本文报道1例晚期下咽癌综合治疗后并发大型咽瘘修复成功的病例。患者男性，58岁，晚期下咽癌（T4aN3M0，Ⅳb期）行化疗、放疗及靶向治疗后肿瘤未控，遂行下咽癌根治术，术后并发颈部大型咽瘘，约10 cm×7 cm，后分别采用胸大肌肌皮瓣及锁骨上岛状皮瓣（一蒂双岛）修复成功。术后随访4月余，患者颈部皮瓣存活良好，可正常经口进食，复查未见局部复发及远处转移。.

异位甲状腺（ectopic thyroid tissue，ETT）是一种甲状腺器官先天发育异常疾病，发病率低，临床以舌根ETT较为多见。本文报道一例中国科学院大学附属肿瘤医院头颈外科收治的正常甲状腺峡部缺如同时存在喉声门下气管内及疑是舌根部ETT病例。该患者经手术治疗后，术后恢复良好，随访4个月未见明显异常。.

Emerging infectious diseases are a common type of public health emergencies, which occur frequently around the world in recent years, seriously threatening the safety of human life and property. In the process of dealing with epidemic situation, medical laboratories have played an important role in disease diagnosis, treatment, efficacy evaluation and prognosis judgment and so on. Beijing Youan Hospital, as the designated hospital of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), has set up an emergency laboratory in the capital for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 by carrying out routine tests and virus nucleic acid tests, it provides timely and effective evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. To provide ideas and references for the building of the Emergency Laboratory in infectious hospitals. This article discuss how to set up an independent emergency laboratory efficiently, strengthen the cooperation with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, make the best use of all resources, and share the enlightenment gained in the process of construction.新发突发传染病疫情是公共卫生突发事件常见类型，近年来在全球范围内频频发生，严重威胁着人类生命。疫情处置过程中，医学实验室在疾病诊断、治疗、疗效评估、预后判断等环节发挥了重要作用，为疫情防控和病患救治赢得了时间。北京佑安医院作为北京市新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治医院，在新型冠状病毒疫情防治期间，快速高效组建应急实验室并开展常规检验和病原学病毒核酸检测，为临床诊疗和病患救治提供了及时有效的实验室证据。本文通过阐述北京佑安医院应急实验室建设过程，就如何高效组建独立传染病疫情应急实验室，加强与疾病预防控制中心合作，实现平时常备常练和物尽其用，疫情时迅速高质量应对处置等方面，分享建设过程中获得的启示，为传染病医院新发突发传染病应急实验室能力建设提供思路和参考。.

Two low-lying unbound states in 16C are investigated by deuteron inelastic scattering in inverse kinematics. Besides the 2 state at 5.45 MeV previously measured in a 1n knockout reaction, a new resonant state at 6.89 MeV is observed for the first time. The inelastic scattering angular distributions of these two states are well reproduced by the distorted-wave Born approximation (DWBA) calculation with an l = 1 excitation. In addition, the spin-parities of the unbound states are discussed and tentatively assigned based on shell model calculations using the modified YSOX interaction.

Rosai-Dorfman病（RDD）是一种临床罕见的良性淋巴组织增生性疾病，主要以颈部双侧淋巴结多发无痛性肿大为特征性表现。本文报道1例双侧鼻窦等全身多处受累RDD患者，PET-CT示全身多处脱氧葡萄糖（fluorodeoxyglucose，FDG）代谢增高，局麻下手术切除右臀部皮下肿物，经病理确诊，术后未予特殊治疗。随访2年，病情未进展。.

An inelastic excitation and cluster-decay experiment $\rm {^2H}(^{16}C,~{^{4}He}+{^{12}Be}~or~{^{6}He}+{^{10}Be}){^2H}$ was carried out to investigate the linear-chain clustering structure in neutron-rich $\rm {^{16}C}$. For the first time, decay-paths from the $\rm {^{16}C}$ resonances to various states of the final nuclei were determined, thanks to the well-resolved $Q$-value spectra obtained from the three-fold coincident measurement. The close-threshold resonance at 16.5 MeV is assigned as the ${J^\pi}={0^+}$ band head of the predicted positive-parity linear-chain molecular band with ${(3/2_\pi^-)^2}{(1/2_\sigma^-)^2}$ configuration, according to the associated angular correlation and decay analysis. Other members of this band were found at 17.3, 19.4, and 21.6 MeV based on their selective decay properties, being consistent with the theoretical predictions. Another intriguing high-lying state was observed at 27.2 MeV which decays almost exclusively to $\rm {^{6}He}+{^{10}Be{(\sim6~ MeV)}}$ final channel, corresponding well to another predicted linear-chain structure with the pure $\sigma$-bond configuration., Comment: 6 pages, 4 figures

职业性重金属暴露人群众多，低浓度复合暴露仍广泛存在，加之重金属的难降解性，其危害不容忽视。重金属暴露可导致皮肤、肝、肾和肺等多脏器的急慢性中毒和癌症等疾病，亦可对肠道菌群产生影响。肠道菌群由超过10(3)~10(4)个微生物组成，拥有人类基因组150倍的基因，被视为人体自身一个强大的隐藏"器官"。这些菌群对环境和宿主功能的改变十分敏感，其失调可影响机体健康。我们就重金属暴露对机体肠道菌群的影响进行综述。.

石棉是国际公认的人类致癌物质之一。我国是石棉制品生产大国，尽管相关部门已在限定石棉使用范围、提高石棉加工行业准入以及石棉健康危害防治等方面做了大量工作，但是石棉相关疾病尤其是石棉所致癌症的危害和潜在风险依然较高。日本作为较早工业化使用石棉材料和石棉受害国之一，在防控石棉相关疾病的对策措施上积累了丰富的经验和教训。本文简述日本石棉健康损害救济对策，同时介绍日本在石棉相关疾病的诊断鉴定措施，以期对我国石棉相关疾病防治体系的完善提供有益参考和借鉴。.

Medullary thyroid carcinoma（MTC） is a special type of neuroendocrine tumor originated from C-cells of the thyroid gland, MTC can be divided into sporadic(70%-80%)and hereditary(20%-30%), about 98% of the hereditary MTC patients have RET proto-oncogene germline mutation in exon 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16. The mutation of RET proto oncogene is closely related to the pathogenesis of MTC, and different mutation of RET proto oncogene exon may lead to different MTC phenotypes.More than 100 kinds of mutations in the RET gene were reported. This paper reviews the research progress of RET proto-oncogene mutation in MTC.

Traditional “magic numbers” were once regarded as immutable throughout the nuclear chart. However, unexpected changes were found for unstable nuclei around N = 20. With both proton and neutron numbers around the magic number of 20, the neutron-rich 39Cl isotope provides a good test case for the study of the quantum-state evolution across the major shell. In the present work, the negative parity states in 39Cl are investigated through the β decay spectroscopy of 39S. Newly observed γ transitions together with a new state are assigned into the level scheme of 39Cl. The spin parity of 5/2− for the lowest negative parity state in 39Cl is reconfirmed using the combined γ transition information. These systematic observations of the negative parity states in 39Cl allow a comprehensive comparison with the theoretical descriptions. The lowest 5/2− state in 39Cl remains exotic in terms of comparisons with existing theoretical calculations and with the neighboring isotopes having similar single-particle configurations. Further experimental and theoretical investigations are suggested.

We report for the first time the discrimination of the core fragment knockout and valence nucleon knockout reaction mechanisms at medium energy range, by the use of the recoil proton tagging technique. Intense 8He beams at 82.3 MeV/u were supplied by the RIPS beam line at RIKEN, and impinged on both hydrogen and carbon targets. Recoil protons were detected in coincidence with the forward moving core fragments and neutrons. The core fragment knockout mechanism is identified through the polar angle correlation and checked by various kinematics relations. This mechanism may be used to extract the cluster structure information of unstable nuclei. On the other hand, with the selection of the tagged valence nucleon knockout mechanism, a narrower peak of 7He ground state is obtained. The extracted neutron spectroscopic factor S n = 0.512 ( 18 ) is relatively smaller than the no-tagged one, and is in good agreement with the prediction of ab initio Greenʼs function Monte Carlo calculations.

In a recent breakup-reaction experiment using a Be12 beam at 29 MeV/nucleon, the 0+ band head of the expected He4+He8 molecular rotation was clearly identified at about 10.3 MeV, from which a large monopole matrix element of 7.0±1.0 fm2 and a large cluster-decay width were determined for the first time. These findings support the picture of strong clustering in Be12, which has been a subject of intense investigations over the past decade. The results were obtained thanks to a specially arranged detection system around zero degrees, which is essential in determining the newly emphasized monopole strengths to signal the cluster formation in a nucleus.

Knockout reaction experiment for 8He at 82.3 MeV/u on Hydrogen target was carried out at the RIPS beam line in RIKEN. Recoil protons were detected in coincidence with the forward moving core fragments and neutrons. The quasi-free knockout mechanism is identified through the polar angle correlation and checked by various kinematics conditions. The absolute differential cross sections for 6He core cluster are obtained and compared with the simple Glauber model calculations. The extracted spectroscopic factor is close to unity and a shrinking of the cluster size is evidenced.

A knockout reaction experiment was carried out using a 6He beam at 82.3 MeV/u impinged on carbon and hydrogen targets. The recoil protons were detected in coincidence with the forward moving charged fragments and neutrons. It is demonstrated that through the correlation between the recoil protons and forward moving charged fragments, the core fragment knockout and valence nucleon knockout reaction mechanisms can be discriminated at energies around 100 MeV/u. The 5He ground-state resonance was reconstructed based on the selection of the valence nucleon knockout mechanism. The resonance parameters were obtained for both carbon and hydrogen targets, which are consistent with those previously reported in the literature. The importance of selecting appropriate reaction mechanisms is discussed based on reconstructions using events with larger transverse momentum transfer.

Quasielastic scattering of $^{6}\mathrm{He}$ on a $^{12}\mathrm{C}$ target was measured at 82.3 MeV/nucleon. Special care was taken to treat the background subtraction at very small angles. The measured differential cross-sections show a large enhancement at small angles relative to the Rutherford cross-section, similar to those observed at lower energies for the scattering of halo nuclei. The overall structure of the cross-section is reasonably reproduced by the optical model calculations. The inelastic channels which populate two low-lying excited states of $^{12}\mathrm{C}$ target nucleus were included in the framework of the coupled channel analysis. Further systematic theoretical analysis is encouraged.

Differential cross sections for the elastic scattering of halo nucleus 6He on proton target were measured at 82.3 MeV/u. The experimental results are well reproduced by optical model calculations using global potential KD02 with a reduction of the depth of real volume part by a factor of 0.7. A systematic analysis shows that this behavior might be related to the weakly bound property of unstable nuclei.

High-spin states of (156)Yb have been studied via the (144)Sm((16)O,4n)(156)Yb fusion-evaporation reaction at beam energy 102 MeV. The positive-parity yrast band and negative-parity cascade have been extended up to higher-spin states, respectively. In the present work, the negative-parity sequence above the 25(-) state was found to be irregular and fragment into many parallel branches. This pattern may related to the excitation from the nucleon in the Z=64,N=82 core. The characteristics of alignment plot and E-GOS curve for the positive-parity yrast sequence in (156)Yb indicate that this nucleus may undergo an evolution from quasivibrational to quasirotational structure with increasing angular momentum. Based on a systematic summary of the available experimental alignments for the even-A (156,158,160,162,164)Yb isotopes, the structural evolutions induced by the increase in angular momentum, as well as by the change in neutron numbers, in these even-A Yb isotopes have been discussed in comparison with the cranked Woods-Saxon-Strutinsky calculations by means of total-Routhian-surface (TRS) methods.

A new transition is reported in the beta-delayed neutron decay of {sup 18}N. The observed neutron energy is 3.78{+-}0.05 MeV with a branching ratio of 0.05{+-}0.03%, which corresponds to an excitation energy of 12.05{+-}0.05 MeV in the daughter nucleus {sup 18}O. The log ft value of this transition is 5.24{+-}0.3, which, together with the previously reported electron scattering data, determines the J{sup {pi}} value of this level to be 1{sup -}. The experimental data are compared to the shell model calculations in different model spaces.

Angular distribution of the cross sections of the elastic 3He‐transfer of the 6He nucleus on the 9Be target were measured at the incident energy of 25 MeV/nucleon. The experimental data at the backward angles were analyzed within the finite‐range DWBA framework. A large spectroscopic amplitude of 1.41 for the 3He‐cluster in the ground state of the 9Be nucleus was needed for this experiment, which is much larger than its theoretical prediction of 0.286.

A monoclonal antibody, McAb-ST, specific for sterigmatocystin (ST) was produced in vitro and in vivo by a hybridoma anti-ST1. Anti-ST1 was prepared by fusion of SP2/0 murine myeloma cells with spleen cells isolated from BALB/c mouse that had been immunized with a complete antigen BSA-ST (ST conjugated to bovine serum albumin). Analysis revealed that McAb-ST was of the IgG1 type, the molecular weight of McAb-ST was 168,000 daltons (53,000 for each heavy chain, 31,000 for each light chain), and the apparent affinity constant of McAb-ST with H-ST (Hemocyanin and ST conjugate) was 1.29 x 10(9) mol/L. The relative cross reactivities of McAb-ST with ST analogs were less than 2% when determined by a competitive indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (CI-ELISA). The minimal 0.5 pg of ST in 50 microliters of solution could be detected with CI-ELISA using McAb-ST, with a linear range of 0.1-10 ng/mL.

Breakup reactions of the double borromean nucleus 8He were measured at 82.3 MeV/u on CH2 and C targets. The coincident detection of two decaying neutrons and the high performance for neutron cross talk rejection are realized in this experiment. The relative energy spectrum for 8He was reconstructed with good statistics. The spectrum exhibits a structure of two resonant peaks, one at an excitation energy of about 3.0 and the other at about 4.14 MeV, respectively. Substantially larger cross section for the first resonance is observed in comparison to the results reported previously.
