- Abstract
This book focuses on advances in environmental research. Chapter 1 delves into the intertwined realms of e-waste, the cyclical economy, and their profound impact on economic development. Chapter 2 analyzes the critical discourse of environmental justice and equity, shedding light on the intersectionality between social disparities and environmental degradation. Chapter 3 aims to succinctly compile a mini review of trace elements loads on outdoor fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in South African urban settings. Chapter 4 exposes the concept of sustainable management in ecological economics. Chapter 5 focuses on the environmental effects of spills from the transportation of petroleum products. In Chapter 6, different aspects of the environmental chemistry of ultra trace elements, such as scandium, rare earth elements, hafnium, and tantalum, are described. Chapter 7 describes a novel technique of obtaining nanocarbon-polymer composition (NCPC) on the basis of nano -carbon colloids (NCC) and polyethylenimine (PEI) and the process of NCPC synthesis and its chemical characteristics. Finally, Chapter 8 sets out to comprehensively map the scientific research on studies employing the Weibull Distribution in the field of renewable energy.
