Makanan khas daerah adalah budaya Indonesia yang juga merupakan identitas bangsa yang penting. Oleh sebab itu, makanan khas daerah sebaiknya dipelajari oleh masyarakat Indonesia, dimulai dari anak pada periode intelektual yaitu pada usia 6 – 12 tahun. Mempelajari makanan khas daerah juga meliputi cara memasaknya, tetapi pembelajaran memasak pada anak sulit dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan game simulasi memasak “Dapur Mungil Nusantara” untuk memperkenalkan makanan khas daerah Indonesia kepada anak berusia 6 – 12 tahun. Dalam game ini, pemain dapat memasak lima jenis makanan khas daerah Indonesia. Selain itu, pemain dapat melihat informasi dan gambar dari setiap bahan yang digunakan. Game simulasi memasak “Dapur Mungil Nusantara” telah berhasil dikembangkan dan dapat memberikan pengaruh positif kepada anak berusia 6 – 12 tahun yaitu meningkatkan wawasan tentang memasak, bahan masakan, dan makanan khas daerah Indonesia, serta meningkatkan minat belajar memasak.Kata Kunci: Game, Simulasi, Memasak, Makanan Khas Daerah Indonesia

Proses bisnis yang berjalan di Roemah Soto belum memanfaatkan teknologi internet yang berkembang. Dengan proses bisnis tersebut, data yang berkaitan dengan Roemah Soto tidak tercatat dalam sebuah sistem, sehingga proses pengelolaan data di Roemah Soto menjadi sulit untuk dilakukan. Selain itu, sistem pembayaran yang tersedia hanya menggunakan tunai, yang mana memberikan kesusahan bagi customer yang tidak membawa tunai. Oleh karena itu, Roemah Soto memerlukan sistem yang mampu mencatat semua data yang ada di Roemah Soto serta menyediakan sistem pembayaran selain tunai. Pembangunan sistem di Roemah Soto menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang memiliki aplikasi mobile android yang dapat digunakan oleh customer untuk melakukan proses pemesanan makanan yang terhubung dengan payment gateway sehingga tersedia sistem pembayaran selain tunai dan website admin yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola data Roemah Soto sehingga dapat menunjang proses bisnis di Roemah Soto.Kata Kunci: Waterfall, Android, Payment Gateway, Website.

UAJY memiliki fasilitas perpustakaan yang bisa digunakan oleh para mahasiswa. Perpustakaan UAJY juga memiliki web yang bisa diakses oleh mahasiswa secara online dengan alamat lib.uajy.ac.id. Perancangan tampilan antarmuka suatu web merupakan hal yang cukup penting dalam pengembangan suatu web untuk meningkatkan user experience. Hal tersebut dapat diukur salah satunya dengan melakukan pengujian usability. Pengujian usability dilakukan dengan menguji lima variabel usability menurut Jakob Nielsen yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dengan pertanyataan sebanyak 18 ke 30 orang responden. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan likert scale. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian usability ini adalah web lib.uajy.ac.id memiliki tingkat usability yang “baik” dengan persentase sebesar 72,79%. Kelima variabel yang diuji mendapat hasil usability yang dikategorikan "baik". Selain itu penulis juga membuat rekomendasi perbaikan berupa prototype yang diharapkan bisa membantu pengembangan web lib.uajy.ac.id kedepannya.Kata Kunci: Perpustakaan, Usability, Antarmuka.

Indonesia memiliki sistem pendidikan yang menggunakan rapor sebagai laporan guru mengenai perolehan nilai siswa kepada orang tua. Dengan sistem pendidikan tersebut, memunculkan usaha percetakan sampul rapor di Kabupaten Klaten, salah satunya Percetakan Unika Grafika. Percetakan ini sering mengalami kendala dalam proses produksi untuk menentukan jumlah produksi optimal sampul rapor. Logika fuzzy metode Mamdani digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan. Data yang diperoleh dari pemilik percetakan diolah secara perhitungan manual dan MatlabR2021a. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan banyaknya barang yang seharusnya diproduksi oleh Percetakan Unika Grafika. Penentuan jumlah produksi optimal sampul rapor menggunakan variabel permintaan, persediaan dan produksi. Pada metode Mamdani, untuk mendapatkan hasil diperlukan tahap-tahap: (a) Fuzzifikasi, (b) Aplikasi fungsi implikasi, (c) Komposisi aturan, (d) Defuzzifikasi dengan metode centroid. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode fuzzy Mamdani dengan data jumlah permintaannya adalah 1420 eksemplar dan jumlah persediaannya adalah 385 eksemplar, diperoleh jumlah produksi optimum adalah 3840 eksemplar.Kata Kunci: Permintaan, Persediaan, Produksi, Mamdani, Matlab.

Phytochemical investigation of the stem bark extract of Psychotria djumaensis led to the isolation of ten known pentacyclic triterpenoids among which one lupane-, three oleanane-, and six ursane-types. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by means of spectroscopic methods and by comparison with previously reported data. The isolated compounds were tested against five strains of bacteria, and the cytotoxicity against the human cervix carcinoma KB-3-1 cell was evaluated. The isolates exhibited weak antibacterial activity against the five strains. The cytotoxic activity exhibited by 3β,19α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (5) (IC50 5.9 µM) was about three times more significant than that of the reference [(+) griseofulvin, IC50 17-21 µM].

Purpose This study aims to propose a theoretical model to explain mobile payment (MP) continuance usage in a physical store in Indonesia from a habit perspective. In detail, continuance usage was argued to be a consequence of habitual behavior which is related to specific actions conducted automatically, repeatedly and frequently. Therefore, the theoretical model was constructed on the theory of habit establishment. Design/methodology/approach In total, 220 Indonesian respondents were used to examine the theoretical model. Furthermore, a cross-sectional study was used through the use of a descriptive statistical approach to preparing data and descriptive analyses and structural equation modeling method for analysis. Findings Satisfaction was found to have the most substantial direct influence on the establishment of habit to use MP followed by perceived usefulness and perceived compatibility. Meanwhile, deal proneness and social ties were discovered to have a significant indirect effect on habit through the mediation of usefulness. Originality/value This study used the theory of habit formation to understand how user develops repeated behavior in MP usage which leads to continuance usage of the platform. There is limited explicit exploration and development of a theory based on this concept, therefore, this study is a contribution to the body of knowledge with respect to habit formation and its impacts on MP continuance usage.

International audience; It is well established that downsizing mechanical structures make their surface-over-volume ratio much larger than for usual objects, so that their ability to interact with their environment is significantly augmented. This has been particularly used in the development of cantilever sensors, where a surface energy change on one side induces the cantilever’s bending. Even though this phenomenon has been implemented for a wide range of molecules, the modeling the mechanical response of a micromechanical structure to a surface energy change has been scarcely investigated. Secondstrain gradient elasticity [1] has been shown to naturally involve the equivalent of surface tension for solids, and thus seems particularly suited to model the deformation of solids subjected to a surface energy change. The constitutive law is however rather complex, so that the experimental identification of the constitutive parameters is a challenge to overcome. First results from an original approach are reported herein. Beams made of a material driven by second-strain gradient elasticity are expected to display short-wavelength sinusoidal components in their displacement field. A case study of a crisis in the hospitality and tourism industry was conducted and is reported on in this article. Specifically, the crisis of legitimacy at SeaWorld that resulted from the Blackfish documentary is presented and analyzed. The conceptual framework that guides the investigation is developed by reviewing and synthesizing theories of organizational legitimacy, crisis management, and crisis communication. SeaWorld's crisis response is described and its crisis communication analyzed. The results of the study indicate that SeaWorld managed crisis management and crisis communication poorly, resulting in major damage to SeaWorld's organizational legitimacy. This case provides implications for hospitality and tourism scholar-practitioners to consider. First, hospitality and tourism organizations must be proactive in their crisis management endeavors, identifying threats to the organization. Second, hospitality and tourism organizations must monitor social media actively and respond immediately and appropriately. Third, crisis communication must be consistent, or else organizational crisis may be exacerbated.

Customer satisfaction is paramount to businesses success. It has been researched in business and marketing since the 1970s. If customer satisfaction is achieved brand loyalty often results. Because of that, brand loyalty has also been heavily researched in the last few decades. The purpose of the current research was to determine the drivers of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, as well as examining the relationship between the two. Our investigation examined the effects on the marketing mix (the 7 Ps, including price, promotion, place, etc.) on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty at McDonald’s restaurants in Morocco. A quantitative method was used in the study, with a survey research design. The results of the study indicate that the marketing mix does indeed influence customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Implications of the findings are beneficial for both scholars and practitioners of marketing and business. Key words: McDonald’s, customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, fast food, Morocco, Africa.

This study aims to investigate how accurate are TASMICS and TASMIP models in predicting the X-ray output of some Conventional Radiology X-ray units with high frequency generators. The X-ray output in microgray per milliampere seconds (μGy/mAs) at 100 cm from the X-ray tube was determined for selected high voltages and taking into account the total filtration. The X-ray output was then measured directly with the multi-purpose detectors (MPD), Raysafe X2. The maximum relative error between measured and predicted values was found to be equal to 20%. The maximum relative error between measured and predicted values obtained demonstrates the difficulty of accurately predicting the X-ray tube output using TASMICS and TASMIP models since they are based on fixed anode angles and different composition of the tungsten anode.

International audience; The paper deals with a capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducer (CMUT)-basedsensor dedicated to the detection of acoustic emissions from damaged structures. This work aims to explore different ways to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and the sensitivity of such sensors focusing on the design and packaging of the sensor, electrical connections, signal processing, coupling conditions, design of the elementary cells and operating conditions. In the first part, the CMUT-R100 sensor prototype is presented and electromechanically characterized. It is mainly composed of a CMUT-chip manufactured using the MUMPS process, including 40 circular 100 µm radius cells and covering a frequency band from 310 kHz to 420 kHz, and work on the packaging, electricalconnections and signal processing allowed the signal-to-noise ratio to be increased from 17 dB to 37 dB. In the second part, the sensitivity of the sensor is studied by considering two contributions: the acoustic-mechanical one is dependent on the coupling conditions of the layered sensor structure and the mechanical-electrical one is dependent on the conversion of the mechanical vibration to electrical charges. The acoustic-mechanical sensitivity is experimentally and numerically addressed highlighting the care to be taken in implementation of the silicon chip in the brass housing. Insertion losses of about 50% are experimentally observed on an acoustic test between unpackaged and packaged silicon chip configurations. The mechanical-electrical sensitivity is analytically describedleading to a closed-form amplitude of the detected signal under dynamic excitation. Thus, the influence of geometrical parameters, material properties and operating conditions on sensitivity enhancement is clearly established: such as smaller electrostatic air gap, and larger thickness, Young’s modulus and DC bias voltage.

Early growth and survival of tree seedlings is often poor on reclaimed coal surface mines in Appalachia. Biochar produced in bioenergy generation has potential for use as an amendment to improve seedling performance. Mine soil was collected from a recently reclaimed coal surface mine in Wise County, Virginia and mixed with loblolly pine (Pinus taeda L.) sawdust biochar, simulating application rates of 2.3, 11.2 and 22.5 Mg ha-1. Unplanted leaching columns and 4 L tree planting pots were filled with these biochar-soil mixtures, plus controls of pure mine soil and pure biochar. For the tree planting pots, additional pots were created where the biochar was applied as a topdressing at the same application rates as in the mixtures. One-year-old seedlings of both American sycamore (Platanus occidentalis L.) and black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) were planted. Unplanted leaching columns were leached with collected rainwater for six months to simulate weathering. Trees were grown for one growing season. Black locust had higher average above-ground dry woody biomass (24.4 g) than American sycamore (17.0 g), and also higher below-ground biomass (61.0 g compared to 30.2 g). The pure biochar produced greater average below-ground biomass (99.9 g) than the pure mine soil (46.9 g). All of the biochar treatments produced greater average above-ground woody biomass (19.1 g – 33.4 g) than the pure mine soil (10.9 g). After weathering, biochar provided less available soil phosphorus, calcium and iron than the mine soil itself while increasing soil carbon and organic matter. High (22.5 Mg ha-1) biochar applications increased soil volumetric water holding capacity to 18.6% compared to 13.4% for pure mine soil. Naturally-occurring herbaceous biomass in the pots was negatively correlated with above-ground woody biomass at r = -0.483. Topdressing and full incorporation of biochar were not significantly different in their effects on biomass. Results suggest that pine biochar either broadcast at 2.3 - 22.5 Mg ha‑1, or mixed in planting holes with backfill soil, will promote faster above-ground growth and larger root systems in seedlings in mine soils. Further studies should test these methods in the field over multiple years and further refine recommendations of the rate of biochar to use and how best to apply it. New systems are being developed in Appalachia to produce biofuels and biochar from local biomass and to recycle biochar into the land base to enhance future biomass productivity. Applying 4 L of biochar mixed with the backfill of newly-planted trees is the top recommended practice for tree performance.

Performance evaluation of computed tomography is not significant in the Republic of Cameroon in general and more particularly in the city of Yaounde. Therefore, this work aimed to analyze image performances of 05 CT scanners in 05 medical facilities in the city of Yaounde, by using the Catphan 700 phantom and test procedures of the Atomic Energy Agency. Five quality control tests were performed on each CT-Scanner. All the CT scanners evaluated showed good results and were not disapproved in three of the five tests performed. The difference between the measured spatial resolution for each of the five CT scanners and the spatial resolution specified by the manufacturer was very high. The low contrast resolution of four of the five CT scanners was found low when compared to the low contrast resolution specified by the manufacturers.
