Pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan bentuk kegiatan wajib yang dilakukan oleh setiap dosen dalam menjalankan tridharma Perguruan Tingginya, dengan tujuan mengimplementasikan teori dan membantu serta memberi masukan pada masyarakat dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat. Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat tahun ini dilakukan secara virtual atau daring karena adanya pandemi covid-19 yang mengharuskan dosen melakukan proses pelaksanaan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PPM) di rumah masing-masih sesuai aturan yang diberikan oleh Universitas. Semenjak pandemi COVID-19, teknologi memiliki peran yang besar dalam berbagai kegiatan, salah satunya bisnis bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Melalui penggunaan media sosial dan e-commerce, pemasaran online dapat menjangkau konsumen lebih luas. Sehingga apabila pelaku UMKM dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial dan e- commerce, maka pendapatan akan meningkat dan produknya akan dikenal ke seluruh daerah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya pelatihan berbasis digital yang ditujukan untuk membantu para pelaku usaha untuk mendapatkan ilmu dan memiliki keterampilan dalam menggunakan platform digital. Melalui PPM ini, kami melakukan evaluasi pelatihan berbasis digital yang telah diikuti para mitra UMKM. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara virtual mulai tanggal 10 Juli 2021 – 11 Agustus 2021. Secara teknis, pelaksanaan program ini dilakukan dari tahap pencarian mitra UMKM, penyebaran kuesioner, hingga mengolah data kuesioner untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari pelatihan berbasis digital yang diikuti para mitra UMKM. The topics of social entrepreneurship have increased considerably time by time. Social entrepreneurship becomes an engaging, specific theme in the field of entrepreneurship research. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how are social entrepreneurship articles classified. Then, to know the trend of social entrepreneurship research, to know which research topics are the subject of more publications, and to analyze future social entrepreneurship topics that provide opportunities for further investigation. There are two journals from leading publishers that specifically offer a publishing platform for social entrepreneurship. There are many articles in these two journals that can specifically give us information about the development of this entrepreneurial topic. We have reviewed this database and attempted to classify materials using VOSviewer software. There are several article groupings into sub-topic sections

World halal tourism can be relied upon due to its enormous potential from an economic standpoint. Halal to tourism is aimed at providing tourism services that are friendly to Islamic law applications for Muslim tourists. The development of halal tourism experienced the largest growth compared to other types of tourism until 2018 in Indonesia. The development led to increasingly high levels of human resource with skills and competencies in the field of syariah-compliant tourist services. The movement of human resources from conventional tourist services to halal tourist services will result in changes in human resource behavior, and the productivity of halal tourist services. This study will explain the readiness of the Islamic human resources to deal with these changes. This study examines the issue of Islamic HR in Sharia Hotels with a sample of 200 employees as respondents. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely the RASCH model and SWOT analysis so that measurements with the Likert scale are more appropriate. Since this research issue has never been studied before and there are not enough variables and constructs available, the authors use an exploratory approach. The results of this study indicate that the readiness of Islamic HR in Syariah Hotels as measured by various competencies shows mixed results. Intellectual competence and competency in sharia science were found to be of low category. In addition, anxiety levels and burnout levels are high. On the other hand, Islamic tourism halal tourism has advantages in terms of productive age and high levels of emotional and social competence. The opportunity for Islamic HR management lies in implementing halal tourism standardization, both national and international standards. However, hospitality Islamic hospitality also faces threats, namely an increase in the number of competitors. Therefore, the Halal hospitality industry of the national hotel needs adequate education and training in Islamic human resources, both by relevant government agencies and other stakeholders. This effort is to support the improvement of national halal tourism, especially in the area of ??sharia hotels in West Java.

In 2016, the Indonesian economy grew by 5.02%. It was the third-largest growth after China and India among the G20 countries. The creative economy itself contributed 852 trillion rupiahs or 7.38% to that GDP. It is a remarkable achievement of the economy of Indonesia. Achieving higher performance requires collaborations among all parties in quadruple helix, contributing to the establishment of partnership patterns. They should work based on their task, principle, function, and capacity in synergy. Hence, it is necessary to set effective guidelines (manual) or ecosystem development of the creative economy at a regional level. Besides, it is a prerequisite to establishing partnership programs between government and creative communities through the program of 3Cs (Connect - Collaborate - Commerce). The problem examined in this study relates to the development of the creative economy based on local arts and culture in Bandung Regency. The main objective of this study is to construct the strategic partnership model which can impact the creative economy sector in Bandung Regency, based on local arts and culture. This research uses a focus group discussion (FGD) technique involving all essential parties and interviews with stakeholders in regional work units who have the authority to make decisions related to the development of the creative economy. FGD and interview generate accountable information related to mapping potential of the creative economy, SWOT analysis and available partnership programs for the development of the creative economy based on local arts and culture, and description of partnership system between related parties in the quadruple helix. Therefore, it is necessary to establish guidelines or document which can be used in the policymaking. Besides, FGD and interview result in the concept of a government partnership program with creative communities through the program of 3Cs (Connect - Collaborate - Commerce). This research is expected to encourage many regions to connect, collaborate, and commerce so they can create new programs that will be conducted together with their supporting partners. The results of this study show that the role of government in the quadruple helix is 60% in 2016, decreasing to 10% in 2019. The decreasing government role is also accompanied by the increasing role of creative entrepreneurs each year (55 percent in 2019). It shows that the development of the creative economy is becoming more independent every year.

Manuscript type: Research paperResearch aims: This study aims to investigate the effects of safety climate and employee engagement on organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB).Design/Methodology/Approach: Drawing from the social exchange theory and flow theory, a theoretical framework was developed and tested using data collected from 610 freelance sewage workers. A questionnaire survey was used to collect the data, while structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis was used as the data analysis approach.Research findings: The results reveal that both safety climate and employee engagement have significantly positive impact on employees’ organisational citizenship behaviour amongst sewage workers in Indonesia. This finding indicates that although the sewage cleaners are often employed based on contract and may not be in a position to demand more from the organisations, they do appreciate the organisational commitment in producing a safe workplace environment. They, in return will demonstrate a higher engagement towards their work.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the organisational citizenship behaviour literature by examining how workplace environmental factors such as safety climate affects organisational citizenship behaviour. In the context of sewage cleaning, safety climate is important, as sewage workers are frequently exposed to and threatened by serious health problems. Yet, there has been a paucity of research on the sewage cleaning sector to understand the relationships.Research limitation/Implications: The study implies that when organisations are willing to improve safety climate, their employees will perceive improved safety climate, and then will have more engagement and organisational citizenship behaviour. Era otonomi menuntut setiap pemerintah daerah mandiri dan kreatif mencari sumbersumber pembiayaan serta aktif mencari berbagai peluang yang bisa dijadikan sumber pemasukan kas daerah. Kemauan Pemerintah Daerah dalam menciptakan iklim usaha yang bersahabat melalui kemudahan proses perizinan serta berbagai kebijakan yang akomodatif merupakan daya tarik bagi para penanam modal baik dari dalam maupun investor asing. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk melakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap sistem pelayanan perijinan di Kota Bandung sebagai bagian dari implementasi e-government bidang perijinan serta merumuskan langkah-langkah peningkatan kinerja perijinan. Kajian ini akan dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data sekunder dan primer (survey) yang dilakukan dengan wawancara tokoh (responden) kunci di antaranya pengguna (user) pelayanan perijinan dan pejabat di SKPD pemberi perijinan di Kota Bandung.Hasil dari kajian ini bahwa Layanan kinerja yang belum efektif kinerjanya dilihat dari tingkat kepentingan dan harapan, melalui prosedur layanan, persyaratan perizinan, kejelasan petugas, layanan, kedisiplinan petugas, tanggung jawab, kemampuan layanan, kecepatan, keadilan mendapatkan pelayanan, kesopanan dan keramahan layanan. Objective - This study aims to determine the conditions relating to research culture, research self-efficacy and research productivity at private universities in Riau, Indonesia, to examine the direct and indirect influences among research culture, research self-efficacy and research productivity. Methodology/Technique - A questionnaire was used to obtain responses from lecturers at 12 private universities (with a total of 349 responses). The data collected from the sample was analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM) software as the verification method. Findings – The results show that research self-efficacy among lecturers is high. Lecturers have a high research self-efficacy in writing the introduction and method of research, and a high-enough score for a broad view of research, results and discussion, and publication. The last variable is research productivity, which was also grouped in the high-enough category. The quantity dimension has average score of 2.6 which means that it is high-enough, while the scores for the quality dimensions are also high. Research culture, which has eight dimensions, has a direct influence on both research self-efficacy and research productivity. Research self-efficacy also directly influences research productivity. Novelty - This study reveals that research self-efficacy plays an important role in mediating research culture and research productivity variables. Type of Paper - Empirical. Industri kreatif adalah salah satu industri yang memiliki daya tarik wisata mancanegara (wisman) untuk berkunjung ke Indonesia. Kawasan sentra industri sepatu Cibaduyut merupakan salah satu sentra kawasan industri kreatif yang berada di daerah kota Bandung Jawa Barat. Sentra Cibaduyut menawarkan produk handmade yang punya keunikan, originalitas dan awet, yang sangat di sukai di pasaran international. Ini cukup potensial menarik wisata mancanegara untuk dapat mengunjungi sentra Cibaduyut, baik untuk cindramata ataupun menjadi komonditi ekspor. Oleh karena itu dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan wisman tersebut dibutuhkan adanya keterampilan khusus dari para pengrajin sepatu . Saat ini tantangan yang terbesar adalah belum adanya regenerasi dalam bidang keterampilan pembuatan sepatu sebagai daya saing. Pengrajin yang memiliki keterampilan cenderung untuk beralih profesi. Selain itu tantangan dari segi pemasaran ditandai dengan membanjirnya produk sepatu impor dengan harga lebih murah ,tetapi kualitas kalah dengan hasil lokal produk hand made Cibaduyut. Untuk memperkuat reputasi dan citra tersebut, maka dibutuhkan, sumber daya manusia (human capital ) yang unggul , memiliki kompetensi dalam menghadapi tantangan yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini akan diungkap seberapa jauh peran dari human capital pengrajin sepatu sentra sepatu Cibaduyut sebagai daya saing yang akan menarik wisman di Jawa Barat. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif untuk mengungkap tentang peran human capital apasaja yang dapat meningkatkan wisman . Yang didukung dengan data primer melalui questioner yang akan dibagikan pada semua pengrajin sepatu sebagai responden yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan random sampling. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa peran human capital pengrajin sepatu adalah harus “sebagai agen perubahan”, atau sebagai pengrajin sepatu dituntut untuk semakin mampu mengidenfifikasi perubahan-perubahan lingkungannya dan mempu merespon perubahan tersebut. The existence of globalization concept absolutely brings consequences for business environment. Based on international literature, cultural orientation was required on business management in the globalization era. Nevertheless, there have been few numbers of cross-cultural entrepreneurship research. Previous research tended to focus on discussing cultural dimensions or using them in entrepreneurship. Therefore, this study proposes a different perspective which is to explore the cultural dimensions for the formation of entrepreneur competencies. Thus, this study aims at suggesting conceptual models and providing empirical evidence concerning national and individual cultural orientation including its role in influencing the formation of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) entrepreneur competencies in facing the globalization era. For this purpose, the survey questionnaire was distributed to 129 SMEs entrepreneurs in the fashion sector in West Java – Indonesia, which was then tested by using VSM 1994 Formula, SPSS method and Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings and originality of this study were the novelty of national and its individual cultural values for Indonesia. Moreover, this study discovered that Cultural Orientation significantly influenced the form of entrepreneur competencies. Thus, the role of cultural orientation cannot be ignored in enhancing the ability of SMEs entrepreneurs to face the globalization era.

The notions of dynamic capabilities, intellectual capital, and innovation performance have been examined in many competitive advantage scholarly papers. However, there have been small numbers of management studies that consider the link of dynamic capabilities and intellectual capital in respect of innovation performance. Previous studies tend to argue that dynamic capabilities played a mediator or moderator role on intellectual capital and innovation performance linkage. Therefore, this study seeks to propose a new perspective that dynamic capabilities are the antecedents of intellectual capital leading to innovation performance. Thus, the rationale for this study is to propose a conceptual model and to provide empirical support on the mediator role of intellectual capital in dynamic capabilities and innovation performance linkage. By using accidental and snowballs sampling techniques, this study distributed questionnaires to 297 small and medium enterprises of the garment manufacturing in Indonesia. Partial least square offers the main statistics methodology for data analysis. Results show that dynamic capabilities had a significant influence on intellectual capital and innovation performance. Moreover, intellectual capital partially mediated dynamic capabilities’ influence on innovation performance. Therefore, it is expected that organisations should grow, implement and maintain their dynamic capabilities in order to improve their intellectual capital and innovation outcomes. Lastly, some future studies are suggested.

Changes of business environment that is increasingly fast encountered by PT.KAI (PERSERO) DAOP II Bandung. It requires this company to be adapted. Adapting with this is condition is a must. The company's ability to address the challenges of current and future become one of the power that must be owned by the company. The purpose of this research is to discover to discover effect change management on learning organization and its implication on employee performance in PT.KAI (PERSERO) DAOP II Bandung. This research used survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The result of Effect of change management on employee performance through learning organization is about 41.11%. The emergence of halal hotel businesses has attracted many scholars’ and practitioners’ attention. However, the halal hotel concept and the required human resources are still not very clear. This study aims to examine the internal and external aspects of halal hotel human resources in Indonesia and propose a proper human resource strategy by using the strategic management standpoint. This study employed a qualitative approach via recorded personal interviews with seven halal hotel managers in Bandung, Indonesia. The data were transcribed and analysed by using content analysis. The finding concludes that the halal hotel business position is in the first quadrant of the internal and external strategy matrix, meaning that the halal hotel is needed to develop a growth or concentration strategy. Consequently, in terms of human resources strategy, the halal hotels need to implement multichannel procurement through regular programs, talent scouting, and campus hiring, conduct staff re-assessment, and increase the brand reputation of the halal hotel. The paper contributes to the emerging research on halal hotel human resources strategy.

The problem that emerged on every organization now days especially company is how to increase sustainable knowledge from their human resources that suitable with the challenges faced. However, a lot of organizations such as PT Dirgantara Indonesia is not yet or have not discovered hidden knowledge within their employees. Therefore, the objective of this research is to find a constructive plan, implementation and evaluation of Knowledge Management System (KMS) that should be applied to PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Research method used on this paper is descriptive qualitative methodology, 10-step knowledge management roadmap, and differentiation quantitative test. The results from this research are implementations on business startegy of PT Dirgantara Indonesia on their Training and Education Department, with personal approach. Knowledge that needs to be followed is career analysis method, English language ability, SAP creation and system analysis. Those implementations are running through online forum such as intranet portal and offline forum such as scheduled formal forum. Sistem pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia adalah sebagai salah satu strategi terbaik dalam mengembangkan perusahaan untuk menjadi perusahaan yang berkualitas.Untuk meraih tujuan tersebut ,maka dikembangkan pendekatan terbaru dalam manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang dikenal dengan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Berbasis Kompetensi (CBHRM).Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Pindad yang telah menerapkan manajemen sumber daya manusia berbasis kompetensi dan proses pelatihan berbasis kompetensi.Namun demikian ,dampak dari program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi tidak memberikan dampak yang optimal dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap bisnis perusahaan.Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan model pelatihan teknis (hard kompetensi) berbasis kompetensi harus didukung oleh soft kompetensi pegawai yang terintegrasi dengan bisnis perusahaan. Implementasi model pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dapat dilaksanakan dengan didasarkan pada standar soft kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh pegawai PT Pindad . The Human Resource development system is one of the best strategies in developing a company to become a quality company. To achieve it, the latest approach in Human Resource management was developed, also known as Competency-Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM). This research was conducted at PT Pindad which has implemented competency-based human resource management and competency-based training processes. However, competency-based training program does not have an optimal impact in contributing to the company's business. The result of this study indicates that competency-based technical training model (hard competency) must be supported by employees ’ soft competency that are integrated with the company's business. The implementation of competency- based training models can be implemented based on the soft competency standards possessed by PT Pindad employees.
