This article combs the charging mode of electric vehicle,and analyzes different charging ways for buses,taxis and sedans,thereby drawing their appropriate charging time and characteristics of the interaction with grid. The paper establishes the load calculation model for the charging and swapping in Evs respectively. The load calculation model divides one day into 1440 minutes, and use the Monte Carlo simulation algorithm to extract the initial SOC, the initial charging time and other information for load calculation and analyze the EV charging load. The results show that the charging load of electric vehicle has obvious difference between peak and vally,and provide reference for the management and policy oriented electric vhicle access network.

The objective of this paper is to present the system construction and operational principle for a DC charger of electric vehicle. By means of analyzing AC and DC sides for the chargers, a reason was derived theoretically for producing specified harmonic current while absorbing fundamental wave of electric power system. The modeling and measuring procedures of multi-harmonic source for single and multiple chargers were proposed. The summation effect of harmonics for charge/exchange station which was regard as a public coupling circuit (PCC) of the electric power system. The simulation and measuring results indicate that as a new type of nonlinear load, the charger represented a characteristic of steady-state harmonic source.

The Battery Management System (BMS) is provided to manage battery packs and interface with other systems which require information of charging state. It designed and developed a simulated system of BMS which can communicate with the Electric Vehicle (EV) off-board charger via the SAE J1939 protocol. The system could build different battery models based on corresponding electrical parameters such as battery type, charging mode, nominal voltage, etc. It was applied in the protocol conformance testing through which to verify whether the design of off-board charger was conform to protocol specifications. The results show that the system runs well and reliable, greatly improves the development and test efficiency of off-board charger.

Rate adaptation is extremely crucial to the system performance of wireless networks. Existing rate adaptation schemes mainly make use of channel information (e.g., packet error rate or signal strengths of received packets) to adapt transmission rates. In this paper, we find out that it is beneficial for rate adaptation schemes to consider priorities of packets when adapting transmission rates. We then propose a priority-based rate adaptation scheme for vehicular networks which jointly considers channel conditions and priorities of packets using game theory. In our scheme, we consider rate adaptation as a game which consists of different priorities of users and adopt a Stackelberg game model to regulate behaviors of self-interested users. Extensive ns-2 simulations demonstrate that the proposed scheme can provide much better performance for high priority users than existing schemes, while maintaining good performance for low priority users.

This paper discusses about a readout circuit for Dual-Band Quantum Well Infrared Photo-detectors (DBQWIP) interlaced focal plane array infrared image system. In this research, we will present the study of modified dark-current cancellation circuit. The sensing photo-current from 1nA to 10nA of long-wave infrared signal, mid-wave infrared photo-current is about 100pA to 1nA, the dark current is set up to 100nA. The area of unit pixel is 30×30μm 2 . The 8×6 focal-plane array is designed by using TSMC 0.35μm 2P4M CMOS process. This work has 3.3V power supply and readouts data at 2.5MHz clock rate. The simulated output voltage range of LWIR and MWIR photo-current are 0.95v and 0.76v, respectively.
