O marketing sensorial estabelece a perceção através dos cinco sentidos humanos sendo os mesmos, a visão, a audição, o paladar, o tato e por último, o olfato. Designa-se mobile commerce, como sendo as vendas efetuadas em formato online por meio de dispositivos móveis, como smartphones e tablets. Fast fashion, como sendo uma moda rápida, ou seja, é um padrão de produção e consumo em que os produtos são rapidamente fabricados, consumidos e descartados. Neste seguimento de ideias, entende-se que esta investigação tem como objetivo geral compreender se a utilização do marketing sensorial no mobile commerce pode influenciar as compras online de empresas fast fashion. Especificamente este estudo pretende (1) entender de que forma o marketing sensorial pode influenciar a experiência do consumidor em compras de fast fashion em mobile commerce, (2) perceber de que forma o marketing sensorial pode afetar o risco de compra em compras de fast fashion em mobile commerce; e por último, (3) compreender de que forma o marketing sensorial pode influenciar na intenção de compras de fast fashion em mobile commerce. Desta forma, serão estudados individualmente os sentidos visão, e tato. Para a realização desta dissertação, foi elaborada uma pesquisa quantitativa, utilizando o método experimental. Com base nos principais resultados obtidos, mais concretamente na verificação da importância do sentido sensorial em compras mobile de fast fashion serão realizadas diversas discussões. Sensory marketing establishes perception through the five human senses, vision, hearing, taste, touch and finally, smell. Mobile commerce is defined as sales made in an online format through mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. Fast fashion is understood to be a fast fashion, that is, it is a pattern of production and consumption in which products are quickly manufactured, consumed, and discarded. Therefore, this investigation aims to understand if the use of sensory marketing in mobile commerce can influence online shopping by fast fashion companies. Specifically, this study aims to (1) understand how sensory marketing can influence the consumer experience in fast fashion shopping in mobile commerce, (2) understand how sensory marketing can affect the perceived risk in fast fashion shopping in mobile commerce; and finally, (3) understand how sensory marketing can influence the intention of fast fashion purchases in mobile commerce. In this way, the senses of sight and touch will be studied individually. To carry out this dissertation, quantitative research was carried out, using the experimental method. Based on the main results obtained, more specifically in the verification of the importance of the sensory sense in fast fashion mobile shopping, several discussions will be held.
