Regarding the monitoring and control technology of pumped storage power stations, the monitoring methods for the operating parameters of the turbines in pumped storage power stations were first analyzed, including the monitoring locations and methods for pressure and vibration, as well as the analysis of the reasons for special operating conditions; Secondly, the operation monitoring and fault diagnosis system of pumped storage power stations was summarized and introduced, including the commonly used monitoring systems, fault diagnosis principles, and application situations. Finally, the development trend of turbine monitoring technology and fault diagnosis was discussed.

To tackle the performance bottlenecks and color deviation issues stemming from current shadow removal methods, a feature separation and non-shadow information guided shadow removal network (FSNIG-ShadowNet) was constructed. In the separation and reconstruction stage, the shadow image was separated into direct light and ambient light using self-reconstruction supervision, with decoupling of lighting types and reflectance. Subsequently, a decoder was employed to re-couple the separated features to yield shadow-free images. In the refinement stage, the network focused on the adjacent regions of shadow and non-shadow, incorporating a local region adaptive normalization module to transfer the color priors of local non-shadow region to shadow regions for mitigating color deviation between the two regions. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed FSNIG-ShadowNet achieves competitive results compared to other state-of-the-art methods.

Parallel mechanism has the advantages of large stiffness，fast response and high precision， which is suitable for suspension field. A new type of parallel mechanism for automobile multi-link suspension is proposed， the kinematic model of the mechanism is established， combined with the screw theory， the spatial motion characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed through the pose parameters， and the screw amount representing the motion is approximately even. Combined with the kinematics concept of the automobile suspension， the wheel positioning parameters are given using the homogeneous transformation matrix. The instantaneous kinematic analysis method of the suspension is proposed using the screw theory.

Objective: To compile a scale of Chinese college students' perception of teachers' differential behavior and to provide a reference for college students to establish correct life values, promote college students' physical and mental health, and reduce teachers' differential treatment. Methods: Open-ended questionnaires and expert interviews were used to conduct interviews and correspondence with 58 college students, ten psychologists, and six psychologists to form an initial questionnaire. Then, the scale's exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability and validity test were conducted on 7053 college students from 18 universities in 6 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government). Results: The Chinese college students' perception of teachers' differential behavior scale has two dimensions: teacher prejudice and preference. Each dimension includes three aspects: emotional feedback, behavior orientation, and opportunity privilege, and each aspect have a total of 4 items. The consistency test coefficients of each dimension and each factor of the prepared scale are all above 0.7, and the split-half reliability is above 0.6. Confirmatory factor analysis shows that the six-factor structural model fits well (χ2/df = 4.287, RMSEA = 0.066, CFI = 0.950, TLI = 0.919). Using the generalized anxiety disorder scale and the patient health questionaire-9items as empirical criteria, each factor in the scale demonstrated significant correlations with both the GAD scale and the patient health questionaire-9items. Conclusions: The Chinese college students' perception of teachers' differential behavior scale has a two-dimensional six-factor structure and has good reliability and validity. The Sha3 member of the BZ Oilfield in Bohai Sea represents a typical ultra-low permeability thin interbedding reservoir. Hydraulic fracturing is an effective method for increasing oil and gas production. However, the complex geological conditions make it difficult to screen out the optimal frac spot. Consequently, the design of hydraulic fracturing exhibits certain limitations. A novel method for evaluating sweet spots is proposed, based on a refined geological reservoir model that considers the varying degrees of influence that geological and engineering factors have on fracturing effectiveness. This method utilizes grey correlation and hierarchical analysis to quantify and characterize the weight coefficients of each factor, ultimately leading to a combined weight coefficient approach. The results indicate that permeability and fracturing scale are the primary factors that impact the post-frac production of the BZ oilfield, with their respective combined weights being 0.33 and 0.25. The average weight for geological factors is 0.18, while for engineering factors it is 0.15. This suggests that geological factors have a greater influence on production than engineering factors. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient between the dual sweet spot index and the production is 0.96, indicating a strong positive correlation between the two variables. After comparing the predicted and actual production of each well, it was determined that the anastomosis rate is 80%. This study investigated the impact of dietary neutral detergent fiber (NDF) levels (25.49%, 28.65%, 31.66%, and 34.65%, respectively) on the feeding behavior, rumen fermentation, cellulolytic bacteria, and production performance of dairy cows during peak lactation. A feeding experiment was conducted using four fistulated Holstein dairy cows (600 ± 25 kg) with days in milk (50 ± 15 days), employing a 4 × 4 Latin square design to assign the cows to four groups. The results demonstrated that increasing NDF levels in the diet had the following effects: (1) A linear decrease in dry matter intake (DMI), NDF intake, and physically effective NDF8.0 (peNDF8.0) intake; a linear increase in the average time spent eating and ruminating, as well as the time spent eating and ruminating per kilogram of dry matter (DM); a quadratic response in the time spent ruminating per kilogram of NDF and peNDF8.0. (2) A linear increase in average pH value, acetate concentration, and the proportions of Fibrobacter succinogenes and Ruminococcus flavefaciens among total bacteria; a linear decrease in ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) concentration, microbial crude protein (MCP), total volatile fatty acid (TVFA), propionate, butyrate, and lactate. (3) A linear decrease in milk yield, milk protein percentage, and nitrogen efficiency of dairy cows; a linear increase in milk fat percentage and milk urea nitrogen (MUN) concentration. Based on the combined results, it was found that diets with 25% and 34% NDF had detrimental effects on the feeding behavior, rumen fermentation, and production performance of dairy cows. However, the diet with 28% NDF showed superior outcomes in production performance compared to the one with 31% NDF. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to include a diet containing 28% NDF during the critical peak lactation period for dairy cows.

Adenosine 5′-triphosphate (ATP) is the energy currency in cells. It is involved in numerous cellular life activities and exhibits a close association with the development of certain diseases. Thus, the precise detection of ATP within cells holds immense significance in understanding cell biological events and related disease development. Fluorescent probes have obvious advantages in imaging ATP in cells and in vivo due to their high sensitivity, good selectivity, real-time imaging, and good biocompatibility. Thus far, an extensive array of fluorescent probes targeting ATP has been formulated to enable the visualization of ATP within cells and in vivo. This review summarizes the recent advances in ATP fluorescent probes according to different design strategies, mainly including those based on organic small molecules, metal complexes, and water-soluble conjugated polymers. In addition, the practical applications of ATP fluorescent probes in the imaging of target organelles, cell biological events, and disease markers are highlighted. Finally, the challenges and future trends of ATP detection based on fluorescent probes are discussed.

Postmilking teat dip is an important tool used to prevent mastitis in the modern dairy industry. In this study, we evaluated the in vitro and in vivo efficacies of a barrier teat dip containing povidone-iodine and chitosan for the prevention of mastitis. In experiment 1, we evaluated the antibacterial effects of chitosans with different molecular weights against six mastitis-causing bacteria based on the minimal inhibitory concentration test. The results showed that 50 kDa chitosan had the maximum antibacterial activity compared with 5, 150 and 350 kDa chitosans. In experiment 2, the inhibition zone test indicated that the barrier teat dip with 4.0% povidone-iodine and 1.0% chitosan had higher (P0.05) in SCC, somatic cell score (SCS) or other milk quality indicators were observed between nonbarrier and barrier teat dip treatment teats throughout the experiment. At the end of experiment 4, compared with nonbarrier teat dip group, a reduction (P0.05) in milk qualities or clinical mastitis incidence were detected between groups. Bacteriological analysis demonstrated that the barrier product containing povidone-iodine and chitosan reduced the subclinical mastitis infection prevalence induced by mastitis pathogens. This effect was mainly due to the reductions in Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia fergusonii infections. Overall, the data indicated that a barrier teat dip containing 4% povidone-iodine and 1% chitosan was more effective than 10% povidone-iodine in preventing subclinical mastitis.

Objective The purpose of present study was to investigate the effects of condensed molasses fermentation solubles (CMS) on lactation performance, rumen fermentation, nutrient digestibility, and serum parameters of dairy cows. Methods A total of 75 healthy Holstein cows with the same parity (milk production = 35±2.5 kg, body weight = 570±28 kg) were randomly selected and divided into 5 groups. One group served as control group (CON; no CMS), whereas the other 4 groups were CMS1 (accounted for 1% of the diet), CMS2 (2%), CMS3 (3%), and CMS4 (4%). In the latest version of ISO 4037-1:2019 standard, the minimum dimension of a gamma radiation reference field was not clearly specified, which makes the construction of a minitype gamma reference radiation field lack of scientific basis. This paper carried out the research on the relationship between the scattering contribution and physical factors of the reference radiation regulated by ISO 4037-1. LS-SVM was applied to construct the relational model between physical factors and scattering contribution based on the data simulated by Monte Carlo method. Then the minimum dimension of collimated reference radiation field is obtained by PSO algorithm. For Co-60 source, the minimum size of the radiation field obtained is 93 cm(L)×40 cm(W)×40 cm(H). For Cs-137 source, the minimum size of the radiation field obtained is 153 cm(L)×47 cm (W)×47 cm(H). The results meet the requirements of the standard based on the model and provides a technical reference for the design of a minitype reference radiation field.

Forages are vital in maintaining the dietary structures of ruminants, and reducing their costs is important for improving dairy production efficiency. Thus, this study investigated the effects of dietary forage types on dry matter intake, production, rumen fermentation, and the microbial profile in peak-lactating cows. Eight cows (600 ± 25 kg) with days in milk (60 ± 10 days) were assigned to four groups using a replicated 4 × 4 Latin square design: OG (oat hay + alfalfa hay + corn silage + concentrate), CW (Leymus chinensis + alfalfa hay + corn silage + concentrate), AS (alfalfa silage + oat hay + corn silage + concentrate), and AC (alkali-treated corn straw + alfalfa hay + corn silage + concentrate). The ruminal butyrate acid concentration was lower in the OG group than in the AS and AC groups post-feeding (12 h; p < 0.05). Ruminal NH3-N content was higher in the AS group than in the AC and CW groups post-feeding (9 h; p < 0.05). The percentage of ruminal Oscillospira and unknown microbes was higher in the CW group than in the other groups (p < 0.05). The total rumination time and rumination time per dry matter intake of AC were significantly higher than those of the other groups (p < 0.05). Milk lactose content in the AS group was highest among the groups (p < 0.05), and milk fat content was higher in the OG group than in the CW group (all p < 0.05). Overall, our results suggested that the butyrate acid content of forage from oat hay in rumen fermentation was significantly lower than that of calcium oxide and alfalfa silage sources when the dietary nutrition level was similar. The diet derived from L. chinensis increased the number of fibrillation helices related to fiber-decomposing bacteria and simultaneously increased unknown strains. Forage derived from alfalfa silage tended to increase milk protein levels. Alkali-treated corn straw could significantly increase the total rumination time and unit dry matter rumination time of dairy cows, which plays an important role in maintaining rumen health. The rational use of low-quality forage has broad prospects in China.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a deadly tumor with high heterogeneity. Aerobic glycolysis is a common indicator of tumor growth and plays a key role in tumorigenesis. Heterogeneity in distinct metabolic pathways can be used to stratify HCC into clinically relevant subgroups, but these have not yet been well-established. In this study, we constructed a model called aerobic glycolysis index (AGI) as a marker of aerobic glycolysis using genomic data of hepatocellular carcinoma from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) project. Our results showed that this parameter inferred enhanced aerobic glycolysis activity in tumor tissues. Furthermore, high AGI is associated with poor tumor differentiation and advanced stages and could predict poor prognosis including reduced overall survival and disease-free survival. More importantly, the AGI could accurately predict tumor sensitivity to Sorafenib therapy. Therefore, the AGI may be a promising biomarker that can accurately stratify patients and improve their treatment efficacy.

Objective This study aimed to investigate pelvic floor biometry of asymptomatic primiparous women compared with nulliparous women by using four-dimensional transperineal ultrasound (4D TPUS). Methods From July 2015 to February 2017, 722 women were enrolled and divided into the nulliparous group (n = 292), the vaginal delivery group (n = 272), and the elective cesarean section group (n = 158). The ultrasound parameters of 4D TPUS were compared among the groups. Results The vaginal delivery group had a significantly greater bladder neck descent (η 2 = 0.04), retrovesical angles on Valsalva maneuver (η 2 = 0.01), urethral rotation (η 2 = 0.01), levator hiatus area on Valsalva maneuver (η 2 = 0.02), urethral inclination angle (η 2 = 0.02), and funneling of the proximal urethra (η 2 = 0.11) than the other two groups. Comparison of the two modes of delivery (vaginal delivery and cesarean section) also showed significant differences in the above-mentioned ultrasound parameters. Conclusion There are significant differences in pelvic floor biometry between asymptomatic primiparous women and nulliparous women, as well as between women with vaginal delivery and those with elective cesarean section.
