The problem of obesity is a threat to the health of the population. According to WHO, 1.7 million people on the planet are overweight, and by 2025, 40% of men and 50% of women will be obese. The urgency of the problem lies in the fact that the number of obese people is progressively increasing. In the modern world, obesity and associated type 2 diabetes mellitus, which characterize the development of the metabolic syndrome, are recognized by WHO as non-infectious epidemics due to widespread, high risk of cardiovascular complications, early disability and premature mortality. The purpose of the study is to find out the effects of obesity and metabolic syndrome in women on pregnancy, childbirth, body weight and the condition of newborns. A retrospective analysis of 190 medical records of a pregnant woman, a woman in labor and a parturient who received medical care in a hospital who gave birth in the period from 2015 to 2017 was carried out in the maternity ward of the Simferopol Central Clinical Hospital. Obesity was detected in 4.3% of women from all those who gave birth during this period, of them 1 degree of obesity was diagnosed in 44.7%, grade 2 - in 37.9%, grade 3 - in 17.7% of the subjects, and the pregnant women with obesity 2 and 3 degrees indicate the development of their metabolic syndrome according to WHO criteria. The frequency of chronic arterial hypertension, gestational hypertension and preeclampsia in pregnant women with grade 2 and 3 obesity and metabolic syndrome is significantly higher than in grade 1. There was also a significant increase in deliveries by cesarean section in obese women. In addition, we have identified there is a development of large fetus. Цель. Оценка влияния пылегазовых выбросов коксового производства ОАО «Днепрококс» на уровень загрязнения воздушного бассейна и степень его опасности. Методика. Рассчитывались индексы показателей загрязнения для различныхисточников выбросов и отдельных загрязнителей, определялся их вклад в общее загрязнение воздушного бассейна коксовым цехом, выполнялся расчет интегрального показателя загрязнения и путем сравнения с его предельно допустимым нормативным значением давалась оценка уровня и степени опасности загрязнения воздуха. Результаты. Установлено превышение предельно допустимого уровня загрязнения по 5 ингредиентам выбросов, главными из которых являются азотадиоксид, бенз(а)пирен и серы диоксид. Среди источников наибольший вклад в загрязнение воздушного бассейна вносятвыбросы из дымовых труб, из вагонов тушения кокса и через не плотности дверей камер коксования; показатель загрязнения превышает допустимый уровень также для выбросов при загрузке шихты в печи и из трубы установки беспылевой выдачи кокса. Научная новизна. Получено значение интегрального показателя загрязнения воздуха выбросами коксовогопроизводства ОАО «Днепрококс». Превышение этим показателем нормативного значения в 13,2 раза свидетельствует онедопустимом уровне загрязнении атмосферного воздуха выбросами коксового цеха, которое, согласно гигиеническим требованиям, следует считать очень опасным для здоровья. Практическая значимость. Установленные количественныехарактеристики загрязнения воздушного бассейна для различных компонентов и источников выбросов позволяют обоснованно выбрать приоритетные объекты для разработки и реализации мероприятий по повышению техносферной безопасности коксового цеха., Purpose. Estimation of influence of dust and gas emissionsof coke production of OJSC "Dneprokoks"on the level of contamination of air pool and degree of his danger. Methodology. Сalculations of pollution indices for various emission sources and individual pollutants were carried out, determined their contribution to the general air pollution by the coke shop, the inte gral pollution index was calculated and, by comparison with its maximum permissible normative value, the level and degree of air pollution hazard were estimated. Findings. The exceedance of the maximum permissible level of pollution by 5 ingredients of emissions is established, the main of them are nitrogen dioxide, benz(a)pyrene and sulfur dioxide. Among sources a most contribution to contamination of air pool is brought in by emissions from flues, from the coke extinguishing wagonsand through theleakiness of doors of coking chambers; the index of contamination exceeds a possible level also for emissions at loading of chargein the furnaceand from the pipe of setting of unloading of coke without dust. Originality. The value of integral index of contamination of air the emissions of coke production of OJSC "Dneprokoks"is got. Exceeding by this index of normative value in 13,2 time testifies to the impermissible level contamination of atmospheric air the emissions of coke workshop, which, according to hygienic requirements, should be considered as very dangerous to health. Practical value. The set quantitative descriptions of contamination of air pool for different components and sources ofemissions allow reasonably to choose priority objects for development and realization of events on the increase of technosphericsafety of coke workshop.
