Ternary content addressable memory (TCAM) is generally used in the network router since it can perform the parallel IP lookup. However, the power consumption of traditional router is considerable. Particularly, the leakage power will increase as the technology feature size shrinks. In this paper, a TCAM architecture with mask vertical control (MVC) technique is proposed to reduce the leakage power of network router. In the forwarding table, based on the IP stored in order of prefix length, the MVC technique can turn off the unnecessary power supply to reduce the leakage power. The TCAM with the MVC technique was simulated by using the TSMC 90 nm process. Compared with the traditional TCAM architecture, the MVC scheme can achieve about 21% leakage power reduction.

article i nfo Article history: Three lanthanide metal organic frameworks (MOFs) with mixed carboxylates of 5-aminoisophthalic acid (H2AIP) and oxalic acid (H2OX), namely (Yb(AIP)(OX)0.5(H2O)3)n·H2 O( 1), (Tb(HAIP)(OX)(H2O))n (2), and {(Er(AIP)(OX)0.5(H2O))·H2O}n (3) were obtained by hydrothermal reactions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis, as well as single crystal X-ray diffraction. These frame- works exhibit three typical structural features: complex 1 possesses one-dimensional ladder-like chain, 2 has two-dimensional layer, and 3 is three-dimensional framework. A new 2D Dysprosium compound [Dy(3,4-qldc)(ox)0.5(H2O)2]n (1) (3,4-H2qldc = 3,4-Quinolinedicarboxylic acid) has been successfully constructed by the hydrothermal reaction of Dy(NO3)3 with 3,4-H2qldc, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis, as well as single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The results reveal that complex 1 possesses a 2-D framework with 44 topology constructed from one-dimensional lanthanide-3,4-qldc zigzag chains and oxalate pillars. To the best of our knowledge, complex 1 represents the first example of the coordination compound containing 3,4-H2qldc as the multi-functional ligand. Moreover, compound 1 displays a certain photoluminescent property and high thermal stability.

A new 2D cadmium compound [Cd(2,4′-bpdc)H2O]n ( 1 ) (2,4′-H2bpdc = 2,4′-biphenyldicarboxylic acid) has been successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cd(Ac)2 and 2,4′-H2bpdc, and characterized by element analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis, as well as single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The results reveal that complex 1 possesses a 2D framework with one-dimensional nano-channels hinged by two meso-helical chains sharing two Cd centers through 2,4′-bpdc2− ligands, which denotes the first example of the complex including single 2,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate ligand. Moreover, compound 1 displays a strong photoluminescent property and high thermal stability.

A new 3D lanthanide compound [Pr(H2O)(C5HN2O4)(CH3COO)·H2O]n ( 1 ) has been hydrothermally synthesized by employing 4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic (H3IDC) and acetic acid mixed ligands and characterized by element analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis, as well as single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The results show that complex 1 has a 3D (3,4)-connected network structure containing zigzag layers and 1D race-helical chains (P- and M-chains), which denote the first example of lanthanide coordination framework including the mixed ligands of imidazole-4,5-dicarboxlylate and acetate. Moreover, compound 1 displays a strong photoluminescent property and a high thermal stability.

Several low-dimensional Ni/Ni−Cd complexes containing the N2O2 donor tetradentate symmetrical Schiff base ligand bis(acetylacetone)ethylene-diamine (sy-H2L2), namely, [Ni(sy-L2)]2·HLa·ClO4 (2), (HLa)2·(ClO4)·(NO3) (3), [Ni(sy-L2)X]2](4,4′-bipy) (where La = 5,7-dimethyl-3,6-dihydro-2H-1,4-diazepine, X = ClO4 (4), X = NO3 (5), [Ni(sy-L2)Cd(SCN)2]n (6) and [Ni(sy-L2)·Cd(N3)2]n (7), have been synthesized from [Ni(sy-L2)]2·H2O (1). Complex 2 is a three-component discrete assembly generated from a (HLa)+ moiety bridged with a [Ni(sy-L2)] unit and ClO4− anion. A solution containing complex 2 and Cd(NO3)2 results in a mixture of 1 and 3. Further recrystallization of 1 and 3 with various auxiliary ligands provides coordination complexes 4−7 stabilized by weak hydrogen bonds in which 6 and 7 represent the first one-dimensional heteronuclear complexes based on the symmetric acacen-base Schiff base ligand.
