A method for testing the health of ear's peripheral auditory nerve and its connection to the brainstem is called an auditory brainstem response (ABR). Manual quantification of ABR tests by an audiologist is not only costly but also time-consuming and susceptible to errors. Recently in machine learning have prompted a resurgence of research into ABR classification. This study presents an automated ABR recognition model. The initial step in our design process involves collecting a dataset by extracting ABR test images from sample test reports. Subsequently, we employ an elastic distortion approach to generate new images from the originals, effectively expanding the dataset while preserving the fundamental structure and morphology of the original ABR content. Finally, the Vision Transformer method was exploited to train and develop our model. In the testing phase, the incorporation of both the newly generated and original images yields an impressive accuracy rate of 97.83%. This result is noteworthy when benchmarked against the latest research in the field, underscoring the substantial performance enhancement achieved through the utilization of generated data. For Compressive Sensing problems, a number of techniques have been introduced, including traditional compressed-sensing (CS) image reconstruction and Deep Neural Network (DNN) models. Unfortunately, due to low sampling rates, the quality of image reconstruction is still poor. This paper proposes a lossy image compression model (i.e. BCS-AE), which combines two different types to produce a model that uses more high-quality low-bitrate CS reconstruction. Initially, block-based compressed sensing (BCS) was utilized, and it was done one block at a time by the same operator. It can correctly extract images with complex geometric configurations. Second, we create an AutoEncoder architecture to replace traditional transforms, and we train it with a rate-distortion loss function. The proposed model is trained and then tested on the CelebA and Kodak databases. Most of research studies that have dealt with face corrupted images to the level of being unrecognizable by a human are based on full image reconstruction. In some real scenarios, a single corrupted image might need to be recognized among a limited number of available clean images. This study deals with face identification from artificially corrupted images with various kinds of noises. The work proposes a face identification conditional generative adversarial network (FI-CGAN) model to identify faces based on the CGAN. The proposed models reconstruct the corrupted image based on available clean images to map the corrupted image to a specific label. The classification is made using the nearest neighbor method with peak signal-to-noise ratio, mean squared error and structural similarity index as metrics. Presently, facial image recognition via a thermal camera is a critical phase in numerous fields. Systems using thermal facial images suffer from numerous problems in face identification. In this paper, a model Edge-Aided Generative Adversarial Network (EA-GAN) is introduced to overcome the difficulties of thermal face identification by synthesizing a visible faces image from the thermal version. To enhance the performance of the Conditional Generative Adversarial Network (CGAN) model for the create realistic face images, the edge information extracted from the thermal image has been used as input, thus lead to improving overall the system's achievement. Moreover, a new model is presented in the present work for face identification by integrating two Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to achieve high and rapid accuracy rates. Based on the experiments on the Carl dataset for faces, it is indicated that EA-GAN can synthesize visually comfortable and identity-preserving faces; thus, better performance is achieved in comparison with the state-of-the-art approaches for thermal facial identification. Recently, numerous challenging problems have existed for transforming different image types (thermal infrared (TIR), visible spectrum, and near-infrared (NIR)). Other types of cameras may lack the ability and features of certain types of frequently-used cameras that produce different types of images. Based on camera features, different applications might emerge from observing a scenario under specific conditions (darkness, fog, night, day, and artificial light). We need to jump from one field to another to understand the scenario better. This paper proposes a fully automatic model (GVTI-AE) to manipulate the transformation into different types of vibrant, realistic images using the AutoEncoder method, which requires neither pre-nor post-processing or any user input. The experiments carried out using the GVTI-AE model showed that the perceptually realistic results produced in the widely available datasets (Tecnocampus Hand Image Database, Carl dataset, and IRIS Thermal/Visible Face Database).
