Background Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death in China and the world as a whole, and lipid metabolism disorder is the key factor for this disease. A comprehensive understanding of the prevalence of dyslipidemia in children and adolescents can contribute to the early prevention of dyslipidemia in adulthood. Objective To systematically evaluate the status quo of the prevalence of dyslipidemia in Chinese children and adolescents. Methods Cross-sectional studies on the morbidity rate of dyslipidemia among Chinese children and adolescents and published from January 2015 to July 2023 were retrieved from databases of CBM, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Embase, Web of Science and Cochrane Library. Processes of literature screening, data extraction and risk bias analysis were performed by two researchers. A meta-analysis was performed by taking advantage of Stata 17.0. Results 34 cross-sectional studies were collected and a total of 134 438 children and adolescents were involved. Results of the meta-analysis indicated that the overall morbidity rate of dyslipidemia in Chinese children and adolescents was 19% (95%CI=16%-21%), and the morbidity rates of high cholesterol (TC), high triacylglycerol (TG), high low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were 6% (95%CI=5%-7%), 9% (95%CI=6%-12%), 4% (95%CI=3%-5%) and 10% (95%CI=7%-13%) respectively. Regarding time distribution, the detection rate of dyslipidemia was fluctuant and showed a decreasing trend; the detection rate of high TC and high LDL-C showed an increasing trend in general, but it fell slightly in 2023; the detection rate of high TG and low HDL-C fluctuated greatly: the detection rate of high TG gradually decreased from 2018 to 2022 and rebounded slightly in 2023. The results of subgroup analysis showed that, concerning age, the overall morbidity rate of dyslipidemia in children and adolescents and that of high TC showed an ascending tendency with the increasing of age (10% and 2% for those aged from 3 to 6, 17% and 10% for those aged from 7 to 11, and 27% and 14% for those aged from 12 to18), the morbidity rate of lowered HDL-C was higher among 12-to-18-year olds (20%) than among 7-to-11-year olds (9%), and the morbidity rate of high TC among 3-to-6-year olds (9%) was higher than that among 7-to-11-year olds and 12-to-18-year-olds (4% and 3%) (P

The aim of the test was to assess the nutrient composition and carbohydrate composition of more than 20 commonly used equine animal feeds in Southland. The results show that comparing the conventional composition of the 15 roughages measured. The CP content ranged from 3.31% to 19.43%, the EE content ranged from 1.23% to 2.94%, and the NDIP content ranged from 2.21% to 12.96%. Comparing the conventional composition of the five energy feeds, the CP content ranged from 5.66% to 15.63%, the EE content ranged from 1.60% to 4.08%, and the NDIP content ranged from 2.51% to 8.33%. Comparing the conventional composition of the four protein feeds, the CP content ranged from 23.75% to 46.32%, the EE content ranged from 1.26% to 15.99%, and the NDIP content ranged from 7.95% to 14.14%. Comparing 24 feedstuffs in terms of carbohydrate fraction, overall the CHO-H content of energy feeds was higher than protein feeds and most roughage, the CHO-FR content of energy feeds was higher than roughages and protein feeds, and the CHO-FS content of roughage was higher than that of energy feeds and higher than that of some protein feeds. Analysis of feeds according to the digestive characteristics of the equine genus, feeds with higher ratios on CHO-H and CHO-FR content are digested more quickly, thus the more rapidly digested of the roughage, energy and protein feeds are whole plant maize silage, dates and soya meal respectively. High purity chromosome sorting can be performed on instruments such as MoFlo MLS and BD influx, which are stream-in-air sorters equipped with water-cooled high power lasers. The FACSAria is a true fixed alignment, low laser powered instrument with a quartz flow cell gel-coupled to the collection optics. However, whether high purity mouse and human chromosomes can be obtained by sorting on the BD FACSAriaTM Special Order Research Product (FACSAria SORP) remains to be determined. Here, we report that the high resolution flow karyotype of mouse lymphocytes and normal male human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (hPBMCs) can be obtained on the FACSAria SORP using laser power settings of 50 mW for 355 nm and 20 mW for 444 nm excitation. Furthermore, the use of Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) confirmed that chromosome paints prepared from the sorted chromosomes demonstrated high purity and signal specificity. Notably, human chromosome 12 was separated from the chromosome 9-12 cluster in the flow karyotype, and its identity was confirmed using FISH in trisomy 12 human ES cell lines B2-C7 and B2-B8. In addition, multicolor FISH (mFISH) with human chromosome painting probes to 13,18, 21, and sex chromosomes X and Y showed high signal specificity in hPBMCs. Taken together, our findings demonstrated that high resolution flow karyotype can be obtained using FACSAria SORP. Moreover, a FISH analysis confirmed high purity of the sorted chromosomes. A dithiocarbamate flocculant, DTC (T403), was prepared by the reaction of amine-terminated polyoxypropane-ether compound known as Jeffamine-T403 and carbon disulfide in alkaline solution. The oil removal efficiency of DTC (T403) for simulated produced wastewater from polymer flooding in oil production was studied by Jar-test. The effect of the dosage of DTC (T403), hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM), Fe2+ and Fe3+ ions, and pH on the oil removal efficiency of DTC (T403) was investigated. The results showed that the chelate polymer formed by DTC (T403) and Fe2+ ion has good oil removal performance by net capturing mechanism. HPAM had a negative effect on oil removal efficiency of DTC (T403). For the treatment of the simulated wastewater containing 0-900 mg/L of HPAM and 300 mg/L of oil, the residual oil concentrations in water samples decreased below 10 mg/L when the dosage of Fe2+ and DTC (T403) was 10 mg/L and 25 mg/L, respectively. The oil removal efficiency of DTC (T403) was affected by pH and good oil removal efficiency was obtained when the pH was below 7.5. DTC (T403) is appropriate for the treatment of oily wastewater containing Fe2+ ion.
