In the “14th Five-Year Plan” era, the digitization of the financial industry has entered a phase of deepening and high-quality development.Strengthening Financial Data Security Governance (FDSG) and protecting financial data security have become an objective need and essential requirements for developing national economic security.FDSG utilizes data governance measures as a fundamental tool with a focus on sensitive data to ensure the comprehensive security of the entire lifecycle of financial data.It aims to promote data circulation among financial institutions, activate data value, and facilitate market-oriented allocation of financial data elements.FDSG is increasingly intertwined with big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and blockchain technologies, transforming traditional data security governance into intelligent governance and accelerating the evolution of FDSG towards automation, intelligence, efficiency, and precision.FDSG’s essence, scope, and governance framework were introduced, and the core concepts and critical supporting technologies for the intellectual development of FDSG were elaborated, outlining the roadmap for intelligent governance.With consideration of FDSG’s demands and characteristics of intelligent technologies, vital directions for the practical application of intelligent technologies in FDSG were outlined, including data classification, data traceability, content control, privacy protection, and data twinning.Examples of current intelligent governance practices in banking, securities, and insurance industries were provided.Policy recommendations were proposed in the paper to promote the standardized and intelligent development of FDSG in China’s new era, aiming to foster the sustainable development of financial institutions and industries and ensure a healthy and secure environment for the future.

Objective: This systematic review and network meta‐analysis compared various antibiotic treatments with surgical treatment for acute appendicitis. Methods: We searched PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Wanfang databases for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that met the prespecified inclusion criteria up to July 2023. The interventions included various antibiotics and surgery. The outcomes measured were initial treatment success, treatment success at 1‐year follow‐up, and treatment‐related complications. Meta‐analysis was conducted using R software with the gemtc package. Surfaces under the cumulative ranking curves (SUCRA) were used to rank the interventions. Results: Thirteen RCTs involving nine treatments (cefotaxime [CTX] + tinidazole [TNZ], CTX + metronidazole [MTZ], ampicillin [AMP] + gentamicin [GEN] + MTZ, amoxicillin/clavulanate [AMC] + GEN, meropenem [MEM] + MTZ, AMC, ertapenem [ETP] + MTZ, ETP, and surgery) were included in this network meta‐analysis. In head‐to‐head comparisons, no statistically significant difference was found between any two interventions for initial treatment success (p > 0.05). The SUCRA indicated that surgery ranked first (SUCRA, 66.5%) for initial treatment success. Surgery was associated with an increased treatment success rate at 1‐year follow‐up compared to AMC (OR = 0.01, 95% CrI = 0.00–0.14, p < 0.05), MEM + MTZ (OR = 0.06, 95% CrI = 0.00–0.42, p < 0.05), and AMP + GEN + MTZ (OR = 0.02, 95% CrI = 0.00–0.23, p < 0.05). No statistically significant differences were found between any two interventions regarding complications (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Our network meta‐analysis suggests that surgery ranks highest for initial treatment success and treatment success at 1‐year follow‐up. However, surgery may increase the complication rate. Bisphenol A (BPA) exposure may be positively associated with cardiovascular disease (CVD). For more than a past decade, exposure to bisphenol F (BPF) and bisphenol S (BPS), as substitutes for BPA, has gradually increased in the population. Whether BPF and BPS exposure are associated with CVD remains unclear. We used data from the United States National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 2013 to 2016. A total of 3,502 participants, including 368 with CVD, were enrolled in the final analysis. Associations of BPA, BPF and BPS with CVD were determined using multivariate logistic regression analysis. The highest level of urinary BPA (≥2.5 ng/ml) was significantly associated with a higher CVD prevalence (odds ratio [OR], 1.58; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.08–2.3) among all participants in the quartile analysis. In stratified analyses, the highest level of urinary BPA was positively associated with CVD prevalence in males (1.86, 1.1–3.13) and the elderly population (≥60 years old) (1.89, 1.2–2.97). Higher levels of urinary BPF were positively associated with CVD prevalence in females (Q2: 1.81, 1.03–3.18; Q4: 1.73, 1.07–2.79) and in the elderly population (Q3: 1.7, 1.16–2.48). No associations were found between urinary BPS levels and CVD, regardless of whether the participants were stratified by age or sex. In conclusion, exposure to BPA or BPF was positively correlated with CVD prevalence, but an association was not found for exposure to BPS. BPF may not be as safe as assumed for human health.
