A novel and highly sensitive flow injection method was developed for the determination of Mebeverine. The method is based on the formation of an ion pair compound between Mebeverine hydrochloride and calcium hexacyanoferrate in an ammonium chloride medium, resulting in the formation of a whitish-yellow precipitate complex. The analysis was performed using a homemade NAG-4SX3-3D triple flow cell CFIA Analyzer. The experimental parameters were studied to optimize both the chemical and physical aspects of the method. The linear working range was obtained to be 0.01-40 mM, with an impressive correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9907. The limit of detection (LOD) was determined to be 0.349 µg/150 µl, and the repeatability of the method (RSD%) was demonstrated to be less than 1.5%. To further evaluate the performance of the newly proposed method, a comparison was conducted using the standard addition method in conjunction with a classical method. Overall, the developed flow injection method offers simplicity, sensitivity, and reliable analytical performance for the determination of Mebeverine, making it a promising alternative to the classical method. This method uses a sensitive and novel methodology to accurately measure sulfamethoxazole in its pure and pharmaceutical form. The method is based on the formation of a white precipitate by the reaction of sulfamethoxazole and phosphomolybdic acid in an acidic medium. As a result of this reaction, the drug's interaction with the reagent is observed and measured using a home-made Ayah 6Sxl-T-2D Cell detector and turbidity flow injection. The ideal chemical parameters were optimized and chosen, including the phosphomolybdic acid concentration (0.5 mmol/L), acidity (acetic acid), and the flow rate (3.2, 2.8 ml/min) for the carrier and reagent streams, respectively, Sample volume as well as the delayed coil reaction were determined and adjusted. Sulfamethoxazole showed a linear range of (0.06-2.6 mmol/L) and a correlation coefficient of r = 0.9855. A newly developed analytical method characterized by its speed and sensitivity for the determination of cyproheptadine HCl for cyproheptadine - CdI2 - H2O system via continuous flow injection analysis. The method was based on the precipitation of cyproheptadine. HCl with CdI2 to form a white precipitate particle (ion pair), using homemade ISNAG-fluorimeter analyser. Optimum parameter has been studied to increase the sensitivity for newly developed method. Linear dynamic range for the precipitation reaction versus cyproheptadine. HCl concentration was 0.05-20 mmol. L-1 while Linearity was 99.82%. The L.O.Q was 5.679 μg/sample. L.O.D. (S/N=3) = 175.45 ng/sample from the stepwise dilution for the minimum concentration of lowest concentration in the linear dynamic ranged of the calibration graph. R.S.D.% for n=8 (8 & 14 mmol. L-1) was <1%. the method was applied successfully for the determination of cyproheptadine. HCl in three different drugs. A comparison was made between the newly developed method and UV-spectrophotometry as a classical method using paired t-test, it was shown that there were no significant difference between two methods at 95% confidence level and on that basis the new method can be accepted as an alternative analytical method for the determination of cyproheptadine HCl in different drugs and different samples.
