Gangguan perkembangan saraf yang ditandai dengan kurangnya perhatian, hiperaktif, dan impulsif pada anak, yang disebut Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), menyebabkan anak ADHD menghadapi kesulitan dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Namun, hal ini dianggap sebagai beban bagi anggota keluarga atau orang-orang di sekitarnya. Meskipun demikian, peran keluarga atau caregiver sangat berpengaruh dalam memperbaiki kondisi anak ADHD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengetahuan caregiver dalam merawat anak ADHD. Penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dilakukan di RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang pada bulan Juni hingga November 2022. Partisipan penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling dan diperoleh 8 informan yang merupakan caregiver anak ADHD. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan empat tema utama mengenai pengetahuan caregiver dalam mengasuh anak ADHD, meliputi: sumber pengetahuan, definisi dan gejala ADHD, peran caregiver dalam merawat anak ADHD, dan penanganan ADHD. Semua informan tidak memiliki pengetahuan pasti tentang definisi ADHD tetapi mampu mengidentifikasi beberapa gejala dan penyebab ADHD. Informan juga memiliki pengetahuan tentang perannya dan menerapkannya dalam pengasuhan anak ADHD, meskipun mereka seringkali menghadapi beberapa kendala.

3. Antibacterial activity of cream, ointment, and emulgel of Ocimum basilicum L. essential oil against Propionibacterium acnes

Propionibacterium acnes is bacteria that is commonly found on healthy human skin. However, unbalanced hormonal conditions can lead to excessive growth of P. acnes, a bacteria causing acne. Previous research reported that Ocimum basilicum L. essential oil (BEO) has activity against P. acnes. Therefore, this study aims to make BEO into cream, ointment, and emulgel forms to determine its properties and antibacterial activity on those topical drug delivery systems. The preparations consisted of variations in BEO concentrations of 5%; 10%; and 15%. The three preparations were evaluated based on organoleptic, homogeneity, pH value, adhesion, and spreadability. The antibacterial activity test of the three preparations against P. acnes was carried out by the good diffusion method with the observation of the diameter of the inhibition zone (in mm). The produced cream, ointment, and cream had a typical BEO aroma, yellowish white color, and homogeneous. Based on organoleptic consistency, the texture of the thicker and longer adhesion was ointment > emulgel > cream, respectively. The pH value of the topical preparation was 5-6 and easily leveled. Antibacterial activity against P. acnes from the strongest was ointment > cream > emulgel, with a value of 14,30 + 0,30 mm; 10,54 + 0,01 mm; 3,90 + 0,04 mm, respectively.

4. The readiness of prospective teachers based on online teaching competencies and learning activities in COVID-19 pandemic: A cluster analysis-based approach

Many things should be done to prepare prospective teachers for providing qualified teachers. The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing teachers, including prospective teachers, to improve competency and online teaching activities. This quantitative research aims to map the readiness of prospective-teacher students of Office Administration (OA) Department related to online learning by measuring their teaching competencies and learning activities. These two variables are considered capable of measuring online teaching readiness. The research sample is 72 students. The data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via a Google Form and analyzed using K-Means with SPSS 24.0 software. The results showed that the number of clusters at low readiness level was 11 students (10 female and one male) or 15%, the number of clusters at moderate readiness level was 38 students (32 female and six male) or 53%, and the number of clusters at moderate level high readiness was 23 students (18 female and five male) or 32%. These findings show that the OA Department’s prospective teachers still need to be provided with online teaching materials or skills, considering that only 32% of respondents have a high level of readiness for online learning. The community is the indicator that needs improvement for OA Department prospective teachers’ readiness. It can be pursued by forming the latest and most trusted community.

The current weakness of various dimensions of service quality measurement scales that have been adopted in measuring the level of student service satisfaction at HE is often an obstacle to understanding weaknesses in the quality of HE service. This study aims to investigate the level of student service satisfaction based on the HEISQUAL synthesis combined with the ACSI, IPA, and PGCV methods as a holistic approach to determine priorities for continuous improvement. The integration of these three methods is very appropriate to answer the needs of HE in improving the quality of its services. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents with a sample size of 320 students using a convenience sampling technique (non-probability sampling). The results of this study indicate that HE service satisfaction is in the satisfied criteria, where 6 sub-dimensions are in quadrant A, 5 sub-dimensions are in quadrant B, 1 sub-dimension is in quadrant C, and 4 sub-dimensions are in quadrant D. From this analysis, the priority order of improvement are 1) ET, 2) LWE, 3) LF, 4) ECA, 5) C&M, 6) BTS. Through the HEISQUAL – ACSI – IPA – PGCV synthesis, HE can understand and determine well-accelerated strategic and practical policies.

This study aims to produce a conceptual framework of blended learning integrated soft skills in mathematics learning as a reference for lecturers in designing learning. This research uses a logical, rational and theoretical approach. The conceptual framework is theoretically supported by literature review, relevant research, and preliminary research by conducting a level 1 needs analysis, namely an assessment of knowledge and skills against knowledge and skills gaps in designing blended learning integrated soft skills. The results obtained are a conceptual framework of blended learning integrated soft skills consisting of 5 procedures, namely: (1) formulating learning outcomes; (2) map and organize learning materials; (3) designing synchronous and asynchronous learning activities; (4) formulate the steps of learning activities with the framework of community of inquiry integrated soft skills; and (5) designing assessment strategies.

Innovative and interesting learning should be pursued by the teacher so that students will be more motivated to learn and can get better learning outcomes. In this study, we tried to test the effectiveness of the demonstration method assisted by e-Agenda simulation video learning media on the learning competence and motivation of filing subjects. The study was conducted with a quasi-experimental y with nonequivalent control group design in SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. There were 62 respondents in this study. Data were collected by two methods, namely tests and questionnaires. Independent sample tests were used for data analysis techniques. The findings showed that e-Agenda learning media can improve students' cognitive and psychomotor learning outcomes between students who learn to use e-Agenda learning media and students who learn to use manual agenda. We also found that e-agenda learning media influences student motivation. Thus, we concluded that the e-Agenda learning media can improve students' learning competencies and motivation. In addition, it also affects students to be more motivated to learn diligently. Future studies should explore other factors affecting media effectiveness.

8. Improving the psychological well-being of nurses through Islamic positive psychology training

Nurses have a heavy workload, which has become heavier during the COVID-19 pandemic, putting them at risk of psychological stress and affecting their psychological well-being, which impacts their mental health, work productivity, and self-development. In addition, their worship activities also decrease. However, there has been little research on Islamic-based interventions to improve the psychological well-being of nurses. This study seeks to determine the effectiveness of Islamic-based positive psychology training on improving such well-being by comparing the pre-test and post-test results of the control and experimental groups employed. The Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale and training were given to 38 respondents using consecutive sampling. The data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0, observation, independent assignments, and open questionnaires. The Mann-Whitney test results (Z = -2.416; p ˂ .05) and those of Wilcoxon (Z-experiment = -2.774; p ˂ .05 and Z-control = -0.081; p .05) show that Islamic-based positive psychology training is effective in improving the psychological well-being of nurses. This research contributes to providing alternative interventions that can be used to foster positive activities and emotions that can improve such well-being.

Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic influenced education systems throughout the world, including in Indonesia. It makes the universities and schools go online for their teaching-learning process. Therefore, mobile learning can be an alternative solution to carry out the teaching and learning process as suggested by the government. The purpose of this study was to explore empirically mobile learning acceptances based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with satisfaction as the mediating variable. The population of this study is 250 Economics Education students at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The sample was taken by purposive sampling with the criteria of students who have used mobile learning in supporting their learning activities. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS 24 was performed to analyze quantitative data. The results showed that from 6 hypotheses, there are 5 accepted hypotheses; they are; perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived interactivity have positive and significant effects on the intention to use mobile learning. The mediating variable (satisfaction) is successful to strengthen the influence between perceived ease of use and intention; and perceived usefulness and intention. However, satisfaction is rejected to mediate perceived interactivity and intention to use. Stakeholders should improve students’ satisfaction in their learning activities. The limitation of this study was the research results cannot be easely generalized in other contexts. In the future, other researchers can add other factors to examine better technology acceptance.

Village governance has the broadest scope of autonomy that is as point center in implementing government programs. Consequently, the governance should prepare to improve the performance of their employee and archive management, so that it runs effectively and efficiently in providing the services for society. The hypothesis in this study is whether is an influence of physical work environment, work facilities, employee competence on the archives management and performance employees. Methods and data collection use interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using LISREL version 8.51. Results of study measurements obtained equation of regression PA = 0.57 + 0, 37LKF + 0, 37FASKER + 0, 25KOMPEG, Errorvar = 0.0036, R2 = 1.00 and KINPEG = 0, 21LKF + 0, 16FASKER + 0, 63KOMPEG, Errorvar = 0.00, R2 = 1.00. The results showed that the physical work environment, work facilities, and employee competence positively influenced the archive management and performance employees.

Library is one of many place to get knowledge. A management library success can be seen from service quality that give to library customer. Research includes quantitative research. Population this research is all customer Wonosobo Library. Incidental sampling is the sampling technique used, by using iteration formula obtained by respondent with amount 116 costumer library. Data method using, questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Methods of data analysis are multiple linear regression and descriptive percentage. Results showed the multiple linear regression equation is: Y ꞊ -3,489 + 0,242PK + 0,514TR + 0,519KP + 0,475FP + e. The results showed that collection processing , library layout, library management competence, and library facilities had a direct positive effect on the quality of Wonosobo library with total effect is 79,2%. Library layout give the biggest influence with 22,27%, collection processing with 13,76% total effect, management competence give influence 13,39%, and library facilities give less effect with 11,15% total effect

Bio-briquettes have the potential to be produced in Indonesia, due to the availability of raw materials and the opportunities for domestic and export markets. Production of bio-briquettes can be strengthened through technology trials in the form of pilot projects and supported by regulations related to the production and management of renewable energy. Based on the results of the study, it is known that bio-briquette products made from cassava peel waste that can meet Indonesian national standards are those that use a composition of 80 % cassava peel charcoal and 20 % adhesive. Mixing with other agro-industrial waste will have an impact on product characteristics, including calorific value, water content, ash content, and volatile matter. To encourage the development of bio-briquettes from cassava peel waste, the government needs encouragement from strong regulations in funding technology research related to increasing energy efficiency, providing adequate energy infrastructure, and modeling competitive energy market prices.

Landslide is a geohazard event which can be caused by several factor, such as high rainfall intensity, slope geological feature and the slope geometry itself. Tropical wet climate and typical geomorphology of Indonesia derives landslide event as common disaster during the wet season. Nowadays, the paradigm in road slope management has changed to put the Slope as an Asset, like other infrastructure. In this case study, a slope risk management system was created to assist road slope managers in planning periodic monitoring and maintenance. As the building have the BIM System, the slope can also be digitalized as GeoBIM. Based on case studies, this system can be used to inventory and create an electronic database of road slope assets. Furthermore, the road slope assets are assessed and prioritized based on geological hazards and economic consequences. In the end, each slope asset will have routine maintenance schedules, costs, and a historical data of repairs and damage. Therefore, the slope asset can be handled effectively and efficiently.

15. Prediction model for the maintenance of rail infrastructure in Java

Maintenance is the most prolonged phase after constructing a railway track is completed and operated. The initial indication of the need for railway track maintenance can be seen from the track quality index (TQI) value. Maintenance of railway tracks can be based on the TQI data category, which is a track superelevation, leveling, lining, and gauge width with TQI categories ranging from very good, good, fair, and poor. In the existing condition, only one-track measurement train, the EM-120, is owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) operates on the island of Java, so there are still railway tracks that still need to be measured by track measurement trains and require a TQI value. Implementing the TQI categorization is necessary for maintenance; hence a comprehensive study is essential to monitor and track the advancement of the research. This paper will map the literature on railway track maintenance, TQI, and prediction models. The literature database was taken from Google Scholar and analyzed using the VOS viewer tool with a mapping of previous research. The results of this research are highly useful in understanding the current development of railway track maintenance research; however, a study has yet to be identified that predicts the TQI category for railway tracks that have not been surveyed by track measurement trains.

Delay in the implementation of the project often occurs due to various risk factors that have not been identified during project implementation, so that the impact on project delays and unexpected costs increases. However, each construction project has different risks, becaused the environmental conditions of the project, so that it requires handling different methods of project implementation. This study aims to: 1) analyze the risks that could potentially occur during the construction of the log dock extension; 2) Appropriate Handling Methods for the Implementation of the Log Dock Extension Work. The research method is done by identifying the risks that occur in the field and with the interview method about the possibility of possible risks that occur. The results of the study indicate five high-risk categories according to the perception of service providers that most influence on project delays. These risks include unpredictable external phenomena, such as tidal elevations that exceed plan, resulting in changes in design and method of implementation. The conclusions of this study include that the application of risk management to the implementation of the log dock extension project at the port of Tanjung Emas Semarang needs to be applied to minimize delays and reduce unexpected costs.

17. Effectiveness of Durian Peel Extract as A Natural Anti-Bacterial Agent

Durian (durio zibertinus) is a native tropical fruit from Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia. Durian peel is the highest composition of durian fruit (60-75%), and is still considered as waste that causes environmental problems. This study aimed to analyze the content of secondary metabolites extract, to analyze the anti-bacterial activity of durian peel extract against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, and to calculate the effectiveness of durian skin durian peel extract as a natural anti-bacterial ingredient in hand sanitizer products by using the paper disc method. Durian peel was extracted with ethanol to obtain extract solution which was then separated from the solvent and applied as an ingredient for hand sanitizer. The Analysis results showed that durian peel extract contains triterpenoids, alkaloids, and saponins, which are phytochemical compounds that anti-bacterial function. Durian peel extract at concentration of 1% wt. inhibited the growth of Escherichia coli, Salmonella thyposa and Sthapylococcus aureus with a clear zone diameters of 7.4 mm, 8.2 mm and 8.6 mm, respectively. In anti-septic tests, hand sanitizer samples containing durian peel extract showed that the interaction between the concentration of durian peel extract and the sampling duration simultaneously gave a significant effect in reducing the number of microorganism colonies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 178 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportionate statified random sampling, dengan total sampel sebanyak 123 pegawai dan pengambilan sampel secara isidental. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS for Windows Versi 21 diperoleh Y = 6.781 +0,293 X1 + 0,408 X2 + 0,156 X3 + e. Uji simultan Fhitung = 72,7585 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Ha diterima. Variabel disiplin kerja diperoleh thitung = 4,025 dengan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 berarti Ha diterima. Variabel kompetensi diperoleh thitung = 6,487 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 berarti Ha diterima. Variabel kepemimpinan diperoleh thitung = 2,669 dengan signifikansi 0,009 < 0,05 berarti Ha diterima. Secara simultan (R2) disiplin kerja, kompetensi, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 64,7% dan sisanya 3,53%, maka ini berarti secara simultan maupun parsial ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja, kompetensi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Kecamatan Gunungpati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan media SPSS . Populasi yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum di kantor Kecamatan Gunungpati. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebesar 10% dari populasi atau sejumlah 50 dengan teknik pengambilan data secara accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrument berupa angket, dokumentasi dan analisis data bersifat kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari masyarakat umum yang berada di Kantor Kecamatan Gunungpati. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh masyarakat. Kemudian instrumen diujicobakan secara terbatas kepada pengunjung peminta pelayanan. Hasil ujicoba instrument diukur validitas, reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha. Dari hasil yang diperoleh besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat yaitu 65%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap aktivitas belajar secara parsial adalah disiplin kerja yaitu sebesar 33,1% sedangkan untuk kinerja pegawai memberikan pengaruh lebih kecil yaitu sebesar 27% maka variabel kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan masyarakat secara signifikan. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence between employee performance and work discipline to community satisfaction in the Gunungpati District Office. This research uses quantitative approach, using SPSS. Population to be studied in this research is general public in office of District of Gunungpati. The size of the sample used is 10% of the population it means 50 person with the technique of taking the data by accidental sampling. Data collection is done by instrument in the form of questionnaire, documentation and quantitative data analysis which aims to test the hypothesis that has been determined The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from the general public in the district office Gunungpati. Data obtained from questionnaires that have been filled by the community. Then the instrument is tested in a limited way to the visitor requesting service. From test results measured instrumentality validity, reliability using alpha formulas. As the result the magnitude of the effect simultaneously between employee performance and work discipline on community satisfaction is 65%. The variable that gives the most influence to the learning activity partially is work discipline that is equal to 33,1% while for employee performance give less influence that is equal to 27%. So employee performance variable and work discipline have a positive effect on community satisfaction significantly.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adakah pengaruh secara langsung antara efikasi diri, komunikasi interpersonal, dan media pembelajaran terhadap perilaku belajar peserta didik Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran Kelas X, XI di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 143 peserta didik yang merupakan peserta didik kelas X, XI Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal dengan seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yaitu uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik menggunkan SPSS versi 21 dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program aplikasi Lisrel versi 8.51. Hasil perhitungan data diperoleh Equation Modelling sebagai berikut: PB = 0.31*ED + 0.17*KI + 0.37*MP, Errorvar.= 0.62 , R²= 0.40. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri, komunikasi interpersonal dan media pembelajaran berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap perilaku belajar peserta didik kelas X, XI Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. The objectives in this study are whether there is direct influence between self efficiacy, interpersonal communication and media learning on behavior learn. Tofu is a soft food made from soybean processing. Soybeans are made up of two types of Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) and non-Genetically Modified Organism (non-GMO). Transgenic soybeans are soybeans that undergo genetic changes for a specific purpose. Non-transgenic soybeans that do not undergo genetic changes. The purpose of this study was to analysis of the effect of raw material soybeans on yield, protein content, and water content, amino acid type, and organoleptic properties of tofu. This study uses two types of soybeans to make tofu, namely transgenic soybeans (Lotus USA) and non-GMO (Anjasmoro). Its methods include soybean soaking, soy milk peeling, filtration, heating, coagulation, and squeezing. The results showed the yield and tofu protein of non-transgenic soybeans were higher than transgenic. The non-transgenic soybean water content is lower than transgenic. The taste and aroma of non-transgenic soybeans are superior to that of transgenic soybeans because they are more savory and smell typical of soybeans, for the texture and color of tofu transgenic soybeans are superior to non-transgenic soybeans. Tofu of non-transgenic soybeans has lower levels of the essential amino acids arginine, phenylalanine, and leucine than transgenic. But tofu of non-transgenic soybeans has higher levels of the non-essential amino acid glutamic than transgenic.

As people today are becoming more health-conscious, various efforts have been made to keep up one’s health, such as by consuming highly nutritious food and drinks. One of the nutritious food sources produced from bees is honey, bioactive compounds of polyphenols, glyoxal and methylglioxal. Honey could be used as a health drink by mixing with ginger. This health drink is also produced as powdered drink to simplify storing, reduce the use of plastic packaging, and to add product value to increase market share. The aim of this research was to analyze the effects of drying time for 5, 15, and 25 minutes with an addition of maltodextrin on the yield, density, and moisture content of “Sumahe” instant powdered drink, made from cow’s milk, honey, and ginger. The results showed that the longer the drying time, the lower the moisture content of the drink. Meanwhile, the longer the drying time, the higher the yield became. A taste test of “Sumahe” also indicated that from 25 minutes of drying time, most of the panelists rated the drink as tasteful and delicious.

However, by the development of the period rapidly, the existence of traditional market begins to be threatened. It is because the proliferation of retail business from foreign funds, for example is Minimarket. Due to the proliferation of the Minimarket, people has been prefer to visit Minimarket rather than traditional market. Clean place and free from the word of dirty have made visitors more comfortable to visit Minimarket. And this condition is in opposite with the traditional market which seems slum, muddy and far from hygienic. This situation has succesfully made the traditional market left behind of the modern market. This research aims to know the characteristic of location of the traditional market and its operational impact and recommend the traditional market model. The model of market location can enhance the competitiveness of traditional market with modern markets. As for which becomes the object of this research are, traditional market data that listed in the Market Service of Semarang city, that market conditions are obtained by means of direct observation or interviews to the merchant market, the market manager and the buyer's market. As for the secondary data used is DED of market, the number of market stalls, number of floor los data, data number of traders, market land area data, and data market building area. The conclusions of this research was obtained some variables from location factors that affect the success of the revitalization, covering a distance of main street market, broad visibility, parking lots, the amount of market traders, the number of entry to the market, and the number of transport towards the market. As for the success of the revitalization of the market was also influenced by his market in the populous region. Because there is still no recommendations placement location a strategic market, for it is this research make a model of market location recommendations and a population density of traditional market.

The abdimas team, act as the facilitator and instructor, has trained/accompanied (a) quality improvement training/counseling for Aloe vera juice by preservative addition; (b) quality improvement of Aloe vera juice in SIGMA Food by pasteurization and sterilization; and (c) diversification of Aloe vera jam product processing. The result of this training is known for improving partner’s understandings in (a) quality improvement of Aloe vera juices by preservative addition, bottle packaging sterilization process, and Aloe vera juice pasteurization; and (b) diversification of Aloe vera products.

Vital archives preservation is very important to continuity organization, as valid prossesing evidence and to protecting the rights and obligations of employees, starts from creation phase till saving and reducing phase. BUHK is chosen to research location because based on observations begin result, a lot of activities in each sub-division potentially create vital archives. This situation is not supported by good human resources and infrastructure. Method of this research is case study with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques that used in this research are documentation, interview and observation. Data validity is done by triangulation technique. Informants of this research are 6 sub-division chiefs, 10 stafs, service & information coordinator of Archives Unit, and Unnes archivist. The results of this research showed that BUHK UNNES has not identified vital archives yet. Based on law analysis and risk analysis, there are 38 types of archives included in the vital category, they are consisted of: 11% of administrative archives, 21% law archives, 8% employment archives, 18% household archives, 34% archives of goods goverment own archieves, and 8% leader activity archieves. Vital archives preservation is done by several staff whose duties are related with vital archives. BUHK has not had the procedure of prevention and recovery of vital archives pre-disaster.The conclusion of this research, BUHK is one of work units at UNNES that manages a lot of vital archives. Preservation that has not maximum gives effect unready to BUHK in prevention and recovery pre-disaster of vital archives. Suggestion that given in this research are to make work team to analyse and to decide about vital archieves. To maximum preservation vital archieves, BUHK should recruit one person whose archieves education basic, standard facilities provisioning, and vital archive program implementation.

ABSTRAK Propolis telah dikenal dikalangan masyarakat sebagai obat, dan makanan kesehatan. Propolis merupakan zat resin yang dikumpulkan oleh lebah madu (stingless bee dan honey bee) dari berbagai tanaman yang memiliki khasiat seperti antimikroba, antioksidan, induksi apoptosis dan anti kanker. Propolis adalah substansi resin keras, maka diperlukan adanya proses ekstraksi untuk mendapatkan propolis yang siap dikonsumsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh variasi pH terhadap proses ekstraksi propolis dengan pelarut air dan karakterisasinya sebagai zat antimikroba. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan teknik maserasi, dengan perbandingan bubuk propolis dan pelarut adalah 2:8, dengan variasi pH 2,4,6,8 dan 10. Flavonoid diukur dengan metode kolorimetri kompleksasi aluminium – flavonoid. Aktivitas antimikroba terhadap Staphylococcus aureus diukur dengan metode difusi disk dan pembentukan zona hambatan. Dari deret standar didapatkan hasil regresi sebesar 0,9995 dan kandungan flavonoid tertinggi didapatkan dengan menggunakan pelarut air pH 8 yaitu sebesar 62,6098 ppm. Aktifitas antibakteri dari propolis menunjukan hasil positif membentuk zona hambat pada pelarut air pH 8 yaitu sekitar 2,0 mm. Didapatkan persamaan persamaan garis linearnya yaitu y = 5,6029x - 4,2001 dengan nilai dengan R2 adalah 0,8289. Kadar flavonoid optimum ditunjukkan pada ekstraksi pada pH 8 Kata kunci :aktivitas antimikroba, flavonoid, pH, propolis ABSTRACT Propolis has been recognized among people as a medicine, and health food. Propolis is a resin substance collected by honey bee from various plants that have properties such as antimicrobials, antioxidants, apoptosis and anti-cancer. Propolis is a hard resin substance, it needs an extraction process to get propolis ready for consumption. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of pH variation on the extraction process of propolis with water solvent and its characterization as an antimicrobial agent. The extraction was done by maceration technique, with the ratio of propolis powder and solvent was 2: 8, with variation of pH 2,4,6,8 and 10. Flavonoids were measured by colorimetric complexation method of aluminum - flavonoids. Antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus was measured by the disk diffusion method and the formation of the inhibitory zone. From the standard series obtained regression of 0.9995 and the highest flavonoid content obtained by using water solvent pH 8 which is equal to 62.6098 ppm. Antibacterial activity of propolis showed positive result form resistor zone on water solvent pH 8 which is about 2.0 mm. The linear equation equation equation is y = 5,6029x - 4,2001 with with R2 is 0,8289. Teenagers are the next generation that needs to be the center of attention. Physical and mental development in adolescents occurs rapidly. The process of changing times with free association arises causing debate about their reproductive health. The purpose of this study was to determine the reproductive health problems of adolescents in Banten province. This study used a qualitative design and constructivism paradigm. The research method was using the in-depth interview guideline instrument with 11 informants conducted in Banten province in January−June 2017. Qualitative data analysis using content analysis. The results showed that environmental factors such as family, relationships, health workers, and the availability of prostitution practice were trigger teenagers' problems. The environment did not support them to learn about sexuality makes them seek information from sources that cannot be justified. This practice made adolescents have inappropriate knowledge about adolescent reproductive health. The availability of prostitution practice was a unique highlight for those who can channel their curiosity in fulfilling their sexual desires. In conclusions, adolescent reproductive health problems in Banten province consisted of premarital sex behavior, teenage pregnancy, teenage marriage, youth delivery, sexually transmitted diseases, and abnormal sexual behavior. These problems arise due to factors of knowledge, environment, and family economic status. PERMASALAHAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PADA REMAJA DI PROVINSI BANTEN Remaja merupakan generasi penerus yang perlu menjadi pusat perhatian. Perkembangan fisik dan mental pada remaja terjadi secara pesat. Proses perubahan zaman dengan pergaulan bebas memicu timbulnya permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi pada mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dan paradigma konstruktivisme. Metode penelitian menggunakan instrumen wawancara mendalam kepada 11 informan yang dilakukan di Provinsi Banten pada bulan Januari–Juni 2017. Analisis data kualitatif menggunakan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan seperti keluarga, pergaulan, tenaga kesehatan, dan ketersediaan tempat prostitusi memicu permasalahan remaja. Lingkungan yang tidak mendukung mereka untuk belajar tentang seksualitas membuat mereka mencari informasi dari sumber yang tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kebenarannya. Hal tersebut membuat remaja memiliki pengetahuan yang tidak tepat tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Ketersediaan tempat-tempat prostitusi menjadi sorotan khusus bagi mereka yang dapat menyalurkan keingintahuan mereka dalam memenuhi hasrat seksualitas. Simpulan, permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Provinsi Banten terdiri atas perilaku seks pranikah, kehamilan remaja, pernikahan remaja, persalinan remaja, penyakit seksual, dan perilaku seks menyimpang. Permasalahan tersebut muncul karena faktor lingkungan, pengetahuan, dan ekonomi keluarga.

This research aims at analyzing the logistic management and examining the arising problems faced when managing the logistics at economics faculty of Semarang state university. Logistics is one essential administration that should be made by an organization. The logistic procedures consist of procurement, recording, storage, distribution, maintenance, and elimination. At present, the logistic activities at economics faculty are running quite well. However, based on the studies conducted by many researchers, the logistic impacts require further examination and analysis. The pre-research study based on interviews shows that no logistic staff handles the logistic management. For the time being, the logistic activities are handled by the public utility staffs. Besides, the Standardized Operational Procedures on logistic management are still unclear.This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data are obtained from informants in the forms of words, measures, and writings. Interview, observation, and documental analysis are techniques used to collect the data. Samples are taken with a purposive sampling technique and then data are analyzed using an interactive technique. Data validation is conducted using triangulation techniques and methodologies. The research results show that the logistic activities are not yet ideally running, such as poor conditioned inventory management of goods, uncontrolled stock opname; not maximally utilized forms as the controlling devices; limited warehouses for supply storage; unavailable warehouses for storage of the upcoming goods to eliminate, unscheduled goods inventory maintenance, and too long waiting period of elimination activities.

Perkembangan pariwisata di kota Semarang ditandai dengan tersedianya fasilitas shuttle bus gratis. Rute shuttle bus tersebut melewati rute Kuliner Pekunden, Pusat oleh-oleh Pandanaran, Gedung Lawang Sewu dan Daerah Kota Lama Semarang.Sejak tahun 2012, wisata di tepi Sungai Kanal Banjir Barat mulai dikembangkan pemerintah Kota Semarang. Namun, sampai saat ini Kanal Banjir Barat hanya difungsikan sebagai sungai pengendali banjir, sehingga fungsi pariwisatanya belum optimal seperti objek wisata lain di Kota Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan transportasi wisata air, khususnya di Kanal Banjir Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan kuesioner dan observasi lapangan. Metode kuantitatif penentuan alur pelayaran menggunakan analisis hidrologi dan simulasi hidrolika sungai dengan program HEC-RAS. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa lokasi pengembangan transportasi untuk wisata air di Kanal Banjir Barat akan efektif jika berada diantara Bendung Simongan hingga muara Kanal Banjir Barat. Tipe angkutan wisata yang ideal adalah menggunakan 2 kapal speedboat terbuka dengan dimensi panjang 8 m, lebar 2,2 m, dan draft 0,4 m. Biaya Operasional Kapal per tahun untuk 8 trip per hari dan biaya pengelolaannya adalah sebesar Rp 901,2 juta dengan estimasi tarif per orang sebesar untuk Rp 17.070,- per trip. Quantitative methods of determining ship channel using hydrological analysis and simulation of river hydraulics with HEC-RAS program. This study recommends that the location of the development of transportation of water tourism in the West Flood Canal would be effective if it is located in between the estuary of Simongan weir to the West Flood Canal. The ideal type of transport mode uses two open speedboats with dimensions of 8 m length, 2.2 m width, and a draft of 0.4 m. Ship Operating Costs per year for eight trips per day and its management fee is Rp 901.2 million with the estimated fare per person about USD 17.070, - per trip.

Pelaksanaan penanganan jalan di Kabupaten Kudus banyak terjadi ketidakseimbangan paket-paket pekerjaan penanganan jalan seperti banyaknya jalan yang belum mendapat penanganan baik pemeliharaan maupun peningkatan. Selama ini yang digunakan dalam penentuan skala prioritas penanganan jalan didasarkan pada ketersediaan anggaran dan nilai manfaat finansial jalan saja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh urutan prioritas penanganan jalan di Kabupaten Kudus, secara tepat dengan melibatkan pihak-pihak yang terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP dengan 5 (lima) kriteria yang dipakai untuk menentukan prioritas penanganan jalan, yaitu kerusakan jalan, mobilitas, volume lalu lintas, tingkat aksesibilitas, dan pengembangan wilayah. Berdasarkan analisa AHP diperoleh tingkat kepentingan bobot masing-masing kriteria untuk menentukan prioritas penanganan jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria kerusakan jalan memperoleh bobot tertinggi, yaitu 45,06% kemudian kriteria mobilitas 20,62%, kriteria volume lalu lintas 14,53%, kriteria tingkat aksesibilitas 12,78%, dan kriteria pengembangan wilayah 7,01%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa perlu adanya kriteria-kriteria sebagai tolok ukur untuk menentukan dalam prioritas penanganan jalan agar pengalokasian anggaran tepat sasaran.Saran dari penelitian ini dalam menentukan prioritas penanganan jalan di Kabupaten Kudus sebaiknya mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria sebagai dasar prioritas penanganan jalan. [Title: The Determination of The scale Priorities for Handling in Kudus Use Analytical Hierarchy Process Method]. The implementation of the road handling in Kudus, in fact is found many imbalances packets roads handling jobs like many roads yet had a good handling maintenance and enhancement. So far in setting priorities scale was based on an assessment of the availability of the budget and the value of the financial benefits. The purpose of this study is to obtain an assessment of the priority order in Kudus appropriately involving related parties. This study used AHP with 5 (five) criteria that were used to determine the priority of the road, which is damage to roads, mobility, traffic volume, accessibility, and regional development. Based on AHP analysis, we can found the level of importance weight of each criterion for determining priority road handling. The results showed that the damage criteria to obtain the highest weight, i.e. 45.06% and 20.62% mobility criteria, the criteria of traffic volume 14.53%, 12.78% level of accessibility criteria, and the criteria for regional development 7.01%. Therefore, we need criteria as a benchmark to determine the priority of the road so that the budget allocation is well targeted. The suggestion of this research in deciding the priority of roads handling in Kudus should consider some criteria as the basic priorities for the handling of the road.

The objective of the research was to find the factors of the Economic Faculty s magnetism for Students Candidates to continue studying at the Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. Then, this study assessed the performances of those factors after they became Economics students. The sample of the study were Economics Faculty students from three departments; Accounting, Management, and Development Economics which consisted of 64 students on different semesters as th respondents. The data were analyzed by factor analysis to find the factors which became the Economics Faculty's magnetism. Then, the data were analyzed by Wilcoxon Rank Test to test the performances of those factors with the level of certainty was 95%. The result of the study showed that there were 4 main factors which became Economics Faculty' magnetism, they are; 1) Superiority, 2) Promotion, 3) Location and 4) Performance. Furthermore, the respondents stated that the performance of superiority factor was not satisfying while the performances of promotion, location and per formance factors were satis fying.

Bunga Kembang Sepatu (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L) berpotensial sebagai salah satu sumber antosianin yang dapat berfungsi sebagai antioksidan, antimutagenik, dan antikarsinogenik. Antosianin dapat rusak pada suhu tinggi (pemanasan) yang biasa digunakan dalam pembuatan sejumlah produk pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kandungan antosianin dalam bunga kembang sepatu berdasarkan variable konsentrasi pelarut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode ekstraksi maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol konsentrat dalam air. Variable tetap yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsentrasi etanol (60, 70, 80, 90, 96 % (v/v)). Waktu maserasi adalah selama 24 jam pada temperatur ruang dan kondisi terlindung dari cahaya matahari ataupun sinar langsung. Hasil ektraksi kemudian disaring dan dipekatkan dengan rotary vakum evaporator dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan instrument Spektrofotometer UV-Visible. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendemen dan kadar antosianin tertinggi ditandai dengan warna yang paling pekat yang didapatkan dari pelarut ethanol 96%. Hasil rendemen tertinggi yang diperoleh adalah 22,05% (b/b) yang mengandung ekstrak antosianin sebesar 48,260 mg dari 25 gram bahan baku. Persamaan yang menghubungkan antara variable konsentrasi pelarut etanol dan rendemen adalah y = -36,547x2 + 72,335x + 12,422. R2= 0,9642. The increasing of urban population growth would affect to the increasing settlement growth which expanding uncontrollably toward the suburbs, this condition will influence transportation problem and 70 % air pollution comes from transportation sector (BAPEDAL in 2006). Semarang cities as case study deals with congestion problems in almost all road network; the most surprising thing is with the presence of mass transit services which is BRT, both BRT corridor I and corridor II, it still have a load factor of 27% (Ilham Hussein, 2012). This study aims to: manage environmentally sound public transportation based on the characteristics of people and city of Semarang. The result of study concluded that in order to manage environmentally sound transportation by creating an unified and integrated mass transit; which is by cutting the BRT routes that are less effective and too long, directed to feeder transport from the tip end of track to the end of beginning of peple mobility with a public transport like mini bus for a distance of > 500m and bike or walking track to feeder within 200 – 500m equipped with convenient bicycle and pedestrian infrastructures. Whereas, for the suburbs mobility to other suburbs it can use rail-based mass transportation (MRT).

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam bagaimana peran humas di SMK Palebon, kendala dalam melaksanakan peran humas dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta dengan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh informasi bahwa humas memiliki 3 peran yaitu humas sudah baik dalam membangun citra sekolah meskipun terkadang terkendala oleh biaya, humas berperan dalam melakukan komunikasi publik yang efektif, baik dalam internal maupun eksternal dan humas mampu berperan dalam melakukan peluncuran produk baru berupa jurusan Multimedia. Kendala yang ditemui yaitu minimnya dana untuk kebutuhan humas karena status sekolah swasta, miscommunication yang terkadang menjadi timbulnya kesalahpahaman. Kemudian untuk upaya yang dilakukan oleh sekolah adalah dengan mendirikan unit produksi dari masing-masing jurusan serta selalu meningkatkan koordinasi antar unit kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat diambil simpulan bahwa peran humas di SMK Palebon terbagi dalam dua bagian yaitu humas internal dan humas eksternal. Saran yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Menjalin kerjasama dengan media promosi. (2) Tingkatkan komunikasi antara waka humas dan semua unit kerja ataupun sebaliknya sehingga kendala berupa miscommunication bisa terminimalisir. (3) Perlunya pelatihan mengajar kreatif bagi guru, sehingga pelajaran yang diterima mampu diserap oleh siswa. (4) optimalisasi guru dalam melatih kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sehingga citra SMK Palebon dalam bidang non akademik dapat meningkat. The objective of the study was to understand the roles of public relation at SMK Palebon Semarang, the difficult about role of public relation and problem solving about that. It was a qualitative study, than the data were analyzed by Miles & Huberman interaction model. The data were collected by observation, interview and documentation. The result of the study showed public relation have 3 roles : The public relations are good in building the positive value of school although minimum cost make a difficult, public relation are good roles to effective communicate of the intenal and external public, and public relations role of the launching new product. Because school status is private, so the cost minimum and make difficult and miscommunication cannot be understood. The solution about that is building production units by each major and always coordination with all units. Then it is concluded that the roles of public relation at SMK Palebon Semarang are roles of the public relation have 2 section there are internal and external. Therefore, it is suggested : 1) building cooperation with promotion media. 2) enhance communicate with all working units or contrarily, so the dificult about miscomunication can decrease. 3) creative teaching training to teacher, so the student can materaial delivered well 4) to optimize the teacher who train the extracurrirular activities for students.

Atribut-atribut pelayanan perpustakaan perlu dianalisis agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa sehingga terwujud kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menentukan kepuasan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi dan (2) faktor mana yang paling dominan menentukan kepuasan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi terhadap pelayanan perpustakaan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang. mengakibatkan penurunan jumlah pengunjung dari tahun ke tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis factor dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukan bahwa dari 28 variabel direduksi menjadi 23 variabel yang mengelompok menjadi 8 faktor baru yang menentukan kepuasan mahasiswa sebesar 62,668% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,332% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak ditentukan dalam model ini. (1) Faktor Kenyamanan dan Produk Jasa Inti sebesar 17,971%, sisanya (2) Faktor Interaksi sebesar 8,878%, (3) Faktor Kebersihan sebesar 7,830%, (4) Faktor Kerapihan sebesar 6,731%, (5) Faktor Sarana Pendukung sebesar 6,348%, 33(6) Faktor Performa Teknis sebesar 5,597%, (7) Faktor Luas Gedung sebesar 4,918% dan (8) Faktor Produk Pelengkap sebesar 4,396%. The attributes of library services need to be analyzed in order to satisfy the students needs. The objective of this study were (1) to know the factors that determine Economics Education’s student satisfaction and, (2) to know the most dominant factor in determining their satisfaction of the library‘s services in Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. The data were collected by questionnaire, documentation and interview. Then the data were analyzed by factor analysis and descriptive percentage. The result ofthe factor analysis showed that the 28 analyzed variables were reduced to 23 variables. They were grouped into 8 new factors that determined student satisfaction was 62.668%. Meanwhile, 37.332% was influenced by other factors that are not defined in this model. (1) The convenience and the main products factor was17.971%, (2) the interaction factor was 8.878%, (3) the cleanliness factor was 7.830%, (4) the neatness factor was 6.731%, (5) the means of support factor was 6.348%, (6) the technical performance factor was 5.597%, (7) the building area factor was 4.918% and (8) the complementary product factor was 4.396%.

Minat merupakan langkah awal seseorang melakukan sesuatu hal. Siswa yang memiliki minat yang tinggi terhadap sesuatu akan melakukan hal apapun untuk memenuhi apa yang ia butuhkan, seperti halnya membaca. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa cukup rendahnya minat membaca siswa di perpustakaan SMK N 1 Kendal. Hal ini dilihat dari jumlah pengunjung dan peminjam buku di perpustakaan SMK N 1 Kendal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan dan pelayanan perpustakaan terhadap minat membaca siswa kelas XI di perpustakaan SMK N 1 Kendal. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMK N 1 Kendal tahun 2015 berjumlah 387 siswa. 80 siswa dijadikan sampel penelitian yang diambil dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah Y = 11,784 + 0,370X1 + 0,400X2. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara fasilitas perpustakaan dan pelayanan perpustakaan terhadap minat membaca siswa kelas XI di SMK N 1 Kendal sebesar 55,1%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap minat membaca siswa kelas XI di perpustakaan SMK N 1 Kendal secara parsial adalah pelayanan perpustakaan yaitu sebesar 28,73%, sendangkan untuk fasilitas perpustakaan memberikan pengaruh lebih kecil yaitu 21,2%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan dan pelayanan perpustakaan terhadap minat membaca siswa kelas XI di SMK N 1 Kendal. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) petugas perpustakaan lebih teliti kembali dalam pencatatan jumlah permintaan buku yang dibutuhkan, mengecek kembali koleksi buku yang ada, serta menuliskan surat permohonan pemberian buku terbaru ke pihak sekolah untuk di ajukan ke Dinas Pendidikan kota Kendal, 2) Hendaknya jumlah meja kursi baca ditambahkan lagi dan ditata rapi, 3) Hendaknya petugas perpustakaan memberikan kegiatan bimbingan belajar dengan siswa-siswi. Kegiatan itu seperti membantu mengarahkan pencarian literatur yang dipakai saat guru memberikan tugas di perpustakaan maupun belajar kelompok di perpustakaan. Interest is the people’s first step in doing something. Students who have high interest on something will do everything to fulfill what they need such as, on reading. The problem of this research was the students’ low reading interest at SMK N 1 Kendal. This problem can be seen from the number of visitors and the book borrowers at SMK N 1 Kendal Library. The objective of this research was to know the influence of library facilities and library service toward XI grade students’ reading interest at SMK N 1 Kendal. It was a quantitative research. The population of this study were XI grade students of SMK N 1 Kendal at the amount of 387. 80 students were chosen as the study sample taken by Proportional Random Sampling technique. The data were collected by questionnaires and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by percentage descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the equation of multiple linear regression was Y = 11.784 + 0.370X1 + 0.400X2 . The simultaneous influence of the library facilities and library service toward XI grade student’s reading interest was 55.1%. The most influential variable toward XI Grade Student’s Reading Interest at SMK N 1 Kendal was library service which partially influenced up to 28.73%. Whereas; the library facilities gave lower influence for 21.2%. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that there were the influence library facilities and library service toward XI Grade Student’s Reading Interest at SMK N 1 Kendal. Then, it is suggested for: 1) librarian to be more careful in registry of on demand books needed, rechecking the collection of the books, and write the newest books provision application to educational agency of Kendal City, 2) the table should the number of seats read added again and laid out neatly, 3) let library officials give activities guidance learn by the students. The as help guide search literature that worn while teachers give an assignment in the library and learn group in the library.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai untuk mengetahui kualitas soal UAS bentuk pilihan ganda dan uraian secara kuantitatif dan dapat terdeteksi soal yang baik dan jelek.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data untuk mendeteksi kualitas soal yang baik dan jelek yaitu dengan program Anates 4.0.5.Hasil analisis kuantitatif reliabilitas soal pilihan ganda sebesar 0,68 artinya soal tidak reliabel. Tingkat kesukaran: 1(5%) butir soal sangat sukar, 2 (10%) butir soal sukar, 11 (55%) butir soal sedang, 5(25%) butir soal mudah, dan 1(5%) butir soal sangat mudah. Daya pembeda: 7(35%) butir soal sangat baik, 7 (35%) butir soal baik, 1(5%)butir soal cukup, dan 5(25%) butir soal sangat jelek. Fungsi distraktor: 15(18,75%) tidak berfungsi, dan 65 (81,25%) berfungsi. Soal uraian memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,70 berarti reliabel. Tingkat kesukaran: 0(0%) butir soal sangat sukar dan sangat mudah, 2(20%) butir soal sukar, 6(60%) butir soal sedang, dan 2(20%) butir soal mudah. Daya pembeda: 0(0%) butir soal sangat baik dan sangat jelek, 3(30%) butir soal baik, 7 (70%) butir soal cukup. The purpose who want to reach to know about the quality of that multiple item test and essay and then can detect good and bad item.The method was used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Collecting data use documentation, interview, and observation and then the analysis data for detecting the quality of good and bad item using a program Anates 4.0.5.The result of the quantitative analysis showed that the reliability of the test multiple choice was 0,68, it was not reliable. The difficulty level of one item (5%) very difficult,two items (10%) were difficult, eleven items (55%) were moderate, five items (25%) were easy, and one items (5%) very easy. The discrimination of seven items (35%) was very good, seven items(35%) were good, one item (5%) were satisfactory, and five items (25%) were not good. The distractor function offife teen (18,75%) were not functioned and sixty five (81,25%) were functioned. Items essay have a reliability was 0,70, it was reliable. The difficulty level of 0 item (0%) very difficult and very easy, twoitems (20%) were difficult, six items (60%) were moderate, two items (20%) were easy. The discrimination of 0 item (0%) was very good and very not good, three items (30%) were good, seven items (70%).

Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Kantor Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo, Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha, Kepala Seksi Akuisisi, Pengelolaan Arsip dan Dokumentasi,Staff Sub Tata Usaha,dan Arsiparis. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, tahap pekerjaan lapangan, dan tahap analisis data. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip meliputi pencatatan arsip, pengendalian dan pendistribusian arsip, penyimpanan arsip, pemeliharaan arsip, pengawasan arsip, pemindahan dan pemusnahan arsip. Kendala yang ada antara lain masih adanya arsip yang menumpuk di ruang depo penyimpanan arsip, tidak adanya sanksi bagi peminjam arsip yang terlambat mengembalikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pencatatan arsip melalui kelengkapan arsip, pengendalian dan pendistribusian dengan tanggal terima, tanggal surat, paraf penerima. Sistem penyimpanan arsip yang digunakan adalah sistem penyimpanan kronologis (tanggal), pemeliharaan dengan membersihkan setiap sudut ruang arsip baik dengan kemoceng atau sapu dan memberikan kapur barus disela rak arsip juga melapisi arsip dengan kertas payung, pemindahan dan pemusnahan arsip dilakukan setiap periodik atau setahun sekali. Dengan demikian menyarankan : 1) mengoptimalkan ruang depo penyimpanan yang arsipnya masih ditumpuk dan belum diolah, 2) memberikan sanksi kepada peminjam arsip yang mengembalikan tidak tepat waktu. It was a qualitative research. The data source of the were the Head Office of Regional Library and Archive Office in Purworejo Regency, the Head of Administration, the Head Section of Procurement, Archives and Documentation Management,the Sub Staff of Administration, and the Archivist. The data were collected observation, interview, and documentation. The procedure of the research were pre-court stage, field work stage and data analysis stage. The data were analyzied by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The result of the study showed that the archives management include the record, control and distribution of archive, archival storage, archive maintenance, archive monitoring, archive removal and destruction. The problem of the study is there are still archives that accumulate in the archives storage depos space, there is no of sanctions for borrowers who are late return.Based on the result on this study it can be concluded that the recording archive through archive complete, control and distribution of the data received, date of letter, initials of the recipient. System archive storage that is used system chronological (date), maintenance with cleaning every corner of the archive room either with a duster or broom and give camphor in the shelf filling also coat archive with cover paper, removal and destruction of archive conducted by periodic or once a year. Thus, it is recommended: 1) optimize the storage depot space that archive are still stacked and unprocessed, 2) give sanction the borrowers that return the archive not in time

Dan dalam pemilihan objek wisata tentunya tidak lepas dari faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pengunjungnya.Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu prioritas pengembangannya yang keberadaannya diharapkan dapat memberikan pengaruh positif bagi kegiatan lainnya. Keberhasilan suatu kegiatan pariwisata sangat ditentukan oleh tingkat kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada wisatawan dan faktor – faktor pendukungnya, hal ini akan berdampak kepada keputusan wisatawan berkunjung kepada tempat wisata tersebut. Bauran pemasaran jasa mempunyai pengaruh dalam menentukan suatu keberhasilan strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh dari bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan wisatawan untukmengunjungi Sendratari Ramayana Prambanan di Prambanan dengan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 orang responden pengunjung Sendratari Ramayana Prambanan dengan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang didalamnya terdapat uji Kuesioner ( validitas dan reliabilitas), Uji Asumsi Klasik ( normalitas, multikolinearitas, autokorelasi dan heterokedastisitas ),Uji Regresi Linier Berganda ,Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan f) dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor yang paling mempengaruhi keputusan berkunjung adalah promosi dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,515. dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Tempat, produk menjadi faktor kedua dan ketiga sebesar 0,491 dan 0,346 yang mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan Sedangkan Harga tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dengan nilai koefisien regresi -0,114. Secara simultan Produk,Harga,Promosi dan Tempat berpengaruh pada keputusan wisatawan dan dalam pengujian koefisien determinasi keempat variabel diatas dapat dapat menerangkan variabel Y sebesar 52,5 %.

Traffic jams are a common phenomenon in Indonesia’s big cities due to the proliferation of private vehicles. The resulting air pollution directly threatens public health and urban quality of life. This research is to identify and analyze air pollution levels and forecast the potential to improve air quality by developing mass public transportation. This research employs the dust sampler method to measure the air pollution levels and calculate traffic volume, while the simulation method is used to analyze the data. The results show that the air pollution levels detected exceed the air quality thresholds established by regulations in the Decision by the Minister of Health and Environment. Traffic jam levels indicated by the Degree of Saturation (SD) were determined to be, on average, > 0.75. The simulation results show that by changing modes of transportation traffic jam levels decrease, ranging from 0.2201 to 0.291(DS), and air pollution decreases. Specifically, nitrogen oxides (NOx) are reduced by 48.19 %; sulfur dioxide (SO2) is reduced by 51.77 %; particulate matter (PM) is reduced by 29.86%; lead (Pb) is reduced by 52.22%; and carbon monoxide (CO) is reduced by 52.15%. This research suggests the mass public transportation planning should be implemented.

Urban parking is a major challenge in several developing countries such as Indonesia. Dense traffic conditions are exacerbated by the lack of availability of off-street parking in public spaces, forcing vehicles to use on-street parking, which in turn impedes traffic flow and causes gridlock and traffic jams. Semarang City is a good case-study area, with significant parking problems which are clearly unresolved. The research objective is to develop urban parking controls by conducting a comprehensive parking rate analysis based on zoning, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model to direct and refine the research in a methodical way. The research results determined appropriate urban parking rates based not simply on zoning, but also accounting for the influence of additional quantifiable criteria: assessed land value, location and accessibility, additional value derived from various types of land use, economic capability/ability to pay, and hidden value ascribed to amenities/type of facilities. The highest weighted value, 8,498, was obtained for zone A, which represents the trade zone (BWK 1/Urban Boundaries 1); the value obtained for zone B, 3,71, represents the industrial zone (BWK 4/Urban Boundaries 4); and zone C (BWK 6/Urban Boundaries 6) is represented with the weighted value of 1,867.

The revitalization of the Indonesian Traditional Market has prolonged problems, becoming a never-ending story, particularly in public building standards in the last decade. A competitive traditional market is public need, where the affordable prices and infrastructure are the central consideration. This research aims to figure out the current condition of the Indonesian Traditional Market and the needs of future policy towards a competitive environment of the marketplace in a metropolitan city context. However, Western culture has been mixed into the current management of the Indonesian Traditional Market. The insight of the ideal traditional market for the metropolitan city, as well as Semarang, is the standard from Indonesian public market guidance and a lesson learned from other countries. This research was conducted between 2014-2017. A case study method was applied, using semistructured interviews, document investigation of Detailed Engineering Design (DED) and field observation of registered traditional markets in Semarang. The results will determine the current implementation of Traditional Market standards in Semarang. The infrastructure performance and redefinition category among marketplaces are suggested as a consideration toward the competitive traditional market on public building policy.

Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar yang terjadi di kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 2 Gedangsari pada mata pelajaran PPKn. Proses pembelajaran tidak kondusif (siswa tidak fokus, berbicara dengan teman selama pembelajaran, tidak memerhatikan penjelasan guru). Prestasi belajar yang diperoleh siswa cenderung rendah (rata-rata 71,94 dari KKM 75). Selain itu, dari 34 siswa, hanya 10 orang siswa yang memenuhi ktiteria KKM. Bertolak dari permasalahan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang diharapkan akan berdampak pada peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa. Upaya ini dilakukan dengan cara mengganti model pembelajaran yang konvensional dengan pembelajaran yang inovatif, yaitu pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes (untuk prestasi belajar), dan pedoman observasi (untuk motivasi belajar). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan siklus II. Rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 32 pada siklus I, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 41 pada siklus II. Sedangkan prestasi belajar juga senantiasa mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 79,91 dengan ketuntasan sebanyak 26 orang. Sedangkan pada siklus II, rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 89,59 dengan ketuntasan sebanyak 32 siswa. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran Group Investigation dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn.

The lesson learnt of revitalization of market buildings is still a dilemma for traders as the main actors of traditional Indonesian market life. The root of the revitalization issue has not been properly mapped objectively, due to the complex role of the stakeholders involved in it. This research uses case study method with a qualitative approach by semi-structured interviews and observation of typology of Indonesian traditional market activities in five metropolitan cities of Java. This study uses four samples of traditional markets, one in Jakarta and three revitalized markets in Semarang. The mapping of the component is composing by field observation and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with a civil engineer and two architects. The results of this study obtained justification that the revitalization of traditional Indonesian market if mapped components are factors that affect the success or failure of a revitalization process when compared to some case studies of market revitalization in Jakarta and Semarang. This research suggests to the local decision makers to avoid the paradigm of budget-based development but, also to adapt socio-engineering aspects by considering the social interaction of traditional market traders in the Indonesian context.

Kinerja adalah suatu hasil kerja baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Kinerja yang baik tentunya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan tata ruang kantor yang ada di kantor Kelurahan Kecamatan Purbalingga Kabupaten Purbalingga. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kedisiplinan pegawai dalam jam kerja yang kurang baik, rendahnya semangat pegawai untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dengan maksimal, masih terdapat ketidakteraturan dalam hal penataan ruang kantor dan lingkungan fisik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket dan dokumentasi. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dilihat dari uji Fhitung = 49,993 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga diperoleh hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dengan persamaan Y = 0,281 + 0,357X1 + 0,252X2 + 0,222X3. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan tata ruang kantor terhadap kinerja pegawai yaitu 59,2%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial adalah disiplin kerja yaitu sebesar 21,34%, sedangkan untuk motivasi kerja, dan tata ruang kantor berpengaruh lebih kecil yaitu masing-masing sebesar 19,53%, dan 9,18%. A performance is the work result either qualitatively or quantitatively achieved by a person to reach the certain goal. The good performance is influenced by some factors such as work discipline, work motivation, and office room arrangement in the village office. The problems of this reserach were the low disipline of civil servants’ in the work time, the low motivation of the civil servants to give the service for the guests, and the bad ordered office room arrangement and the physical environment. The data were colleted by questionnaire and documentation. The significance test of regression was found out from F test = 49.993 with probability was 0.000 < 0.05, therefore the result of multiple linear regression analysis was Y = 0.281 + 0.357X1 + 0.252X2 + 0.222X3. The simultaneously influence of work discipline, work motivation and office room arrangement toward civil servants performance was 59.2%. The most influential variable toward the civil servants performance was work discipline which partially influenced up to 21.34%, whereas; the work motivation and office room arrangement gave smaller influence for 19.53% and 9.18%.

Kegiatan kearsipan bertugas memberikan pelayanan informasi dalam kegiatan operasional sekolah sehingga pengelolaan arsip dilaksanakan dengan baik supaya penyampaian informasi tidak terganggu. Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui sistem penyimpanan arsip, tatakerja kearsipan dan pemakaian arsip, penyingkiran arsip dan penataran pegawai dalam pengelolaan arsip guna mendukung pelayanan informasi di bagian tata usaha di SMK Masehi PSAK Ambarawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Staf Tata usaha, Staf Tata usaha, WAKA HUMAS, KPK Administrasi Perkantoran dan Staf Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Kabupaten Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, tahap pekerjaan lapangan, dan tahap analisis data. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dibagian tata usaha meliputi sistem penyimpanan arsip, tatakerja kearsipan dan pemakaian arsip, tata penyingkiran arsip dan penataran pegawai-pegawai dalam pengelolaan arsip. Kendala yang ada antara lain kurangnya fasilitas yang digunakan dalam pengelolaan arsip dan kurangnya pegawai pengelola arsip. Archival activities can provide information at schools so that the management operations carried out well with good records so the information is not compromised delivery. The objective of this research is to know archival storage systems, filing and use of archival work procedure, the removal of archives and records management upgrading of employees to support the Information Service in the Administration in SMK Masehi PSAK Ambarawa. It was a qualitative descriptive research method. The data resources of this research were the Principal, Head Office Management, Office Staff Management, Public Relations, Head Office Administration and Office Staff Library at Archives Semarang Regency. The data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. The procedures of the research were pre-field worked stage, field worked stage, and data analyzed stage. The data were analyzed by interactive models.The results of the study showed that Office Management of Vocational records management section includes archival storage systems, work procedure and the use of archival records, archives exclusion procedures, and upgrading employees in records management. The problems of the archive office were lack of facilities used in the management of archives and the lack by records management staff.
