Cisplatin resistance is a major obstacle in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). p32 and OPA1 are the key regulators of mitochondrial morphology and function. This study aims to investigate the role of the p32/OPA1 axis in cisplatin resistance in NSCLC and its underlying mechanism. The levels of p32 protein and mitochondrial fusion protein OPA1 are higher in cisplatin-resistant A549/DDP cells than in cisplatin-sensitive A549 cells, which facilitates mitochondrial fusion in A549/DDP cells. In addition, the expression of p32 and OPA1 protein is also upregulated in A549 cells during the development of cisplatin resistance. Moreover, p32 knockdown effectively downregulates the expression of OPA1, stimulates mitochondrial fission, decreases ATP generation and sensitizes A549/DDP cells to cisplatin-induced apoptosis. Furthermore, metformin significantly downregulates the expressions of p32 and OPA1 and induces mitochondrial fission and a decrease in ATP level in A549/DDP cells. The co-administration of metformin and cisplatin shows a significantly greater decrease in A549/DDP cell viability than cisplatin treatment alone. Moreover, D-erythro-Sphingosine, a potent p32 kinase activator, counteracts the metformin-induced downregulation of OPA1 and mitochondrial fission in A549/DDP cells. Taken together, these findings indicate that p32/OPA1 axis-mediated mitochondrial dynamics contributes to the acquired cisplatin resistance in NSCLC and that metformin resensitizes NSCLC to cisplatin, suggesting that targeting p32 and mitochondrial dynamics is an effective strategy for the prevention of cisplatin resistance.

Self-healing coatings mainly include externally assisted self-healing coatings based on the addition of repair agent and intrinsic selfhealing coatings based on reversible bond crosslinking polymers.The intrinsic self-healing coatings have attracted extensive attention due to their multiple repairable properties.In this paper，the self-healing technology based on crosslinking polymers containing reversible covalent bonds such as reversible imine bond，reversible disulfide bond，reversible Diels-Alder reaction and reversible urea bond，as well as the selfhealing mechanism，performance characteristics and difficulties of supramolecular crosslinked polymers based on reversible non-covalent bonds such as hydrogen bond，metal-ligand coordination bond and π - π stacking were discussed in detail.Besides，the application of self-healing technology based on reversible crosslinking polymers in coatings was also discussed.

The Liangkeshu iron deposit in Xinjiang is located in the Kelang basin at the southern margin of Altay. The iron deposit occurs in pegmatite dikes at the contact zone of monzonitic granite and schist of the Middle-Upper Devonian Aletai Formation. Fluid inclusions in quartz from the ore body, which are mainly liquid inclusions were studied by micro temperature measurement and are described in this paper. The results indicate that the homogenization temperatures of the fluid inclusions varied from 156℃ to 367℃, mostly distributed from 210℃ to 250℃. The salinity (NaCleq) of fluids ranged from 0.18% to 18.72% and the densities ranged from 0.80 g/cm3 to 0.95 g/cm3. Ore fluids in the Liangkeshu iron deposit were characterized by medium temperature, low salinity and low density, and belonged to the H2O-NaCl system. δDSMOW values of quartz were from -110‰ to -76‰, δ18OSMOW values changed from 5.3‰ to 7.9‰ and δ18OH2O values varied from 1.03‰ to 1.07‰, implying that the ore-forming fluid was magmatic water mixed with meteoric water. Fe mineralization in the Liangkeshu deposit occurred in the Middle Devonian period (about 377 Ma), and is closely related to the monzonitic granite. The decrease of temperature and pressure, the fluids mixing and water-rock reaction played important roles in ore-forming processes of the Fe ore bodies.

BACKGROUND: Patients who have been treated with mechanical ventilation for more than 72 hours are susceptible to symptoms such as hypoxia and respiratory muscle fatigue after weaning, which may result in weaning difficulty and delay, as well as an increased incidence of negative emotions such as anxiety and depression. Correct pulmonary rehabilitation exercise technique and timing can improve the weaning success rate, reduce the disability rate, and reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection, as well as reduce medical expenses. OBJECTIVE: This article provides a review of pulmonary rehabilitation interventions for mechanically ventilated patients, searching relevant literature through databases such as CNKI and PubMed, aiming to provide guidance for the successful weaning of mechanically ventilated patients. METHODS: We selected articles related to pulmonary rehabilitation interventions for mechanically ventilated patients from CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) and PubMed over the years. RESULTS: This article provides a comprehensive review of the research on lung rehabilitation for patients who are mechanically ventilated during the weaning process in an effort to serve as a guide for a successful transition from mechanical ventilation. CONCLUSION: Early pulmonary rehabilitation training can effectively increase the pulmonary function level and ventilation function of patients and reduce the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization, and is an effective, safe, and feasible treatment method. Objective To evaluate the impact of DRG medical insurance payment reform on the quality development of a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Guangxi. Methods This study selected data on all inpatient settlement cases in the hospital from 2020 to 2021, and calculated the DRG grouping of all cases according to the national CHS-DRG version 1.0 grouping plan. The interruption time series analysis method was further used to analyze the level and trend changes of indicators after the DRG policy reform in hospitals in December 2020.These indicators included total weight, case group index, cost consumption index, time consumption index, average length of stay, average hospitalization cost per visit, etc. They were used to evaluate the hospital' s medical service capacity, medical service efficiency, and medical safety, in order to understand the quality of the hospital. Results A total of 72 089 cases were included in this study. Indicators such as cost consumption index (β = -0.242, P = 0.001), time consumption index (β = -0.119, P = 0.002), average length of stay (β = -1.543, P = 0.011), proportion of high incidence cases (β = -0.028, P = 0.026), and average cost of hospitalization (β = -3 669.366, P = 0.026) showed an immediate decrease during the implementation of DRG policy. Conclusion After implementing the DRG policy reform, the hospital has significantly improved the efficiency of medical services, but still faces the challenge of adjusting structure and increasing quality.
