Summary The rapid and effective formation and decomposition of Li2O2 during cycling is crucial to solve the problems associated with the practical limitation of lithium-oxygen (Li-O2) batteries. In this work, a highly dispersed electrocatalyst with Ru nanoclusters inside the special organic molecular cage (RuNCs@RCC3) through a reverse double-solvent method for Li-O2 batteries has been proposed for the first time. This RuNCs@RCC3 shows an effective catalyst enabling reversible formation and decomposition of the Li2O2 at the interface between the Li2O2 and the liquid electrolyte, rather than the sluggish solid-solid interface reactions on commonly used solid catalysts. As a result, the Li-O2 cells with RuNCs@RCC3 show enhanced electrochemical performance, including low overpotential (310 mV at a current density of 100 mA g−1), high specific capacity (15,068 mAh g−1), good rate capability (1,800 mAh g−1 at a current density of 2.8 A g−1), and especially superior cycle stability up to 470 cycles., Graphical Abstract, Highlights • A novel highly dispersed electrocatalyst RuNCs@RCC3 for Li-O2 batteries was designed • Rapid formation and decomposition of large Li2O2 on its own surface • Excellent electrochemical performance of RuNCs@RCC3 in Li-O2 batteries • Superior stability and durability of RuNCs@RCC3 in Li-O2 batteries, Electrochemistry; Energy Storage; Energy Materials

This paper started with theories of team heterogeneity and team performance, according to questionnaire survey method, reviewed three dimensions of knowledge heterogeneity (speciality heterogeneity, education heterogeneity and work experience heterogeneity) and their effects on team performance. The result showed that speciality heterogeneity was positively related to task performance and contextual performance, while work experience heterogeneity was positively related to contextual performance significantly, but had no significant relationship with task performance. In addition, education heterogeneity had no significant relationship with task performance and contextual performance.

3-D object recognition was different from 2-D one. In order to improve recognition rate, it was necessary to establish a full features base. With object as center, the paper offered a view space projection method of Multi-Camera Revolve Batch Rendering. Firstly, constructed three dimensional models for object, set positions for model and camera of top view. Then by the max panel stick to one of axis angle, copied camera with equal interval. Set up the moving path for hemisphere, and constraint to corresponding camera. In the last, established batch script with output parameters, automatic preservation random projection images for three dimensional objects.

Objective To investigate the genotype of klebsiella pneumonia strains isolated from eldly inpatients by multiple-locus variable-number tandem-repeat analysis. Methods Totally 184 klebsiella pneumonia strains,isolated from eldly inpatients,were collected,and their genome DNA were extracted. The polymorphism of 7 variable-number tandem-repeat locus in the DNA samples was analyzed by multiple primers polymerase chain reaction and capillary electrophoresis. The clustering analysis of genotyping was carried out with the BioNumerics 5.1 software. Results A total of 139 genotypes were identified in 184 klebsiella pneumonia clinical strains,showing obvious genetic polymorphisms. With clustering analysis of genotypes,all the strains were categorized into three gene clusters (genogroups 1,2,and 3). The genogroup 1 was the biggest cluster,containing 93.06% of the isolated strains. Conclusion There was a predominant cluster in the klebsiella pneumonia strains isolated from eldly inpatients in our center,and the major source of klebsiella pneumonia infection remained the nosocomial infection.

Ship modeling is more complicated than any other artificial architecture according to its complicated structure, anomalous formation, all types of surface. Based on analysis on the hull, we studied the skills and methods with three views and lofting technique on the platform of 3ds MAX. Firstly, collect detail parameters and views from Internet, then preprocess orthographic views before establishing reference hull and fragmented curves by lofting technique. At last a complete ship model by combing hull and weapons is established. The simulation result is lifelike; it can provide an attractive experiment environment for Virtual Reality, Object Recognition, Engineering Analysis, etc.

To the Editor: Anaplasma phagocytophilum, an emerging human pathogen of public health importance, is transmitted to humans most commonly by tick bites (1). The agent has been detected in various species of Ixodes ticks around the world (2) and in Dermacentor silvarum ticks in northeastern People’s Republic of China (3), where 3 A. phagocytophilum strains were isolated from wild and domestic animals (4). In the Asiatic region of Russia adjacent to China, A. phagocytophilum was identified in Ixodes persulcatus ticks, and A. bovis in Haemaphysalis concinna ticks (5). Human granulocytic anaplasmosis was reported in the southern area of the Russian Far East that borders China (6). The objectives of this study were to investigate the prevalence of A. phagocytophilum in ticks collected from the China–Russia border and to characterize the agent by molecular biology techniques.

AIM: To determine telomerase activity of exfoliated cells in tuberculous peritonitis and malignant ascites, and study the diagnostic value of telomerase activity in differentiating tuberculous peritonitis from malignant ascites. METHODS: TRAP-PCR-ELISA and TRAP-PCR-silver staining were employed to determine telomerase activity in 18 specimens of malignant ascites and 13 specimens of tuberculous peritonitis. To monitor the co-infection status of Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato (B.b.s.l) and spotted fever group Rickettsia (SFGR) in tourist areas of Heilongjiang province.Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the 5S-23S rRNA intergenic spacer of B.b.s.l and ompA of SFGR in ticks, dynamically collected from tourist areas of Heilongjiang province in 2010. Amplification products from positive ticks were sequenced, and phylogenetic analysis was conducted by Mega 5.0 software package.849 ticks were collected from two tourist points, with the dominant ticks in Tiger Mountain and Jingpo Lake were Ixodes persulcatus and Haemaphysalis concinna. Regarding the Ixodes persulcatus from Tiger Mountain, the infection rates of B.b.s.l and SFGR were 26.15% and 10.05%. The infection rate of SFGR was 13.33% in Haemaphysalis concinna and the B.b.s.l was undiscovered in the same ticks from Jingpo Lake. However, the co-infection could only be detected in Ixodes persulcatus of both tourist areas. Surveillance data showed that the major ticks were more likely to be appeared in July at Tiger Mountain and in June at Jingpo Lake. Data from the sequence analysis on B.b.s.l showed that the B.b.s.l in tourist areas could be classified into three different genotypes, other than B. garinii and B. afzelii. We first detected B. valaisiana-like group genotype in northeast of China. Results from the sequence analysis of SFGR positive products showed that the two DNA sequences of newly detected agents were completely the same as Rickettsia sp. HL-93 which was detected in Hulin and Rickettsia sp. H820 found in northeast, China.The co-infection of B.b.s.l and SFGR was detected in ticks from the tourist areas of Heilongjiang province, and data from the sequencing of specific fragment showed that various kinds of genotypes existed in this area. However; the rates of co-infections-different according to environment, time and population that contributed to the kinds of and the index of ticks existed in the surveys points, also the infection rate of the ticks was studied.

Bare stent implantation in the treatment for native and recurrent coarctation of the aorta (CoA) has become established as an alternative to surgery and balloon angioplasty. However, this modality still encounters significant complications during the procedure and/or follow-up. The covered Cheatham-Platinum (CP) stent commonly used to be chosen as a rescue treatment in these patients. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of covered CP stent as the primary modality in the treatment for native CoA.Twenty-five covered CP stents and 2 bare CP stents were implanted in 25 patients with native CoA. All patients after the intervention were invited for follow-up examinations.The peak systolic gradient across the lesion decreased significantly from a median value of 67.5 mmHg (quartile range, 19.3 mmHg) to 2 mmHg (quartile range, 4.0 mmHg) (P0.0001). Stenotic segment diameter increased from a median value of 5.0 mm (quartile range, 1.5 mm) to 17.9 mm (quartile range, 2.5 mm) (P0.0001). The median ratio of diameter of the coarctation postprocedure to preprocedure was 4.2 (quartile range, 1.6). All of the CP stents were placed in the suitable position without any acute complications. During a follow-up period of up to 72 months, no complications were encountered. Most of the patients (21/25) were normotensive, apart from four patients requiring antihypertensive medication during the follow-up.The implantation of covered CP stent as the primary modality is safe and effective in the treatment for native CoA in adolescents and adults.

The purpose of this study was to report our experiences from the transcatheter closure of patent fenestration after total cavopulmonary connection (TCPC) with an extra cardiac conduit.Three patients (7, 14 and 8 years old) with various forms of functionally univentricular heart lesions received a total cavopulmonary connection with an extra cardiac conduit as a final reconstructive procedure. Transcatheter occlusion of the fenestration was accomplished using a 8/6 mm Amplatzer duct occluder in one patient, and 5 mm or 10 mm Amplatzer septal occluder in the other two patients. Residual shunting following occlusion was assessed using angiography and echocardiography.Post total cavopulmonary connection with an extra cardiac conduit, diagnostic catheterization revealed normal pressures in the superior vena cava and pulmonary artery without obstruction at the site of the anastomosis. Angiography of the extra cardiac conduit confirmed the communication between the conduit and the atrium in all three patients and patients still suffered from cyanosis and low oxygen saturation. Immediate full occlusion of fenestration was obtained in all patients. Post closure, mean central venous pressure returned to normal accompanied with significantly increased oxygen saturation. Cyanosis was also significantly attenuated. There were no procedural complications or device failures at intra-hospital and during the 3 to 6 months follow up period.The Amplatzer septal or duct occluder device is a safe and effective strategy for the Fontan fenestration occlusion.
