Compacted graphite iron (CGI) is an ideal material for the cylinder block and cylinder head of diesel engine because of its excellent physical and mechanical properties. At present, the researches on CGI mainly focused on experimental study of machining CGI, there are few studies on the cutting simulation of CGI, especially the high-speed machining simulation of CGI, and the constitutive equation of CGI at high temperature and high strain rate has not been studied. In this paper, the stress-strain relationship under quasi-static condition was obtained by quasi-static tensile test, and the power law constitutive equation of CGI with a grade of GJV450 under the condition of large strain, high strain rate, and high temperature was built by orthogonal cutting experiments and finite element iteration. The established power law constitutive equation was applied to the finite element simulation of the cutting process of CGI, which improves the accuracy of finite element analysis. The chip morphology of CGI and the distribution of plastic strain and temperature in the cutting process were analyzed by finite element simulation.

The study aimed to identify the key active components in Silybum marianum (S. marianum) and determine how they protect against nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). TCMSP, DisGeNET, UniProt databases, and Venny 2.1 software were used to identify 11 primary active components, 92 candidate gene targets, and 30 core hepatoprotective gene targets in this investigation, respectively. The PPI network was built using a string database and Cytoscape 3.7.2. The KEGG pathway and GO biological process enrichment, biological annotation, as well as the identified hepatoprotective core gene targets were analyzed using the Metascape database. The effect of silymarin on NAFLD was determined using H&E on pathological alterations in liver tissues. The levels of liver function were assessed using biochemical tests. Western blot experiments were used to observe the proteins that were expressed in the associated signaling pathways on the hepatoprotective effect, which the previous network pharmacology predicted. According to the KEGG enrichment study, there are 35 hepatoprotective signaling pathways. GO enrichment analysis revealed that 61 biological processes related to the hepatoprotective effect of S. marianum were identified, which mainly involved in response to regulation of biological process and immune system process. Silymarin was the major ingredient derived from S. marianum, which exhibited the hepatoprotective effect by reducing the levels of ALT, AST, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, decreasing protein expressions of IL-6, MAPK1, Caspase 3, p53, VEGFA, increasing protein expression of AKT1. The present study provided new sights and a possible explanation for the molecular mechanisms of S. marianum against NAFLD.

1999Gölcük depreminden sonra Marmara Bölgesinde bir depremin olacağı Türkiye’ningündemini sürekli meşgul etmiştir. Bu depremin büyüklüğü 7.2 ile 7.6arasında tahmin edilmektedir. Ancak ne zaman olacağı konusu sürekli konuşulanbir konu olup, kamuoyunun gündemini sürekli meşgul etmektedir. Bilinen gerçekise Kuzey Anadolu Fay Zonu’nun Marmara segmentinde gerilme birikiminin devamettiğidir. Bu çalışmada, depremlerin tahminedilmesinde yeni bir yaklaşım modeli olarak, 3-B visko-elastik deformasyonmetodu irdelenmiştir. Bu metot ile faylar üzerinde oluşan gerime birikimininJeofizik ve Jeodezik parametreler ile görüntülemesi ve yöntemin Kuzey AnadoluFay Zonu’nun (KAFZ) Batı kısmında (Marmara Bölgesi) uygulaması ele alınmıştır.Fay düzleminin her iki tarafındaki blokların dönme ve yamulma miktarı,post-sismik viskoelastik gevşeme ve inter-sismik kayma miktarının tespiti veKAFZ’ın Marmara Bölgesindeki bölümleri üzerine uygulama örneği anlatılmaktadır.KAFZ’ın farklı fay segmentlerinde oluşan depremlerin odak mekanizması çözümverileri ile Harita Genel Komutanlığı’nca yürütülen Türkiye Ulusal Sabit GPSİstasyonları Ağı (TUSAGA) Projesi ve İstanbul Su ve Kanalizasyon İdaresi (ISKI)GPS ağından toplanan verileri kullanılarak, KAFZ’ın batı kesiminde kaymamiktarları zamansal olarak belirlenmektedir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre AvrasyaPlakasının sabit olarak alındığında, KAFZ’ın güneyinde Anadolu bloğunun batıyayaklaşık 22 mm / yıl hızla hareket ettiği tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda her segmenttesismik moment birikiminin hesaplanması ve gerçek zamanlı olarak takip edilmesisuretiyle depremlerin önceden tahmin edilmesine ilişkin bir sonuç çıkarmasıbeklenmektedir.

This paper presents a broad-range study of the co-seismic deformation field of Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake by ScanSAR interferometry. The results show co-seismic displacements ranging from − 19.8 on the footwall side of the seismogenic fault to 73.6 cm on the hanging-wall side, or from − 22.4 to 77.2 cm with atmospheric-delay correction by MODIS. These results differ from the GPS line-of-sight results by 4.58 cm to 2.78 cm, respectively, on the average. We could not obtain the displacements near the earthquake-rupture zone due to incoherence problem.
