With the deepening of economic globalization, interregional connectivity is increasing, making regional economic linkages a hot topic in economics. This study draws on the principles of operations research to classify the urban spatial financial interaction structure into four primary forms: isolated scatter, line, circle, column and network. Through the social network analysis method, the economic structure of urban space is analyzed from the three dimensions of network density, network centrality and cohesive subgroups. At the same time, the distribution of the potential hierarchy of intercity economic links is explored in detail using the gravity model. The empirical Analysis of the 26 city clusters in the Yangtze River Delta reveals that the spatial correlation of the industrial circulation level among these cities is 0.331, and the mean value of the empirical distribution reaches 0.4338, which significantly indicates that the industrial circulation level is positively correlated with the regional economic development. This study provides a valuable reference for the formulation of regional development strategies and shows a unique innovation in enriching the content of economic linkage theory.

With the rapid development of the social economy and the innovation of educational theories, college students’ physical and mental health has gradually become a hot spot of social concern. This paper proposes three research hypotheses based on health beliefs, social support, and cognitive psychological models and uses the SRHMS scale as a health assessment tool. Using data statistics, double-difference modeling, and other methods, according to whether or not they participate in martial arts in sports they take part in, they are divided into martial arts sports group and general sports group, and compare and analyze the health effects of martial arts on college students for assessment. The experimental results showed that the net effect values of X college martial arts sports on the physiological, psychological, and social health of the students in the class of 2023 were 1.558, 0.587, and 0.623, respectively, all showing significant differences with traditional physical education. This indicates that Wushu sports have positive promotional effects on individual physiological, psychological, and social health.

Background: Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) is a significant global public health concern because of its association with various malignancies and autoimmune diseases. Over 90% of the global population is chronically infected with EBV, impacting numerous cancer-related cases annually. However, none of the effective prophylactic vaccines against EBV is approved at present. Methods: In this study, we developed a novel vaccine candidate based on epitope peptides from the receptor-binding domain of EBV-encoded gp350 glycoprotein to prevent EBV infection. These epitope peptides detected a binding capability with host cells were then fused by flexibility linkers and expressed in Escherichia coli to reduce the unnecessary glycan modifications to simulate their free-glycan status. The fused recombinant protein (L350) was displayed on the surface of ferritin-based nanoparticle. The immunogenicity of the L350–ferritin nanoparticle was evaluated in Balb/c mice, and the neutralizing titers of sera from immunized mice were detected by means of an infection blocking assay in an in vitro cell model. Results: All the five epitope peptides could bind to AKATA cells, and their fused recombinant protein (L350) was successfully presented on the surface of self-assembled ferritin nanoparticles. Sera from the L350–ferritin nanoparticle-immunized mice showed high titers of both L350 protein-specific and gp350D123 protein-specific antibodies, and sera from gp350D123 protein-immunized mice could also recognize L350 protein well. Most importantly, the L350–ferritin nanoparticle induced efficient neutralizing antibodies to block EBV-GFP infection in AKATA cells and also constructed a strong antigen-specific B-cell memory in immunized mice. Moreover, histopathological changes of main tissues from all vaccinated mice were not observed. Conclusion: These data indicate that the L350–ferritin nanoparticle vaccine candidate has considerable potential application in preventing EBV infection and provides a promising basis for developing prophylactic EBV vaccines. Unconventional superconductivity, where electron pairing does not involve electron-phonon interactions, is often attributed to magnetic correlations in a material. Well known examples include high-Tc cuprates and uranium-based heavy fermion superconductors. Less explored are unconventional superconductors with strong spin-orbit coupling, where interactions between spin-polarised electrons and external magnetic field can result in multiple superconducting phases and field-induced transitions between them, a rare phenomenon in the superconducting state. Here we report a magnetic-field driven phase transition in β-PdBi2, a layered non-magnetic superconductor. Our tunnelling spectroscopy on thin PdBi2 monocrystals incorporated in planar superconductor-insulator-normal metal junctions reveals a marked discontinuity in the superconducting properties with increasing in-plane field, which is consistent with a transition from conventional (s-wave) to nodal pairing. Our theoretical analysis suggests that this phase transition may arise from spin polarisation and spin-momentum locking caused by locally broken inversion symmetry, with p-wave pairing becoming energetically favourable in high fields. Our findings also reconcile earlier predictions of unconventional multigap superconductivity in β-PdBi2 with previous experiments where only a single s-wave gap could be detected. β-PdBi2 superconducting properties have been known about since the 1950s, with various works since then indicating the possibility of multiple superconducting gaps and unconventional superconductivity. However, so far only a single gap s-wave superconductivity was detected. Simple Summary: Fenneropenaeus merguiensis, one of the largest penaeid shrimp species, has a wide germplasm distribution along the southeastern coast of China, although its germplasm characteristics remain inadequately explored. This study conducted comprehensive analyses of basic nutritional components, amino acids, fatty acids, antioxidant indices, and genetic diversity across three F. merguiensis populations (FmRP, FmSZ, FmSY). The findings revealed that FmSZ had significantly higher ash, crude protein, and essential amino acid levels, indicating superior nutritional quality. FmSY showed a potential nutritional advantage due to its fatty acid profile. All populations demonstrated high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids (DHA, EPA), along with strong antioxidant capacities. Genetic analysis showed FmSZ had the lowest inbreeding coefficient and relatively higher genetic diversity. Overall, FmSZ stands out as a high-quality candidate for aquaculture and genetic breeding, highlighting the value of F. merguiensis as an aquatic product with considerable potential for wider promotion and development. Therefore, we conducted analyses of basic nutritional components, amino acids, fatty acids, antioxidant indices, and genetic diversity in three F. merguiensis populations (FmRP, FmSZ, FmSY). The results showed a significant difference in ash content, with FmSZ having the highest ash content (1.77 g/100 g) (p < 0.05). A total of 17 amino acids were detected, and FmSZ exhibited higher concentrations of most amino acids, especially essential amino acids (p < 0.05). The analysis of fatty acid composition revealed significant differences between the populations, with FmSY potentially having a nutritional advantage overall (p < 0.05). In terms of antioxidant capacity and genetic diversity, there were no significant differences in total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), catalase (CAT), or superoxide dismutase (SOD) among the populations (p > 0.05). However, genetic analysis indicated that FmSZ had the lowest inbreeding coefficient and relatively higher genetic diversity. In conclusion, among the three F. merguiensis populations, FmSZ has relatively higher nutritional quality and genetic diversity, and F. merguiensis is a high-quality aquatic product worth promoting. The analysis and characterization of various aspects of F. merguiensis from the three locations provide important information and data support for germplasm resources and genetic breeding efforts. Occupational allergic respiratory disease in healthcare workers due to occupational exposure has received widespread attention. At the same time, evidence of altered respiratory flora associated with the development of allergy has been found in relevant epidemiologic studies. It is of concern that the composition of nasopharyngeal flora in healthcare workers differs significantly from that of non-healthcare workers due to occupational factors, with a particularly high prevalence of carriage of pathogenic and drug-resistant bacteria. Recent studies have found that interventions with upper respiratory tract probiotics can significantly reduce the incidence of respiratory allergies and infections. We searched PubMed and other databases to describe the burden of allergic respiratory disease and altered respiratory flora in healthcare workers in this narrative review, and we summarize the mechanisms and current state of clinical research on the use of flora interventions to ameliorate respiratory allergy, with the aim of providing a new direction for protecting the respiratory health of healthcare workers. Simple Summary: Enterococcus faecium, a lactic acid bacterium, is approved for use as a direct-fed microbial by the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) in China. However, some research reports indicate that certain strains of Enterococcus faecium have developed antibiotic resistance. Moreover, some strains of Enterococcus faecium carry virulence genes and are considered to be conditional pathogens. Therefore, selecting safe and reliable strains of Enterococcus faecium as probiotics for livestock and poultry is particularly important. This experiment used Enterococcus faecium isolated from the intestinal contents of healthy minks to evaluate the effects of Enterococcus faecium on the growth performance, antioxidant capacity, immunity, and gut microbiota composition of growing male minks. The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of dietary Enterococcus faecium (EF) on the growth performance, antioxidant capacity, immunity, and intestinal microbiota of growing male minks. A total of 60 male Regal White minks at 12 weeks of age were randomly assigned to two groups, each with 15 replicates of two minks per replicate. The minks in two groups were fed the basal diets and the basal diets with viable Enterococcus faecium (more than 107 cfu/kg of diet), respectively. Compared with the minks in control, Enterococcus faecium minks had heavier body weight (BW) at week 4 and week 8 of the study (p < 0.05), greater average daily gain (ADG), and a lower feed/gain ratio (F/G) of male minks during the initial 4 weeks and the entire 8-week study period (p < 0.05). Furthermore, Enterococcus faecium increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein (CP) and dry matter (DM) compared to the control (p < 0.05). Moreover, Enterococcus faecium enhanced the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and decreased the malondialdehyde (MDA) contents (p < 0.05). The results also confirmed that Enterococcus faecium increased the levels of serum immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG), and the concentrations of secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA) in the jejunal mucosa while decreasing the interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) levels in the jejunal mucosa (p < 0.05). Intestinal microbiota analysis revealed that Enterococcus faecium increased the species numbers at the OUT level. Compared with the control, Enterococcus faecium had significant effects on the relative abundance of Paraclostridium, Brevinema, and Comamonas (p < 0.05). The results showed that Enterococcus faecium could improve the growth performance, increase the antioxidant capacity, improve the immunity of growing male minks, and also modulate the gut microbiota.
