In view of the shortcomings of the current onboard perception system in mining areas and the limitations of single sensor sensing, this paper analyzes the feasibility of using roadside perception system to provide additional sensing information for transportation monitoring system on the basis of studying roadside perception technology in mining areas. In view of the multi-sensor fusion technology of LiDAR and millimeter-wave radar and its advantages, a tracking algorithm based on Kalman filter and interactive multi-model (IMM) is proposed. Kalman filtering uses linear system state equation and input and output observation data to estimate system state optimally. IMM fuses local sensor tracks using specific algorithm, uses obstacle information by sensors,combines complementary and redundant information effectively by the algorithm. Hence, the tracking accuracy is increased, and false detection and missing detection of obstacles are avoided. The algorithm was tested in Shenyan Xiwan mining area and the result demonstrated that the motion feature of objects at intersection was detected effectively.

RNA splicing is a dynamic molecular process in response to environmental stimuli and is strictly regulated by the spliceosome. Sm proteins, constituents of the spliceosome, are key components that mediate splicing reactions; however, their potential role in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is poorly understood. In the study, SNRPD2 (PD2) is found to be the most highly upregulated Sm protein in HCC and to act as an oncogene. PD2 modulates DDX39A intron retention together with HNRNPL to sustain the DDX39A short variant (39A_S) expression. Mechanistically, 39A_S can mediate MYC mRNA nuclear export to maintain high MYC protein expression, while MYC in turn potentiates PD2 transcription. Importantly, digitoxin can directly interact with PD2 and has a notable cancer‐suppressive effect on HCC. The study reveals a novel mechanism by which DDX39A senses oncogenic MYC signaling and undergoes splicing via PD2 to form a positive feedback loop in HCC, which can be targeted by digitoxin. Based on the latest statistic data of Shanghai's population during 1952-2007, a grey model with the pretreatment of data is established for prediction and researching on the Shanghai's future household registration population up to the year 2050. This model's feasibility is illustrated compared with other grey models. The result shows that at the end of 2008, 2010, 2020, 2030, 2040 and 2050 Shanghai's population will reach 13.868, 14.047, 14.974, 15.962, 17.016, 18.138 million, respectively. Population system is a typical grey system. In this paper, we establish two new grey models of population prediction: discrete grey increment model(DGIM) and grey increment model with new initial value(NGIM). By contrasting, we did simulation and test prediction through utilizing a large amount of data. The results indicate that the two new models prove more accurate than GM(1, 1) model and other models. According to the latest statistical data of China's population from 1949 to 2007, we predict the population development of China up to the year 2050 based on the two new models. Evidence shows that at the end of 2008, 2010, 2020, 2030, 2040 and 2050 the total population will reach 1.32789, 1.3403, 1.3917, 1.428, 1.454 and 1.472 billion, respectively. Phytophthora root and stem rot in soybean (Glycine max) is a destructive disease worldwide, and hence improving crop resistance to the causal pathogen, P. sojae , is a major target for breeders. However, it remains largely unclear how the pathogen regulates the various affected signaling pathways in the host, which consist of complex networks including key transcription factors and their targets. We have previously demonstrated that GmBTB/POZ enhances soybean resistance to P. sojae and the associated defense response. Here, we demonstrate that GmBTB/POZ interacts with the transcription factor GmAP2 and promotes its ubiquitination. GmAP2 -RNAi transgenic soybean hairy roots exhibited enhanced resistance to P. sojae , whereas roots overexpressing GmAP2 showed hypersensitivity. GmWRKY33 was identified as a target of GmAP2, which represses its expression by directly binding to the promoter. GmWRKY33 acts as a positive regulator in the response of soybean to P. sojae. Overexpression of GmBTB/POZ released the GmAP2-regulated suppression of GmWRKY33 in hairy roots overexpressing GmAP2 and increased their resistance to P. sojae. Taken together, our results indicate that GmBTB/POZ-GmAP2 modulation of the P. sojae resistance response forms a novel regulatory mechanism, which putatively regulates the downstream target gene GmWRKY33 in soybean. Relationships among the cholesterol‐lowering, antioxidant, and DNA damage protection activity of four solvent extracts from the Morus alba L. (Cultivar Hongguo 2) fruits, leaves, and twigs were investigated. The petroleum ether extract of fruit (FPE) had the highest amount of total flavonoids, cholesterol‐lowering activity, and better DPPH radical scavenging capacity. The ethyl acetate extract of fruit (FEE) had the highest antioxidant activity. The petroleum ether extract of the leaf (LPE), fruit (FPE), and ethyl acetate extract of twig (TEE) had strong inhibiting lipid oxidation activity (ILOA) and DNA damage protection potential, accompanied with high total phenols and flavonoids content. It suggested that polyphenol contents, flavonoid contents, or both to Hongguo 2 were positively correlated with the three biological activities, moreover, the low polarity extracts of the high ILOA could improve the cholesterol‐lowering activity or DNA damage protection potential through the synergism among different polyphenolic and flavonoids compounds. Practical applications: All the results indicate that the medium and low polarity substances of Hongguo 2 are good sources of natural anti‐hypercholesterolemia, antioxidants, and DNA damage protection deserved further investigation and process to functional food. The petroleum ether extract of the fruit (FPE) had both high cholesterol‐lowering and DNA damage protection activity that could serve as potential Chinese patent medicine in a trial to alleviate the adverse effects of hypercholesterolemic individuals. The petroleum ether extract of the leaf, fruit, and ethyl acetate extract of twig with strong DNA damage protection potential and rich phenols and flavonoids could be a functional food to prevent genetic damage. The asynchronization among autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) is inevitable due to the inherent offsets and drifts in clocks, which critically degrades the accuracy of AUV cooperative localization (CL), especially in underwater anchor-free environments. This article designs a novel relative measurement representation called time difference of communication (TDOC) to eliminate the impact of asynchronization, which only requires one-way inter-AUV communications at different time steps even in the presence of large asynchronization. By exploiting TDOC, a joint spatial-temporal CL model is established with specially constructed measurement vectors, and a CL method, termed TDOC-CL, is proposed. It transforms the nonlinear observations into a weighted least-square (WLS) formation and is solved via iterative optimization, where various coupled uncertainties (i.e., measurement biases, measurement noises, and position errors) are involved and analyzed. Moreover, to compensate the accuracy degradation caused by the uncertainties, the TDOC-CL with bias reduction and error compensation, named iTDOC-CL-BREC, is further designed. In addition, the hybrid Cramér-Rao lower bound (HCRLB) is derived as the performance benchmark to evaluate the localization behaviors. Simulations and field experiments show that iTDOC-CL-BREC can provide higher localization accuracy compared with state-of-the-art methods, especially for long-duration tasks.

Current large-scale recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) production systems based on the baculovirus expression vector (BEV) remain complicated and cost-intensive, and they lack versatility and flexibility. Here we present a novel recombinant baculovirus integrated with all packaging elements for the production of rAAV. To optimize BEV construction, ribosome leaky-scanning mechanism was used to express AAV Rep and Cap proteins downstream of the PH and P10 promoters in the pFast.Bac.Dual vector, respectively, and the rAAV genome was inserted between the two promoters. The yields of rAAV2, rAAV8, and rAAV9 derived from the BEV-infected Sf9 cells exceeded 10 5 vector genomes (VG) per cell. The BEV was shown to be stable and showed no apparent decrease of rAAV yield after at least four serial passages. The rAAVs derived from the new Bac system displayed high-quality and high-transduction activity. Additionally, rAAV2 could be efficiently generated from BEV-infected beet armyworm larvae at a per-larvae yield of 2.75 ± 1.66 × 10 10 VG. The rAAV2 derived from larvae showed a structure similar to the rAAV2 derived from HEK293 cells, and it also displayed high-transduction activity. In summary, the novel BEV is ideally suitable for large-scale rAAV production. Further, this study exploits a potential cost-efficient platform for rAAV production in insect larvae.
