U radu je analizirana upotreba storytellinga, kao načina izlaganja novinarske priče i metoda marketinškog komuniciranja. Principi razvoja pripovedanja u novinarstvu predstavljaju komunikacioni alat kojim se mogu postići i komercijalni i društveni ciljevi. Istraživanje je bilo fokusirano na viralne reklame koje počivaju na storytellingu i koriste pripovedanje kao efikasni strateški alat komunikacije sa publikom.

This paper derives from research on the topic of analysis of the cadastral system in Serbia, with special reference to AP Vojvodina. The core of the research is the analysis of the state of surveys and cadastre in the area of political municipalities: Secanj, Žitiste and Zrenjanin. Based on the results of the research, suggestions for further improvement of the existing system were given.

An analysis of profitability and effects of land consolidation (LC) projects has been made in this paper. The measurable effects of land consolidation resulting from land consolidation goals such as: increase of average area of parcel, decrease of average number of parcels per participant as well as the change in the area of road and canal networks after the land consolidation projects were considered. Profitability was analysed from the aspect of return on investments and net present value of investment in land consolidation. Materials and methods for this study encompass a representative sample from Vojvodina, a part of the Republic of Serbia which is flatland and predominately orientated to agricultural production. The study results indicate that the effects of land consolidation are good and that land consolidation projects are highly profitable.

U ovom radu prezentovano je stanje premjera na teritoriji političke opštine Čapljina, počevši od najranijeg perioda do danas. Prikazana je analiza sta­nja katastra u katastarskoj opštini Čapljina kao i uvid u Geoportal i softver za održavanje katastra u Federaciji BiH.

Each local, self-government unit which is planning to develop and later implement the project of land consolidation is confronted with the problem of choosing the cadastral municipality for land management via land consolidation. The appliance of multi-criteria decision method enables and helps the decision makers to act regularly and correctly when making a decision. Multi-criteria analysis, above all, enables decision making in conflict conditions. These conditions include multiple alternatives and criteria, from which some should be maximized, and others minimized. This paper deals with the problematic of the ranking of cadastral municipalities in which land management should be performed with the use of land consolidation, by applying COPRAS method. The paper also presents the evaluation of the defined model in the Municipality of Pećinci.

U ovome radu prikazani su rezultati analize realizacije poljozaštitnih šumskih pojaseva u postupku komasacije. Istraživanjem su obuhvaćena tri karakteristična projekta komasacije u Autonomnoj pokrajini Vojvodini, kroz čije provođenje je trebalo realizirati i projekte poljozaštitnih šumskih pojaseva. S obzirom da se izabrani projekti nalaze u različitim dijelovima područja istraživanja, zaključci izvedeni u ovome radu mogu se smatrati reprezentativnim za teritorij Vojvodine. Studija je pokazala da nije iskorištena prilika za povećanjem šumovitosti Vojvodine, odnosno da projekti poljozaštitnih šumskih pojaseva nisu uopće razmatrani u postupku komasacije ili ako su i uzimani u obzir, zemljište odvojeno za njih nikad nije privedeno namjeni., The forests as a necessary condition for human civilization existence also are of great ecological and economic importance. This fact is often neglected in practice despite the fact on wide spread scientific knowledge about it. The authors noticed that practice and made research about shelterbelts realization in the numerous cases of theoretical researches as well as in projects of land consolidation projects in Serbia (mostly of them provided in Autonomous Province of Vojvodina as a region where agricultural land dominates). The benefits of shelterbelts are well known from scientific literature and practice for agricultural land protection, but the realization of them in concrete projects are connected with a lot of obstacles. In this paper more than the author ivestigated the projects of land consolidation from the aspect of the chances for building shelterbelts and their realization in practice. The research provided on more than eight hunderd projects of land consolidation has shown that only in a few of them the shelterbelts were forseen and no one of them was realized as designed. The reasons are mostly connected with the resistance of participants in land consolidation to give up of their land for shelterbelts building, with lack of capacities for seedlings providing and with the insufficient attention paid to this issue in legal regulation.In this paper the results of analysis of shelterbelts in the process of land consolidation are shown. Research encompassed three different and distinguished projects of land consolidation in Autonomous Province of Vojvodina - The Republic of Serbia, through which realization was required to provide the projects of shelterbelts. Bearing in mind that chosen projects are spread in different geographical areas of research fields, the conclusions obtained in this paper could be considered as representative for Vojvodina. The Vojvodina is especcialy interesting for research because this region is lacking with forest. To reach the standards of 0.16 hecteares per citizen the woodlands in Vojvodina shall be increased from actual value of 193,621 hectares to the values of 308,045 hectares. Bearing in mind that importance of agricultural land and its preservation in the future from the aspect of sustainable development the land consolidation projects are the best chance for reaching before mention goal of increasing woodlands in Vojvodina. The study has shown that chance for increasing forest area in Vojvodina was not utilized, i.e. that projects of shelterbelts were not taken into consideration, and even if they were, the considered area was never brought to the designed goals. The visualization of project solutions and the actual implementation of the shelterbelts in the considered municipalities is shown in Figures 1-6. Overview of the number of analyzed projects of land consolidation, the number of land consolidation projects where was planned the establishment of shelterbelts and the number of land consolidation projects where are realized shelterbelts is given in Table 1.

In this study, for the purpose of determining the quality of a digital cadastral plan lines, we made production of digital lines plan, vectoring, and the diameter of the original data and maintaining the diameter of the five types of lines. Since digital utility cadastre plan is the basis for making part of the database of the cadastre lines, but that lately often resorted vectorization of analogue lines plans, or "digitization on the screen" in this study we analyzed the accuracy and reliability of digital geodetic plan lines created vectoring analogue plan. There we also made individual and comparative analysis of digitized content, according to the type of lines, on the basis of which it was concluded that the overall quality of the digital plan lines obtained vectoring pretty good that can meet the needs of most users of the cadastre lines. The conclusions drawn in this article can serve amendments and harmonization of existing geodetic and cadastral regulations with the regulations related to the business owners lines, regulations governing zoning and help define the strategy and development directions records of public infrastructure.

In this paper, an assessment of the profitability of land consolidation projects is performed and presented. The study analyzes whether the future benefits exceed the expenses of initialization and realization of land consolidation projects. The material for this study includes land consolidation project, planned in the cadastral municipality of Nadalj2. Standard statistical methods and calculation of the expenses involved in agricultural production and feasibility were used for the analysis of the material. All things considered, the study showed that the land consolidation is an effective and feasible land management tool, which enables the return of invested funds in the following period of four to five years.

Global considerations of vulnerability to different land degradation processes, indicate that significant areas, not only in the germ and the desert areas of the world, but throughout Europe, to a greater or lesser extent, affected by wind erosion. Conducted analyses and assessments have shown that wind erosion in Europe threatens a total of about 42 million hectares of land (European Environment Agency-EEA, 2000). Wind erosion is particularly pronounced in the plains, where the primary economic activity is agriculture. Vojvodina, based on its natural characteristics, located in the zone of moderate and medium-intensity wind erosion, but with potentially high to very high risk of the emergence and intensification of erosion processes caused by human activity. Agri-protection windbreaks in the process of land consolidation, as a biological way to combat wind erosion, are the subject of this paper, in order to determine the differences between the projects of agri-protection forest belts and the actual situation on the ground. Therefore, the paper will be presented with the following characteristics agri-protection forest belts, the first project, and then view the current situation in the field.

Introduction: Inter-individual differences in gut microflora composition may affect drug metabolism and overall therapeutic response. Gliclazide is a drug characterized by large inter-individual differences in therapeutic response; however, the causes of these differences are not fully explained and may be the outcome of microbial biotransformation. Recently, great attention has been paid to studies on bile acid (BA) interactions with gut microflora and the role of BAs in the modification of drug transport through biological membranes. The Aim: Considering the assumption of gliclazide-probiotic-BAs interactions, the aim of the study was to investigate the transport and biotransformation of gliclazide in probiotic bacteria, as well as the effects of deoxycholic acid (DCA) on gliclazide transport into bacterial cells. Materials and Methods: Probiotics were incubated with gliclazide with or without DCA for 24 h at 37°C. The intracellular and extracellular concentrations of gliclazide were determined at seven time points by high-performance liquid chromatography. Gliclazide biotransformation by the enzymatic activity of probiotic bacteria was examined using appropriate software packages. Results: During the 24 h incubation with probiotic bacteria, significantly lower extracellular concentrations of gliclazide were observed at all time points compared to controls, while in the group with DCA, the decrease in concentration was noticed only at 24 h. The total concentration of gliclazide throughout the whole period was significantly lower compared to control. Proposed pathways of gliclazide biotransformation by probiotic bacteria involve reactions of hydrolysis and hydroxylation. Conclusion: Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that there are interactions of gliclazide-probiotics-DCA, at both the level of active and passive transport into the cells, and at the level of drug biotransformation by enzymatic activity of probiotic bacteria. The effect of these interactions on the final therapeutic response of gliclazide should be further studied and confirmed in in vivo conditions.

Changes in the structure and fragmentation of land plots, arising from the process of privatization and restitution, as well as from the realization of large-scale infrastructural projects in Southeast Europe and similar, actualize problems in terms of intensive agricultural production, and aesthetic and functional spacing design. The need for initiating new projects regarding land consolidation cycles is increasing with the aim to solve spatial, environmental, and strategic issues in agriculture, as well as to provide appropriate conditions for the application of modern land treating methods. However, land consolidation projects are very complex, long-lasting and financially very demanding. To minimize risk and exclude the possibility of inadequate selection methods, this paper describes the methodology for integrated assessment, which allows decision making on the basis of two or more methods. Per integrated assessment methodology, this study includes several multi-criteria analysis methods, which do not exclude the possibility of integrating other methods. The results obtained in this study are not only beneficial to the South-Eastern Europe region, but also to all countries where land redistribution is expanding.&nbsp

The Municipality of Velika Plana has been taking serious steps when it comes to initiating land consolidation projects which help realize the land reclamation projects in the simplest way. Whit the aim of obtaining the base for carrying out land reclamation projects, this work deals with and presents the survey of the hydrographic features of Municipality of Velika Plana, as well as, water regime and the river basin of the Velika Morava River. Based on measuring data obtained at Ljubicevski most, water gauge survey station we have performed and presented the analysis of the distinctive annual flow over a longer period of time as well as the analysis related to the changes in parameters which occur on an annual basis. On the basis of performed analysis we have been able to determine the amounts of water for irrigation available in the Velika Morava River basin at the territory of Velika Plana, which was the main focus and objective of this research.

Public property, as a phenomenon of property relationships in socialist legal system was in fact the negation of property, property which is everyone's and nobody's and complete opposite of private property. Public property is a form of ownership characteristic for the socialist system, as a specific form of turning public goods by the social and legal entities. A series of laws passed after 2000, had the aim to abolish earlier socialist relations, with the intention to convert all rights which steam from public property into a property right. In this paper is presented a research of property forms in North Backa district for the period 2008 to 2014 year, with a special emphasis on public property. Based on data obtained through the research, an analysis of converting public property to other forms of properties on agricultural land in the territory of the said distric has been done.

The research conducted was intended to determine the quality of relationships and exchanges between the leaders and followers, as well as the importance of ethical leadership in metal industry of Serbia. The research has identified several significant recommendations for leaders and high level managers about what should they in particular focus on in their work. First of all, leaders need to pay attention to their employees. This means that they need to understand the problems the employees face when working, to recognize the potentials and abilities of their employees, as well as to demonstrate to employees the extent to which they are satisfied with their work. In addition, leaders need to be fair and have personal integrity. Only in this way, they can gain and maintain authority over employees.

Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasm (GTN) develops from fetal tissue with risk of malignancy after complete hydatidiform mole of 20%.This is a case report of progressive destruction of uterine tissue in 43 years old patient caused with developing Choriocarcinoma three months after legal abortion. Severe changes in uterine structure as multiple anechogenic foci of destruction were found during transvaginal Doppler ultrasound examination. Hypervacularisation in malignant trophoblastic tissue with low Resistance index values (0,397-0,471) were also detected during transvaginal Doppler ultrasonography. Ultrasonographic picture significantly changed in two months followed with serum human chorionic gonadotropine increasing rate. Operative treatment performed and polychemotherapy administrated. Postoperative hystological examination confirmed Choriocarcinoma.The most relevant parameter in making GTN diagnose is serum human chorionic gonadotropine level. This case of choriocarcinoma showes that ultrasonographic changes can sometimes bee more progressive than expected value of serum hCG according to those findings. Transvaginal Doppler ultrasonographic findings must be compared with changes in serum human chorionic gonadotropine values and hystological findings.Choriocarcinoma is not easy to detect ultrasonographicaly but in some cases ultrasonographic picture can be specific for the case as one of numerous ultrasonographic models choriocarcinoma can appear in.

Our study presents the results of ALL treatment from year 1995 to 2002 according to modified BFM protocol at the Department of Hematology of the University Children's Hospital, Belgrade. Modification was necessary due to inadequate drug and diagnostic reagent supply at that time and related mainly to reduced intensity of therapy and difference of definition of risk factors in relation to original BFM protocol. A total of 69 patients were treated, 36 girls (52.2%) and 33 boys (47.8%), mean age 4.5 years (range 0.4-16.8 yrs.). Thirteen children were classified as high risk, out of whom, one had Down syndrome, two had earlier corticosteroid treatment, nine were with T immunophenotype, out of whom three were poor prednisone responders and one was female infant. Clinical and laboratory parameters on diagnosis in our group were similar to the characteristics of patients in large published studies which exclude selection bias. There were four toxic deaths (5.8%) and ten relapses (14.5%). Five year event-free survival (EFS) with median follow-up of 5.2 years (range 2.2-9.2 years) was 70%.
