The purpose of this study is to analyse the act of genocide in the attempt at Judaization in Palestine based on the 1998 Rome Statute and examine the possibility of categorizing the Judaization of Palestine as cultural genocide because Judaization has changed various aspects of Palestinian life and the Palestinian territories themselves. In addition, cultural genocide has been eliminated from its history, but there are still actions that are assumed to lead to it. This research is a type of normative legal research using a conceptual, statutory, case, and historical approach. The results of this study indicate that the Judaization of land and people in Palestine is a crime of genocide, as stated in Article 6 (c) of the 1998 Rome Statute. At the same time, the Judaization of identity and holy places can be categorized as cultural genocide, according to experts. However, the opinions of experts contained in legal works are subsidiary legal sources and, until now, have not been recognized as customary international law. In addition, the Judaization of identity and holy places within the framework of international law can only be viewed as genocidal intent, not cultural genocide.

Given its critical role in marine ecosystems, this study comprehensively examined zooplankton distribution and behavior in the Halmahera Sea. The temporal and spatial dynamics of zooplankton acoustic backscatter values were analyzed using a 153.6 kHz vessel-mounted acoustic Doppler current profiler (ADCP). Analysis was supplemented by biological sampling with a bongo plankton net. Further evaluation included the analysis of oceanographic and bathymetric data. The acoustic, oceanographic, and biological sampling data were obtained from the Jala Citra I “Aurora” survey expedition in 2021, while the bathymetry data were obtained from the General Bathymetric Charts of the Ocean (GEBCO). The raw ADCP data, represented as digital counts, were transformed into mean volume backscattering strength (MVBS) expressed in decibels (dB) using sonar equations to yield a measure proportional to zooplankton biomass. Temporal observations revealed a diel vertical migration (DVM) pattern in zooplankton aggregation, characterized by movements responding to the daily solar cycle. Spatial observations indicated a higher zooplankton density in semi-enclosed waters than in open water. The high values of acoustic backscatter are not attributed to a single species of zooplankton. Biological sampling identified that Oncaea spp. and Oithona spp., a species from the Cyclopoida order, exhibit the highest abundance. The study concludes that the ADCP, based on acoustic backscatter measurements and data sampling, is an effective tool for detecting the presence and behavior of zooplankton.

This study is aimed to investigate the implementation of green campus-based curriculum model at Islamic universities in Indonesia. In depth interview was conducted to the top leader of universities in order to confirm the application of green campus-based curriculum especially on vision and mission. A set of interviews was also questioned to lecturers to obtain important information regarding with the employment of the model of curriculum related to environmental health they used in classrooms. In addition, supporting data about students from lecturers' information was also occupied to enrich the data. As a result, the researcher found that all Islamic universities observed in this study imply green campus or environmental aspect points in university's vision and mission. Less than 100% of lecturers are able to design learning materials related to environmental health as well as implementing it in classrooms. Less than 60% of students can produce environmental work arts as well as having problem solving skills toward surrounding environment. Above all, hose Islamic universities determine similar goals on green campus-based curriculum model i.e. to preserve the environment and aware of surrounding natural issues. At the end, a few suggestions were suggested to the top manager of the Islamic universities concerning with vital element regarding with lecturers' competencies in developing environmental health learning design that should be noticed and increased.

Socialization of Microcontroller Use in Medical Support Equipment for Electromedical Students undertaken by the Muhammadiyah Aceh School of Health Sciences. The project aims to enhance the understanding and skills of students in using microcontrollers for medical devices, thereby improving healthcare support in the community. Through a series of webinars, the initiative addressed critical issues related to the utilization of microcontrollers in the design and maintenance of medical equipment. The target audience included electromedical students from various campuses in Sumatra, emphasizing the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical applications. The results indicated significant improvements in participants' knowledge and skills, highlighting the importance of such programs in fostering technological advancements in the healthcare sector. Anguilla bicolor is a highly economically valuable species of eel, whose cultivation needs to be carried out to the maximum. One of the factors supporting successful aquaculture is the optimal stocking density. The current calculation method for determining seedling quantity for stocking density is ineffective for large-scale cultivation. Therefore, in this study, an object-tracking-based calculation method using deep learning was applied to address this issue. Deep learning using YOLO v8 is an advanced method for counting and detecting objects including fish. This algorithm was used with the addition of the ByteTrack algorithm for object tracking and supervision for object counting. Object tracking is applied such that during seed counting, moving objects can be tracked and not counted repeatedly. Training was conducted on two datasets with different labels, namely the head and tail parts, using 300 epochs, 16 batches, and learning rate of 0,001 and 0,01. Based on the training results, the model with the head label has higher precision and recall than the tail-labelled model, with values of 0,91 and 0,93 respectively. The model performed well at a stocking density of 63 individuals/m², with accuracy and F1 scores of 90,91% and 0,95 respectively.

It is very important to know the route of searching for flying fish eggs as information for the next trip and to find out their whereabouts. The existence of flying fish eggs is one of the important agendas at this time, where the available information is still minimal. This article attempts to show the fishing line for flying fish eggs through the use of TrekFish in the Makassar Strait. Fishing paths for flying fish eggs were extracted and mapped using ArcGIS 10.8. Fishing line mapping shows fishing vessel trips per day in each fishing period.

Banggai waters are a strategic area rich in fish resources and a source of livelihood for most of the local population. Mapping fish stocks is important to ensure the sustainability of fishing in the area. One of them uses hydroacoustic data and satellite imagery to provide more comprehensive results on fish stocks and more accurate predictions of potential fishing zones. This study will spatially estimate fish density in Banggai waters using hydroacoustic data and investigate the distribution of chlorophyll-a and sea surface temperature using Himawari-8 imagery. Hydroacoustic data processing will produce target strength (TS) and volume backscatter strength (Sv) values to determine the value and distribution of fish density. Meanwhile, ZPPI results are obtained from the overlay of chlorophyll-a and sea surface temperature. From the results of mapping the potential fishing zone, the high category has the highest percentage of 43%, low 28% and medium 29%. The ZPPI point distribution map then shows the concentration of ZPPI points in the southern Banggai waters. The fish density distribution map shows that the spatial distribution tends to be around the coast of Banggai Peninsula, dominated by small and very small fish categories. Correlation of fish density point distribution with ZPPI results and oceanographic parameters has a positive influence on fish density from GAM modelling.

Technology development in the modern era encourages the utilization of efficient technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS). This study focuses on developing a cyber-physical system using smartphones to control and monitor refrigeration systems in fishing vessels. Through performance testing, IoT and CPS technologies have been successfully implemented to monitor refrigeration system temperature in real-time, optimize performance, and take preventive actions as needed. The testing included the temperature control and monitoring of the primary sensor of the refrigeration machine. The accuracy of the application was evaluated by adding a reference sensor using the standard deviation as a measure between the primary and reference sensors. The test results consist of three data points. First, the test on data 1 shows the room temperature before activating the refrigeration machine, with an average difference of 2.6 and a standard deviation of 0.985. The second aspect involves a sudden pipe leakage, resulting in a difference of approximately 0.9 with a standard deviation exceeding 1.1. The third aspect includes the average difference in the measurements after activating the refrigeration machine, which indicates a higher consistency between the primary and reference sensors. The research findings indicate a minimal standard deviation, indicating a high level of measurement accuracy. Implementing this system is expected to enable the control and monitoring of refrigeration systems, assist fishermen in minimizing losses, and improve the quality of fishery products. International Maritime Organization has entered into force several regulations to lessen the carbon footprint of maritime transport. Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index (EEXI) is utilized to sustain continuously increased energy efficiency and CII (Carbon Intensity Indicator) is utilized to measure carbon emissions and rating boundary of ships. Every ship must have strategies to reduce fossil fuel consumption to meet the minimum required carbon emissions. Solar energy can be a viable solution for reducing emissions and fuel consumption in ship power systems. Solar panels can be installed on the ship's deck or other suitable areas to generate electricity. This electricity can be used for auxiliary systems such as lighting, ventilation, and onboard equipment, reducing the reliance on conventional fuel-powered generators. Solar energy can also be integrated into hybrid power systems, combining it with traditional fuel-powered engines or other renewable energy sources like wind power. This hybridization can optimize energy generation and reduce the consumption of fossil fuels. This paper will review several studies and applications of solar energy as part of ship power system, and analyze the contributions in supporting reduction of carbon emissions. In the era of supply chain digitalization, adaptability and transparency are key to enhancing efficiency and trust. Although blockchain technology and smart contract offer innovative solutions, the limitations of static smart contract hinder their full potential. This article introduces a new approach using dynamic smart contract capable of managing various commodities in the supply chain with a key-value store. While this advantage provides flexibility, it still poses challenges in managing increasingly complex interactions among various actors, especially when the number of commodities increases. To address these challenges, this study introduces the concept of smart contract interaction that facilitates the automation and management of interactions with high efficiency. The implementation results show that smart contract interaction outperforms conventional approaches in terms of speed, resilience, and ease of management. Through the combination of dynamic smart contract and smart contract interaction, demonstrating how efficiency, transparency, adaptability, and scalability can be achieved in the supply chain, providing new insights into the utilization of blockchain technology for the modern industry. An ethics-based information security system based on Immanuel Kant's transcendental legal paradigm can give a strong foundation for tackling moral quandaries in AI, hacking, and information systems. Lavanya Singh highlights the necessity of instinctive ethics based on philosophical literature and presents a Kantian ethics application that adheres to the philosophical tradition. Meanwhile, Sanchita Saha et al. address ethical hacking as a method of disclosing vulnerabilities in information systems for the benefit of society, emphasizing ethical concerns in cybersecurity operations. Furthermore, Flávia Maria Santoro and Rosa Maria Esteves Moreira da Costa underline the significance of examining information systems via an ethical lens in order to negotiate conceptual conflicts and make informed judgments in delicate situations, which is consistent with Kant's moral philosophy. Using doctrinal research methodologies with legal material sources derived from literature studies and qualitative descriptive analysis. This study discovered that by incorporating Kant's concepts into information security systems, the transcendental legal paradigm may guide ethical decision making and promote responsible technological advancement. The Ethics-Based Information Security Systems Act, modeled after Immanuel Kant's Transcendental Paradigm, would prioritize universal ethical principles, respect for human autonomy, duty-bound behaviors, transparency, accountability, and a structured regulatory framework. The law will guarantee that information security is maintained not just through technological means, but also via a solid ethical foundation that respects the dignity and rights of all those concerned.
