In the new era of artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), big data collection and analysis for intelligent sports are of great importance in monitoring human health. Herein, naturally, biodegradable triboelectric nanogenerators (NB‐TENGs) are developed based on low‐cost, recyclable, and environmentally friendly corn bracts, which are further applied in neck motion recognition. Three NB‐TENGs are integrated into an elastic collar to create a neck‐condition monitoring triboelectric sensor (NCM‐TS). An intelligent behavioral monitoring system is achieved by combining NCM‐TS with a deep learning model, which allows the recognition of four types of neck motion with an average accuracy of 94%. The advent of self-powered arrays of tribological nanogenerators (TENGs) that harvest mechanical energy for data collection has ushered in a promising avenue for human motion monitoring. This emerging trend is poised to shape the future landscape of biomechanical study. However, when we try to monitor various regions of the foot across disparate environments simultaneously, it poses a number of problems, such as the lack of satisfactory waterproofing, suboptimal heat resistance, inaccurate monitoring capacity, and the inability to transmit data wirelessly. To overcome these issues, we have developed an array of sensors affixed to the insole's surface to adeptly monitor movement gait patterns and alert users to falls using self-powered triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs). Each sensor cell on this sensor works as an individual air gap TENG (FWF-TENG), namely flexible, waterproof, and fast response, composed of an Ecoflex single-electrode array. Each FWF-TENG boasts a fast response time of 28 ms, which is sufficient to quickly monitor pressure changes during various badminton activities. Importantly, these sensors can persistently generate electrical signals at 70%RH humidity. Data obtained from these sensors can be transmitted to an upper computer intelligent terminal wirelessly through multi-grouped FHW-ENG sensing terminals in real time to achieve human–computer interaction applications, including motion technical determinations, feedback, and fall alerts. Transparent stretchable wearable hybrid nano-generators present great opportunities in motion sensing, motion monitoring, and human-computer interaction. Herein, we report a piezoelectric-triboelectric sport sensor (PTSS) which is composed of TENG, PENG, and a flexible transparent stretchable self-healing hydrogel electrode. The piezoelectric effect and the triboelectric effect are coupled by a contact separation mode. According to this effect, the PTSS shows a wide monitoring range. It can be used to monitor human multi-dimensional motions such as bend, twist, and rotate motions, including the screw pull motion of table tennis and the 301C skill of diving. In addition, the flexible transparent stretchable self-healing hydrogel is used as the electrode, which can meet most of the motion and sensing requirements and presents the characteristics of high flexibility, high transparency, high stretchability, and self-healing behavior. The whole sensing system can transmit signals through Bluetooth devices. As an emerging self-powered technology, triboelectric nanogenerators have the characteristics of a simple structure, high conversion efficiency, diverse material selection, and stable output. Hydrogels have the advantages of flexibility, extensibility, and shape adaptability, which means that hydrogel-based triboelectric nanogenerators (H-TENGs) have high flexibility, self-healing abilities, conductivity, and fatigue resistance. They can still operate normally in scenarios involving bending, pressing, stretching, and folding. H-TENGs offer a method of versatile and sustainable innovation in sports monitoring. This review elucidates the working principles and modes of H-TENGs, examines H-TENG characteristics that are relevant to intelligent sports, and summarizes their applications in this field. This paper concludes with a discussion on the development and applications of H-TENGs in intelligent sports.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the sixth-most common cancer and the third leading cause of cancer-related death in the world. However, 40-70% patients eventually suffer from postoperative recurrence within 5 years. HCC recurrence after surgery severely affects prognosis of the patients. Nevertheless, there is an opportunity to improve patients' prognosis if doctors and researchers can recognize the importance of a standardized perioperative management and study it in clinical and pre-clinical settings. Hence, based on our own experience and published studies from other researchers, we develop this consensus regarding multidisciplinary management of locally recurrent and metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma after resection. This consensus consists of the entire course of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma (RHCC) management, including prediction of recurrence, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and surveillance of RHCC. Consensus recommendations are presented with grades of evidences (Ia, Ib, IIa, IIb, III and IV), and strength of recommendations (A, B, C, D and E). We also develop a decision-making path for RHCC treatment, which can intuitively demonstrate the management for RHCC. Acute liver damage is considered to be the major cause of mortality after massive hepatectomy. Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) and somatostatin (SST) have been shown to protect against hepatic injury of rats after partial hepatectomy. However, the precise mechanisms remain largely unknown. In this study, we examined the effects of PGE1, SST and the combination of these two drugs on acute liver damage of rats after 90% hepatectomy. We found that animal survival was improved when pretreated with PGE1 and SST. Portal venous pressure (PVP), serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransaminase (AST), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were all reduced after administration of PGE1 and SST. In addition, apoptosis was inhibited via upregulation of Bcl-2 and downregulation of Bax and caspase-3 in drug treatment groups. Furthermore, pretreatment with PGE1 and SST alleviated endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress by induction of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78), but suppression of transcription factor C/EBP homologous protein (CHOP). Our data suggest that administration of PGE1 and SST, particularly in combination, may prevent acute liver damage of rats after massive hepatectomy by inhibiting inflammatory responses, apoptosis and ER stress.
