Microgravity is an ecological factor that affects the environment of the body. In this study, quantitative isobaric labeling (tandem mass tag) method was used to study the changes in human gastric mucosal cells under simulated microgravity for the first time. Comparative proteomic analysis identified 394 (202 upregulated and 192 downregulated) and 542 (286 upregulated and 256 downregulated) proteins differentially regulated by simulated microgravity after 3 and 7 days, respectively. Then the identified proteins were subjected to Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses for further exploration. The results of the analysis showed that the ribosomes of gastric mucosal cells were significantly impacted after exposure to simulated microgravity for 3 days, and the cells appeared to be in a state of stress and inflammation. Exposure to simulated microgravity for 7 days significantly affected the mitochondria of the cells, oxidative stress became more evident, while inflammation and weakened connections were observed in the cells. The results of this study highlighted the temporal response trend of gastric mucosal cells to the stressor of microgravity at the two time points of 3 and 7 days. These findings will provide insights into the development of methods to protect the gastric mucosa during space flight.

To explore the impact of Nutren on postoperative nutritional status, incision healing and inflammation in patients with colon cancer (CC). Division of 94 patients with CC as the research object was into the observation group (51 cases) and the control (43 cases) on the grounds of postoperative enteral nutrition support (ENS). Analysis of the influence of Nutren on postoperative nutritional status, inflammation and incision healing was performed. No distinct differences between the two groups in surgical efficacy, survival rate, distant metastasis rate and recurrence rate after surgery of 2 years (P > 0.05); The incision healing time of the observation was shorter versus the control, and the incision healing was superior versus the control. Hemoglobin, albumin and total plasma protein of 14 d after operation were elevated versus the control, and c-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interleukin (IL)-6 were declined versus the control (P < 0.05). Giving of enteral nutrition support is to patients after CC radical resection, which is available to ameliorate the nutritional status, accelerate incision healing, and decline inflammation.

Background Weightlessness is a component of the complex space environment. It exerts adverse effects on the human body, and may pose unknown challenges to the implementation of space missions. The regular function of the digestive system is an important checkpoint for astronauts to conduct missions. Simulated microgravity can recreate the changes experienced by the human body in a weightless environment in space to a certain extent, providing technical support for the exploration of its mechanism and a practical method for other scientific research. Methods and materials In the present study, we reviewed and discussed the latest research on the effects of weightlessness or simulated microgravity on the digestive system, as well as the current challenges and future expectations for progress in medical science and further space exploration. Results A series of studies have investigated the effects of weightlessness on the human digestive system. On one hand, weightlessness and the changing space environment may exert certain adverse effects on the human body. Studies based on cells or animals have demonstrated the complex effects on the human digestive system in response to weightlessness. On the other hand, a microgravity environment also facilitates the ideation of novel concepts for research in the domain of life science. Conclusion The effects of weightlessness on the digestive system are considerably complicated. The emergence of methods that help simulate a weightless environment provides a more convenient alternative for assessing the impact and the mechanism underlying the effect of weightlessness on the human body. In addition, the simulated microgravity environment facilitates the ideation of novel concepts for application in regenerative medicine and other fields of life science.

For finding the influence of the original errors on the follower of the globoidal cam, vector analysis method is used. Seven original errors are defined by analyzing the machine tool and the mathematics models between the follower angular displacement errors and the original errors are established. When the original errors are designed as 0.01, the relationship curves between the largest follower angular displacement errors and the cam angles are got. The error influence coefficients between the largest follower angular displacement errors and the original errors are established on that basis. The results of this study lay the theoretical foundation of the design of the machine tool precision index system and the adjustment of the cam processing.

As the rapid development of social media, now massive data are produced every day. We need to know about users' view and comment on a hot event so that the government and relevant departments can control and guide public opinion, and people can have a correct understanding of the event. So it is necessary to analyze these data. While it is difficult to dig out sufficient information from these data because of their shortness and sparsity. In this paper, we propose a sentiment orientation analysis method based on background and domain sentiment lexicon expansion, which reflects user's sentiment orientation of evaluation objects more comprehensively. Then we can obtain a more informative and significant sentiment orientation of short text. In the experiment, Chinese Weibo data sets of French security and Turkish Airlines are used to show that our sentiment orientation analysis method has better performance than the domain sentiment lexicon based method.

With the development of the technology and society, the resolution of the wireless LAN would be the direction which is leading the smart home LAN’s construction, the IR, RF, Bluetooth, Zigbee, GPRS, and others wireless methods have been applied in the smart home smoothly, like the control, security, data transmission, now it is time to specified the rules for the wireless technology in the smart home, this paper introduces a kind of the smart home wireless bus protocol that based on the Modbus protocol, and the hardware and PC software have been designed for it, the project achieved the operation and communication among the nodes, the test realizes that it has the better data transmission mechanism when adopting the wireless bus protocol, and make sure the reliability of the data transmission between the nodes in the smart home.

With the development of numerically control and digital drive, it is a trend to put the Electronic Line-Shaft (ELS) technology into printing machine instead of the Mechanical Line-Shafting (MLS). After the shaftless reform of a printing machine for a factory, it was found that the printing accuracy and speed of most printing units was improved observably except the folding ripple. The paper analyzes the formation reason of folding ripple and the different characteristics between ELS and MLS. The research result shows that also there are many advantages in using ELS the synchronous capability is less than MLS when a periodic disturbance act on them under the same transmission stiffness. Therefore it is proposed that the AC motors must connect directly to the main printing roller to decrease the periodic disturbance and to increase the stiffness during the shaftless reform of printing machine.

It is an expectation of most of the numerical control products manufacturer that have a powerful controller with whole won intellectual property and without restriction from other companies. The paper introduces a new type of motion controller that based on ARM and EtherCAT field bus. It concludes the analysis and porting method of the EtherCAT soft master source code, and how to modify the driver of dm9000 to make EtherCAT master works correctly. It also gives an example to confirm the reliability of the controller. Since ARM has an open architecture, EtherCAT soft master does not depend on any special hardware card, and Linux OS is an open source system, this controller has open and flexible characteristic both on hardware and software.

Eight Schiff bases have been synthesized using 3-alkyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione and substituted benzaldehyde as starting materials. The structures of the compounds have been confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis and their biological activities to five vegetable pathogens have been tested. The results showed that they exhibited good fungicidal activities.

Seven pyrimethanil salts were synthesized by organic base containing nitrogen atom reacting with substituted pyridine acids. They are reported for the first time. Their structures have been confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary toxicity tests indicated that most of them exhibited excellent fungicidal activities. The relationship between the structures and the fungicidal activities of the compounds was discussed.
