This article emphasizes the findings of comparative thermal enhancement in Casson fluid using bases fluid as blood and Xue and Yamada-Ota hybrid nano-structures model towards a 3D swirling plate. Nanofluid flow is a widely investigated topic in engineering and industry, particularly in the cooling of electronic devices. Its proven ability to save energy makes it a viable option for improving cooling systems and sustainability initiatives. Thermal energy incorporates solar radiation, Soret and heat sources while transportation of species happens utilizing activation energy and Dufour impact. It was estimated that the system (partial differential equation) is converted into Odes employing finite element methodology. Such a complicated model is resolved efficient method named as finite element method. By enhancing impacts of chemical reaction and Dufour numbers, mass diffusion is enhanced but opposite behavior is noticed in mass diffusion with the change of Schmidt number. By increasing values of Lorentz force and velocity field inclines. Further, thickness (MBLs) increase with variation of Lorentz force and Casson parameter.

أن البحث يوضح سلطة القاضي الجنائي في الأدلة الجنائية الحاصل من طريق غير مشروع , إضافة إلى أنه يدعم كل المختصين من القانونيين سواء كانوا قضاة او محققين جنائيين أو باحثين في مجال الأدلة الجنائية , حيث ازدادت أهمية الأدلة الجنائية مع التطور التكنولوجي وأصبحت أكثر اهتمام في العصر الحديثة , وفي هذا المجال اتضح لدى المنظومة العدلية ظهور أدلة جديدة تحتاج إلى تنظيم وتشريع تواكب التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي و استخدام التطورات السريعة المتنوعة بطرق علمية حديثة لمحاولة التخلص من الجرائم يصعب على الطرق القديمة كشفها ( الأدلة الجنائية الكلاسيكية ) ,كما أن هذه الموضوع لم يتم تناوله بشكل واضح ومعمق من الجانب العلمي والقانوني في الدولة العراقية , وعدم إعطاء تكييف قانوني دقيق لسلطة القاضي في للأدلة الحاصلة من طريق غير مشروع , بالإضافة إلى ذلك فان أجهزة العدالة بحاجة إلى سند قانوني وعلمي لدعم الأدلة الجنائية لتكون عادلة إمام الجميع وبعيدة عن التضليل إضافة إلى إعداد آلية معتمدة وموحدة في الإجراءات للإستحصال على الأدلة بطرق رسمية قانونية تحترم هيبة وكرامة الإنسان. أن تغير نواحي الحياة الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية وما يرافقها من تطور حضاري مصحوب بتطور تقني وتطبيقي للإنسان واحترام كرامته جعل الدول وأجهزتها الأمنية عدم الاعتماد بشكل كلي على الوسائل القديمة لكشف الجرائم الجنائية لذلك وفرت دول العالم إمكاناتها المادية والبشرية جميعها للاعتماد على أساليب جديدة لكشف مرتكبي الجرائم الجنائية وضبطهم وفي العصر الحديث اتجهت أجهزة العدالة الجنائية في دول العالم إلى التركيز على الآثار والأدلة المادية الملموسة (الأدلة الحقيقية )التي لا يمكن أن تخطئ ولا تقسم يميناً كاذبة ولا تغيب عن الحدث. أما في الوقت الحاضر توسعت مجالات التحقيق لمعرفة حجية الدليل الجنائي بوسائل وطرق حديثة في التحقيق واستعملته كأدلة إدانة في المحاكم وأحدثت تغييرات جذرية في التحقيق الجنائي لم تكن معروفة من قبل اعتماداً على النظريات العلمية الحديثة. فإن البحث عن حجية الدليل الجنائي يعتمد على أسس قانونيه نافذة , لكي تكتمل الإجراءات الجنائية في التحقيق للوصل إلى الحقيقة باعتبارها غاية العدالة الجنائية. المطلوب هو الوصول إلى الحقيقة في قالب قانوني محدد يعتمد علية في الإجراءات الجنائية ويعتد به إمام القاضي الجنائي بحجية دليل واضح مستندة إلى قانون مشرع نافذ بعيد عن التظليل ,هذا ما سنوضحه في حجية الدليل الجنائي ونظام الأدلة القانونية ,ونتطرق إلى الاقتناع الذاتي للقاضي ويكون القانون هو المصدر التنظيمي الإجرائي لدى القاضي الجنائي ورجال التحقيق الجنائي أما التطور العلمي في التكنولوجيا لم يمر على العالم بسلام لأنه بقدر ما أحدث تقدم ايجابي وغير نمط حياة المجتمعات وساهم في التطور والرقي لأنه له أثر سلبي على حياة الناس ومصالح الدول كل هذا تجلى في تطور عوالم الجريمة , وأصبح الجناة يتفننون في ارتكاب الجرائم بطرق جديدة لم يذكرها القانون في الطرق الكلاسيكية , ومن ذلك يقتضي توسيع دائرة التحقيق متوافقة مع التطور التكنولوجي والعلمي وإعداد محققين في جميع المجالات والاختصاصات التي تغطي الجريمة في جميع مراحلها على وفق أسس قانونية مشروعة.

The present study was designed to determine the relationship between corporate governance and tax avoidance in an international setting. Financial and governance data sourced from the Datastream database for a sample of Japanese and UK firms between 2012 and 2017 are used. First, we examine the direct effect of several corporate governance mechanisms on tax avoidance. Second, we divide the full sample into two groups (common law and code law legal system) to explore the relationship between law, corporate governance, and tax avoidance. We use both univariate and feasible generalized least square (FGLS) regression methods to examine our hypotheses. This study finds that the board size, independent directors, and the presence of women on boards of directors reduce the likelihood of tax avoidance. However, we find an insignificant association between ownership concentration and tax avoidance. Second, it also finds that firms in countries with higher country-level governance engage in less tax avoidance. The results also suggest that the role of corporate governance is more pronounced for firms operating in common law countries than those in code law countries. This manuscript is one of the few studies that examine the relationship between corporate governance and tax avoidance in an international setting with different legal and institutional environment. This relationship differs across the two countries. This paper clearly identifies implications for research, practice, and society. It documents that when a country implements a good system of governance, which targets improving transparency and accountability, it will lead to less corporate tax avoidance.

We present a novel analytical prediction for the effective bending rigidity γ _eff of multi–layer graphene sheets. Our approach involves using a variational model to determine the folding conformation of multi–layer graphene sheets where the curvature of each graphene layer is taken into account. The Lennard–Jones potential is used to determine the van der Waals interaction energy per unit area and the spacing distance between graphene layers. The mid–line of the folded multi–layer graphene is described by a solution derived in previous work for folded single– and multi–layer graphene. Several curves are obtained for the single–layer solution using different values of the bending rigidity γ , and compared to the mid–line of the folded multi–layer graphene. The total area between these curves and the mid–line is calculated, and the value of γ _eff is determined by the single–layer curve for which this area is minimized. While there is some disagreement in the literature regarding the relationship between the bending rigidity and the number of layers, our analysis reveals that the bending rigidity of multi–layer graphene follows an approximate square–power relationship with the number of layers N , where N < 7. This trend is in line with theoretical and experimental studies reported in the literature.

A mathematical model is developed to study the folding behaviour of multi–layer graphene sheets supported on a substrate. The conformation of the fold is determined from variational considerations based on two energies, namely the graphene elastic energy and the van der Waals (vdW) interaction energy between graphene layers and the substrate. The model is nondimensionalized and variational calculus techniques are then employed to determine the conformation of the fold. The Lennard–Jones potential is used to determine the vdW interaction energy as well as the graphene–substrate and graphene–graphene spacing distances. The folding conformation is investigated under three different approximations of the total line curvature. Our findings show good agreement with experimental measurements of multi–layer graphene folds from the literature.

Invasive aspergillosis is the most common invasive mold infection following a hematopoietic cell transplant. Widespread use of antifungal prophylaxis has led to the increasing incidence of cryptic Aspergillus species. Aspergillus calidoustus is one of those emerging species and is notorious for multidrug resistance to antifungals. Here, we report a case of disseminated A. calidoustus infection in a hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipient who was successfully treated with combination therapy that included a novel antifungal.

Dissociative excitation of N2H+ has been investigated in the energy range from 7.5 to 2500 eV using a crossed beams apparatus. Absolute cross sections are reported for the channel leading to NH+ formation. Good agreement is found with the previous results of Fogle et al, from the Oak Ridge group [1]. The threshold measured for this channel indicates the presence of excited states in the target beam.
