Abstract

Esophageal achalasia is a primary motility disorder. Although the exact pathogenesis is unknown, autoimmune, and neurodegenerative processes seem to be involved similarly to neurodegenerative and/or demyelinating disorders (NDDs). We hypothesized that the prevalence of NDD may be higher among patients with achalasia and vice versa as the background pathogenetic mechanisms are similar.

Abstract

Title: Football match of AC Sparta Praha as a product for marketing Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to elaborate suggestions and recommendations for improvement of marketing activities on the match-day. Methods: The improvements are based on electronic interviewing AC Sparta Prague fans and personal interviews with marketing experts in the field of football. Direct observation without use of technique was used as well. Results: Recommendations and suggestions are focused on making more effective use of the marketing elements of AC Sparta Prague football matches. The main reasons for fans dissatisfaction are lack of toilets and its uncleanness, low capacity of food stall and slow operation. Safety and match-day program can be improved as well due to fans' opinion. Key words: Sport marketing, fans' satisfaction, marketing research

Title: Marketing Research of Customer's Satisfaction in Sport Centre JEREMI Sport Objectives: The aim of the study was to determine customer's satisfaction with services offered in the sport centre JEREMI sport. Based on the results to develop proposals for improving services and increase customer's satisfaction. Methods: The research used a qualitative and quantitative method of questioning. For quantitative methods were used polling, for qualitative were used observation and interview. Results: The results are shown in graphs, tables, and cross classification. Abstract

We report a young woman with the clinical picture of Allgrove syndrome in whom neurological symptoms are prominent. It usually presents in the first decade of life with a deficiency of tears, recurrent vomiting and dysphagia due to achalasia, severe hypoglycemic seizures and shock due to adrenal insufficiency. Neurological symptoms such as hyperreflexia, dysarthria, hypernasal speech, ataxia, sensory impairment, muscle weakness, and mental retardation are extremely slow to develop and manifest at a later age. Diagnosis was based on clinical presentation and laboratory findings. She is the first patient from the Czech Republic with genetic confirmation of Allgrove syndrome. This patient is one of about 100 cases described in the literature and one of the few patients with all the main typical clinical features.
