Perseverance’s Mastcam-Z instrument provides high-resolution stereo and multispectral images with a unique combination of spatial resolution, spatial coverage, and wavelength coverage along the rover’s traverse in Jezero crater, Mars. Images reveal rocks consistent with an igneous (including volcanic and/or volcaniclastic) and/or impactite origin and limited aqueous alteration, including polygonally fractured rocks with weathered coatings; massive boulder-forming bedrock consisting of mafic silicates, ferric oxides, and/or iron-bearing alteration minerals; and coarsely layered outcrops dominated by olivine. Pyroxene dominates the iron-bearing mineralogy in the fine-grained regolith, while olivine dominates the coarse-grained regolith. Solar and atmospheric imaging observations show significant intra- and intersol variations in dust optical depth and water ice clouds, as well as unique examples of boundary layer vortex action from both natural (dust devil) and Ingenuity helicopter–induced dust lifting. High-resolution stereo imaging also provides geologic context for rover operations, other instrument observations, and sample selection, characterization, and confirmation.

Geminiviruses, in particular the members of the genus Begomovirus , are considered to be a major phytosanitary problem for tomato crops production in the world. They are responsible for yield losses of up to 20% to 100%. Regrettably, Togo is not spared from this situation. This work aims to show the genetic diversity of the begomoviruses affecting tomato crops production in Togo and their relationship with other begomoviruses. To achieve these objectives, 307 samples of tomato leaves and wild plant species with typical virus symptoms were collected in the Maritime, Plateaus, Central, Kara and Savannah regions and submitted to PCR analysis. The results revealed the presence of begomovirus in 25.40% of the analyzed samples. The PCR products obtained were submitted to direct sequencing. Phylogenetic analysis of sequences of DNA-A different regions of begomovirus identified in this work with that of other begomoviruses showed a nucleotide identity of 96% respectively for Tomato leaf curl Togo virus-Fontem, Tomato Leaf Curl Togo Virus , Ageratum leaf curl Cameroon Alphasatellite; 98% respectively to Tomato leaf curl Nigeria virus , Ageratum leaf curl Cameroon virus , Tomato leaf curl Cameroon virus-Fontem, Ageratum leaf curl Cameroon virus and 99% respectively to Tomato leaf curl Kumasi virus , Pepper yellow vein Mali virus Bazegahot and Pepper yellow vein Mali virus-Ouaga. These results suggest a high degree of genetic diversity of tomato begomoviruses identified in Togo.

Study hypothesis: We sought to investigate the association between echocardiographic optimisation and ventricular activation time in cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) patients, obtained through the use of electrocardiographic mapping (ECM). We hypothesised that echocardiographic optimisation of the pacing delay between the atrial and ventricular leads - atrio-ventricular delay (AVD) and the delay between ventricular leads - inter-ventricular pacing interval (VVD) would correlate with reductions in ventricular activation time. Background: Optimisation of AVD and VVD may improve CRT patient outcome. Optimal delays are currently set based on echocardiographic indices; however, acute studies have found that reductions in bulk ventricular activation time correlate with improvements in acute haemodynamic performance. Materials and methods: Twenty-one patients with established CRT criteria were recruited. After implantation, patients underwent echo-guided optimisation of the AVD and VVD. During this procedure, the participants also underwent non-invasive ECM. ECM maps were constructed for each AVD and VVD. ECM maps were analysed offline. Total ventricular activation time (TVaT) and a ventricular activation time index (VaT10-90) were calculated to identify the optimal AVD and VVD timings that gave the minimal TVaT and VaT10-90 values. We correlated cardiac output with these electrical timings. Results: Echocardiographic programming optimisation was not associated with the greatest reductions in biventricular activation time (VaT10-90 and TVaT). Instead, bulk activation times were reduced by a further 20% when optimised with ECM. We contribute to the field of neural networks, and recurrent ones in particular, in three ways. First we show how neural networks can be used to process not only points, but random variables summarised by their expectations and variances. Second, a framework to reduce sequences to points is introduced. Third, leveraging variational inference we find latent state representations of sequences, enabling arbitrarily complex distributions of sequences. The methods are experimentally verified for human motion prediction, music generation and other domains. Wir tragen drei Methoden zum Feld der (rekurrenten) neuronalen Netze bei. Zuerst zeigen wir wie nicht nur Punkte, sondern Zufallsvariablen in Form ihrer Erwartungswerte und Varianzen durch sie hindurchpropagiert werden k ̈onnen. Dann pr ̈asentieren wir ein Rahmenwerk um Sequenzen auf Punkte abzubilden. Zuletzt nutzen wir ,,variational inference” um latente Zust ̈ande von Sequenzen zu finden, was es uns erlaubt beliebig komplexe Sequenzen zu repr ̈asentieren. Die Methoden werden fu ̈r die Vorhersage menschlicher Bewegung, Musik-Synthese und auf weiteren Daten experimentell verifiziert.

Hybrid systems are attracting widely due to its operating features which can operate in all aspects of climatic changes. In this work, a self excited induction generator (SEIG) combined with PV array is used for the hybrid system. A variable wind speed is incorporated in this work. The simulation is done using MATLAB/Simulink. The control scheme verified using Active power control Technique (APC) and Direct power control (DPC) technique. It provides full control of active and reactive power. An LC filter is used to reduce the higher order harmonics. A detailed MATLAB simulation is done and results are presented to show effectiveness of controllers in hybrid systems for isolated conditions.

Financial help is available for disabled children and their parents, but it is difficult to know what it is, who pays it and who is entitled to claim. The main sources of support are from the Department for Work and Pensions and the government-funded charity, the Family Fund Trust. Other help may be available from local social services departments and health authorities. Many barriers exist that make it hard for families to know what they are eligible to claim, and it is the responsibility of professionals to assist in overcoming this.

The author describes the effects of Erhard Seminars Training (est) on 67 patients--49 who took est during the course of psychotherapy with him and 18 who were seen for evaluation, consultation, or treatment after having taken est. Responsiveness to est was assessed in terms of individually predefined psychodynamics and treatment goals. Of the 49 patients who took est during therapy, 30 were judged to show some positive response and 19 were rated unchanged. The author believes that est often has a strong influence toward psychotherapeutic movement in patients with good ego strength who are motivated to change.
