A new-type of detection method based on fluorescence probe (CS-βGal) was constructed for efficient and selective mensuration of β-galactosidase (β-Gal). The test method possessed a series of excellent performance, such as a significant fluorescence enhancement (about 11.3-fold), high selectivity as well as superior sensitivity. Furthermore, under the optimal conditions, a relatively low limit of detection down to 0.024 U/mL was achieved for fluorescence titration experiment. It was thanks to the better biocompatibility and low cytotoxicity, CS-βGal had been triumphantly employed to recognize internal and exterior β-Gal concentration varieties in living cells with significant anti-interference performance. Furthermore, the application of CS-βGal in living system was also achieved successfully for monitoring endogenous β-Gal enzyme activity.

In persulfate activation by copper-based catalysts, high-valent copper (Cu(III)) is an overlooked reactive intermediate that contributes to efficient persulfate utilization and organic pollutant removal. However, the mechanisms underlying heterogeneous activation and enhanced persulfate utilization are not fully understood. Here, copper oxide (CuO) nanosheets (synthesized with a facile precipitation method) exhibited high catalytic activity for peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activation with 100% 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) degradation within 3 min. Evidence for the critical role of surface-associated Cu(III) on PMS activation and 4-CP degradation over a wide pH range (pH 3-10) was obtained using in situ Raman spectroscopy, electron paramagnetic resonance, and quenching tests. Background Upregulated ribosome synthesis is associated with an increased risk of cancer onset. However, the role of biogenesis of ribosomes BRX1 (BRIX1), which is involved in the synthesis of ribosomal 60S subunits, in the progression and prognosis of colorectal cancer (CRC) is not clear. Methods Sixty CRC patients requiring surgical treatment were enrolled in the present prospective study. Patient characteristics were collected at admission. The CRC tissue samples and adjacent normal tissue samples from patients were collected for further quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and Western blot. All enrolled patients were followed up for 12 months, and overall patient survival during follow-up was recorded. Accumulating studies have implicated that microRNAs (miRNAs) are involved in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer (CRC). However, the role of miR-548c-5p, a novel identified miRNA in malignancies, in colorectal carcinogenesis remains largely unknown. The present study is aimed to investigate the effect and molecular mechanism of miR-548c-5p in CRC by a sequence of cellular experiments. miR-548c-5p was significantly downregulated, whereas phosphoglycerate kinase 1 (PGK1), a key enzyme for glycolysis, was obviously upregulated in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and cancer tissues from patients with CRC. Besides, miR-548c-5p and PGK1 were negatively associated with each other. The luciferase reporter assay revealed that PGK1 was a targeted gene of miR-548c-5p. Moreover, the proliferation and generation of inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α and IL-6) were significantly inhibited in miR-548c-5p-overexpressed SW480 CRC cells stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Accordingly, miR-548c-5p may serve as a cancer suppressor in CRC by targeting PGK1.

The development of the digital economy has given rise to a new industry structure. Many platform corporates (such as Facebook, Amazon, Uber and Alibaba) have emerged around the world with rapid development, strong momentum and service innovation. With the help of Internet digital technology, platform corporates promote the commonality and integration of resources and value co-creation among the subjects connected by the platform. At the same time, the operation of the platform has also caused hot issues such as "data disputes among platforms", "the responsibility boundary of platform corporates is difficult to determine" and "the platform mode challenges the traditional anti-monopoly restrictions". Therefore, it is very important to promote the research on platform corporate governance. This paper systematically reviews the important literature on platform governance in the Web of Science database. Firstly, it states the connotation of platform corporate and platform governance. Then, it expounds on the main viewpoints of platform enterprise governance from three aspects: governance body, governance system and governance mechanism. Finally, it analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of platform corporate governance, which are multiple subjectivities, the openness of boundary, dynamic relationship and ambiguity of rights and responsibilities, points out the existing problems of platform corporate governance, and provides guidance for the practice of platform corporate governance in the future.

This paper applies grounded theory to explore the formation of platform leadership and its reputation through a single case study analysis of a Chinese energy internet platform enterprise CZB (Che Zhu Bang). Initially, CZB was a follower in China&rsquo, s internet energy market. After clarifying and acquiring the entrepreneurial resources and the complementary assets it needed, CZB quickly established an energy internet platform and its platform leadership in two years. The research shows the mechanism by which the entrepreneurial resources and complementary assets affect the evolution of the platform leadership, the interaction between platform leadership and its reputation, and in the end, how platform reputation influences platform sustainability.

Aiming for the low matching precision caused by the inaccurate segmentation of the region with fuzzy details when traditional methods are used for the matching of regions with fuzzy details in the multimedia images, a new high precision matching optimization method for regions with fuzzy details of multimedia images in cloud environment is proposed, LPP feature of the region with fuzzy details is extracted to calculate the similarity of features; using binary tree segmentation algorithm to segment the multimedia image region, through the combination of UFM improved algorithm and fuzzy binary tree structure to achieve the matching of fuzzy region based on fuzzy similarity, the optimized matching method is programmed, afterwards, the software is tested. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high matching accuracy.

Thermogravimetric (TG) data of oil sand obtained at Engineering Research Center of Oil Shale Comprehensive Utilization were studied to evaluate the kinetic parameters for Indonesian oil sand samples. Experiments were carried out at heating rates of 5, 15, and 25 °C min−1 in nitrogen, 10, 20, and 50 °C min−1 in oxygen atmosphere, respectively. The extent of char combustion was found out by relating TG data for pyrolysis and combustion with the ultimate analysis. Due to distinct behavior of oil shale during pyrolysis, TG curves were divided into three separate events: moisture release, devolatilization, and evolution of fixed carbon/char, where for each event, kinetic parameters, based on Arrhenius theory, were calculated. Coats–Redfern method, Flynn–Wall–Ozawa method, and distributed activation energy model method have been used to determine the activation energies of degradation. The methods are compared with regard to their characteristics and the ease of interpretation of the thermal kinetics. Activation energies of the samples were determined by three different methods and the results are discussed.

The traditional approach to demonstrate the growth processes of social enterprise still relies heavily on an internal perspective of resource and capability accumulation. However, it is insufficient to explain why some social enterprises grow quickly while other social enterprises do not. Based on the theory of value co-creation, this paper proposes a theoretical framework of the effect of value co-creation on social enterprise growth. A survey was conducted in China across 29 provinces and municipalities from October 2015 to March 2016, through the efforts of a market research group. The final number of usable questionnaires was 172. Specifically, by employing hierarchical regression models, this paper partially confirms the positive impact of value co-creation on social enterprise growth, while environment dynamics have a negative moderating effect on the relationship between value creation and the growth of social enterprises.

There is a trend of integration and modularisation in navigation control system. It has the characteristics of high resource sharing, fast information transmission and integration of software and hardware. It has high requirements for the safety of navigation control systems. In view of the low accuracy of traditional algorithms, a new big data-based security assessment algorithm of navigation control system is proposed. The structure of navigation control system is introduced and the realisation of navigation control system is analysed. In big data environment, common criteria (CCS) is used to determine the safety assessment objectives of the navigation control system. According to the different safety weights among the areas in the criterion layer, the pilots determine the weight of the assessment objectives by analytic hierarchy process based on the evaluation of the navigation control system and the corresponding safety rating indices. GRAP algorithm is used to acquire the security level of navigation control system so as to realise the safety assessment of the navigation control system. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of assessment and reduce misclassification rate due to the comprehensive ability of this algorithm.

With software system gradually going deep into all aspects of public life, software test, as an important way to verify that software system quality level, has received widespread attention of the society, and how to improve design quality, efficiency and reuse degree in software test use case has become a problem needs to be solved. This paper studies recommendation system principle and software test case design and property, analyzes the thought and advantages of collaborative filtering algorithm, sums up two attributes of software test cases and the key problems in collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm and related solutions, such as similarity calculation and similar neighbors calculation. At the same time it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms in different computational complexity and under the condition of the scene and proposes a combination coordination filtering algorithm and software test case recommendation system basic frame, and finally introduces the problems need to be improved and solved in collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm.

Solid modeling system based on accuracy model achieves a higher level accuracy than faceted system, but many problems exist, such as complexities of geometric calculation. This article presents a new method for representing and maintaining accuracy information in a solid system.
