The protection and development of traditional villages have become a pressing issue. This study deconstructed the driving elements of village revitalization into two major systems: the kernel and the regulation system, using the parallelogram law, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and fuzzy membership functions integrated to form the PAF model of traditional village revitalization. The village revitalization can be classified into two types of primary modes and six types of secondary modes: core dominance and regulation dominance. Combining the characteristics of each model and the development status quadrant chart, two village revitalization paths were determined: 1) First, strengthen the core driving force of villages with low development in the third quadrant, promoting their independent development in the fourth quadrant, and optimizing their external development to achieve a state of high-quality development in the first quadrant; 2) optimize the external development environment first, promote third quadrant villages to enter the externally led development state of the second quadrant, and then enhance their competitiveness to reach a better development level in the first quadrant. Finally, it outlines a revitalization path that is consistent with village reality, including the continuation of the traditional style, protection of traditional buildings, and inheritance of excellent culture.

Abstract The rapid development of instant logistics services has brought not only convenience to people's life but also a great challenge to traffic management. Due to the limited delivery range of instant delivery systems, customers are usually recommended the meals nearby or pay much higher delivery fees for long‐distance delivery. This study proposes a novel order splitting strategy based on transfer stations for long‐distance meal orders to satisfy the diverse customer demands. The meal delivery routing problem is addressed with an order allocation strategy based on transfer stations through developing a three‐stage modelling framework consisting of order combination, splitting and delivery routing for the online‐to‐offline instant logistics services. Normal meal orders are combined by the DBSCAN algorithm, and the cross‐regional long‐distance orders are split by transfer stations. Based on order combination and splitting, a mixed integer programming model is constructed for the meal delivery routing problem and solved by the adaptive large neighbourhood search algorithm. The proposed algorithm converges quickly for the tested instances constructed based on real platform data. The proposed order allocation strategy can expand the delivery scopes of couriers effectively, stimulate more potential orders and guarantee the timeliness of meal delivery.

Introduction Previous studies have suggested an association between tobacco smoke exposure and allergic rhinitis. This study aimed to investigate if prenatal or postpartum smoke exposure will increase the risk of allergic rhinitis in offspring. Methods PubMed, EMBASE, and the Cochrane library were searched from inception to July 2020 for eligible studies investigating the association between smoking exposure and allergic rhinitis. The random-effects model was adopted for the metaanalysis to obtain the summary odds ratio (OR) with a 95% confidence interval (CI). Subgroup analysis based on the age of children was performed. Sensitivity analysis was carried out to check the robustness of the results. Publication bias of included studies was assessed. Results This meta-analysis included nine studies, in which six studies suggested that children exposed to prenatal smoking were more likely to develop allergic rhinitis compared with children who were never exposed (OR=1.12; 95% CI: 1.04–1.21). The subgroup analysis divided children those aged 10 years (OR=0.99; 95% CI: 0.82–1.20). This metaanalysis revealed a positive relationship between postpartum smoke exposure and the development of allergic rhinitis in offspring (OR=1.19; 95% CI: 1.03–1.39) with marked heterogeneity. Abstract Rapid urbanization has caused changes in climate and environment and threatened the ecosystem with multiple risks. The ecosystem services capacity has shown a downward trend accordingly. It is significant to explore the spatio‐temporal evolution of land use and ecosystem services value (ESV) in mountainous counties at small scales, as it coordinates economic growth and ecological protection, and promotes sustainable and high‐quality development. Based on the SD‐PLUS model, the study simulated three scenarios of land‐use change in Qianshan city from 2019 to 2035: high‐growth rate, medium‐growth rate, and low‐growth rate, and studied the impacts of land‐use change on the ESV. Results showed that: (1) Under the three scenarios, the construction land in the study area increased significantly, the forest and water have a decreasing trend, and the scale of gardens partly increased. (2) In the urban built‐up areas, a significant amount of construction land is centrally expanded, whereas, in mountainous regions, construction land exhibits sporadic point expansion. And among the various factors that influence land‐use change, the impact of roads at all levels is the most significant, followed by elevation. (3) The overall ESV shows a downward trend, with the low‐growth rate scenario dropping the least (4.91%). The value distribution changes little at the space scale, and different regions demonstrate different degrees of change. From the perspective of value type, the service values of water conservation and waste treatment are significantly reduced, while that of food production is relatively stable; from the perspective of various lands with their ESV, cultivated land and forest remain stable. The study results can provide technical ideas for the coordinated economic development and ecological protection of mountainous cities and boost the implementation of green development.

Steel structures that benefit from having lightweight, ductility, and seismic behaviors are capable of improving the overall performance of civil engineering in environmental protection, project quality, process management, and ease of construction, making the procedure more feasible for builders. The application of steel structure techniques has been widely used in bridges, tall buildings, and complex projects around the world. Increasing demand for planning and design has led to structural projects upgrading in structural complexity and geometrical irregularity. However, steel structure projects are still limited by the principal disadvantage of susceptibility to deformation. Therefore, the challenges of the assembly and manufacturing process for steel structures are important. In this paper, to achieve full-loop tracking and control of the assembly and manufacturing process, we propose an integrated approach to undertake the aforementioned challenges via digital twin technology, which combines three modules: (1) deformation detection, (2) pose estimation and optimization, and (3) deformation correction and pose control. This proposed methodology innovatively merges gravitational deformation analysis with geometrical error analysis. Furthermore, the validity of this method’s implementation is demonstrated by the New Shougang Bridge project. The results show that the assembly precision satisfies the standard of less than H/4000, nearing H/6000. Moreover, the elevation difference is less than 20 mm, which satisfies the control precision of the geometric pose. The new method that we propose in this paper provides new ideas for structural deformation control and high-precision assembly, as it realizes dynamic deformation sensing, real-time deviation analysis and manufacturing, and efficient optimization of the assembly process.

The hydrolysis time is directly related to the flavor of the Maillard reaction, but existing proxy models cannot simulate and model the variation curves of vital volatile components. This study developed a predictive model for modelling and simulating key volatile compounds of Maillard reaction products (MRPs) derived from beef tallow residue hydrolysate. Results showed the degree of hydrolysis increased with hydrolysis time, and the most significant improvement in the roast flavor and overall acceptance was when hydrolyzing 4 h. Based on flavor dilution value and the relative odor activity value, nine key volatile components were identified, and 2-ethyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazine with roast flavor was the highest. Compared with Polynomial Curve Fitting (PCF) and Cubic Spline Interpolation (CSI), key volatile compounds of MRPs could be better modeled and simulated by the Curve Prediction Model (CPM). All results suggested that CPM could predict the changes in key volatile components produced by MRPs.

Objective The objective is to evaluate the diagnostic effectiveness of contrast-enhanced spectral mammography (CESM) in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Design Data sources PubMed, Embase and Cochrane libraries up to 18 June 2022.Eligibility criteria for selecting studies We included trials studies, compared the results of different researchers on CESM in the diagnosis of breast cancer, and calculated the diagnostic value of CESM for breast cancer.Data extraction and synthesis Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies-2 (QUADAS-2) evaluated the methodological quality of all the included studies. The study followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses specification. In addition to sensitivity and specificity, other important parameters were explored in an analysis of CESM accuracy for breast cancer diagnosis. For overall accuracy estimation, summary receiver operating characteristic curves were calculated. STATA V.14.0 was used for all analyses.Results This meta-analysis included a total of 12 studies. According to the summary estimates for CESM in the diagnosis of breast cancer, the pooled sensitivity and specificity were 0.97 (95% CI 0.92 to 0.98) and 0.76 (95% CI 0.64 to 0.85), respectively. Positive likelihood ratio was 4.03 (95% CI 2.65 to 6.11), negative likelihood ratio was 0.05 (95% CI 0.02 to 0.09) and the diagnostic odds ratio was 89.49 (95% CI 45.78 to 174.92). Moreover, there was a 0.95 area under the curve.Conclusions The CESM has high sensitivity and good specificity when it comes to evaluating breast cancer, particularly in women with dense breasts. Thus, provide more information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Abstract Background The triglyceride glucose (TyG) index is an alternative to insulin resistance (IR) as an early indicator of worsening heart failure (HF). Patients with secondary mitral regurgitation (sMR) often experience progressive deterioration of cardiac function. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the TyG index and worsening of HF in significant sMR (grade ≥ 2) following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods This study enrolled participants with significant sMR following PCI from a multicenter cohort study. The patients were divided into the following 3 groups according to tertiles of TyG index: T1, TyG ≤ 8.51; T2, TyG > 8.51 to ≤ 8.98; and T3, TyG > 8.98. The main clinical outcome was worsening HF including unplanned rehospitalization or unscheduled physician office/emergency department visit due to HF and unplanned mitral valve surgery. Results A total of 922 patients (mean ± SD age, 64.1 ± 11.0 years; 79.6% male) were enrolled. The incidence of worsening HF was 15.5% in T1, 15.7% in T2, and 26.4% in T3. In the multivariable model, the highest TyG tertile (T3 group) was more strongly correlated with worsening HF than the lowest tertile (T1 group) after adjusting for confounders (adjusted hazard ratio, 2.44; 95% confidence interval, 1.59–3.72; P

Background: Patients with secondary mitral regurgitation (sMR) often present with greater mortality and comorbidity, which may be predicted by some risk factors. This study was designed to investigate the prognostic meaning of the echocardiographically detected wall motion score index (WMSI) in coronary artery disease (CAD) patients with moderate or severe baseline sMR who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) therapy. Methods: The present study was a multi-center and prospective cohort of consecutive CAD patients with baseline moderate or severe sMR who underwent PCI. All underwent echocardiography at baseline and at follow-up after PCI to assess sMR and WMSI. The primary endpoint was the persistence of moderate or severe sMR after the second echocardiographic measurement. Logistic and Cox proportional hazards models were constructed for the primary (persistent moderate or severe sMR) and secondary (worsening heart failure [HF]; all-cause mortality; cardiovascular-specific mortality; and major adverse cardiovascular events [MACE]) endpoints. Results: Among 920 participants, 483 had WMSI values of ≥1.47, and 437 were less. Of all the participants, 366 (39.8%) continued to have moderate or severe sMR after the second echocardiogram measurement. After full adjustment for confounders, elevated WMSI after PCI was independently associated with the primary endpoint during 3–12 month follow-up. Similarly, elevated WMSI was associated with increased risk of worsening HF, all-cause mortality, cardiovascular-specific mortality, and MACE. Conclusions: Persistent moderate or severe sMR is common (approximately 40%) in PCI patients. Elevated WMSI in CAD patients after PCI is a predictor of persistent moderate or severe sMR and has independent negative prognostic value. Patients with CAD and sMR should be monitored for WMSI to identify those at higher risk of mortality and comorbidity.

Background: Hypochloremia is an independent predictor for mortality in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) but whether the same correlation exists in CAD patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) is unclear.Methods: This is an analysis of data stored in the databases of the CIN-I [a registry of Cardiorenal Improvement (NCT04407936) in China from January 2007 to December 2018] and Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care (MIMIC)-III.
