In the cultivation of freshwater nucleated pearls, the treatment technology of nucleated pearls is very important for the quality and yield of pearls. Pearl nuclei treated with astragalus extract, flavomycin, and oxytetracycline were found to possess anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects depending on drug concentrations. To optimize the concentration of various drugs for the preparation of medicinal pearl nuclei to enhance pearl production Staphylococcus aureus and Aeromonas hydrophila were used as experimental strains. A comprehensive antibacterial circle diameter was taken as an indicator of drug efficacy. The response surface method based on a central composite design (CCD) was used to explain the combined effect of drugs and optimize their concentrations. The optimal concentrations of flavomycin, oxytetracycline, and astragalus extract were 9.10, 10.50, and 1.50 g/mL, respectively. In these conditions, the predicted antibacterial circle diameter was 1.83 cm and the measured value was 1.81 cm, accounting for a 0.5% relative error. The pearl nuclei coated with the abovementioned drug combinations had a strong antibacterial effect on both A. hydrophila and S. aureus, thus establishing a basis for the development and application of medicinal pearl nuclei. In order to obtain the gas heat conduction of aerogel materials, this paper applied lattice boltzmann method (LBM) to establish a microcosmic model D3Q15. Lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) was used to simulate the temperature distribution and had the advantage of simplifying calculation at the nano scale. Gas heat conduction would be effected by the size and boundary condition under nano-scale conditions. In this paper it can be concluded that the temperature jump under mirror rebound and diffuse reflection boundary was obvious as the value of t increasing from 8*10−12 to 4*10−9 and the mirror rebound boundary scattering increased drastically than diffuse reflection. the temperature jump would stay stable when the time arrived 4*10−9. As to diffuse reflection boundary, the effective thermal conductivity tended to decrease dramaticlly as rb growing up.

Triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) have garnered significant attention due to their ability to efficiently harvest energy from the surrounding environment and from living organisms, as well as to enable the efficient utilization of various materials, such as organic polymers, metals, and inorganic compounds. As a result, TENGs represent an emerging class of self-powered devices that can power small sensors or serve as multifunctional sensors themselves to detect a variety of physical and chemical stimuli. In this context, TENGs are expected to play a pivotal role in the entire process of food manufacturing. The rapid development of the Internet of Things and sensor technology has built a huge platform for sensor systems for food testing. TENG-based sensor data provide novel judgment and classification features, offering a fast and convenient means of food safety detection. This review comprehensively summarizes the latest progress in the application of TENGs in the food field, mainly involving food quality testing, food monitoring, food safety, and agricultural production. We also introduce different TENG-based, self-powered devices for food detection and improvement from the perspective of material strategies and manufacturing solutions. Finally, we discuss the current challenges and potential opportunities for future development of TENGs in the food field. Field-effect transistors (FETs) based on semiconductor nanowires (NWs) have been extensively investigated and used for constructing novel nanoelectronic and optoelectronic devices in the past two decades. High electric field transport characteristics in FETs are of significance in both physics and applications. However, some specific physics phenomena at high electric field, such as drift velocity saturation, have rarely been reported in semiconductor NW FETs. In this work, the high electric field transport characteristics in FETs based on CdSe NWs were investigated. In the output characteristic curves, the current saturation phenomenon at high electric field caused by drift velocity saturation was observed. Typical values of saturation drift velocity and low electric field mobility in CdSe NW FETs were obtained. The low electric field mobility is in the range of 265.2 to 388.0 cm2 V−1 s−1. The saturation drift velocity is in the range of 5.1 × 105 to 7.0 × 105 cm s−1 and decreases monotonically with the increase of charge density, indicating that the electron–phonon scattering mechanism dominates at high electric field. Saturation drift velocity is an important figure-of-merit which characterizes the high electric field transport performance in FETs. As far as we know, this is the first experimental report on saturation drift velocity in CdSe NW FETs, which may provide valuable guidance for the design of nanoelectronic and optoelectronic devices based on CdSe NWs in the future.
