People who work from home or in offices typically sit at a computer for most of their workday, often sitting with bad posture. Therefore, the decision was made to develop chairs to find a solution for the medical problems that arise from sitting for long periods during work. The intended audience for the chair includes office workers, students, and homemakers. Gamers who spend a lot of time sitting in their chairs could benefit from the technology. This research aims to solve the problem of unhealthy sitting. The hardware configuration includes a DC motor, power supply, microcontroller, ultrasonic sensor, buzzer, and a chair. The software configuration uses Arduino software to evaluate the system's overall accuracy. Four categorization models are used: true positive, false positive, true negative, and false negative. The system development process has been exceptionally successful, achieving a total accuracy of approximately 97.434%. This study explores the use of distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) as a hearing screening modality for newborns and adults with hearing impairment. The goal is to improve cochlear response by developing digital filter characteristics to make it consistent for specialists to make accurate diagnoses. To accomplish this, the proposed system consists of a DPOAE ER-10C as stimulation and cochlear response probe, a digital signal processor, an oscilloscope, PC, and audio cables. Real-time distortion product frequency components were extracted using a signal processor of TMS320C6713. To validate the system, a senior medical physicist conducted a study for five hearing-normal participants of men and women aged 38 - 55 years old, at Baghdad Medical City / center for hearing and communication in Iraq. The results showed an ability to extract distortion product components in real-time implementation, with the superiority of shape parameters greater than 0.5. In addition, the quantization of filter coefficients was compared for both floating-point arithmetic and fixed-point arithmetic. Noisy environment-based noise reduction techniques have to be investigated by considering the implementation of robust digital signal processing techniques. Recently, X-ray computed tomography-imaging modality is considered as golden standard for diagnosis of coronavirus lungs infection. In worldwide, infectious patients increase rapidly that lead to weariness in health services staff, as well as instant treatment required to avoid patients' health deterioration due to infection development. Image processing would be reinforcing health services by considering computer-based segmentation. However, a ground glass computed tomography image fashion of coronavirus lungs infection characterized by disappearance of edge region of interest and lack of object structure. In this study, these challenges addressed by introducing a new algorithm that combined both morphological reconstruction and fast marching method. The proposed algorithm applied on archived computed tomography dataset for coronavirus infected patients, results showed consistent determination of ground glass infection region compared to manual delineation of senior physician. Peristaltic pumps (PPs) are used to pump clean/sterile or exceptionally responsive liquids without tainting them. They are used in haemodialysis and heart-lung machines to circulate blood as a sidestep during medical procedures. The purpose of this research is to design and construct a PP which consists of a three-roller pump, a bubble sensor, a motor drive, a stepper motor, a microcontroller, and a safety unit. The safety unit functions by using the air bubble sensor, which stops the motor in case of bubble insertion. The performance is experimentally tested in terms of average sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy, which are 99%, 99.55%, and 99.33%, respectively. The evaluation is based on the classification models of true positive (TP), false positive (FP), true negative (TN), and false negative (FN). With the rapid development of the next-generation mobile network, the number of terminal devices and applications is growing explosively. Therefore, how to obtain a higher data rate, wider network coverage and higher resource utilization in the limited spectrum resources has become the common research goal of scholars. Device-to-Device (D2D) communication technology and other frontier communication technologies have emerged. Device-to-Device communication technology is the technology that devices in proximity can communicate directly in cellular networks. It has become one of the key technologies of the fifth-generation mobile communications system(5G). D2D communication technology which is introduced into cellular networks can effectively improve spectrum utilization, enhance network coverage, reduce transmission delay and improve system throughput, but it would also bring complicated and various interferences due to reusing cellular resources at the same time. So resource management is one of the most challenging and importing issues to give full play to the advantages of D2D communication. Optimal resource allocation is an important factor that needs to be addressed in D2D communication. Therefore, this paper proposes an optimization method based on the game-matching concept. The main idea is to model the optimization problem of the quality-of-experience based on user fairness and solve it through game-matching theory.
