Le recours aux cathéters veineux centraux (CVC) est incontournable en hémodialyse. Comparé aux autres abords vasculaires, il est pourtant associé à une morbidité et une mortalité plus élevées. Selon une étude menée par El Minshawy et coll, l'atteinte de l'artère fémorale représente 5% de ces complications. Nous en rapportons 4 cas ayant été pris en charge au sein du service de chirurgie vasculaire. L'objectif de ce travail est d'élucider les aspects cliniques, anatomopathologiques et les modalités thérapeutiques.

Résumé: Le pseudo-anévrisme est une entité vasculaire très rare en pédiatrie, souvent liée à une rupture localisée de la paroi vasculaire après un traumatisme direct. L'atteinte de l'artère temporale superficielle représente 1 % et peut prêter à confusion avec d'autres formations kystiques ou tumeurs de cette région. L'interrogatoire prend une importance dans le diagnostic et permet de chercher le traumatisme initial, qui est le plus souvent méconnu. Nous rapportons le cas clinique d'un adolescent qui présente un faux anévrisme de l'artère superficielle dix jours après le traumatisme. Pseudoaneurysm is a rare entity in paediatrics, usually associated with a vascular wall discontinuation following direct trauma. Superficial temporal artery involvement represents one per cent and might be confused with other cystic or neoplastic formations in this region. Anamnesis is a keystone to diagnosis as allows to look for the initial trauma, most often unrecognized. Congenital arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is a rare vascular disease, which may occur anywhere in the body. The forearm is a very rare location. Clinical manifestations are not very specific and can vary from an asymptomatic fistula to a life-threatening congestive heart failure. Although embolization can be an alternative treatment for AVF of the forearm, surgery is still considered as the standard treatment. Herein, we report the case of a 7-year-old boy with a congenital AVF between the radial artery and the superficial cephalic vein in the forearm without any dysmorphic features treated surgically. Venous aneurysm of external jugular vein is very rare clinical entity. Often asymptomatic, the diagnosis may be suggested by clinical features and is usually confirmed by imaging. Surgical excision is indicated in symptomatic aneurysms and for esthetic reasons, other treatments such as endovascular treatment are being evaluated. We report a case of a 27-year-old woman with a saccular aneurysm of the right external jugular vein diagnosed by computerized tomogram angiography. The patient received successful surgical treatment. Takayasu arteritis is a rare, inflammatory vasculitis of unknown etiology, which affects large vessels especially the aorta and its main branches. It mainly concerns young women. The diagnosis is essentially based on the appearance of compatible vascular injuries with the imaging, in an evocative clinical and biological context.We report the case of a young woman having Takayasu arteritis with sub-renal abdominal aorta and right subclavian artery stenosis. Introduction: Acute limb ischemia is a common pathology. Etiological diagnosis is not always easy to make, and the prognosis depends mainly on the underlying cause and time management., Aim: To report the experience of our service, and analyze the different aspects of ischemia and their support in the light of a review of the literature., Methods: It is a retrospective study, from January 2009 to December 2013, with 112 hospitalized patients in our service for management of acute lower limb ischemia. Were excluded all patients admitted for trophic disorders and ischemia secondary to trauma. Were analyzed elements diagnosis and etiologic and therapeutic means., Results: Epidemiological data were collected. The reason for consultation was a coldness of member in 70% cases, pain in 79% cases, cyanosis in 56% of cases, pallor in 32% of patients and paralysis in 12% cases. In 25% of cases it was a consumed ischemia. Involvement of the left lower limb was dominant with 58% and bilateral involvement is reported in two cases. Doppler ultrasound was performed in 55% and CT angiography in 20% of cases. The origin was embolic in 85% of cases, atherosclerotic vascular disease in 8 case and a blue phlebitis in 6 case. We realized 28 amputations and we deplore seven deaths., Conclusion: Acute ischemia of the lower limbs are more frequent than those of the upper limbs, they are serious and unpredictable course. An active and early approach to this pathology improves prognosis and avoid a disastrous outcome.
