The study is an attempt to get the insights on attitudes and behavior of people in the changing media landscape. The study highlights the online piracy of videos, games, movies, slides, mash-ups etc and addresses the impact that piracy is laying upon on the mindsets of users who are indulged in such activity. The study also signifies the reasons behind piracy, the frequency of doing so, modes of accessing, and likelihood of discontinuing the same. The study is one of its kinds which can be used as a means of awareness against the mass infringement cases which can help in recognizing the need of addressing copyright trolling and thus protecting the unauthorized movement of bits around the internet.

Kashmir has been a fascinating subject for authors and analysts. Volumes have been documented and published about its multi-faceted aspects in varied forms like manuscripts, rare books and images available in a number of institutions, libraries and museums worldwide. The study explores the institutions and libraries worldwide possessing rare books (published before 1920) about Kashmir using online survey method and documents their bibliographical details. The study aims to analyze subject, chronology and country wise collection strength. The study shows that the maximum collection of the rare books is on travelogue 32.48% followed by Shaivism 18.7%. While as the collection on other subjects lies in the range of 2.54%-5.53% with least of 2.54% on Grammar. Literature of 20th century is preserved by maximum of libraries (53.89%) followed by 19th century (44.93%), 18th century (1.08%) and 17th century (0.09%) and none of the library except Cambridge University library possesses a publication of 17th century. The treasure of rare books lies maximum in United States of America (56.7%) followed by Great Britain (35%), Canada(6%), Australia (1.8%) with least in Thailand (0.45%)., A Caxemira tem sido um tema fa scinante para autores e analistas. Textos têm sido documentados e publicados sobre seus aspectos multi facetados em variadas formas como manuscritos, livros raros e imagens disponíveis em uma série de instituições, bibliotecas e museus do mundo. O estudo explora as instituições e bibliotecas de todo o mundo que possuem livros raros (publicados antes de 1920) sobre a Caxemira, utilizando o método de pesquisa online, registrando os detalhes bibliográficos encontrados. O estudo objetiva analisar o tema, a cronologia e a força dessa coleção por país. Verificou-se que a coleção de livros raros refere-se aos diários de viagem 32, 48% seguido por Shivaísmo 18, 7%. Enquanto que a coleção sobre outros temas encontra-se na faixa de 2,54%-5,53%, e com menos de 2,54% refere-se à Gramática. A literatura do Século XX é preservada por muitas bibliotecas (53,89%), seguida pelo Século XIX (44,93%), Século XVIII (1,08%) e Século XVII (0,09%). Destaca-se que apenas a Biblioteca da Cambridge University possui publicações do Século XVII. A maioria dos livros raros encontra-se nos Estados Unidos da América (56,7%), seguido da Grã-Bretanha (35%), Canadá (6%), Austrália (1,8%) e Tailândia (0,45%).
