The New Student Admission System in DKI Jakarta: Perceptions of Parents, Students, and Teachers. Objective: This qualitative research aims to explore the perceptions of parents, students, and teachers regarding PPDB in DKI Jakarta. Methods: This research adopts a phenomenological approach. Data collected through semi-structured interviews with 22 parents, 14 students, and 3 teachers at one junior high school in East Jakarta were analyzed using typological analysis. Findings: The research results indicate that the majority of informants are more in favor of using the distance between home and school rather than age as a selection criterion. Additionally, the majority of participants believe that students' academic achievements are the fairest selection criterion compared to others because it values students' diligence in learning and fosters a competitive spirit. Conclusion: A PPDB system that ensures the right to quality education is the aspiration of parents, students, and teachers. Therefore, efforts to equalize the quality and distribution of public schools are highly necessary to achieve the goals of PPDB. - Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze international legal regulations regarding cross-border bankruptcy that are not yet fair, and to analyze international bankruptcy legal policies based on justice that can be applied effectively in a cross-border context. This study uses normative legal research. The results of this study are differences in the application of the territorial principle and the universality principle in various countries can cause injustice to debtors and creditors. The territorial principle can make it difficult for debtors who have separate assets in several countries, so they have to face bankruptcy processes separately in several countries, while the universality principle can cause injustice because creditors can be harmed by the application of the debtor's original law which is more beneficial to the debtor. Restorative justice emphasizes the restoration of losses for the injured party. The restorative justice approach can help reduce conflict in the international bankruptcy process and encourage solutions that prioritize mediation in its resolution. With the restorative justice approach, it is expected to provide justice for all parties.

- Abstract

- Abstract
The phenomenon of violence in Indonesia does not only occur among high school and middle school teenage students; even at the elementary school level, the phenomenon of bullying occurs. This research is aimed at finding out the causes of child bullying from a criminological perspective and overcoming bullying crimes committed by children at school. In fulfilling the research objectives, this research uses normative juridical methods. The research results show that the causes of child bullying from a criminological perspective consist of internal factors, namely children's egocentrism, revenge, parents who often punish their children excessively, stressful home situations, aggression, and hostility. Apart from that, external factors include discriminatory behavior among both teachers and students, a lack of supervision and ethical guidance from teachers, a large gap between rich and poor students, and very rigid discipline patterns. Dealing with bullying crimes committed by children at school must be given special treatment aimed at forming good attitudes and behavior in a penal manner by paying attention to the best interests of the child and a non-penal approach.

- Abstract
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the use of Student Worksheets on students' mathematical understanding abilities. The research subject is a private university in East Jakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively. The statistical test used was the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z test for the normality test with the test results not being normally distributed. Meanwhile, for the average difference test, the Mann-Whitney non-parametric test was used with the test results that there were differences in results between the experimental class and the control class, then for the average, variance and range of the experimental class, namely 87.57; 196.14 and 40. Meanwhile, the average, variance and range of the control class were 79.29 ; 335,513 and 60. From this it can be seen that the average of the experimental class is higher than the control class, and the variance and range of the experimental class is smaller than the control class, this means that the experimental class is more homogeneous than the control class so it can be concluded that the students' mathematical understanding ability learning using the LKM is more effective than students who learn without using the LKM.

- Abstract
Background: The increase in Covid-19 cases in Indonesia as well as the hospital length of stay is unpredictable. The degree of lung damage in Covid-19 largely determines the severity of the disease, a serial chest X-ray using Brixia score can be used to assess changes in pulmonary parenchymal damage and could predict the length of hospitalization. This study aims to analyze the correlation of Brixia score with the length of hospitalization in Covid-19 patients.Subjects and Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted at Sumber Waras Hospital from November 2021 until January 2022. The samples are Covid-19 confirmed patients who were treated at Sumber Waras hospital. Independent variable is Brixia score and dependent variable is length of hospitalization. Brixia's score assessment from two serial chest X-rays was divided into 4 categories: low to low, low to high, high to low, and high to high. All the categories were analyzed using Kruskall-Wallis method then continued with Mann-Whitney U test. The multivariate variable was analyzed using linear regression. Results: There are 190 samples, the median score of Brixia at the beginning of treatment is 4 (range 0-18), and the median score of Brixia on serial examination is 6 (range 0-18). Patients in low to low category had median 10 days length of hospitalization, low to high category and high to low category had median 11 days, and high to high category had median 8 days. There was no statistically significant correlation between Brixia score and length of hospitalization (p= 0.377).Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between the median Brixia score changes with the length of hospitalization of covid-19 patients. Keywords: Covid-19, hospitalized, Brixia score changes, length of stayCorrespondence: Widiastuti Soewondo. Hepatitis B is one of the main cause of chronic liver disease, and potentially cause cirrhosis, liver failure and hepatocellular carcinoma in 15-40% population. Globally, 2 billion people are infected by Hepatitis B. Two hundred and forty million people are suffering from chronic hepatitis B, and more than 780 000 people are dying from both acute and chronic complication of hepatitis B. In developed countries, horizontal transmission is the main mode of virus transmission, while in developing countries vertical transmission occured in 90% population with hepatitis B. Immunoglobulin administration as a prevention strategy for vertical transmission has 95% success rate, but it left 5-10% of those who has immunoprophylaxis failure to be at risk to develop chronic hepatitis B. Antiviral administration during pregnancy is considered to prevent hepatitis B vertical transmission in population at risk on developing immunoprophylaxis failure.

- Abstract
Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is an acute infectious disease that attacks livestock, thus threatening the availability of food and the husbandry industry. This paper discusses the formulation of a mathematical model for the spread of FMD in livestock with a saturated incidence rate. The research method used is quantitative mathematical modeling with simulation, with stages including problem identification, determining assumptions, model formulation, analysis and model simulation. The discussion results obtained two equilibrium points, namely the non-endemic equilibrium point and the endemic equilibrium point, and then analyzed for stability. Numerical simulation is presented using Runge-Kutta approximation with MATLAB. Furthermore, after a sensitivity analysis, the parameters that greatly influenced the spread of FMD were direct or indirect contact (which led to the entry of the FMD virus) and the supporting capacity of livestock. Then the most influential parameter in reducing the spread of FMD is the application of culling on exposed animals and infected animals. The FMD modeling is a form of mathematical application to simulate the spread of disease on livestock.

- Abstract
The main objectives of this study were to analyze the reasons for Sri Lanka’s low adoption of DD to mitigate the dissemination of fake news regarding the security and human rights situation on social media by pro-LTTE Tamil Diaspora groups and NSAs and to analyze how the use of DD can be improved to effectively mitigate dissemination of fake news regarding the security and human rights situation on social media by pro-LTTE Tamil diaspora groups and NSAs. The research method adopted was qualitative, while the research design adopted was a case study design. In this case study, Findings from the study revealed that low adoption of DD to mitigate the dissemination of fake news regarding the security and human right situation in the country on social media by pro-LTTE Tamil diaspora groups and NSAs sympathetic to the Tamil cause is due to financial, employment-related, policy-related, and political reasons. Further, findings from the study indicate that DD in Sri Lanka can be improved in several ways to mitigate the fake news disseminated regarding the security and human rights situation in the country by pro-LTTE Tamil diaspora groups and NSAs on social media. These strategies include rolling out DD in stages across the Foreign Ministry network, implementing a change management program to overcome employee resistance to the adoption of DD, providing employees extensive DD training, implementing a standardized DD policy in the Foreign Ministry, and conducting awareness campaigns to educate political leaders on the advantages of DD over traditional diplomacy in protecting and enhancing the image and reputation of the country.

- Abstract
Introduction: The ratification of the New Criminal Code actually has an orientation towards strengthening legal pluralism in the field of criminal law. This is evidenced by the adoption of customary criminal law as a recognized law in addition to national criminal law.Purposes of the Research: This study aims to analyze the implications of the formulation of Article 2 of the New Criminal Code concerning the practice of Indonesian criminal law pluralism and the future orientation of the formulation of Article 2 of the New Criminal Code to strengthen the pluralism of Indonesian criminal law. Methods of the Research: This research is a normative legal research that uses a concept and statutory approach. Results of the Research: The study results show that the legal implications of formulating guarantees for the enforceability of laws that live in society affirm the existence of customary criminal law as a living law in society, thereby affirming the essence of legal pluralism. The future orientation of Indonesian criminal law pluralism after the enactment of the New Criminal Code is to maintain harmonious relations between the national legal system and the customary law system and to conduct an inventory of existing customary criminal laws. Customary criminal law that still exists is then regulated specifically in regional regulations in each region so that judges can then use it as a reference in deciding a criminal case that has a legal essence that lives in society.

- Abstract
Introduction: The concept of deradicalization itself has been running for the first time since 2005 but there is no guide or patent concept for this program. The effect given through the deradicalization program must be recognized is not optimal, but this does not necessarily make deradicalization a failed innovation, keep in mind that the existence of the deradicalization program is an answer to the handling of terrorism that is considered hard and intimidative (hard approach), while the more subtle ways of dialogue and religious approach (soft approach) is considered also able to neutralize the values of terrorism in someone who is already radical.Purposes of the Research: The real purpose of de-radicalization in general is to prevent repeated terror incidents by former prisoners, because the National Police itself has the task of being able to detect and prevent acts of violence that insurgents. Methods of the Research: The research method used is normative legal research with a statute legal approach and a conceptual approachResults of the Research: The deradicalization Program is not a program that can be assessed directly as a failed program, deradicalization must be remembered as a reflection of the bad and hard handling (hard approach) so that the form of humanism and respect for human rights can actually be reflected by the existence of deradicalization, with the existence of deradicalization also illustrates that the perpetrators of terror or ex-prisoners have hope to return to normal life, also indicates that the government pays attention to those who commit this crime.

- Abstract
This paper discussed Schilder's position on the theology of covenant in engagement with the Yoruba thought, identifying their points of agreement and departure and establishing the fruitfulness of Schilder's thoughts on the theology of covenant among the Yorubas. Through library and field studies, it answered whether the levity accorded the Christian faith in the recent by the Yoruba people group is not unconnected to a shallow understanding of the implications of breaking the covenant relationship entailed in the Christian faith. And how the implications of covenant violation, as discussed by Klaas Schilder, can be fruitful for the Yoruba people's understanding of the covenant of grace.

- Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of own-source revenue and transfer revenue on capital expenditure in South Tangerang City. The data used is time series data regarding local own-source revenue and transfer revenue on capital expenditure in South Tangerang City 2012-2021. Data analysis methods include Multiple Regression Analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination analysis. From the Multiple Regression Analysis, the regression equation Y=1.03819 + 0.521X2-0.612X3 is obtained. The constant of 1.03819 means that the increase in capital expenditure allocation is 1.03819 percent if there is no increase in local revenue and transfer revenue. The regression coefficient of the local own-source revenue variable shows a positive influence on capital expenditure of 0.521. From the t-test results, it can be explained that local own-source revenue has a significant effect on capital expenditure, where the t-count> t-table value is obtained (2.701> 2.306). The regression coefficient of the local own-source revenue variable shows a negative effect on capital expenditure of 0.612. From the t-test results, it can be explained that transfer revenues have a significant effect on capital expenditures in South Tangerang City, where the t-count value is obtained < t-table (1.259 < 2.306). From the coefficient of determination analysis, it is known that local revenue and transfer revenue affect capital expenditure by 47.4%, while the remaining 52.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research model. Increased capital expenditure has an important role because it has a long-term benefit period to provide services to the public because infrastructure development and the provision of various facilities are carried out to increase investment attractiveness.
