Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease involving multiple systems and organs, with pulmonary involvement known to be associated with disease prognosis and mortality. Acute lupus pneumonitis (ALP) resembling miliary tuberculosis (TB) is rare. Here, we present a case of ALP mimicking miliary TB and review the literature. A 19-year-old male student was referred to our hospital with fever. Although the patient met the diagnostic criteria for SLE, diffuse miliary nodules in both lungs were observed on a chest computed tomography scan. A series of tests, including pathological testing of bronchoscopy brushes, T-lymphocyte culture + interferon assay (A + B), tuberculin test, detection of mycobacterium TB DNA, and acid-fast bacilli smear in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, were unable to confirm the presence of TB infection. We considered the patient to have ALP. After beginning ALP therapy, his symptoms disappeared, and the imaging and hematological results returned to normal. Miliary TB and ALP have similar clinical manifestations and imaging changes, which make diagnosis difficult. This case highlights the need to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment to improve prognosis.

Digital economy is an important direction of the new round of technological revolution and a key driving force for realizing the "double control of carbon emissions". This paper utilizes the panel data of 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2011 to 2021 to measure the development level of the digital economy, total carbon emissions, and carbon emission intensity and explores the impact of the digital economy on the dual control of carbon emissions and the mechanism of its effect by applying the mediating and moderating effect models. The results show that the digital economy can play a significant inhibitory effect on total carbon emissions and carbon emissions intensity, and this conclusion is still robust after a series of tests. From the government level, there exists a transmission path of "digital economy → environmental regulation stringency → dual control of carbon emissions"; from the enterprise and research organization level, there also exists a transmission path of "digital economy → R&D intensity → dual control of carbon emissions". From the perspective of regional imbalance, there are large regional differences in the impact of the digital economy on the dual control of carbon emissions, and there are also large differences in the impact of the various subdivided indicators of the digital economy on the dual control of carbon emissions. In addition, this paper also finds that the positive effect of the digital economy on the dual control of carbon emissions is more obvious in regions with a smaller proportion of SOEs. These findings add new evidence to the study of "the impact of the digital economy on the dual control of carbon emissions" and provide new ideas for accelerating the realization of green and sustainable development. ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance is an essential indicator for measuring the sustainability of corporations. It has received increased attention from capital market participants after the proposal of the 'dual carbon' goal. Innovation is a necessary skill for corporations to compete in the market. Therefore, this study investigates the impact of innovation on the ESG performance of corporations based on the dual incentive perspective of government subsidies and equity incentives. Using data of China's A-share main board listed corporations from 2017 to 2022, OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) models are constructed to conduct empirical research. The results show that enhanced innovation can significantly improve corporate ESG performance. This paper also conducts other tests to ensure the robustness of the findings and address potential endogeneity issues. Further analysis shows that both using government subsidies as external incentives and using equity incentives as internal incentives can positively moderate the above findings. Heterogeneity analyses discover that government subsidies granted to asset-advantaged corporations have a more substantial moderating effect than those granted to asset-weakened corporations; equity incentives granted to core technical staff have a more substantial moderating effect than those granted to executives. The concept that innovation with dual incentives can enhance corporate ESG performance can aid in developing programs to improve their ESG performance and generate novel ideas for high-quality, sustainable development. We report the implementation of the ligand‐to‐metal charge transfer (LMCT) in organic semiconductors for improved full visible‐light photocatalysis and understanding of the effects of Pd−N weak coordination of a single‐atomic Pd(II) embedded 2D g‐C3N4 (Pd1/UTCN) homogeneous catalyst analogues on the formation of open metal sites and LMCT induced full‐visible‐light photocatalytic performance. LMCT between Pd(II) and g‐C3N4 allows for wide‐range visible light harvesting and promoting the transport of photogenerated charge of carbon nitride from excitation site to active site. Compared to the porphyrin palladium complex with strong Pd−N coordination, the reversible coordination dissociation of Pd−N of Pd1/UTCN allows for the formation of open active sites photocatalysis, which enables the efficient adsorption, activation, and conversion of substrates. The adsorption of the substrate can promote LMCT between Pd(II) and heptanazine ligands. As a result, Pd1/UTCN exhibited LMCT‐induced efficient full‐visible‐light photocatalytic activity of Suzuki reaction with high selectivity without additional phosphorus ligands. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
