This article is devoted to the definition of organizational and legal bases for environmental education in universities. The introduction actualizes the problems and prospects of professional environmental education, defines its object, the relationship of the subject of professional activity with the environment and the subject, organizational and legal foundations of establishing the relationship of the subject of professional activity with the environment. In the course of description of materials and methods of research the conclusions are made that ecological education is realized actively at all educational stages. As a consequence, the entrants have formed an ecological culture and the corresponding ecological experience of the subject. Each educational level is completed and is a springboard for the formation of ecological consciousness and ecological thinking. The main results of the research in the article are presented by the description of the model of environmental education in higher education institution, which includes target, methodological and methodological blocks. The purpose of environmental education is the definition of organizational and legal conditions for establishing the relationship of the future subject of professional activity with the environment. The methodological basis of environmental education is represented by a set of principles of axiological, activity and system approaches. The methodological block reveals and substantiates the most appropriate forms and methods of environmental education in higher education. Forms - conferences and forums, among the many methods mentioned in the article the project method takes a priority place. The discussions formulate organizational and legal conditions for establishing the relationship of the future subject of professional activity with the environment.

Introduction. In recent years, scientists have been actively searching for medicinal plants containing biologically active substances with geroprotective properties to treat diseases of old age, in particular cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and others. Ginseng (Panax ginseng L.) is a promising source of geroprotective compounds. We aimed to select optimal parameters for extracting organic compounds from ginseng callus, suspension, and root cultures and analyze their qualitative composition. Study objects and methods. We studied ginseng callus, suspension, and root cultures, as well as their extracts. Biologically active substances were extracted with 30 to 70% ethanol. Organic compounds were determined by thin-layer chromatography. The results for each plant were archived and analyzed for the presence of quercetin, mangiferin, luteolin, rutin, quercetin-2-D-glucoside, malvidin, as well as caffeic, cinnamic, ferulic, and sinapinic acids. Results and discussion. We developed a procedure for screening solvents and performed a fractional qualitative analysis of biologically active substances extracted from ginseng. As a result, we established the optimal parameters for extracting biologically active substances from the dried biomass of ginseng cultures. In all cases, temperature and the ratio of solvent to biomass were the same (50°C, 1:5). However, the extraction time and ethanol concentration differed, amounting to 60 min and 50% for callus cultures, 30 min and 60% for suspension cultures, and 60 min and 70% for root cultures. The qualitative analysis of organic compounds showed the presence of rutin (0.25), quercetin (0.75), and mangiferin (0.57), as well as caffeic and sinapinic acids in the extracts. Conclusion. Our set of experiments to isolate biologically active substances from ginseng callus, suspension, and root cultures resulted in selecting the optimal extraction parameters and analyzing the extracts for the presence of organic compounds.

Polymer thermal insulation materials are widely used in modern industry and technological production of energy carriers. Thermal insulation with polymer coatings is one of the main ways to protect thermal equipment from temperature effects, corrosion, cavitation, erosion, and other influences, reducing the consumption of expensive materials. However, although polymeric materials can significantly reduce the cost of heat losses, their use is kept at a relatively low level. This is due to the low level of culture in the construction industry and the desire to save on projects, even at the expense of quality. The important issue of forming a reliable system “polymer sheet – adhesive film – environment” is given minimal attention, which, as a result, greatly affects the performance and efficiency of the operation of power facilities. In this paper, we studied the problem of mathematical modeling of the mass transfer of the process of drying a multilayer thermal insulation coating on a polymer basis. The proposed method for calculating the concentration and temperature fields allows for optimizing the drying process and improving the quality and reliability of the technological process.

Digital technologies continue to actively penetrate into all spheres of human activity. At the same time, there has been a trend in production to move from the use of individual solutions to the introduction of unified knowledge, technology and competency management systems - digital platforms. The use of new materials, computer engineering and virtual modeling technologies, additive technologies, the “industrial Internet”, mechatronics and robotics ensures the growth of the quality of traditional and the emergence of fundamentally new products, reducing the costs of creating and manufacturing products, including by reducing the volume of full-scale tests, terms bringing finished products to market, and generally increasing the predictability of industrial systems. It becomes possible to carry out a quick restructuring of production facilities for various conditions, which ensures the customization of production, as well as quickly respond to market changes.

The article presents the results of scientific research on the use of silicon-containing minerals of the Ulyanovsk region deposit as feed additives. The materials prove that Silicon-containing additives based on natural zeolite and diatomite in the feeding of farm animals have a positive effect. The use of silicon-containing additives increases the growth processes in the body of young pigs, strengthens the strength of their bone tissue. Under the influence of application of additives, favorable conditions are created for the activity of cicatritial microflora. The use of application of additives for dairy cows helps to increase their productivity, improve the quality of milk composition, due to the intensive conversion of feed nutrients. The mechanism of Silicon-containing additives is due to the following processes: activation of enzymes of the gastrointestinal tract, increased absorption of nitrogen, vitamins and macro-and microelements; regulation of the composition and level of electrolytes, binding and excretion of toxins, harmful gases of heavy metals and radionuclides.

This article presents the results of comparative studies of the therapeutic efficacy of drugs in the treatment of finger dermatitis in cows on the farm, hematological blood parameters before and after treatment are studied, the main changes in the body of cows after the complex treatment and the clinical picture are considered. Complex treatment in the experimental group showed the greatest therapeutic effect. The beneficial effect of the complex treatment was to stimulate blood counts and the animal's recovery. The optimal method of treatment on the farm is the scheme proposed for the treatment of cows in the experimental group, since this scheme is more effective in therapeutic terms and recovery occurs faster than when using the scheme used at the enterprise.

At present, the complex nature of the impact on the ecosystem in regions with intensive mining creates a multidimensional information “plume” consisting of data on mineral reserves, the state of mining operations, accumulated, current and future environmental pollution. The transition to the lean use of the subsoil and the reasonable disposal of mining waste requires fundamentally new forms of environmental information accumulation and processing during designing new enterprises and regulating the activities of existing ones. The most promising form of information support for the greening of mining is a geoportal. It is a complex of software and technological support for working with spatial data. Its key task is to provide the users with tools and services for storing and cataloging, publishing and loading spatial and environmental data, searching and filtering by metadata, interactive web visualization, direct access to geodata based on map web services.

The inevitability of addressing constructional approach in modern linguodidactics is caused by the crisis in teaching practices aimed at providing students with a set of static information. The ever- and fast-changing nature of the modern system of knowledge leads to the necessity of teaching students how to search for, analyze and critically assess actual language data. The paper discusses problems and prospects of applying constructional approach in second language teaching and learning and posits an algorithm of studying construction semantics of the ‘noun + get + adjective’ construction as an example. The research methods include analysis and synthesis for identifying problems and prospects of introducing constructional approach in second language learning. A set of resultative meanings of the ‘noun + get + adjective’ construction is obtained by way of semantic clusterisation. As a result, major advantages and challenges of applying constructional approach to second language teaching and learning are established. The paper emphasizes the need for students to have a sufficient theoretical basis in language typology and corpus linguistics. The current research also offers an algorithm of construction analysis and includes a listing of key resultative meanings of the ‘noun + get + adjective’ construction and its restrictions. The results can be of certain interest for corpus linguistics and construction semantics. Prospects for the future research in this field reside in developing strategies aimed at introducing construction grammar in the learning process and cataloguing constructions within different types of languages as well as identifying dependencies between constructional patterns and types of languages.

Many recent researches in vitro and in vivo proved the large therapeutic potency of non-toxic anthocyans in anti-inflammatory, anti-infective, anti-oxidative actions. Anthocyanin is a natural phenolic colorant approved in many countries. A reason why the world market of natural food colorants is reduced is because fruit and berry raw materials are expensive. Yet the fruit and berry raw materials are extracted with significant losses and by-products. This constitutes around 23-45% of the whole amount of berries processes in the Russian Federation. Thus, a priority direction of the food industry is a development of technologies allowing to use precious berry pomace with high bioactive compounds, i.e. anthocyans, organic acids, pectin. The aim of the research is to extract food colorant from the pomace of Vaccínium myrtíllus and Vaccínium vítis-idaéa to identify individual anthocyanin pigments. The food safety and composition of the pomace of Vaccinium myrtillus and Vaccinium vitis-idaea as raw material for food colorant extraction were found. Individual anthocyanin pigments of anthocyanin extracts were identified through the method of high-performance liquid chromatography. Cyanidin-3-galactoside was found in the extracts of berries (85,6 %) and pomaces (81,2%) of Vaccinium vitis-idaea. Fifteen compounds were identified in the extracts of Vaccinium myrtillus. The major ones were delphinidin-3-glucoside (13,4 %), delphinidin-3-galactoside (12,4 %), and cyanidin-3-glucoside for the fresh berries. As for the pigments of its pomaces, they were delphinidin-3-glucoside (15,3 %), delphinidin-3-galactoside (14,7 %), and delphinidin-3-arabinoside (10,5 %). Hence, there are more anthocyanin pigments in the extracts of pomaces, than in those of the fresh berries with identical compounds – 24,7 % more for Vaccinium myrtillus and 11,1 % more for Vaccinium myrtillus. The possibility to extract anthocyanin pigments from by-products of the local fruit and berry raw materials – i.e. of Vaccinium myrtillus and Vaccinium vitis-idae ones – and identify them is discussed.

The energy sector is now experiencing a renaissance thanks to new opportunities offered by innovative technologies that are filling the market, for example in the field of storage and management of electrical energy. For the controlled development of distributed generation, maintaining the stability of the energy system while maintaining the price advantages of small generation, the speed of commissioning new power capacities and the scalability of the solutions used, a new subject of relations in the electricity market is proposed - an active energy complex. This is an energy system that is electrically connected within the general boundaries of the balance sheet membership, which includes energy receiving, generating, accumulating (if any), electric grid energy equipment and a control system for this energy system as a single complex in order to meet energy needs. There is a contradiction between the development of the labour market and the achievement of environmental well-being. On one hand, environmental pollution, depletion of natural capital has a negative impact on the state of the labour market, employment of the population, and on the other hand - activities to improve the environment, eliminate the accumulated environmental damage, the development of a market for environmental works, goods and services promote the expansion of employment, not only green, but general employment.

The development prospects of Russian industry are defined as a transition to the post-industrial stage of development. It is characterized, on the one hand, by a high share of deep processing of raw materials, mass production of digital products; on the other hand – by the development of a “knowledge economy” and the emergence of technical universities in the place of flagships for innovative development. At present, the integration trend of industry and higher engineering education is deepening, globalization of national educational complexes is ongoing, and international university cooperation is developing. All this has become a part of the production process and education globalization. The university community cannot stand aloof from the all-pervasive process of globalization of social-and-economic relations, the formation of their planetary model. Universities of leading countries are actively integrating both into international educational and business interactions. The entry of Russian corporations into the world markets means the transfer of global requirements for personnel quality training. Special competencies in the post-industrial economy are becoming the determining factor of competitiveness. This is especially true for mining engineers, whose university training in Russia is also carried out in the context of integration of national higher education system in the global educational market.

The present research aims to ascertain the views of the people in Russia, about their levels of awareness in terms of hygiene and personal care for protection against the coronavirus. Data for this research were collected through an online questionnaire developed by researchers using a quantitative research approach. A total of 439 people living in different districts of the Russian Federation were involved to the research based on simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequencies and percentages. Results revealed that the participants paid attention to not having close contact with other people to protect themselves against the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings also revealed that they wash their hands after visiting the toilet and stand one meter away from other people. It was also found that television is the mass medium through which they follow the information on personal care and hygiene-related to the COVID-19 pandemic most frequently.

A comparative study of reactivity of μ-nitrido- and μ-oxo-dimers of iron tetrasulfophthalocyanine has been performed in aqueous solutions of various acidity. The substantially higher stability of nitrido-bridged structure under both strongly acidic and strongly alkaline environments was demonstrated. Reactions of the complexes with sulfur-containing reductants (sodium dithionite, thiourea dioxide, sodium hydroxymethanesulfinate, L-cysteine) has been studied. Differences in reduction processes were explained.

Present the results of determining the stability of the organism levels of students with polar aggressiveness on the vestibular tests with angular accelerations. It is shown that the stability of aggressive students is reduced by 29.3%. This is due to insufficient cost-effective functioning of the circulatory system in basal conditions. It is established that a certain strain the cardiovascular system is an integral part of their genetic aggressiveness and reflects the willingness to act. It is shown that aggressiveness (as a character trait) should be considered as a determinant of reduced stability of the individual to angular accelerations.

The authors research the problems of increasing in modern conditions society demands for qualitative characteristics of education services. The quality of education is considered as one of the determining factors of forming educational space. The paper analyzes the influence of social and economic conditions inherent in the post-industrial era on forming and transforming of education space at the modern stage of society development, shows the ways to overcome emerging contradictions. The authors pay special attention to the significance of project approach in solving the problems of improving education quality.

The author defines the range of problems connected with forming and changing of educational space and educational milieu under the influence of information and communication technologies. The notions “space” and “milieu” are reconsidered in the frame of this theme. Comparing existing general positive background of the development of information technologies in educational space the author discloses the risks of endless and uncontrolled development of infocommunications, their specificity in the postmodern epoch, the role of information from the viewpoint of non-classic methodology.
