This text focuses its attention on the new indigenous literature of Peru (early 21st century), analyzing the works of two indigenous authors, Odi Gonzales (Quechua nation) and José Luis Ayala (Aymara nation). Authors who in their passage have opened a spectrum of not only bilingual but trilingual publications, where their indigenous languages have migrated to other countries, transforming not only national but international spaces of literature, in which they reproduce certain aesthetic values of their language and where also, they acquire a language of the metropolitan world to adopt it to their indigenous worldviews., Este texto centra su atención en la nueva literatura indígena del Perú (inicios del siglo XXI), analizando las obras de dos autores indígenas, Odi Gonzales (nación quechua) y José Luis Ayala (nación aymara). Autores que en su transitar han abierto un espectro de publicaciones no sólo bilingües sino trilingües, en donde sus lenguas indígenas han migrado a otros países, trasformando espacios no sólo nacionales sino internacionales de la literatura, en las que reproducen ciertos valores estéticos de su lengua y en donde también, adquieren un lenguaje del mundo metropolitano para adoptarlo a sus cosmovisiones indígenas.

The article analyzes the role of intellectuals from Puno, and it is focused on the work of Jose Padilla Feliciano and Luis Ayala whose ideas gave sense and support to the first regional government of Puno from 2002 to 2006. This is a qualitative research that applied interviews, observation and content analysis. The study found that the production of meaning was oriented to the claims of ethno cultural identity and representation of imaginary meanings about the indigenous rebellions. The study tries to explain how the subjects of ideas legitimate the search of power of political movements that run in the regional elections., El artículo analiza el rol de los intelectuales puneños Feliciano Padilla y José Luis Ayala como sujetos de ideas que produjeron soporte de sentido al primer movimiento regional electo que condujo el gobierno regional en Puno, durante 2002 y 2006. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa que empleó entrevistas, observación y análisis de contenido. El estudio encontró que la producción de sentido se orientó hacia la reivindicación de la identidad etnocultural y la recreación de significaciones imaginarias sobre las rebeliones indígenas. El estudio pretende explicar cómo los sujetos de ideas legitiman la búsqueda del poder de los movimientos políticos que participan en las elecciones regionales
