According to statistics, currently, approximately 4% of individuals with disabilities or incapacity for work are enrolled in higher education institutions of the Russian Federation. Thus, according to this figure, it is clear that higher education in the Russian Federation is available to a limited number of individuals with disabilities or incapacity for work. To involve more people with disabilities in the higher education system, it is necessary to create special conditions that make training possible and attractive for these individuals. The growing disparity between healthy and physically disabled people has recently created more and more contradictions and crisis situations, due to which the world community is faced with global questions concerning the possibilities of the future existence of human civilization. These dangers to society have become particularly acute in recent decades; this is evidenced by the awareness of the need to develop a concept of sustainable development. The meaning of the original English concept is self-sustained development, i.e. the development of the society that is kind of consistent with the state of all its components, as a result of which society should be considered as a single holistic system. The aim of this study is to determine the role and place of inclusive education in developing the concept of sustainable development of society as a whole. To achieve this, the authors propose to identify the problems that both ordinary students and students with disabilities may face when studying at a university and to outline ways to solve them in order to ensure that the interests and needs of all participants are taken into account and balanced, as it is impossible to ensure the sustainable development of society in a socially unfair world.

Marrubium species have been used since ancient times as food additives and curative treatments. Their phytochemical composition and various pharmacological activities were the focus of a number of scientific investigations but no comprehensive metabolome profiling to identify the numerous primary and secondary metabolites has been performed so far. This study aimed to generate a comprehensive picture of the total metabolite content of two Marrubium species—M. peregrinum and M. friwaldskyanum—to provide detailed information about the main primary and secondary metabolites. In addition, the elemental composition was also evaluated. For this purpose, non-targeted metabolomic analyses were conducted using GC-MS, UPLC-MS/MS and ICP-MS approaches. Nearly 500 compounds and 12 elements were detected and described. The results showed a strong presence of phenolic acids, flavonoids and their glucosides, which are generally of great interest due to their various pharmacological activities. Furthermore, tissue-specific analyses for M. friwaldskyanum stem, leaves and flowers were carried out in order to outline the sources of potentially important bioactive molecules. The results generated from this study depict the Marrubium metabolome and reveal its dual scientific importance—from one side, providing information about the metabolites that is fundamental and vital for the survival of these species, and from the other side, defining the large diversity of secondary substances that are a potential source of phytotherapeutic agents. The needs of enterprises, the state and personnel in case of introduction of digital technologies, as well as the emergence of new types of products are considered. There was established that the response to the acceleration of business processes and a radical change in their technological content was the emergence of project management. The essence of its key differences from traditional organization of labor is demonstrated. It is shown that the increase in the efficiency of new business models is associated with the use of the project approach, as well as cooperation with leading universities. It is noted that the joint project activities of the enterprises, employees of HEIs and students’ project training allow to achieve a synergistic effect. Moscow State University of Technology and Management named after K.G. Razumovsky is given as an example of students project activities. Such an approach ensures implementation of effective developments for Russian agro-industrial complex to work in the new economic conditions. The competencies allow to take into account the emergence of demand in advance and to develop new products. Thus, the project activities at K.G. Razumovsky MSUTM contribute to the solution of Russian nationalprojects.

The primary objective of this study was to investigate the influence of the Ti (IV)-citrate complex on growth dynamics and biofilm formation of S. aureus. Speciation analysis was performed in order to estimate the structure of the Ti complex existing in citrate solutions at near-physiological pH. It is estimated that the fully deprotonated tris(citrate)titanate ion [Ti(C6H4O7)3]8- predominates in solution at pH 6.46-7.44, and that this is most probably the biologically active form of Ti(IV)-citrate. In in vitro experiments, increasing concentrations of citric acid solutions (0.05, 0.005, 0.0005 M), served as positive controls, while the effects of respective concentrations of Ti(IV)-citrate were examined. The obtained results indicate that citrate decreased S. aureus 48 growth at all studied concentrations, whereas S. aureus 44 growth was decreased only by high concentrations of citrate (0.05M). Incubation of S. aureus culture with Ti(IV)-citrate significantly potentiated citrate-induced effects. Ti(IV)-citrate significantly altered specific bacterial growth rate in a similar manner. The most significant growth reduction was observed at the initial period of bacterial growth. At the same time, the opposite effect was detected in investigations of the effect of citrate and Ti(IV)-citrate on S. aureus biofilm formation. Citric acid suppressed S. aureus biofilm formation, whereas Ti(IV)-citrate displayed a significant stimulatory effect. Our findings suggest that Ti(IV)-citrate possesses a more pronounced biological effect than citrate. The proposed mechanism of this action is activation of complex transport into the cell and induction of oxidative stress. However, the exact mechanism of Ti(IV)-citrate biological action on bacterial cultures remains unknown.

The article analyses operation management at industrial enterprises of the Kharkiv region, identifies main problems and offers ways of improvement of the quality of operation management at industrial enterprises of Ukraine. It marks out the factors of the competitive environment of the operation system, which exert significant influence on operation management of an industrial enterprise. It builds a diagram of problems and a tree of goals of elimination of problems of operation management.Проведен анализ операционного менеджмента на промышленных предприятиях Харьковского региона, определены основные проблемы и предложены пути улучшения качества операционного менеджмента на промышленных предприятиях Украины. Выделены факторы конкурентной среды операционной системы, наиболее влияющие на операционный менеджмент промышленного предприятия. Построена карта проблем и дерево целей устранения проблем операционного менеджмента.
