A scientific performance evaluation of the regional water ecological civilization construction and clarifying the obstacle factor are key points to improve the performance of regional water ecological civilization construction theory. This study analyzes the coupling relationship between humans and regional water ecology by applying the thinking logic of "driving force-pressure-state-influence-response-management." The regional water ecological civilization construction performance evaluation index system based on the DPSIRM model was established. Combining the unascertained measurement model and obstacle diagnosis model, the water ecological civilization construction performance of Shizuishan City during the past 10 years was empirically evaluated, and the obstacle factors affecting local construction performance were diagnosed and analyzed. The analytical results reveal the following points:First, the performance of the water ecological civilization construction in Shizuishan City gradually increased annually and revealed three development stages:the site visit and slow improvement (2010-2014), intermediate but fast improvement (2015-2017) and good and fast improvement (2018-2019). Second, each subsystem performance index trend varied, but generally, the fluctuations rose. Third, from 2010 to 2014, the average obstacle degree of the subsystem state, subsystem response, and subsystem pressure reached 58.81%, which became the main obstacles restricting the performance of the local water ecological civilization construction. From 2015 to 2017, the average pressure barrier degree reached 21.73%, which was the most significant obstacle to the construction performance. From 2018 to 2019, the average pressure barrier degree remained the largest obstacle by reaching 24.49%. Lastly, the index barrier of the obstacle degree among the top five factors are primarily distributed in the pressure subsystem. A comprehensive frequency ranking of the obstacles, the irrigation water use coefficient, and the pressure of the water consumption per ten thousand yuan of value-added by industry as a representative subsystem are the key directions to future construction. In this paper, the concepts and methods of the research can provide a theoretical reference for the performance evaluation of regional water ecological civilization construction and its obstacle factor diagnosis analysis.

Based on double shear test, to study the performance of FRP and concrete bonding interface as the FRP sheet bond length is relatively short (hereinafter referred to as short bond). This paper mainly focuses on the research of interface failure modes, ultimate bearing capacity, interface fracture energy, the development and distribution regularity of strain and stress. Therefore, the interface bond slip relationship curve is obtained through differential operation and data regression analysis on FRP strain values which was gained from test. Results show that: (1) under the condition of short-bonding, damage form of FRP and concrete bonding interface is shear failure which caused sudden destruction to the inner of concrete block; (2) The ultimate bearing capacity, interface fracture energy and maximum shear stress increase with the improvement of concrete strength; (3) the interface shear stress - slip curve is obviously featured as nonlinear, composed of rising and falling, basically presents as a parabolic shape.

The RC beams strengthened by externally bonded steel plates are regarded as composite beams which consist of steel plates and reinforced concrete with bond-slip. Based on the deformation compatibility relationship between steel plates and reinforced concrete, the constitutive relationship which can reflect the mechanical properties of steel plates and reinforced concrete and the bond-slip constitutive law, a nonlinear differential equation for the beam, expressed in the form of the tensile force of steel plates, is derived. A nonlinear analytical solution under the double concentrated load of the RC beams strengthened by externally bonded steel plates is obtained. By which a coordination coefficient in the form of the characteristic value of the beam is deduced. By using the coordination coefficient, a practical nonlinear analysis method, which can exactly reflect the bearing capacity and deformation of the beam is established.

Based on nonlinear elastic theory and Hamilton’s principle, a generalized element stiffness matrix, which incorporates the effects of flexural as well as axial stresses induced by initial load, is given. A finite element method for dynamic analysis considering the effect of initial load is presented, with corresponding computer programs produced to facilitate the analysis. The formula is validated through a comparison in results with the analytical solution. The effects of key physical factors, including the type and magnitude of initial load, and stiffness parameters such as sectional inertia moment, inertia radius and span, on the dynamic characteristics of the beams with various restraint conditions are discussed with the effect of initial flexural stress considered. The results suggest that the natural frequency of the beam would be enhanced due to the existence of flexural stress induced by initial load and such as effect relates to the magnitude of initial load and stiffness parameters of the beam.

According to the monitoring results of soft clay treated by preloading with plastic drainage pipe, the consolidation settlement effect of soft clay with 50kPa preloading load, 21m plastic pipe, 1.2m and 1.5m distance was compared with that of 30kPa preloading load, 6m plastic pipe, 1.5m and 2.0m distance. The analysis showed that, the preloading method with deep plastic drainage pipe can accelerate the dissipation of excess pore water pressure in deep soft soil. The over-flow penetration may occur in the confined water. The elastic deformation appears and recoveries after unloading. This is not conducive to the consolidation of soft clay layer 4. The plastic drainage pipe whose depth and distance should be 18~20m and 1.5m respectively to the consolidation soft soil in Pudong.

Ground subsidence is one of the main geological hazards in Shanghai. The ground subsidence is caused by pumping groundwater greatly. In the past, studies of ground subsidence in Shanghai were mostly taken for the ground subsidence caused by pumping confined water in Puxi. And ground subsidence caused by pumping phreatic water was rarely studied. Dewatering preloading is a new technology for soft soil treatment. The monitoring of ground water level, ground subsidence, pore water pressure in the process of dewatering preloading test for a soft soil treatment project in Pudong showed that pumping phreatic water can also cause ground subsidence. The ground subsidence caused by pumping phreatic water was analyzed in this paper. The relationship between phreatic water level and ground subsidence was obtained.

The consolidation coefficient, permeability coefficient and other parameters were calculated out based on field measurement data of pore water pressure in this paper. The post-construction settlement behaviour of dynamically consolidated foundation was also simulated. The simulation results were consistent with the actual observation results. The method of this paper provides an effective way for the prediction of post-construction settlement of dynamically consolidated foundation.

Purpose: To investigate the effects of Yifukang oral liquid (YFKOL) on chemotherapy- and radiotherapy-induced myelosuppression, leucopenia and gastrointestinal tract disturbances. Methods: The effects of YFKOL on myelosuppression, leucopenia and gastrointestinal tract disturbances were assessed by cyclophosphamide- and Co60-induced leucopenia in mice, copper sulfate-induced emesis in pigeons, ethanol-induced gastric mucosal lesions in rats, gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in mice. Results: In cyclophosphamide- and Co60-induced leucopenia assays, the mean white blood cell count (82.6 and 90.1 × 10 9 /L; 7.3 and 8.2 × 10 9 /L, respectively) and thighbone marrow granulocytes (66.1 % and 67.4 %; 60.8 and 66.5 %, respectively) were significantly (p < 0.05) increased after treatment with YFKOL (15 and 30 mL/kg), compared with the respective control (68.2 and 4.7 × 10 9 /L; 58.2 and 53.1 %). In emesis, gastric mucosal lesions, gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion assays, the mean frequency of emesis (30.8 and 22.3 times, respectively) and ulcer index (39.6 and 26.5, respectively) significantly (p < 0.05) decreased, and the mean gastric emptying (25.0 and 24.0 %) and intestinal propulsion (81.9 and 82.8 %) were significantly (p < 0.05) promoted after treatment with YFKOL (10 and 20 mL/kg), compared with the respective control (54.7 times, 62.8, 42.0 and 68.9 %). Conclusion: YFKOL may suppress chemotherapy- and radiotherapy-induced myelosuppression, leucopenia and gastrointestinal tract disturbances.
