Crop yield losses have escalated worldwide due to extreme and/or prolonged drought periods as well as insufficient irrigation. In the cold and arid regions of northern China, the difficulty of straw decomposition is a regional problem, which is undoubtedly aggravated by the increasingly serious drought. Thus, the combination of a reasonable grain feed rotation mode and tillage mode of straw returning is an effective measure to solve this problem. This study set up a grain forage rotation (in the first year, it is used for grain production, and the straw is returned to the field after the grains are harvested; when the entire plant is harvested in the second year, it is used as feed) and two treatments for straw returning and no straw returning to the land characterized by two different water degresses (include drought stress and normal irrigation). To clarify the impact of returning straw to the field on the soil improvement and drought tolerance of various maize varieties, the effects of straw returning on the agronomic traits, hormones, osmotic adjustment substance content, whole plant fresh weight, and dry weight of six different maize varieties (MC703, A2636, DK 159, ZQ 1, 303 × 178, and ZJ 330) under drought stress were analyzed. The data showed the following: (1) After straw returning, the soil moisture content increased by 3.55–14.70% and the soil bulk density decreased by 0.73–5.23% under the drought stress treatment, and the soil physical condition became closer to the ideal value. (2) After straw returning, the plant height, ear height, stem diameter, fresh weight, and dry weight of the maize whole plant under the drought stress treatment increased by 0.95–7.70%, 4.70–15.71%, 0.31–9.33%, 2.67–36.23%, and 3.72–38.60%, respectively. (3) After straw returning, the abscisic acid, ethylene, soluble sugar, and soluble protein in the leaves under the drought stress treatment decreased by 7.92–21.42%, 8.03–3.37%, 0.63–22.98%, and 2.37–9.17%, respectively. Straw returning significantly alleviated the damage caused by drought stress to the growth and development of maize, and promoted the growth and development of maize under the drought treatment. While exercise offers significant potential to enhance overall well‐being, unscientific exercise practices often cause exercise fatigue, posing a threat to human health. Flexible sweat sensors have garnered considerable attention owing to their ability to continuously, non‐invasively, and dynamically monitor human health during exercise at the molecular level. Therefore, in this study, we constructed a flexible molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) sensor for the real‐time monitoring of cortisol and lactate levels in sweat using cortisol or lactate as template molecules and pyrrole (Py) as functional monomer. Prussian blue (PB) was embedded into the MIP as a built‐in redox probe, eliminating the need for an additional probe and facilitating the simultaneous quantification of cortisol and lactate concentrations. Moreover, the MIP‐doped platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs) ehanced the electron transfer capability, further improving the sensitivity of the sensors. The fabricated flexibile cortisol and lactate MIP sensors demonstrated low limits of detection (LOD; 1.07 nM and 1.09 mM, respectively), high sensitivity (0.09 μA lg[nM]−1 and 1.28 μA lg[nM]−1), and exceptional stability and selectivity. The flexible MIP sensors could continuously and dynamically monitor changes in sweat cortisol and lactate concentrations, thus contributing to the advancement of next‐generation flexible sweat electrochemical sensors and providing a crucial tool for monitoring exercise fatigue. Expansive soil is a special soil type that undergoes volume expansion during hygroscopicity and volume contraction during dehumidification. In this study, the effects of rainfall–evaporation cycles on the microscopic pores and cracks of expansive soils under different rainfall intensities were analyzed by simulating light rainfall, medium rainfall, and high-temperature drought environments using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology and image processing methods. The results showed that the micropores and small medium pores of the expanded soil gradually evolved into macropores during the cycling process, especially under stronger rainfall conditions. In addition, as the number of cycles increased, the expanded soil showed irrecoverable pore changes, which ultimately led to the scattering damage of the soil. By processing the surface crack images of expansive soils, the process of crack development was categorized into four stages, and it was found that the evaporation cycle of medium rainfall intensity caused the main cracks of expansive soils to develop more rapidly. A quantitative relationship model between the average crack width and the number of cycles as well as porosity was constructed, and the regression coefficient of determination R2 reached 0.98, 0.96, and 0.84, respectively. This study simulates the effects of real rainfall conditions on expansive soils and investigates the mechanism and evolution of cracks in expansive soils, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. Yak is an excellent germplasm resource on the Tibetan Plateau and is able to live in high-altitude areas with hypoxic, cold, and harsh environments. Studies on induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) in large ruminants commonly involve a combination strategy involving six transcription factors, Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, c-Myc, Nanog, and Lin28 (OSKMNL). This strategy tends to utilize genes from the same species to optimize pluripotency maintenance. In this study, we cloned the six pluripotency genes (OSKMNL) from yak and constructed a multi-cistronic lentiviral vector carrying these genes. This vector efficiently delivered the genes into yak fibroblasts, aiming to promote the reprogramming process. We verified that the treated cells had several pluripotency characteristics, marking the first successful construction of a lentiviral system carrying yak pluripotency genes. This achievement lays the foundation for subsequent establishment of yak iPSCs and holds significant implications for yak-breed improvement and germplasm-resource conservation. Wearable sweat biosensors have gained attention due to their potential for non-invasive health monitoring. However, practical applications still face challenges in integrating multiplex sensors primarily due to sweat accumulation, complex microfluidic preparation processes, and degradability of substrate materials. In this study, a multiplex sweat sensor based on leather fluidic transport is proposed. The pre-treated leather exhibits favorable hydrophilicity, air permeability, and biocompatibility. Furthermore, high sensitivity and stability multiplex sensor electrodes for pH, chloride, potassium, and sodium ions have been integrated into the leather-based fluid transport to fabricate an integrated wearable sweat device. By enabling sweat analysis compatible with routine and daily activities, the integrated wearable sweat device achieves continuous and long-term monitoring of body physiology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
