Zahtjevi koji se stavljaju pred ritmičarke sve su veći tako da trening snage igra sve važniju ulogu u fizičkoj pripremi ritmičarki. Trening snage s elastičnim trakama zahtijeva određenu psihološku i tjelesnu spremu ritmičarke.

Natjecanja u ritmičkoj gimnastici pokrenuta su i za muškarce te možemo ustvrditi da se rodio novi sport. Muška ritmička gimnastika sadrži elemente akrobatike, gimnastike, ritmičke gimnastike i plesa u koreografski osmišljenoj i muzički postavljenoj kompoziciji.

U 2008. godini započelo se s provođenjem "C" programa na nacionalnoj razini pa se tako ovaj program uvrstio u program Hrvatskog gimnastičkog saveza. U "C" programu naglasak je na masovnosti, odnosno zamišljen je kako bi popularizirao ritmičku gimnastiku među djevojčicama različite dobi, od predškolskog uzrasta do srednjih škola.

The motor improvement has crucial meaning for overall child development. Namely, it affect on intelectual, social and emotional enlargement. The rhythmic gymnastics belongs to basic sports which are full with natural movements. So, in this research it was tendency to affect with adequate program of rhythmic gymnastics on quantitative and qualitative changes of some motor abilities of girls ages from 8-11 years.The quantitative changes between initial and transitive testing were established with program SSDIF, while the qualitative changes were verified by using LSDIF program. The obtained results showed that there is a significant different only for quantitative changes which are related to the differences in sizes of specific motor abilities of subjects, while the obtained qualitative changes, based on relations of those sizes, are not statistically significant.

The elite skiers spend about 250 days on snow, so it is interesting to find out what are their occupation during active vocation when they come home. Thus, the aim of this research is to determine how top class skiers spend their free time and what they hobbies are. The sample consist 40 man and 34 woman skiers who were participants of World cup during their career. The variables were age, profession, knowledge of foreign language, sport activities and hobbies.The obtained data were analayzed by Statistic for Windows 7.0. using "Descriptive statistic" and "Frequency tables". From obtained results it can be concluded that for the most skiers a professional job is skiing. The most attractive sports acctivities are indoor sports with ball (tennis, soccer, volleyball) and sports on open air, in nature (golf, cycling, hiking). A free time they use for listening music, reading books and going to cinema.

The training process in rhythmic gymnastics starts around the age of five. It is very important that the selection of talented and skilled girls be carried out in the early phases of their life. The main selection factors in rhythmic gymnastics are dictated by the very rigid demands that distinguish this sport from others. The main criterions in the specification equation for rhythmic gymnastics are flexibility and aesthetics of movement. The goal of this study was to construct and apply a simple method for the selection of girls who achieved the best results in flexibility and have a body mass index (BMI) suitable for rhythmic gymnastics. The sample was made of 78 girls, aged four, five and six, who participated in a sports kindergarten. The variables included in this analysis were flexibility, body height, body weight and BMI. The differences between the girls were obtained by t-test analysis. Factor analysis was used to determine the position of subject on the factor component. From the obtained results it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the subjects’ basic anthropometrics characteristics, but no significant difference in flexibility. The factor analysis results singled out only twelve subjects meeting all the selection criteria.

Cilj ovog istraživanja je konstrukcija dva nova instrumenta za procjenu statičke ravnoteže i validacija metrijskih karakteristika novo-konstruiranih instrumenata.

The goal of this paper is to analyze the data regarding the satisfaction of children with the program in Thalassotherapia in order to organize additional sports-recreational activities during free time in the best possible way. The date was obtained by means of questionnaire.

Prednosti Interneta su svakako pravovremena i aktualna informacija i mogućnost sveobuhvatnog informiranja bez obzira na mjesto boravka. Kako se o ritmičkoj gimnastici ne zna puno i nije popularna kao tenis, nogomet i neki drugi sportovi, namjera ovog rada je da se šira javnost upozna s nekim sadržajima ritmičke gimnastike koji se mogu pronaći na Internetu.

Cilj ovog istraživanja je da se na osnovu rezultata faktorske analize, odnosno pozicije ispitanika na prvoj glavnoj komponenti kao i njegove pozicije na pojedinom faktoru, odaberu ona šestgodišnja djeca koja imaju najbolje motoričke predispozicije za kvalitetno igranje odbojke. Proces selekcije za sportsku školu odbojke provodi se na način da se u trenažni proces usmjeravaju oni dječaci i djevojčice koji su postigli iznadprosječne rezultate na prvoj glavnoj komponenti koja reprezentira sve primijenjene motoričke testove. Na taj je način u ovom istraživanju od sveukupno 46 ispitanika odabrano 7 dječaka i 5 djevojčica koji zadovoljavaju očekivane kriterije. Može se reći da je primijenjena metoda selekcije izuzetno efikasna jer osim što izdvaja najbolju djecu istovremeno ukazuje i na njihove posebno izražene kvalitete. Istovremeno ona je i lako primjenjiva, osobito ako se uzme u obzir potreba testiranja velikog broja djece što je česti slučaj kada se radi selekcija po školama.

Kompleksnost ritmičke gimnastike zahtjeva stalno praćenje i ocjenjivanje osnovnih pokazatelja uspješnosti za pojedinu dobnu skupinu. Ovaj rad prikazuje neke testove ( testove fleksibilnosti, ravnoteže, eksplozivne snage) za provjeravanje potencijalne uspješnosti ritmičarki od 7 do 9 godina.

Na svakom stupnju sportskog usavršavanja predloženi su opći i specifični testovi provjereni u praksi, kako bi se omogućilo treneru lakše planiranje i programiranje treninga.

Tjelesna aktivnost jedan je od najvažnijih dopunskih čimbenika u liječenju šećerne bolesti.Ovo istraživanje je provedeno kako bi de utvrdilo u kojoj mjeri se oboljele osobe bave nekom tjelesnom aktivnošću i kako to utječe na njihovo opće stanje, te da se utvrde razlike u tjelesnoj aktivnosti između muškaraca i žena.Multipla regresijska analiza pokazala je da su muški spol i tip dijabetesa jedini značajni prediktori za bavljenje tjelesnom aktivnošću dok dob, vrsta tertapije i preporuka liječnika nemaju statistički značajan utjecaj.

Physical activity is one of the most important factors in the medical treatment of diabetes mellitus. In spite of physicians recommendations, some of patients do not participate in any sports-recreational programs. The study provides an insight into sports-recreational habits of patients suffering from diabetes mellitus in Zagreb and its surroundings.

The comparison between the starting shot of the subject of this study and the theoretical model showed certain differences in several analyzed parameters. The differences are following: - The rotation of the hips was not completed at the backswing. - During the downswing the right foot heel is lifted along with the left foot heel (lifting to the toes), what consequently influences the stability of the whole body while performing the critical part of the swing – the ball impact. - Substantial lateral movements of the body weight regarding the swing direction. - The angle of the front leg is too open in the final part of the downswing. - The body weight is mainly on the back foot at the moment of impact. The noted technique errors definitely influence the performance efficiency of this extremely important stroke, therefore the subject of this study is strongly advised to correct them.
