Purpose: to substantiate, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a physical therapy program for young women with hypertensive neurocirculatory dystonia at the outpatient stage. Material & Methods: under our supervision there were 28 women with a diagnosis of neurocirculatory dystonia of hypertonic type; they were randomly divided into two groups: main (14 patients) and control (14 patients); the average age of patients in the main group was 20,1±0,35 years, in the control group – 20,6±0,23 years. The course of physical therapy for patients of the main and control groups lasted for 5 months. The patients of the main group underwent rehabilitation measures according to the program of physical therapy, which included kinesiotherapy using therapeutic exercises based on dance aerobics in combination with regulated breathing exercises, taking into account the tone of the ANS and autogenic training, patients of the control group were engaged in the E.V. Doliger physical therapy program for patients with NCD. Results: the functional indicators of the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous system obtained during the primary study indicated the absence of economization of the work of the cardiovascular system, the presence of dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system in the direction of the predominance of the activity of the sympathetic department. After 5 months of using physical therapy programs, when re-examined, patients in both groups showed a decrease in heart rate and a decrease in blood pressure; stroke volume in the main group was within normal limits, in the control group, a decrease in stroke volume indicated a reduced myocardial contractility; the decrease in the minute volume of blood in the main group was due to a decrease in heart rate, in the control group – due to a decrease in heart rate and stroke volume. The value of the Kerdo index in the main group corresponded to the state of eutonia, in the control group – sympathicotonia. Conclusions: in the course of the study, we came to the conclusion that a physical therapy program was developed, which included kinesitherapy using therapeutic exercises based on dance aerobics in combination with regulated breathing exercises, taking into account the tone of the parasympathetic and sympathetic divisions of the autonomic nervous system and autogenic training, is effective and contributes to the normalization of hemodynamic parameters and the tone of the autonomic nervous system, which improves the quality of life of NCD patients. The conducted studies have confirmed the need for the use of physical therapy, including kinesitherapy using therapeutic exercises based on dance aerobics in combination with regulated breathing exercises, taking into account the tone of the ANS and autogenous training.

The article describes and analyzes three key aspects of the personality of a primary school teacher as a subject of creative pedagogical activity - Requirements for the personality of a modern primary school teacher, subjectivity of a primary school teacher in scientific discourse and activity components as a basis of professional subjectivity of a primary school teacher. The purpose of the article is to summarize the experience of Western and Eastern European scholars on the modern view of the components and activities of the subjectivity of the teacher of this profession in order to increase its didactic and educational effectiveness. It’s proved that the subjectivity of the primary school teacher is defined as a complex functional autonomy of the system, which is formed, developed, built and transformed by him in the process of life, acquisition of pedagogical education and experience of pedagogical activity. Such subject-oriented manifestations of the teacher's personality as activity (ability to conscious self-determination of creative pedagogical activity) are described; productivity (its complex ability, on the one hand, to transform the educational reality in the classroom into a humane educational environment and the student in the subject of creative learning, and on the other - to constant subjective, professional and professional self-development and self-improvement in teaching, improving the results of their activities and themselves as a subject of pedagogical activity.

Informatization of postmodern society is a promising path to economic, social and educational development. The informatization of education is aimed at the formation and development of the intellectual potential of the nation, the improvement of the forms and content of the educational process, the introduction of computer teaching and testing methods, allows solving problems at the highest level, taking into account world requirements. One of the important directions in the development of informatization of education in the context of a pandemic is new computer technologies. Interactivity, intensification of the learning process, feedback - are the real advantages of these technologies, which necessitated their application in various fields of human activity, primarily in those related to education and professional training. The article provides a retrospective analysis of the evolutionary proc-esses of formation and development of native language education of Ukrainians in the polyethnic environment of Canada and the important role of the state bilingual (Ukrainian-English) school, their importance in preserving the national culture of diaspora Ukrainians. The organizational and pedagogical principles of the educational process in bilingual schools as the main means of learning the native language by Canadian Ukrainians are highlighted. In Canada, there are four types of language immersion programs. They differ from each other in the number of academic hours dedicated to learning in the second language. The full immersion program in the second language takes 80 to 100 percent of the study time. In the programs of partial immersion during the first half of the day training is conducted in the second lan-guage, and during the other – in English. It is established that the system of bilingual education gave students the opportunity to master the Ukrainian language as a subject and at the same time to study certain school subjects in this language, which is extremely important from a psychological point of view. According to the educational program for grades 1–12 in the first three grades, the main focus is on listening, speaking and cultivating respect for culture, but already in the second grade, children begin learning reading and writing; in the 4–6 grades the culture of language is formed – its comprehension, speaking, reading and writing; in grades 7–12 students improve language and speech knowledge, skills and abili-ties, use them in their everyday life. It is found out that the main method of forming language and speech competence is conversational-visual. To implement it, teachers widely use methodological resources of teaching: printed educational publica-tions, audio and video resources, educational and methodical materials on different types of media, information and communication Internet resources, periodicals, primarily pedagogical. It has been detected that public bilingual schools in Canada contrib-ute to the mastery of the Ukrainian language as a major factor in pre-serving the ethnocultural identity of Canadian Ukrainians, an important means of their ties to the world Ukrainians.

It is generally accepted in the scientific discourse that the existing system of foreign language education is the result of its long historical development, therefore, the analysis and generalization of the historical experience of this industry is necessary during the modernization of modern humanitarian education in Ukraine. The analysis of historical, social, cultural and, pedagogical conditions and factors that led to changes in the purpose, tasks and, the content of foreign-language education in Ukraine made it possible to determine three stages of the development of foreign language education in the context of future physical education teachers‟ preparation at pedagogical universities in Ukraine from the middle of the ХХ to the beginning of the ХХІ century. The first stage (1950-1960) is the stage of forming the general scientific interest in the phenomenon of foreign- language education. The second stage (1970-1980) is foreign language education in the conditions of higher education reform. The third stage (1990-2018) is the stage of sustainable development of foreign language education in the conditions of integration into the European educational space. The historiographic analysis made it possible to determine the interdisciplinary essence of foreign language education, which is that: learning of any non-native language has to be accompanied by studying the culture of the people, which develops the ability to understand world culture as a whole, forms the ability to navigate in a modern multicultural and information society.

One of the important tasks of the modern system of psychology higher education is not only the development of the student’s professional potential, but also the comprehensive development of his personality. This is due to the fact that the unilateral development of professional skills and the rich theoretical base that a psychology student masters throughout the entire course of study can become practically unrealized in the future work process. The purpose of the article is to systematize the process of increasing the creativity of psychology students with the help of mechanisms and elements of the functional model of IDEF0. Using the IDEF0 functional model, we have clearly demonstrated all the functional levels and structural elements of the process of enhancing the creativity of psychology students.

One way to increase the effectiveness of a mobile-oriented learning environment is to use augmented reality technology, which enables the integration of real and virtual learning tools using mobile Internet devices. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the use of augmented reality technology in physics classes. The article describes and substantiates the relevance of the application of augmented reality technology, considers possible uses of this technology in the educational process, in particular in terms of mobile distance learning. Examples of mobile applications aimed at practice-oriented learning using augmented reality technology are described. Examples of real educational systems that allow to study the disciplines of physical orientation on the basis of this technology are considered. It was found that augmented reality technologies stimulate the educational process and provide the opportunity to implement knowledge in both humanities and natural sciences. This technology expands the educational process towards clarity and motivates the student to further study the material. Visual education is the best thing that can be offered to modern students, which will contribute to the development of scientific and technological progress. The introduction of augmented reality technology makes it possible to improve the quality of education by motivating students to self-study, increasing audience interest in educational material, developing a desire to use modern interactive technical capabilities and technologies, replacing textbooks and laboratory equipment with multimedia computer models. distance learning.

The purpose of the article is a scientific analysis and generalization of the conceptual principles of the issue of designing the bases of the scientific and educational search for new knowledge in the research and pedagogical work in the context of the requirements of the systems theory and prognostic function of the pedagogical science. Methodology. The study is based on the methodological principles contained in the scientific works of the prominent educators, historians, public figures on the subject of pedagogy as a historical category, distinguishing between the concept of the object and subject of pedagogy as a science, basic and cross-cutting functions of general pedagogy, standards of the socially organized pedagogical process, thus the principles of historicism, objectivity, comprehensive development, interdependence and continuity of socio-pedagogical phenomena have been taken into account; the personality development theory, where the leading role is given to the ideas of humanism, enrichment of universal values aimed at harmonizing the various aspects of the personality and its creative self-development. The research is grounded on the traditional general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, comparison, correlation, generalization, systematization, etc.) used to generalize and systematize the theoretical issues of designing the bases of the scientific and educational search for new knowledge in the research and pedagogical work, as well as historical (comparative and historical, historical and typological, historical and structural, retrospective), the method of classification and generalization of the sources that made it possible to observe the emergence, formation and development of pedagogy as a science under specific historical conditions. Scientific novelty. The authors of the article focus on the choice of the object and subject of the pedagogical research and revealing their system-forming function to determine the topic and problem of the research and other scientific components, the implementation of the relevant functions of each component, a clear hierarchy of the structure of the prognostic scientific apparatus of the theoretical or applied level of the research. They are presented as autonomous, independent scientific and applied concepts, the set of which does not make the research and experimental system. The main and cross-cutting functions of general pedagogy have been considered. A special attention has been paid to the function of the scientific prognostication of a new expected result. Conclusions.The retrospective analysis of the development of pedagogy, the impact on the pedagogical process of the leading scientists’ views, the novelty of the subject of the study, taking into account its impact on the further development of didactics and psychology allow us to determine the subject of modern pedagogy, made it possible to confirm the significance and practical expediency of the issue of designing the scientific apparatus of the scientific and educational search for new knowledge in the research and pedagogical work in the context of the requirements of the systems theory and prognostic function of the pedagogical science. It has been found that in the practice of many studies at different levels of generalization (Master’s, PhD, Doctoral dissertations) all the scientific components are presented and filled with the content of all the scientific apparatus components, but their analysis testifies that they are not always interrelated and have no methodological integrity, therefore, they should be further adjusted in order to guarantee the expected educational, cultural and research success of a potential new Ukrainian school teacher. &nbsp

Purpose: to determine the adaptive capabilities of the functional state of the organism of young basketball players to physical loads during the training microcycle of the preparatory period. Material & Methods: in the study involved 10 basketball players of 14–15 years of training and training group of children's and youth sports school in Kharkov. The survey was conducted during the microcycle of the preparatory period and 12 months later in the preparatory period at the stage of special training. To assess the adaptive capabilities of the functional state of basketball players, a cyto-biophysical method for determining the bioelectrical properties of the nuclei of buccal epithelial cells. Results: the research of the functional state of the basketball players organism on the index of electronegativity (EN%) of the buccal epithelial cell nuclei after exposure to physical loads of various directions showed that the proposed physical loads during the training process proved to be quite effective for the development of athletes preparedness, as evidenced by the improvement in the adaptive capabilities of the basketball players' organism during the considered period of sports training. Conclusions: electronegativity index (EN%) of the buccal epithelial cell nuclei in basketball players after the action of physical loads at the end of the microcycle does not change reliably, but has only a tendency to decrease, which indicates a favorable course of the athlete's organism adaptation processes to physical loads and the rational construction of the microcycle training program.
