The article presents materials on the study of the issue of increasing the resistance of technically complex twisted wire products-steel rope. The authors studied in detail the mechanisms and factors of formation of defects that lead to steel rope rejection. The cause abrasion and breakage of the wire strands in the locks (nodes) to couple the pusher is lack of mobility due to the lack of necessary quantity of lubricant for normal operation of a steel rope. The lubricants used in the manufacture of steel rope and its operation do not meet the requirements for durability, which leads to a decrease in the service life (loading cycles) established by the manufacturer. To solve the problem of increasing the resistance of steel ropes, the authors propose a new method of forming an antifriction powder coating based on molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) in the locks (nodes) of the coupler and on the surface of the wire by injection under pressure of compressed air antifriction powder material and fixing it on a complex surface by local hardening using a ball-rod hardener. Experimental tests of the surface layer of steel wire rope of different material coated with antifriction powder showed that the coefficient of friction is reduced from 3 to 9 times, and their wear resistance increased from 4 to 20 times. Rational selection of composition particles size distribution is an important factor for extrusion technology of high quality snack production. Influence of the milling rate of rice, millet, buckwheat and lentil on extrusion cooking regimes and technological parameters of extrudates was investigated. Decreasing of hammer mill sieve openings from 5 to 1 mm resulted in increasing of small fraction with size below 0.2 mm for rice from 18.2 to 60.0%, for millet from 33.5 to 82.0%, for buckwheat from 18.0 to 56.0%. This allowed obtaining composition with more uniform particle size distribution. Investigation of extrusion cooking process showed increasing of torque and pressure at extruder die with decreasing of composition particles size. The shift of the sieve openings frommm to 1.0 mm caused 10.0% increase of extrusion energy consumption. Reduction of the particles size increased the extrudate expansion rate coefficient from 8.8 to 13.0, the water absorption index from 8 to 8.35 g/ g of dry matter and solubility from 22 to 37%. Moreover it caused a significant reduction in the bulk density from 137 to 82 kg/m3. This trend changed the texture of the extrudates to a more delicate structure. The hardness of the product was reduced from 9.8 to 6.1 H at a constant value of the fractures number.

The main condition in achieving a favorable outcome is surgical treatment of patients with tumor-like diseases and benign bone tumors erosion of neoplasm within the healthy tissues. To reduce the number of recurrences the various chemical and physical methods on resection areas have been performed. The authors have proposed a new method of low temperature plasma treatment of bone tissue with the temperature of 20000°C. Exposing the plasma flow on bone tissue leads to loss of all cellular elements including neoplastic elements with preservation of the mineral bone structure. The direct correlation between the capacity of the plasma flow and intensity of bone destruction has been defined. This allows a differentiated use of plasma destruction in skeletal bones according to anatomy, size and type of bone tissue (spongy or cortical) as well as patient's individual condition of the tissue

The processes taking place during pressureless sintering of nano- metastable Al2O3, compacted up to high densities (0.7 of the theoretical density) using the magnetic pulsed method were studied. The influence of MgO, TiO2 and ZrO2 additives on the kinetics of Al2O3 polymorphous transition, shrinkage and microstructure evolution during annealing at temperatures up to 1450°C has been studied. We have found that the process of annealing is two-staged starting with a polymorphous transition. Doping changes the starting temperature as well as the shrinkage depth at both stages. TiO2 and ZrO2 additives decrease the temperature of the onset of shrinkage, whereas MgO increases it. The best composition contained MgO in the series of examined types of ceramics with an α-Al2O3 matrix. The positive role of Mg addition in the production of dense and hard Al2O3 ceramics is related to the nature of Mg influence on the activation of diffusion processes in Al2O3, as well as to the way of uniform distribution of MgO dopant in the material. All these factors provide effective damping of diffusion processes and limit α-Al2O3 crystal growth. Highly dense MgO, ZrO2 and TiO2 doped Al2O3 ceramics with a grain size of 190, 220, and 250 nm and microhardness of 22, 17 and 17 GPa, correspondingly have been obtained.

INTRODUCTION Quadrupole mass spectrometers are widely used in the world to solve numerous problems of science and production. They were proposed by Paul in the 1950s and were rapidly developed [...], Potentials of a new operating mode of quadrupole transit time mass spectrometers (monopole, tripole, mass filter) are considered. This new mode was named the three-dimensional focusing mode. The results of numerical simulations of the shape of mass peaks of quadrupole transit time mass spectrometers are presented. The prospects for the drastic improvement of the resolution and sensitivity of these devices in the new mode are shown and substantiated. The dynamics of large- and small-scale plasma structures is investigated in the precursor of 1-MA wire array Z-pinches by laser probing diagnostics. It is found that plasma streams from the wires induce density perturbations in the precursor. Small-scale perturbations and large-scale cells arise in the nonlinear stage before implosion. The spatial and temporal scales of the observed structures are in agreement with the theoretical investigation for current-driven excitation of electromagnetic flute modes.
