2. The analysis of age-specific data of the incidence of malignant larynx neoplasms in residents of the Republic of Belarus

Abstract

Objectives. To analyze the main age-specific data of the incidence of malignant neoplasms of the larynx in the Republic of Belarus during 2000-2019. Material and methods. The age indicators of the incidence were compared for the entire population and differentiated by sex and area of residence in 2000-2004 and 2015-2019. The distribution according to the stages was studied during 2000-2019 for the entire population and differentiated by sex and area of residence, as well as separately for people of working age. Results. The highest incidence was observed in age groups from 55 to 74 years for the entire population both in 2000-2004 and in 2015-2019. The peak incidence was noted in the age groups from 60 to 64 years both in 2015-2019 (23.3 per 100,000) and in 2000-2004 (19.8 per 100,000). The increase of the incidence occurred in the age groups 55 years and older. The largest increase of the incidence was 1.3 in the group of people aged 60-64 years in 2015-2019 compared to 2000-2004. The growth rate was more pronounced among rural residents in comparison with the urban ones. The average age of patients in 2000-2004 was 60.1 years, whereas in 2015-2019 it was 61.2 years. The average proportion of cases of malignant larynx neoplasms diagnosed at stages I-II made up 46% with some regional fluctuations. Conclusions. The age-specific distribution of the incidence of malignant neoplasms of the larynx in the Republic of Belarus did not undergo any significant changes during 2000-2019. The highest incidence rates were noted in the age groups from 55 to 74 years. An increase of the incidence was noted in people aged 55 and over. The proportion of cases of malignant neoplasms of the larynx of stage III-IV exceeded that of cases of stage I-II throughout the whole study period.

Abstract

The article discusses a decision support system based on the clustering of genotypes and used in managing personalized nutrition for schoolchildren. The results of solving the problem for specific objects that have passed laboratory studies of gene states are presented. Modern scientific research in the field of nutrigenomics has shown that the selection of the optimal nutrition plan, taking into account genetic characteristics, increases the effectiveness of such programs by 200-300% compared with traditional approaches. This report discusses the use of soft computing (the method of clustering multidimensional objects) to determine typical clusters for managing personalized customer nutrition based on their genotypes.

Abstract

The development and introduction into production of functional and specialized products is one of the most important directions of the UN humanistic program of human nutrition. In this regard, in accordance with the modern provisions of nutritiology and nutrimetabolomics, national programs to improve the health of the population are being developed and implemented all over the world. Nutrition has a significant impact on the development and manifestation of various kinds of diseases, including those associated with a predisposition to impaired bone metabolism. The main reason for this condition is a significant lack of minerals in the bone tissue, which causes a violation of calcium and hormonal metabolism, as a result of which bone tissue resorption occurs. The most prone to this condition are elderly people, as well as individuals with a genetic predisposition. The article shows the possibility of modelling (designing) food mixtures for gerontological nutrition using mathematical methods. This approach will expand the range of industrial food production; in the context of a shortage of protein-containing raw materials, as well as optimize the conditions for its use and involve non-traditional sources of increasing nutritional value in the consumption sphere.

Городское хозяйство представляет собой сложную многовекторную систему, создание единого цифрового двойника которой в настоящее время является трудно решаемой задачей. Авторами предлагается эволюционный подход к решению этой задачи, в соответствии с которым на единой программно-аппаратной платформе последовательно строятся цифровые двойники отдельных элементов городской среды. Эти цифровые двойники связываются в единую кооперативную систему, позволяющую одним цифровым двойникам использовать данные, производимые другими цифровыми двойниками. В статье дается определение и архитектура такой системы. Описываются классы моделей, которые могут использоваться для создания цифровых двойников. Особое внимание уделяется нейросетевым моделям и моделям для анализа данных. Рассматривается информационная инфраструктура цифрового двойника города, включающая в себя сенсорные сети, механизмы очистки данных и туманные вычисления. The urban economy is a complex multi-vector system. Creating a single digital twin of such a system is now a difficult task to solve. This article presents the concept of a digital twin of a city. The authors propose an evolu tionary approach to this problem, according to which digital twins of individual elements of the urban environment are consistently built on a single hardware and software platform. These digital twins are linked in a single cooperative system that allows one digital twin to use data produced by other digital twins. The article gives the definition and architecture of such a system. It describes the classes of models that can be used to create digital twins. Special attention is paid to neural network models and models for data analysis. The information infrastructure of the digital twin of a city, including sensory networks, data cleansing mechanisms and nebulous calculations, is considered.
