı görmek çok güçtür, zamanımızın büyük kısmını işte geçiririz. İşyerinde çalışanın kendini değerli hissetmesi, anlamlı bir iş yaptığını bilmesi işletme ile çalışanı bütünleştirecek, gelişimi için onu motive edecek ve ulvi bir hizmet yaptığı düşüncesi ile kendini aşacak gayret içerisine sokacaktır. Bu durum işletmelerin verimini de olumlu yönde etkileyecektir. Öyleyse işletmelerin uzun yıllar ve verimli bir şekilde sektörde varlıklarını koruyabilmeleri için çalışanlarının hayatlarının büyük bir kısmını geçirdikleri iş yerlerinde motivelerinin yüksek ve örgüt hedefleri için çalışan bireyler olmaları için uygun bir işyeri maneviyatına ve örgütsel adalet algısına ihtiyaç vardır. Dolayısıyla işgörenlerin işyeri maneviyatı ve örgütsel adalet algılarının örgütsel bağlılıkları, iş tatminleri ve işten ayrılma niyetlerini ne kadar etkilediği yöneticilerin de ajandasında tutmaları gereken önemli bir konu olarak değerlendirilmelidir. Bu bağlamda bu tezin konusunu işyeri maneviyatı ve örgütsel adaletin örgütsel bağlılık, iş tatmini ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkilerini analiz etmek oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada alanyazında yapılan çalışmalar ışığında maneviyat, işyeri maneviyatı, adalet, örgütsel adalet, örgütsel bağlılık, iş tatmini ve işten ayrılma niyeti kavramlarının tanımları yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, kavramlar alt boyutları ile ele alınmış ve bağımsız değişkenlerin (işyeri maneviyatı ve örgütsel adalet) bağımlı değişkenlere (örgütsel bağlılık, iş tatmini ve işten ayrılma niyeti) etkisi ayrı ayrı incelenmiştir. Although scientists have developed a neoclassical or post-positivist perspective in organizational theories and put forward the theories that prioritize the human factor with subsequent studies, the lack of adequate attention to human and spiritual values in working life still continues as a major problem in businesses. In fact, this problem will be solved by being able to realize the right of labor, which is the most important element of production, as both the employee and the employer, and seeing its reward. "Labor" is a value in itself, the sweat of the employee is the backbone of the business. Looking at the life of a working person, he spends almost half of a day at work. In this case, it can be said that our business life, which affects our life in many ways, including our social relations, is at the center of our lives. It is very difficult to see our work separate from the rest of our lives, we spend most of our time at work. The employee's feeling of value in the workplace, knowing that he/she is doing a meaningful job will integrate the business with the employee, motivate him/her for his/her development and put him/her into an effort to surpass himself with the thought that he/she is doing a sublime service. This will positively affect the productivity of the enterprises. Therefore, in order for businesses to maintain their existence in the sector for many years and efficiently, there is a need for an appropriate workplace spirituality and perception of organizational justice in order for their employees to be highly motivated and working for organizational goals in the workplaces where their employees spend most of their lives. Therefore, the extent to which employees' perceptions of workplace spirituality and organizational justice affect their organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention should be considered as an important issue that managers should keep in their agenda. In this context, the subject of this thesis is to analyze the effects of workplace spirituality and organizational justice on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. In the study, definitions of the concepts of spirituality, workplace spirituality, justice, organizational justice, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention were made in the light of studies in the literature. Within the scope of the study, the concepts were discussed with their sub-dimensions and the effects of independent variables (workplace spirituality and organizational justice) on dependent variables (organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention) were examined separately.

Çalışmamızda eğitim alanında faaliyet gösteren kar amacı gütmeyen kuruluşlardaki görevli yönetici ve öğretmen olan kişilerin stratejik düşünmeleri ile işlerini anlamlı bulmaları arasındaki ilişkinin pozitif yönde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Eğitim ile uğraşan vakıf kurumlarında iş ve görevleri bulunan kişilerin çevresine ve topluma karşı fayda sağlama çabasını destekleyecek kavram olan işlerini anlamlı bulmaları, stratejik düşünme ile güçlendirilebilmektedir. Bu kurumlarda görevli yönetici ve öğretmen olan kişilerin stratejik düşünmelerinin anlamlı iş algılarını olumlu olarak etkilediği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu kurumlarda stratejinin, stratejik düşünmenin yer alması veya daha da yaygınlaştırılması, kurumdaki görevlilerin ve kurumun başarısının olumlu anlamda etkilemesi sağlanabilmektedir. In our study, it was determined that there is a positive relationship between the strategic thinking of people who are managers and teachers in non-profit organizations operating in the field of education and finding their jobs meaningful. The fact that people who have jobs and duties in foundation institutions dealing with education find their jobs meaningful, which will support their efforts to benefit their environment and society, can be strengthened by strategic thinking. It has been revealed that the strategic thinking of the managers and teachers in these institutions positively affects their meaningful job perceptions. In these institutions, the inclusion of strategy and strategic thinking or its further dissemination can positively affect the success of the officials in the institution and the institution.

Hızla gelişen ve değişen iş dünyasında örgütler rakiplerine göre avantaj sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu anlamda rekabet avantajının en önemli unsuru olan insan kaynağını en etkili şekilde yönetilmesi gerekmektedir. Değişen çevre koşulları ve artan belirsizlik karşısında davranışsal açıdan farklılaşan insanlara olan ihtiyaç oldukça artmaktadır. Bu açıdan, görev tanımlarının ötesine geçebilen proaktif davranışlar ve bu davranışların öncülleri önem kazanmaktadır. Tez çalışmasının temel amacı örgüt kültürünün bireylerin proaktif davranış sergilemesindeki rolünün incelenmesidir. Bu doğrultuda örgüt kültürü ve proaktif davranış ilişkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın kuramsal çerçevesini örgüt kültürü ve proaktif davranış kavramlarının açıklanması, bu kavramların oluşumunu etkileyen faktörlerin ve alt boyutlarının incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda anket yöntemi ile 176 katılımcıdan toplanan veriler faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Veriler SPSS 25 ve AMOS 25 istatistiksel paket programları ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre örgüt kültürü boyutlarının proaktif davranış düzeyi ve alt boyutlarıyla istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkilerinin bulunduğu görülmüştür. Organizations aim to gain an advantage over their competitors in the rapidly developing and changing business world. In this sense, human resource, which is the most important element of competitive advantage, needs to be managed in the most effective way. In the face of changing environmental conditions and increasing uncertainty, the need for behaviorally differentiated people is increasing. The main purpose of the thesis is to examine the role of organizational culture in individuals' proactive behavior. In this direction, it is aimed to examine the relationship between organizational culture and proactive behavior. The theoretical framework of the study consists of explaining the concepts of organizational culture and proactive behavior, examining the factors and sub-dimensions that affect the formation of these concepts. In line with the purpose of the research, the data collected from 176 participants by the questionnaire method were evaluated with factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Data were analyzed with SPSS 25 and AMOS 25 statistical package programs. According to the findings obtained as a result of the research, it was seen that the dimensions of organizational culture have statistically significant relations with the level of proactive behavior and its sub-dimensions.

Lider, her zaman sorumlu olduğu gruba karşı pozitif davranışlar sergileyemeyebilir. Kimi zaman negatif davranışlarda bulunduğu da görülmektedir. Bu tarz olumsuz davranış sergileyen liderler günümüzde toksik lider olarak adlandırılmaktadırlar. Toksik liderlik, liderlerin rahatsız edici tutum ve davranışlarının veya kişisel özelliklerinden dolayı liderlik ettiği gruplara, bağlı bulundukları örgüte ve etrafındaki bireylere karşı zarar verdiği bir süreç olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bu araştırma, çalışanların yöneticileri ile ilgili toksik liderlik algılarının örgütsel sessizlik düzeyleri ve işten ayrılma niyetleri üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Günümüze kadar toksik liderlik alanında yapılan çalışmaların çoğu siyaset, eğitim, sağlık ve askeri alan üzerine yapılmıştır. Yapılan çoğu araştırmanın aksine, bu çalışma kamu alanında faaliyet gösteren belediyelerdeki çalışanlar üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma kolayda örnekleme yönetimi ile 323 kişi üzerinde yapılan online anket yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında toplanan veriler SPSS ve AMOS programları ile analiz edilerek, değişkenler arasındaki ilişki ve bulgular tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, toksik liderlik ve toksik liderliğin alt boyutlarından sadece "istismarcı yönetim" ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında pozitif ve anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında ayrıca, toksik liderlik ve alt boyutlarından sadece "öngörülemezlik" ile örgütsel sessizlik ve alt boyutları olan "kabullenici sessizlik", "korunmacı sessizlik" ve "korumacı sessizlik" arasında pozitif ve anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, çalışanların yöneticileri ile ilgili toksik liderlik algılarının hem örgütsel sessizliği düzeylerini hem de işten ayrılma niyetlerini pozitif olarak etkilediği saptanmıştır. Diğer bir ifadeyle, çalışanlarda yöneticileri ile ilgili toksik liderlik algısının artması durumunda, çalışanların sessizleşeceği ve işten ayrılma isteklerinin artacağı görülmektedir. The leader may not always behave positively towards the group that is responsible for. Sometimes it is seen that the leader behaves negatively. Leaders who display that kind of negative behavior are called toxic leaders. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of toxic leadership perception on organizational silence and intention to leave and to reveal the relationship on these variables. The data within the scope of the research were obtained by using quantitative methods. Survey method was used in this study. Until today, most of the studies in the field of toxic leadership have been carried out on politics, education, health and the military. Contrary to most of studies, this study was conducted on employees in municipalities operating in the public sector. The research was carried out on 323 people, with the convenience sampling method and the online survey method. The data collected within the scope of the research were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS programs, and the relationship and findings between the variables were determined. Within the scope of the research, positive and significant relationships were determined between toxic leadership and its sub-dimensions, only "unpredictability" and organizational silence, and its sub-dimensions "acquiescent silence", "defensive silence" and "pro-social silence". In the resulf of study, it was determined that the toxic leadership perceptions of the employees regarding their managers positively affect both their organizational silence levels and their intention to leave. In other words, it is seen that if the toxic leadership perception about their managers increases, the employees will become silent and their desire to leave the job will increase.
