Modern energy cooperation between Russia and China is mutually beneficial and complementary: China invests in the implementation of Russian energy projects, and Russia, in turn, supplies its energy resources to China, meeting the needs of both sides. This article assesses China's contribution to the development of the Russian electric power industry. The assessment is carried out on the basis of careful examination of upcoming and already implemented projects of China's investment cooperation in Russia in the field of renewable energy, including solar, wind, and hydropower, as well as in the field of thermal and nuclear energy. At the same time attention is paid to the volume of investment in specific projects, and the degree of participation in the equity holding. Based on the results of the assessment, a conclusion is made about the high interest of China in the implementation of electric power projects in Russia. China especially counts on mutual support for cooperation in the field of renewable energy, namely in the sector of construction of solar, wind and hydropower plants, in order to solve the climate issue. At the same time China does not deny the importance of developing relations in the field of oil and gas.

Connectivity is the basis and premise of the network services. Ad hoc network has the property of topological changes, which makes the connecting reliability the basis of its survivability evaluation. To compute the connecting reliability of Ad hoc network, it needs to analyze the whole system and evaluate the probability of keeping links available. Therefore, by applying the Markov process in Ad hoc network system modeling, the paper analyzes the connection availability of stead-state links when there are system exceptions. When the exception is thrown, it can analyze the phenomenon of instantaneous packet losses and delay at a network node by means of queuing theory. With a combination of steady-state availability analysis and nodes instantaneous non-response, the paper can draw a conclusion that evaluation indicators like connecting probabilities, packet losses and delay, can be used in survivability evaluation of Ad hoc network.

The paper mainly presents the analytical discussion of MANET and network survivability research that have been done so far. As MANET were open and complex, system hierarchical model was provided, which converted the traditional survivability analysis into hierarchical relation between the key services and the atomic components. This analysis can be applied in quantitative analysis of MANET survivability.

In accordance with the definition and characteristics of the network storage system survivability, Indexes including reliability, availability, integrality and confidentiality are selected to evaluate the survivability of the network storage system. First a quantitative evaluation method based on grey relation analysis about the network storage system survivability is introduced. The evaluating data of survivability is collected through the established FC-SAN network storage system. At last using the data, the improved method of grey relation analysis is employed to calculate the survivability, and the calculating result indicates that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the actual survivability of the network storage system. These special characteristics such as distributed, multi-hop, self-organizing, dynamic topology, time-variant channels, and limited resources etc make the traditional routing algorithms or protocols for wired networks and centered wireless networks can’t be used in mobile ad hoc networks directly. So the appropriative multicast routing algorithms or protocols for mobile ad hoc networks must be designed. In the paper, Combining merits between the mesh-based and the tree-based MANET multicast protocol, we proposed ADMRP (Adaptive Distributed Multicast Routing protocol), whose node can computes forward list dynamically and distributed. This mechanics can save the limited bandwidth, decrease the channel collision and reduce the total overhead of the MANET. At last, the ADMRP is validated by OPNET.
