PT Piranti adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur dalam bidang elektrik tepatnya memproduksi wiring harness untuk kendaraan bermotor. PT. Piranti memproduksi produk wiring harness yang dimana membutuhkan material seperti wire, connector, Tape, Rubber Seal, dan material pendukung yaitu ripet. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi logika fuzzy mamdani untuk penentuan jumlah produksi wiring harness berdasarkan data jumlah ketersediaan yang pernah terjadi dan mengembangkan sistem dengan pemanfaatan logika fuzzy mamdani yang mampu menentukan jumlah produksi wiring harness berdasarkan data jumlah ketersediaan yang pernah terjadi pada PT piranti. Metode iyang idigunakan ipada ipenelitian iini iadalah ianalisis deskriptif ikualitatif, sedangkan iteknik ipengumpulan idata idilakukan imelalui iwawancara, idan iobservasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa logika fuzzy yaitu metode tsukamoto, mamdani, dan sugeno membantu dalam menentukan perencanaan jumlah produksi wiring harness. Serta guna untuk membantu penentuan jumlah produksi pada customer yang belum mampu menentukan jumlah order wiring harness pada bulan depannya yag berada pada PT. Piranti.

Masalah pokok yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana peranan koperasi Cipendawa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota? Bagaimana kendala-kendala yang dihadapi koperasi Cipendawa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraaan anggota? serta Bagaimana Strategi yang digunakan Koperasi dalam Menghadapi Kendala dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Anggota? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang peranan koperasi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa 1) Koperasi Cipendawa ini memberikan peranan yang sangat besar dalam mensejahterahkan anggotanya, bentuk kesejahteraannya yaitu: kemudahan pelayanan yang diberikan, membantu membiayai pendidikan anak, jaminan kesehatan bagi pegawai, adanya pelatihan-pelatihan, hadirnya unit usaha koperasi, 2)Kendala-kendalanya yaitu terbatasnya modal dalam pemberian kredit, kurangnya kesadaran peminjaman anggota dan tidak ada jaminan dalam pinjaman, serta 3) Strateginya yaitu meningkatkan usaha-usaha dalam koperasi, mengikutkan pelatihan-pelatihan, adanya penagih pinjaman dan koperasi harus lebih selektif dalam memberikan pinjaman kepada anggota untuk mengatasi risiko kredit.

Memberikan kepuasan pada konsumen merupakan upaya setiap pengusaha merebut hati konsumen. Dampak kepuasan konsumen terhadap setiap produk berbeda-beda setiap perusahaan, tergantung sejauh mana kebutuhan konsumen. Karena konsumen merasa puas tergantung dari setiap kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terkait strategi peningkatan minat dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk sepatu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa starategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan minat dan kepuasan pelanggan yaitu dengan melalui sikap yang baik, seperti kejujuran dan dapat dipercaya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan kepuasan terhadap produk yang dihasilkan sehingga menciptakan produk berkualitas, juga memiliki komunikasi dua arah dengan pelanggan untuk membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas untuk mempertahankan pelanggan.

Bank umum syariah maupun bank konvensional memiliki peranan sebagai perantara keuangan antara pihak-pihak yang memiliki dana dengan pihak-pihak yang memerlukan dana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar risiko yang harus dihadapi bank umum syariah dan bank konvensional sehingga masyarakat dapat memilih tempat untuk berinvestasi secara tepat dan berusaha mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih besar dengan risiko yang lebih kecil. Untuk mengetahui besarnya risiko yang harus dihadapi antara bank umum syariah dengan bank konvensional dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan NPF/NPL dan FDR/LDR berdasar laporan keuangan yang telah dikeluarkan oleh bank Indonesia. Penelitian kali ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 6 bank, terdiri dari 3 bank umum syariah dan 3 bank konvensional dengan mengambil laporan keuangan per semester dari tahun 2019-2012. Hasil analisis uji Independent Sample t-Test menunjukkan bahwa pada proxy NPF/NPL tidak terdapat perbedaan antara bank umum syariah dengan bank konvensional. Sedangakan pada proxy FDR/LDR menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara bank umum syariah dengan bank konvensional, yaitu FDR bank umum syariah lebih besar daripada LDR bank konvensional.

Smartphone-based learning media is an alternative for developing learning media that can infiltrate the limitations of space and time. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of smartphone media for learning in the 4.0 era from media developed using the SAC (Smart Apps Creator) application. This research and development type uses the Hannafin & Peck design model. The research subjects used a purposive sample technique from 35 students of class XI IPS 3 SMA Jepon, Blora Regency, Central Java. Data analysis using Mixed Methods, data obtained by filling out checklists, questionnaires, and filled tests to conclude its effectiveness. Based on the research results, SAC (Smart Apps Creator) media is fun, easy to understand, interesting, practical, and not boring. The level of complete learning reached 91.4%. Students become accustomed to using technology 4.0 in learning, so they are expected to develop critical, creative, communicative, and collaborative thinking.

Small island ecosystems and their inhabitants face a significant threat from global warming, which jeopardizes their sustainability. These communities are particularly vulnerable to the impact of climate change, as they heavily rely on natural resources for their livelihoods and are more vulnerable than mainland regions. Additionally, the effects of global warming on oceanographic conditions will disproportionately affect these communities. Therefore, it is essential to take urgent action to address the challenges small island states face and promote their resilience in the face of climate change. To preserve the coastal ecosystems in Karimunjawa, Indonesia, this study proposes an alternative spatial plan through micro-zonation analysis. The study conducted literature reviews and field surveys to collect data and developed recommendations for the current spatial plans through spatially, descriptive statistics, and comparative analysis. The findings show that sea surface temperatures in Karimunjawa and Kemujan Island have increased by 1–2 ℃. Stress levels were found for coral reefs at the bleaching warning position for all Karimunjawa Island marine areas, including Kemujan Island. Legon Lele and Tanjung Gelam were found to have suspended sediment traces and indications of heavy metal contamination, making them the research focus. The Karimunjawa micro-zonation boundaries were obtained, especially in the Legon Lele and Tanjung Gelam areas, with an area of 640.63 and 817.45 ha, respectively. The proposed micro-zonation for Karimunjawa National Park zoning refers to watersheds-sedimentary cells, making it an example of implementing integrated coastal management (ICM) spatial boundaries in Karimunjawa and other nations.

Dalam pendidikan adanya internet memunculkan gagasan adanya distance learning atau pembelajaran jarak jauh, hal ini di karenakan adanya keterbatasan dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan kondisi pembelajaran sekarang yang membutuhkan pembelajaran yang fleksible dalam waktu dan tempat lingkungan hidup agar siswa dapat berpartisipasi secara langsung. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di sekolah adalah belum optimal penyerapan materi geografi oleh siswa, pemanfaatan fasilitas wifi dan Facebook di sekolah, sehingga dilakukan penelitian produk media e learning Facebook. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan: 1) Mendesain media e-learning Facebook pada pembelajaran geografi, 2) Mengetahui kualitas hasil media e-learning Facebook menurut review ahli, dan uji coba siswa, 3) Mengetahui kelayakan media e-learning Facebook pada pembelajaran geografi. Desain e-learning Facebook diproduksi dengan merancang flowchart dan storyboard sebagai dasar merancang produk e-learning Facebok. Efektivitas e-learning Facebook dilakukan oleh siswa kelas x dari 6 sekolah yang ada di SMA kota semarang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pre-experimen designs (ekperimen tidak sebenarnya). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunkan dokumentasi, angket kuesioner.

Tourism requires a strategy for development. The steps taken in developing tourism are quite complex. The tourism potential in the Pagilaran Tea Plantation can find a sustainable tourism model in an agro-tourism. Of course there are still many shortcomings from various aspects regarding the development of sustainable tourism in Pagilaran Tea Plantation Agrotourism, especially related to management. This study measures and examines the agro-tourism development strategy of Pagilaran Tea Plantation which has the advantage of being a sustainable tourism model with its social, economic, environmental and educational aspects. The right method used for this research is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) because this method solves a complex unstructured situation into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by assigning a subjective value to the relative importance of each variable, and determining which variable has the highest priority in order to influence the outcome of the situation. The results of the AHP analysis (Analytical Hierarchy Process) in obtaining priority from the criteria of factors in the sustainable tourism development strategy of Pagilaran Agrotourism, namely: Economic, Socio-Cultural, Ecological and Educational factors (0.351). The highest priority is education which gets a vector weight value (0.351). This result is in accordance with the vision and mission of the Pagilaran tea plantation company and the history of the Pagilaran tea plantation that the existence of this plantation is intended for education and research. Agrotourism is actually intended for educational tourism that provides insight and knowledge about agricultural commodities. Based on the results of the AHP analysis (Analytical Hierarchy Process) as a whole shows that the priority of alternative choices for sustainable tourism development strategies in Pagilaran Tea Plantation Agrotourism are as follows: 1st priority: Human Resources Development, 2nd priority: Tourism Infrastructure, 3rd priority: Tourism Marketing and 3rd priority: 4: Giving Capital.An alternative strategy that becomes a priority to be developed is human resource development (0.297). This is relevant to the development strategy of the Pagilaran tea plantation Agrotourism where the education aspect is a top priority.

Various environmental processes as impacts of urban areas related to coastal dynamics require continuous monitoring using the Geographic Information System (GIS). Among such consequences, the spread pattern of suspended sediment in urban coastal areas indicates urban flood risk. This research aimed to determine the spread pattern of suspended sediment in the urban coastal area of Kendal Regency, Indonesia. The primary research method employed ENVI to analyze the sequential band-ratio from Landsat 7 TM to Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS satellite images. The results show that the distribution patterns effectively use band 3/2 of Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS with ca. 0.1 higher for the DN value compared to the band 4/3. This finding indicates different cases in other regions that mostly enhance the band ratio of 4/3 – sequentially match with band 3/2 in Landsat 7 TM. By receiving clear visualization from a band ratio of 3/2, the potential major distribution of suspended sediment was seen in the northeast during the west-east transitional season. However, the East-West's transitional season shows the sediment's circulation at certain points that could become the potential benchmark locations for the siltation occurrence because of sediment concentrations.

*ABSTRAK* Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana profil tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas Tinggi SDN Duri Utara 02 Petang Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode berbentuk deskriptif kuantitatif untuk memberikan uraian mengenai gejala, fenomena, atau fakta yang diteliti dengan mendeskripsikan tentang nilai variabel mandiri, tanpa bermaksud menghubungkan atau membandingkan. Hasil penelitian ini mengetahui TKJI siswa/i kelas Tinggi usia 10-12 tahun SDN Duri Utara 02 Petang dan TKJI siswa putra dan putri SDN Duri Utara 02 Petang usia 10-12 tahun berada pada kelas “kurang sekali” sebesar 24% (21 siswa/i), “kurang” sebesar 56% (48 siswa/i), “sedang" sebesar 19% (16 siswa), "baik" sebesar 1% (1 siswa/i) dan "baik sekali" sebesar 0%. Jika dilihat dari nilai rata-rata 11,00 maka tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa putra dan putri SDN Duri Utara 02 Petang usia 10-12 tahun termasuk dalam klasifikasi “kurang”. *ABSTRACT* The purpose of this study was to find out the profile of the level of physical fitness of the High Grade students of SDN Duri Utara 02 Petang for the 2022/2023 academic year. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method to provide a description of the symptoms, phenomena or facts studied by describing the value of the independent variable, without the intention of connecting or comparing. The results of this study found that the TKJI of high class students aged 10-12 years at SDN Duri Utara 02 Petang and the TKJI for male and female students at SDN Duri Utara 02 Petang aged 10-12 years were in the class "less than once" by 24% (21 students/ i), "poor" by 56% (48 students/i), "moderate" by 19% (16 students), "good" by 1% (1 student/i) and "very good" by 0%. from an average score of 11.00, the level of Physical Fitness for male and female students at SDN Duri Utara 02 Petang aged 10-12 years is included in the "low" classification.

The purpose of this study was to describe the use of ecosystem videos during the covid-19 pandemic in elementary schools, to find out the importance of using ecosystem videos for students during the covid-19 pandemic in elementary schools, and to describe the meaning of ecosystem videos for students in elementary schools. . This study uses a qualitative research approach with research design using case studies. Data collection techniques using non-participant observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is done by triangulation. The triangulation used in this research is source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The use of video ecosystem is important for students to attract attention and direct the concentration of students because video is a moving image that is said to be more effective than other media. And the meaning of the video ecosystem for students, human teachers (actors) who act important on the basis of the meaning of giving students enthusiasm for learning and providing actions that are obtained through social interaction.

One of the disasters that often occur in coastal areas is abrasion. Abrasion causes coastal dynamics, including the East Coast of Rembang, Kragan Village, Kragan District, Rembang Regency. From 1975 to 1990, at least 50 meters of land from this area has been lost due to abrasion. This dynamic may become one of the causes of unsustainable management of the coastal environment and its natural resources. Various efforts have been made to overcome abrasion, but abrasion continues to hit this area, even until 2020. Qualitative and quantitative approaches were carried out in this study to discover the coast dynamics and various human activities that may trigger abrasion. Image interpretation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires were used as data collection techniques at three observation points in the Kragan Village area. This study concludes that the beach in Kragan Village has experienced dynamics with a total land loss of 46 meters from 2003 to 2020. Harmful activities carried out by humans resulted in abrasion so that the coast experienced dynamics. Human activities also affect coastal management, namely the basic principles of integrated coastal management and processes in the management of coastal areas.

Indonesia is a disaster-prone country but public awareness of disasters is still low. To improve community disaster literacy, schools are the most effective vehicle. Improved disaster mitigation literacy can be achieved by integrating disaster education into subjects taught in school and associating it with the local wisdom owned by the community. This research aimed to determine and learn from the local wisdom of lamban langgakh (stilt houses), develop a disaster mitigation literacy model for subjects in schools, and identify the level of disaster mitigation literacy of junior and senior high school students in the West Coast District (WCR) of Lampung Province. The study was conducted in two stages: identifying and analyzing comprehensive information about lamban langgakh and developing an indirect teaching model as a students’ disaster mitigation literacy model through the ADDIE development model. This research produced a new model to improve students’ disaster mitigation literacy by integrating it with school subjects and local wisdom owned by local communities.

Data collection using interviews, observations and documentation, through the silencing of techniques and data analysis starts from data collection, reduction, presentation and conclusions. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Cigadung 03, with informants of students and teachers. The results of the discussion showed that the social studies teaching material for grade IV elementary school was related to stories about my area, my Indonesia is rich in culture, me and my needs, and building a civilized society. In this regard, there needs to be implications that can be applied in learning about local content in Brebes district. This is done with the intention of being the direction of the child's consciousness related to learning that corresponds to real life. Students can learn about salted egg, Sundanese language, Javanese, khaul, kerigan, sintren, calung, burok art, kuntulan, brebes mask dance, and pandansari mongrove forest

This research is conducted based on the recently viral phenomenon of the Good Corporate Governance issue, yet in reality there is also absence in full realization by state-owned institutions to implement it as the necessity and as its obligation in community service. This proves in several corruption cases which are revealed both in State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) and Region-Owned Enterprise, especially in Bandung. The aim of this research is to identify the influence of internal control and internal audit to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance both directly and indirectly in BUMN and BUMD in particular in Bandung. This research uses the population of BUMN and BUMD in Bandung as many as 18 enterprises which consists of 14 BUMNs and 4 BUMDs. The method used for this research is analytical description with path analysis system. The results of this research show that the implementation of internal control and internal audit systems in BUMNs are significantly better than in BUMDs. This condition is caused by the rule of Good Corporate Governance binding the BUMNs to apply its organizational management better than in BUMDs. It also proves in statistical result that shows that internal control and internal audit systems have positive effects on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance. Directly, internal control system affects positively for 61.4%, while internal audit system does for 19.2%. Indirectly, both internal control and internal audit systems affect 80.6%. From this results showed, it can be concluded that internal control system in an organization supported by the efficiency of internal audit function will result in the satisfactory implementation of the Good Corporate Governance in the organization.
